Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种方便更换或清理雾化组件 的电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品, 其与普通的香烟有着相同的外观, 以及与 香烟相同的味道,但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。 电子烟 是通过雾化芯将含有烟碱和香精的烟液雾化成颗粒输出。电子烟中不含普通香 烟中的焦油和其他有害成分, 也不会产生二手烟。
现有技术中的电子烟包括吸嘴、 雾化组件及电池杆组件, 该三者依次首尾 相接固定,并固定在电子烟内。电池杆组件上还设置有微控制器和气流感应器。 当气流感应器感应到用户吸烟后,该敖控制器控制雾化组件的电热丝组件雾化 所述雾化组件内的烟液。 然而, 在整个电子烟中, 雾化组件相对容易损坏。 由 于电子烟中的各个部件相互固定连接,当雾化组件损坏时,需更换整个电子烟。 实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例提供了一种方便更换或清理雾化组件的电子烟。 一种电子烟, 其中, 包括:

所述雾化组件包括用于雾化所述烟液的雾化芯和导油机构,其中所述导油 机构插入所述烟油瓶中,用于将所述烟油瓶内的烟液输送给所述雾化芯进行雾 化;
所述雾化芯上设置有第一限位部和第二限位部,所述电子烟本体上分别对 应所述雾化芯上的第一限位部的位置和第二限位部的位置处设有第一^ ^持部 和第二卡持部, 所述雾化组件通过所述第一限位部和所述第一卡持部的配合, 以及所述第二限位部和所述第二卡持部的配合来可拆卸设置在所述电子烟本 体上;

在本实用新型所述的电子烟中,所述腔体对应所述电池杆组件的一端设有 开口, 所述开口上设有可拆卸连接的盖子。
在本实用新型所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件以及所述烟油瓶均和所述电 池杆组件平行并列设置,且所述雾化组件的设有所述第一电极和第二电极的一 端与所述电池杆组件的设有所述第三电极和第四电极的一端相邻,所述雾化组 件的背向所述第一电极和第二电极的一端与所述电池杆组件的背向所述第三 电极和第四电极的一端相邻。
在本实用新型所述的电子烟中,所述电子烟本体上设置进气口以及用于导 通所述吸烟端和进气口的烟雾通道,其中所述烟雾通道设于所述烟油瓶面向所 述雾化芯的一侧。
在本实用新型所述的电子烟中, 所述电子烟本体上设置有第一螺纹段; 所述烟油瓶开口端设置有与所述第一螺纹段螺纹连接的第一匹配螺纹; 所述烟油瓶通过所述第一匹配螺纹与所述第一螺纹段的配合和所述电子 烟本体可拆卸连接。
在本实用新型所述的电子烟中, 所述电子烟本体上设置有第三弹性凸部; 所述烟油瓶开口端设置有与所述第三弹性凸部位置对应的第三凹部; 所述烟油瓶通过所述第三凹部与所述第三弹性凸部的配合和所述电子烟 本体可拆卸连接。
在本实用新型所述的电子烟中,所述烟油瓶的开口处设有具有通孔的密封 环, 所述导油机构穿过所述密封环的通孔插入所述烟油瓶内, 以使所述密封环 和所述导油机构将所述烟油瓶密封。
在本实用新型所述的电子烟中,所述密封环的通孔内部设置有用于密封所 述烟油瓶的可捅破薄膜。
本实用新型的电子烟中,由于雾化芯上设置有分别位于雾化芯两侧的第一 限位部和第二限位部,电子烟本体上分别对应雾化芯上的第一限位部的位置和 第二限位部的位置处设有第一卡持部和第二卡持部, 其中, 所述第一限位部为 凹部和弹性凸部中的其中一种,所述第一^ ^持部为凹部和弹性凸部中的另外一 种; 所述第二限位部为凹部和弹性凸部中的其中一种, 所述第二卡持部为凹部 和弹性凸部中的另外一种; 这样, 雾化组件通过所述第一限位部和所述第一^ 持部的弹性卡持配合,以及所述第二限位部和所述第二卡持部的弹性卡持配合 来可拆卸设置在所述电子烟本体上,能让雾化组件与电子烟本体可拆卸式地相 互固定, 安装简单, 方便更换雾化组件或者清理雾化组件。 附图说明

本实用新型公开了一种电子烟,能够让雾化组件与电子烟本体可拆卸式地 相互固定, 方便更换雾化组件或者清理雾化组件。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
请参阅图 1, 本实用新型中电子烟的一个实施例包括:
电子烟本体, 且所述电子烟本体上的一端设置有吸烟端 101, 用户通过该 吸烟端 101即可进行吸烟。电子烟本体上还设置有用于容纳烟液的烟油瓶 102、 雾化组件 103以及用于给所述雾化组件 103供电的电池组件 104。
所述雾化组件 103包括用于雾化所述烟液的雾化芯 105和导油机构 106。 烟油瓶 102和导油机构 106相邻, 且所述导油机构 106插入所述烟油瓶 102 中, 用于将所述烟油瓶 102内的烟液输送给所述雾化芯 105进行雾化。 雾化芯 105与导油机构 106相接,并位于导油机构 106背向烟油瓶 102的一侧,而且, 雾化芯 105与吸烟端 101相邻,烟油瓶 102可拆卸设置在雾化组件 103背向吸 烟端 101的一端。
请参阅图 2, 图 2右侧图为图 1所示电子烟中支架和电池杆组件的剖面结 构示意图, 图 2左侧图为图 1所示电子烟中雾化组件的剖面结构示意图。
雾化芯 105上设置有第一限位部 1051和第二限位部 1052。 本实施例中, 该第一限位部 1051和第二限位部 1052均位于雾化芯 105上的同一侧。 当然, 实际运用中, 该两个限位部也可以不是位于雾化芯的同一侧, 而是分别位于该 雾化芯的两侧。相对应地, 所述电子烟本体上分别对应所述雾化芯 105上的第 一限位部 1051的位置和第二限位部 1052的位置处设有第一^ ^持部 107和第二 卡持部 108, 所述雾化组件 103通过所述第一限位部 1051和所述第一^ ^持部 107的配合, 以及所述第二限位部 1052和所述第二卡持部 108的配合来可拆 卸设置在所述电子烟本体上。
本实施例中, 所述第一限位部 1051为凹部和弹性凸部中的其中一种, 所 述第一^ ^持部 107为凹部和弹性凸部中的另外一种; 所述第二限位部 1052为 凹部和弹性凸部中的其中一种,所述第二卡持部 108为凹部和弹性凸部中的另 外一种。
这样, 本实施例中, 雾化组件通过所述第一限位部和所述第一^ ^持部的弹 性卡持配合,以及所述第二限位部和所述第二卡持部的弹性卡持配合来可拆卸 设置在所述电子烟本体上, 能让雾化组件与电子烟本体可拆卸式地相互固定, 安装简单, 方便更换雾化组件或者清理雾化组件,且通过弹性卡持配合的连接 结构可使连接较可靠,避免在多次装卸雾化芯时产生松动而使连接不可靠的情 况。另外,由于雾化芯与吸烟端相邻,而烟油瓶位于雾化芯背向吸烟端的一侧, 因此经雾化芯雾化的烟雾可以直接进入吸烟端,可以大大减少烟雾在电子烟内 的通行距离, 同时, 该烟雾也无需经过烟油瓶, 而是直接进入吸烟端被吸走, 避免了产生冷凝的情况,进而避免烟液堵塞烟雾通道以及用户吸食到烟液的情 况, 能够让用户吸食到较大的烟雾量。
本实施例中,所述雾化组件 103以及所述烟油瓶 102均和所述电池杆组件 104平行并列设置。 具体地, 电子烟本体上设置有支架 109, 该支架与吸烟端 101的一端相互固定。 其中雾化组件 103和电池杆组件 104平行并列固定在该 支架 109内,且雾化组件 103中雾化芯 105所在的一端和电池杆组件 104的一 端均与吸烟端 101的一端相邻。由于雾化组件 103中的导油机构 106插入烟油 瓶 102内, 因此烟油瓶 102也与电池杆组件 104相互并列。
当然, 实际运用中, 电子烟本体上也可以不设置支架 109, 而是由雾化组 件 103和电池杆组件 104分别固定在吸烟端 101的同一端来各自相互固定。进 一步地,雾化组件 103以及所述烟油瓶 102也可以不是和电池杆组件 104相互 并列, 而是吸烟端 101、 雾化组件 103和烟油瓶 102、 电池杆组件 104三大模 块依次头尾相接地排列在电子烟本体上。 或者, 还可以是吸烟端 101、 电池杆 组件 104、 雾化组件 103和烟油瓶 102依次头尾相接地排列在电子烟本体上, 只要烟油瓶 102设置在雾化组件 103背向吸烟端 101的一端即可。 当然, 上述 描述仅为举例说明, 并不作限制。
本实用新型中, 电子烟本体内的雾化组件 103有多种结构实现方式。 下面 结合图 1和图 2对该电子烟的雾化组件的一种具体结构进行详细说明。
雾化芯 105包括第一电极 201和第二电极 202。 电池杆组件 104的一端上 还设置有第三电极 1041和第四电极 1042。 雾化组件 103通过该第一电极 201 和第三电极 1041, 以及第二电极 202和第四电极 1042电连接, 来使得该电池 杆组件 104能够为雾化组件 103供电。
本实施例中, 第一限位部 1051为第一电极 201的部分, 第二限位部 1052 为第二电极 202的部分。 具体的, 该第一限位部 1051为第一电极 201上的一 个凹部(称为第一凹部),该第二限位部 1052为第二电极 202上的一个凹部(称 为第二凹部)。
相对应地, 第一^ ^持部 107和第二卡持部 108分别为第一弹性凸部 107 和第二弹性凸部 108。 本实施例中, 第一弹性凸部 107和第二弹性凸部 108分 别设置在支架 109上对应该第一限位部 1051的位置 (即第一凹部的开口)处 和对应第二限位部 1052的位置 (即第二凹部的开口)处。
具体的, 该支架 109对应所述第一凹部 1051的开口的位置处设有第一固 定孔 1091, 且对应所述第二凹部 1052的开口的位置处设有第二固定孔 1092。 第一弹性凸部 107包括相互连接的第一弹簧和第一弹柱。第一弹簧背向第一弹 柱的一端固定在第一固定孔 1091底部, 且第一弹柱的至少部分超出该第一固 定孔 1091, 并可活动地插入第一凹部内 1052。 同样的, 第二弹性凸部 108包 括相互连接的第二弹簧和第二弹柱,其中第二弹簧背向第二弹柱的一端固定在 第二固定孔 1092底部, 第二弹柱的至少部分超出第二固定孔 1092, 并可活动 地插入第二凹部内 1052。
支架 109 上设置有用于连接第一卡持部和所述第三电极的第一连接装置
1010, 以及用于连接所述第二卡持部和所述第四电极的第二连接装置 1011。 本实施例中, 该第一连接装置 1010具体包括电线, 该第二连接装置 1011具体 包括电线。 这样, 第一电极 201上的第一凹部 1051依次通过第一弹簧、 第一 弹柱和第一连接装置 1010来和第三电极 1041电连接,第二电极 202上的第二 凹部 1052依次通过第二弹簧、 第二弹柱和第二连接装置 1011 来和第四电极 1042电连接。
本实施例中,通过在雾化芯的两个电极上分别设置凹部, 以及支架上设置 两个弹性凸部来将雾化芯可拆卸地固定在支架上, 另外, 由于雾化芯的两个电 极与支架上的两个弹性凸部电连接,因此只需将电池杆组件上的两个电极分别 与该两个弹性凸部通过电线连接,即可在实现雾化芯可拆卸固定在支架的同时 该两个电极分别与电池杆组件的两个电极电连接, 结构简单, 易于加工上的组 装; 此外, 通过弹性卡持配合的连接结构可使电连接较可靠, 避免在多次装卸 雾化芯时产生松动而使电连接不可靠的情况。
本实施例中,由于电池杆组件 104与雾化组件 103并列设置,因此优选地, 电池杆组件 104设有第三电极和第四电极的一端朝向吸烟端 101, 也即该电池 杆组件 104的设有第三电极和第四电极的一端与雾化组件 103的设有第一电极 和第二电极的一端相邻,雾化组件 103的背向第一电极和第二电极的一端与电 池杆组件 104的背向第三电极和第四电极的一端相邻,这样能够大大缩短第一 连接装置 1010和第二连接装置 1011的长度,节省成本以及能让结构更加紧凑。 当然, 实际运用中, 第一弹性凸部和第二弹性凸部也可以不是设置在上述 实施例中所描述的相互连接的弹簧和弹柱,而是其他结构。请参阅图 3和图 4, 图 3 为本实用新型的电子烟的另一个实施例的剖面结构示意图, 图 4为图 3 所示电子烟中支架和电池杆组件的剖面结构示意图。
本实施例中的雾化组件 103、 吸烟端 101以及烟油瓶 102均与图 1所示电 子烟中的雾化组件 103、 吸烟端 101以及烟油瓶 102基本一致。 与图 1所示电 子烟不同的是, 本实施例中,设置于支架上的第一弹性凸部和第二弹性凸部并 不是相互连接的弹簧和弹柱, 而是弹片。 相对应的, 本实施例中的支架上未设 置有用于固定弹簧和弹柱的固定孔。
具体请参阅图 3和图 4, 本实施例中, 雾化芯 105固定在支架 109内。 支 架 109上沿着雾化芯 105的两侧分别设置有第一弹片 401和第二弹片 402。 具 体的, 该第一弹片 401和第二弹片 402分别设置于雾化芯的两侧, 相对应的, 雾化芯上的第一凹部和第二凹部也分别设置在该雾化芯的两侧。 该第一弹片 401的一端和第二弹片 402的一端均固定在支架 109上。 第一弹片 401对应雾 化芯 105的第一电极上的第一凹部处设有凸起 4011, 该凸起为所述第一弹性 凸部 4011, 该第一弹性凸部 4011可活动地卡合固定在第一凹部内。 第二弹片 402对应雾化芯的第二电极上的第二凹部处设有凸起 4021,该凸起为所述第二 弹性凸部 4021, 该第二弹性凸部 4021可活动地卡合固定在第二凹部内。
同样地, 第一连接装置 1010 的两端分别与该第一弹片 401 和第三电极 1041 电连接, 第二连接装置 1011 的两端分别与该第二弹片 402和第四电极 1042 电连接, 以使得雾化芯上的两个电极分别和电池杆组件上的两个电极电 连接。
本实施例中,通过在雾化芯的两个电极上分别设置凹部, 以及支架上设置 的两个弹片上设置两个凸部, 来使得雾化组件可拆卸地固定在电子烟本体上, 结构简单并方便用户拆卸雾化组件; 而且, 由于雾化芯的两个电极与支架上的 两个弹性凸部电连接,因此只需将电池杆组件上的两个电极分别与该两个弹性 凸部通过电线连接,即可在实现雾化芯可拆卸固定在支架的同时该两个电极分 别与电池杆组件的两个电极电连接, 结构简单, 易于加工上的组装。
在上述实施例中, 第一限位部和第二限位部均为凹部,且第一^ ^持部和第 二卡持部均为弹性凸部。 实际运用中,也可以将第一限位部和第二限位部设置 为弹性凸部, 相对应的, 第一^ ^持部和第二卡持部设置为凹部。 例如, 在雾化 芯上设置的第一限位部和第二限位部均为相互连接的弹簧和弹柱,在支架上设 置的第一卡持部和第二卡持部均为凹部。 当然, 上述仅为举例描述, 并不作限 制。 甚至, 还可以是第一限位部为凹部, 第二限位部为弹性凸部, 相对应的, 第一卡持部为弹性凸部, 第二限位部为凹部。 或者, 还可以是第一限位部为弹 性凸部, 第二限位部为凹部, 相对应的, 第一^ ^持部为凹部, 第二限位部为弹 性凸部。
在上述实施例中, 第一连接装置和第二连接装置分别包括电线, 该电线分 别和电池杆组件上的第三电极和第四电极电固定连接。 请参阅图 4, 第一连接 装置 1010优选还包括第一弹针电极 1012, 第二连接装置优选还包括第二弹针 电极 1013。第一连接装置 1010中的电线的两端分别连接该第一弹针电极 1012 和第一^ ^持部,第二连接装置 1011中的电线分别连接该第二弹针电极 1013和 第二卡持部。
支架 109上还设置有用于容纳所述电池杆组件 104的腔体 1014, 所述电 池杆组件 104位于所述腔体 1014内,且所述第三电极 1041与所述第一弹针电 极 1012可拆卸地电接触, 所述第四电极 1042与所述第二弹针电极 1013可拆 卸地电接触。这样, 电池杆组件 104可以在与雾化组件电连接的同时还能够与 电子烟本体可拆卸连接。在用户需要更换电池杆组件 104时, 只需将新的电池 杆组件 104容置在腔体 1014内, 即可使得电池杆组件和雾化组件电连接, 大 大方便了用户更换和维修电池杆组件。
优选地, 腔体 1014上对应所述电池杆组件 104的一端设有开口, 所述开 口上设有可拆卸连接的盖子。 这样, 客户只需打开盖子即能取出电池杆组件 104, 结构简单并方便用户, 提高了用户使用体验。
在本实用新型的电子烟中,雾化组件上还可以设有其他结构。请参阅图 2, 下面对雾化组件 103的结构作进一步详细解释。 第一电极 201和第二电极 202 之间设有绝缘环 203。 雾化芯 105还包括电热丝组件 204, 该电热丝组件 204 与所述第一电极 201和第二电极 202电连接设置。 第一电极 201和第二电极 202还分别通过电线和电池组件 104电连接, 以使得电池组件 104为电热丝组 件 204供电, 以使得电热丝组件 204能够雾化烟液。
导油机构 106与电热丝组件 204相连接。具体地, 该导油机构 106可包括 套管以及设置在该套管内的导油介质,该导油介质可以是吸油棉或者导油纤维 等等, 在此不作限制; 且该套管的侧壁上设置有多个输油孔(图未示)。 当雾 化组件 103和烟油瓶 102相互连接时,雾化组件中的导油机构 106插入烟油瓶 102的内部, 并通过其套管上的输油孔使得烟油瓶 102内的烟液能够顺利输送 至套管内的导油介质, 进而输送给电热丝组件进行雾化。 当然, 实际运用中该 导油机构也可以有其他实现方式, 在此不作限制。
本实施例中, 相互连接的第一电极 201、 绝缘环 203和第二电极 202的中 心均设有相互连通的通孔,且该通孔与电热丝组件 204导通。进气口设在电热 丝组件 204的一侧,使得该电子烟本体外面的空气能够通过该进气口沿着通孔 到达吸烟端 101, 形成烟雾通道, 且该烟雾通道设于所述烟油瓶面向所述雾化 芯的一侧。烟液经由电热丝组件 204雾化后行成的烟雾跟随气流从烟雾通道流 向吸烟端 101, 被用户吸食。 这样, 经雾化装置雾化的烟雾直接进入吸烟端, 因此可以大大减少烟雾在电子烟内的通行距离, 同时, 该烟雾也无需经过烟油 瓶, 而是直接进入吸烟端被吸走, 避免了产生冷凝的情况, 进而避免烟液堵塞 烟雾通道以及用户吸食到烟液的情况, 能够让用户吸食到较大的烟雾量。
在以上各实施例中, 雾化组件均可拆卸地固定在电子烟本体的支架上。 实 际运用中, 电子烟本体上可以不设置支架, 而是通过其他方式来让雾化组件可 拆卸地固定。具体举例来说, 可将第一^ ^持部和第二卡持部设置在吸烟端的一 端, 那么, 雾化组件通过第一限位部和第一^ ^持部的配合, 以及第二限位部和 第二卡持部的配合来固定在吸烟端的一端。
在本实用新型的电子烟中,烟油瓶可拆卸设置在雾化组件背向吸烟端的一 端, 且雾化组件的油机构插入所述烟油瓶中。 具体地, 请参阅图 2, 可在电子 烟本体上设置有第一螺纹段 1015。 本实施例中, 该第一螺纹段 1015设置在支 架 109上。 烟油瓶 102开口端设置有与所述第一螺纹段螺纹 1015连接的第一 匹配螺纹, 该烟油瓶 102通过所述第一匹配螺纹 1015与所述第一螺纹段的配 合和所述电子烟本体可拆卸连接。
当然, 实际运用中, 烟油瓶也可以不是通过螺纹连接的方式来可拆卸地固 定在电子烟本体上, 而是通过其他方式, 例如卡合方式。 具体举例来说, 电子 烟本体上设置有第三弹性凸部。烟油瓶开口端设置有与第三弹性凸部位置对应 的第三凹部,且烟油瓶通过第三凹部与第三弹性凸部的配合和所述电子烟本体 可拆卸连接。 或者, 还可以是电子烟本体上还设置有第三凹部。 烟油瓶开口端 设置有与第三凹部位置对应的第三弹性凸部,且烟油瓶通过第三弹性凸部与第 三凹部的配合和所述电子烟本体可拆卸连接。 当然, 上述描述仅为举例说明, 并不作限制。
实际运用中, 在电子烟本体上未设有支架的情况中, 该第一螺纹段 1015 或者第三弹性凸部或者第三凹部也可以设置在电子烟本体的其他结构上,只要 可以和烟油瓶的开口的位置对应即可。
本实施例中, 为使得用户能够掌握烟油瓶 102内部的烟液的剩余量, 所述 烟油瓶 102优选为透明容器,以使得用户通过透明的烟油瓶 102即可随时掌握 电子烟的剩余烟液量, 便于用户及时的更换烟油瓶 102。 优选地, 所述烟油瓶 102为玻璃瓶。 由于玻璃材质性质较稳定, 避免因发 生化学反应等情况而影响烟油味。
优选地, 烟油瓶 102的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用户可估计出剩余 烟液量可供吸食的时长, 方便用户使用。
优选地, 在所述烟油瓶 102套设有保护套(图中未示出), 以避免所述玻 璃材质的烟油瓶 102因跌落而破碎的情况。优选地, 所述保护套设置有烟油观 察窗, 以供用户观察烟油。
本实施例中,为使得连接到雾化组件 103上的烟油瓶 102具有良好的密封 性,从而使得烟油瓶 102内的烟液不会出现泄漏, 所述烟油瓶 102的开口处优 选设有具有通孔的密封环 1016 (参阅图 2 ), 所述导油机构 106穿过所述密封 环的通孔插入所述烟油瓶 102内, 以使所述密封环 1016和所述导油机构 106 将所述烟油瓶 102密封。
优选地,在所述密封环 1016的通孔内部还设置有用于密封所述烟油瓶 102 的可捅破薄膜(图未示)。
雾化组件 103 中的导油机构 106插入烟油瓶 102 内时, 该导油机构 106 穿过该可捅破薄膜, 通过该可捅破薄膜使得已插入导油机构 106的烟油瓶 102 仍具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的防止烟液的泄露。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易 见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况 下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些 实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液的烟油瓶、用于雾化所述烟 液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件,其中所述烟油瓶可 拆卸设置在所述雾化组件背向所述吸烟端的一端;
所述雾化组件包括用于雾化所述烟液的雾化芯和导油机构,其中所述导油 机构插入所述烟油瓶中,用于将所述烟油瓶内的烟液输送给所述雾化芯进行雾 化;
所述雾化芯上设置有第一限位部和第二限位部,所述电子烟本体上分别对 应所述雾化芯上的第一限位部的位置和第二限位部的位置处设有第一^ ^持部 和第二卡持部, 所述雾化组件通过所述第一限位部和所述第一卡持部的配合, 以及所述第二限位部和所述第二卡持部的配合来可拆卸设置在所述电子烟本 体上;
其中, 所述第一限位部为凹部和弹性凸部中的其中一种, 所述第一^ ^持部 为凹部和弹性凸部中的另外一种;所述第二限位部为凹部和弹性凸部中的其中 一种, 所述第二卡持部为凹部和弹性凸部中的另外一种。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化芯包括第一电极和第二电极,所述第一限位部为所述第一电极的 部分, 所述第二限位部为所述第二电极的部分;
所述电池杆组件的一端设有第三电极和第四电极;
所述电子烟本体上还设置有支架,所述支架上设置有用于连接所述第一卡 持部和所述第三电极的第一连接装置,以及用于连接所述第二卡持部和所述第 四电极的第二连接装置。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一限位部和第二限位部分别为第一凹部和第二凹部,所述第一^ ^持 部和第二卡持部分别为第一弹性凸部和第二弹性凸部;
所述支架对应所述第一凹部的开口的位置处设有第一固定孔,且对应所述 第二凹部的开口的位置处设有第二固定孔; 所述第一弹性凸部包括相互连接的第一弹簧和第一弹柱,所述第一弹簧背 向所述第一弹柱的一端固定在所述第一固定孔底部,所述第一弹柱的至少部分 超出所述第一固定孔, 并可活动地插入所述第一凹部内;
所述第二弹性凸部包括相互连接的第二弹簧和第二弹柱,所述第二弹簧背 向所述第二弹柱的一端固定在所述第二固定孔底部,所述第二弹柱的至少部分 超出所述第二固定孔, 并可活动地插入所述第二凹部内。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一限位部和第二限位部分别为第一凹部和第二凹部,所述第一^ ^持 部和第二卡持部分别为第一弹性凸部和第二弹性凸部;
所述支架上设置有分别沿着所述雾化芯两侧的第一弹片和第二弹片,所述 第一弹片对应所述第一凹部处设有所述第一弹性凸部,所述第一弹性凸部可活 动地卡合固定在所述第一凹部内;
所述第二弹片对应所述第二凹部处设有所述第二弹性凸部,所述第二弹性 凸部可活动地卡合固定在所述第二凹部内。
5、 根据权利要求 2至 4任一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一连接装置还包括与所述第一弹性凸部电连接的第一弹针电极,所 述第二连接装置还包括与所述第二弹性凸部电连接的第二弹针电极;
所述支架上还设置有用于容纳所述电池杆组件的腔体,所述电池杆组件位 于所述腔体内,且所述第三电极与所述第一弹针电极可拆卸地电接触, 所述第 四电极与所述第二弹针电极可拆卸地电接触。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述腔体对应所述电池杆组件的一端设有开口,所述开口上设有可拆卸连 接的盖子。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件以及所述烟油瓶均和所述电池杆组件平行并列设置,且所述 雾化组件的设有所述第一电极和第二电极的一端与所述电池杆组件的设有所 述第三电极和第四电极的一端相邻,所述雾化组件的背向所述第一电极和第二 电极的一端与所述电池杆组件的背向所述第三电极和第四电极的一端相邻。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟本体上设置进气口以及用于导通所述吸烟端和进气口的烟雾 通道, 其中所述烟雾通道设于所述烟油瓶面向所述雾化芯的一侧。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电子烟本体上设置有第一螺纹段;
所述烟油瓶开口端设置有与所述第一螺纹段螺纹连接的第一匹配螺纹; 所述烟油瓶通过所述第一匹配螺纹与所述第一螺纹段的配合和所述电子 烟本体可拆卸连接。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟本体上设置 有第三弹性凸部;
所述烟油瓶开口端设置有与所述第三弹性凸部位置对应的第三凹部; 所述烟油瓶通过所述第三凹部与所述第三弹性凸部的配合和所述电子烟 本体可拆卸连接。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述烟油瓶的开口处设 有具有通孔的密封环,所述导油机构穿过所述密封环的通孔插入所述烟油瓶内, 以使所述密封环和所述导油机构将所述烟油瓶密封。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述密封环的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述烟油瓶的可捅破薄膜。
