烟弹管
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电子烟的烟弹管。
【背景技术】
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟作为替代香烟用品,多用于戒烟。电子烟具有与香烟相似的外观和味道,但一般不含香烟中的焦油、悬浮微粒等其他有害成分。
现有的电子烟一般包括壳体、安装于壳体上端具有吸烟孔的烟嘴,与烟嘴连接的是用于存储烟液的烟弹,及与烟弹连接的是发热座。发热座内的发热组件一般为纤维绳和镍铬丝,利用纤维绳将烟弹腔体里的烟油吸附过来,由发热丝加热雾化烟油。对于传统的可填充式电子烟,当烟弹里烟油用完时有两种注液方式:一种是先将发热座取下来,再将烟油注入,其可反复多次填充;另一种是先将烟嘴取下来,再将烟油注入,也可实现反复多次填充。
上述可填充式电子烟需单独配置烟油,然而,若烟油储存或放置不当,则容易受到细菌等污染。另外,将烟油多次填充于烟弹中,烟弹重复使用时,在开启与注入时烟弹内部也容易受到外界污染;烟油长期储存也容易滋生细菌或产生过期变质等问题。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种避免烟液污染的烟弹管。
一种烟弹管,包括:
烟弹管载体,内部开设有烟道和环绕所述烟道的用于存储烟液的储液腔;及
密封件,设置在所述烟弹管的一端,所述密封件包括用于密封所述储液腔的第一密封部。
在一个实施例中,所述烟弹管包括烟嘴部和与所述烟嘴部相连的储液部,所述烟道贯穿所述烟嘴部和所述储液部,所述储液腔开设于所述储液部内。
在一个实施例中,所述烟道的底端的端面与所述储液腔远离所述烟嘴部的一端的端面平齐
在一个实施例中,所述密封件为锡箔纸。
在一个实施例中,所述密封件还包括用于密封所述烟道的第二密封部。
由于在生产时已经将烟液注入到烟弹管中,并用密封件密封好,在使用时只需用穿刺管将密封件刺破便可使得烟液进入到发热丝组件中,这样就不会存在传统的烟液储存或放置不当的问题,烟液也不容易受到污染。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定在”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。

请同时参阅图1和图2,实施例一的电子烟100主要包括用于存储烟液的烟弹管20和将烟液雾化的雾化器40。烟弹管20与雾化器40是可以拆卸地连接的。可以理解,电子烟100还包括给雾化器40提供电能的电源组件和电源控制部分,此二部分为常规设计,在此不再赘述。
烟弹管20包括烟弹管载体22和设置在烟弹管载体22一端的密封件26。
烟弹管载体22大致呈圆管状,其包括烟嘴部222和与烟嘴部222的一端相连的储液部224。烟嘴部222的直径比储液部224的直径要小,以方便使用者含在嘴中吸食。烟弹管载体22内部开设有贯穿烟嘴部222和储液部224的长条形烟道223。雾化器40产生烟雾可以从烟道223中流入到使用者口中。储液部224内开设有用于存储烟液的储液腔227。储液腔227环绕在烟道223的四周,并通过隔板225与烟道223隔开。本实施例中,烟道223的底端的端面与储液腔227远离烟嘴部222的一端的端面平齐,这样可以方便密封件26对二者进行密封。可以理解,在其他的实施例中,如果使用外接的烟嘴,烟嘴部222也可省略,当然也可在烟嘴部222上额外加装一个外接烟嘴。
密封件26大致为圆形片,其包括用来密封储液腔227的大致为圆环形的第一密封部262和用来密封烟道223的大致为圆形的第二密封部264。第一密封部262和第二密封部264是一体并且共面的。密封件26由具有一定强度但是又容易被刺破的材料制成,因此,其一方面能够在使用前将烟液保持在储液腔227中而不会轻易泄露,另一方面,使用尖锐物可以轻易将其刺破,从而使的烟液流出而进入雾化器40中。本实施例中,密封件26由锡箔纸制成。在其他实施例中,密封件26也可以由塑料布等材料制成。可以理解,第二密封部264也可省略,为了密封过程简单,优选地,所述密封件26具有该第二密封部264。
请进一步参阅图3至图4,雾化器40包括烟弹固定管41、固定座42、发热丝组件44、出烟管46、雾化器盖47、穿刺件48、及雾化器螺套49。
烟弹固定管41大致为空心圆筒,其与烟弹管载体22可拆卸地相连,例如采用螺纹连接等旋转固定连接的方式。本实施例中,烟弹管载体22的储液部224上靠近烟嘴部222的部位设有至少一个卡合凸起228,烟弹固定管41的内壁上开设有与卡合凸起228相配合的定位槽412。更具体的,于本实施例中,卡合凸起228的形状大致为长方形,定位槽412包括沿烟道固定管41的轴向延伸的引导部414和与引导部414相连并沿烟道固定管41的周向延伸的卡合部416。卡合凸起228可以从引导部414的底部进入到卡合部416之中。卡合部416的顶端设置有防止卡合凸起228返回到引导部414的档壁417。烟弹固定管41的底端还设有一个弹性件418,用于与烟弹管载体22的端部相抵。本实施例中,弹性件418为一个具有密封功能的环形的硅胶垫。在其他实施例中,弹性件418也可为金属弹簧等。
所述固定座42通过螺纹固定设置在烟弹固定管41的底端。固定座42的中部开设有一个贯通孔422。
发热丝组件44包括吸液体442和缠绕在吸液体442上的发热丝444。吸液体442可以由具有较好的吸收烟液能力的玻璃纤维或天然纤维等材料制成。发热丝444位于贯通孔422中。发热丝444的材质例如可以采用镍铬合金丝。
出烟管46大致为圆管,其与贯通孔422相对设置。出烟管46的内部开设有与贯通孔422相通的排气道462。出烟管46的外径小于等于烟道223的内径,因此其能够穿过密封件26的第二密封部264而延伸进入烟道223的内部,从而使得发热丝组件44产生的烟雾被引导至烟道223中。为了更好地穿刺第二密封部264,出烟管46的顶部的截面为楔形。
雾化器盖47通过螺纹环绕出烟管46设置。雾化器盖47的下端将吸液体442按压固定在固定座42的上表面。所述雾化器盖47可用硅胶等弹性材料制成,从而能够在隔板225和烟管46间实现密封。
本实施例中,穿刺件48大致呈圆管状。穿刺件48环绕雾化器盖47,且其下端固定在固定座42上。穿刺件48的作用是能够穿刺密封件26的第一密封部262,从而将储液腔227内的烟液引导至发热丝组件的吸液体442上。穿刺件48的直径大于雾化器盖47的直径,由此穿刺件48与雾化器盖47之间形成了供烟液流过的间隙482。为了更好地穿刺第一密封部262,穿刺件48的顶端边缘设有多个均匀分布的穿刺凸起484。可以理解,穿刺件48的顶端边缘也可仅设置一个穿刺凸起484。另外,穿刺件48也可为由多个分离的薄片够成的结构。
雾化器螺套49设置在固定座42的底部,用于将发热丝444与电源组件相连。雾化器螺套49的侧面开设有多个进气孔492,每一进气孔492与贯通孔422相通。

本实施例中,烟弹管20与雾化器40可以是分开销售的。也就是说,烟弹管20在出厂时就已经注入了烟液,并通过密封件26密封。当需要将二者组装在一起时,可以用手将烟弹管20的烟弹管载体22插入到烟弹固定管41的内部,并保证烟弹管载体22上的卡合凸起228进入烟弹固定管41的内壁上的引导部414。随后,密封件26的第二密封部264将首先与出烟管46相接触。此时,继续对烟弹管载体22向下施力可以使得出烟管46穿刺第二密封部264而进入到烟道223的内部。接下来,密封件26的第一密封部262将与穿刺件48的顶端相接触。此时,继续对烟弹管载体22向下施力可以使得穿刺件48穿刺第一密封部262,从而使得储液腔227内的烟液流出,并经间隙482进入到吸液体442的内部。由硅胶等材料制成的弹性件418具有一定的密封功能,能够防止烟液从固定座42的缝隙泄露。紧接着,烟弹管载体22的端部将与弹性件418相接触,此时将明显感觉到一个较大的阻力。继续对烟弹管载体22向下施力,以克服弹性件418对烟弹管载体22的弹力,直至卡合凸起228进入到引导部414的底端。此时可以将烟弹管载体22相对烟弹固定管41稍微旋转一个角度,从而使得卡合凸起228进入到卡合部416内。当停止对烟弹管载体22施力后,在弹性件418释放的弹力的作用下,卡合凸起228能够被较为牢固地卡合固定于卡合部416内,不会轻易地从引导部414内滑出,由此使得烟弹管20与雾化器40以一种较为牢固的姿态组装在一起。相比传统的螺旋式扭合结构,这种设计能够防止儿童在玩耍时将烟弹管20意外地旋出而导致烟液泄露,从而提高了产品的使用安全性。当然,也可以使用其他类型的凸起-凹槽结构或者螺旋结构以实现可拆卸的连接。值得强调的是,在烟弹管载体22相对烟弹固定管41发生旋转的过程中,穿刺件48的顶端的多个穿刺凸起484能够将第一密封部262形成多个长条形的划痕,从而使得足够多的烟液能够进入到吸液体442的内部。
在使用过程中,当使用者对电子烟100的具有烟嘴部222的一端吸气时,气流从进气口492进入雾化器40内部。烟液在发热丝444的作用下转化成烟雾。烟雾通过贯通孔422、排气道462及烟道223流出将烟雾输送至使用者的嘴里。
当烟弹管20内的烟液消耗完后,可以通过保留雾化器40而更换烟弹管20的方式使得电子烟100可以再次使用。当拆卸烟弹管20时,首先对烟弹管载体22向下施力,以克服弹性件418的弹力,当卡合凸起228进入到卡合部416的底端时,可以将烟弹管载体22相对烟弹固定管41反向旋转,使的卡合凸起228进入引导部414,由此可以将烟弹管载体22较为轻易地从烟弹固定管41中抽出。
上述电子烟可以解决以下问题:
(1)决烟油放置问题:由于在生产时已经将烟液注入到烟弹管中,并用锡箔纸密封好,这样就不会存在烟液储存或放置不当的问题,烟液也不会受到污染或感染细菌的问题。
(2)卫生问题:将可填充式烟弹管改进成一次性烟弹管,烟液储存在烟弹管内部,避免了外界的污染,这样的设计干净、卫生。
(3)儿童误食:此一次性烟弹管密封完全,避免了儿童误食和将烟液泄露在皮肤上或眼睛中的情况。
(4)操作不便:一次性烟弹管不需使用者自行注液,避免了由于操作不当、注液量过多导致的漏液问题,提升了消费体验。
(5)结构精简:上述雾化器的结构较为简单,避免了因为尺寸问题而导致的漏液,同时也减轻了工人生产时的负担。
请参阅图5至图7,实施例二的电子烟200与实施例一的电子烟100的结构大致相同,其区别在于,卡合凸起228设置在储液部224的底端,且定位槽412也开设在烟弹固定管41的内壁与卡合凸起228相对应的部位。另外,实施例二的穿刺凸起484具有较为尖锐的外形,因此能够更加容易地刺穿密封件26。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种烟弹管,其特征在于,包括:
    烟弹管载体,内部开设有烟道和环绕所述烟道的用于存储烟液的储液腔;及
    密封件,设置在所述烟弹管的一端,所述密封件包括用于密封所述储液腔的第一密封部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹管,其特征在于,所述烟弹管包括烟嘴部和与所述烟嘴部相连的储液部,所述烟道贯穿所述烟嘴部和所述储液部,所述储液腔开设于所述储液部内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烟弹管,其特征在于,所述烟道的底端的端面与所述储液腔远离所述烟嘴部的一端的端面平齐。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹管,其特征在于,所述密封件为锡箔纸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹管,其特征在于,所述密封件还包括用于密封所述烟道的第二密封部。
