Description

一种电子烟
本申请要求于 2014年 04月 24 日 提交中 国专利局、 申请号为 201420204171.1、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全 部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域, 特别涉及一种便于更换损坏的雾化芯, 以使雾化芯自动被弹出或吸出的电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术的电子烟的结构请参见图 1所示, 由图 1可知,现有技术中的电子 烟中包括相互连接的雾化组件 110和电池杆组件 120, 所述雾化组件 110的远离 所述电池杆组件 120的一端作为供用户吸食烟雾的吸烟端 100。 进一步参见图 1 可知, 雾化组件 110包括与该雾化组件 110—体化设置的雾化芯 111 , 该雾化芯 设置有用于雾化烟油的电热丝及用于给所述电热丝供油的导油绳。
该雾化芯 111在具体工作过程中,需要将烟油雾化成可供用户吸食的烟雾, 所以该雾化芯 111在工作一定时间后, 会在其表面粘附较多的烟油。
若该雾化芯 111损坏, 则使得用户无法吸食烟雾, 此时需要更换该雾化芯 111 , 又因该雾化芯 111与雾化组件 110—体化设置, 则用户在具体的更换过 程中需要将整个雾化组件 110进行更换, 更换过程较为麻烦, 而且造成了不必 要的浪费。 且该雾化芯 111表面粘附较多的烟油, 使得用户在更换的过程中会 弄脏手, 给用户带来麻烦, 而且更换过程体验差。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型提供了一种便于更换损坏的雾化芯, 以使雾化芯自 动被弹出或吸出的电子烟。
一种电子烟, 其中, 包括: 电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件及用于给所述雾 化组件供电的电池杆组件, 所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接;
所述雾化组件包括雾化套, 所述雾化套内部开设有容纳通孔, 所述容纳通 孔连通至所述雾化套面向所述电池杆组件的一端端面;所述容纳通孔内活动插 设有用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯, 所述雾化芯上设置有第一磁性件; 所述雾化套上还设置有第二磁性件 ,以使所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性 件磁性相排斥;
或,
所述电池杆组件上还设置有第三磁性件,以使位于所述电池杆组件上的所 述第三磁性件与所述第一磁性件磁性相吸;
所述第二磁性件或所述第三磁性件与所述第一磁性件沿所述雾化套轴向 位置相对设置,以通过所述第二磁性件或所述第三磁性件向所述雾化芯提供朝 向所述电池杆组件方向的力。
所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟本体还设置有用于存储所述烟油的储油 瓶, 所述储油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端,且所述雾化 芯的一端插设在所述储油瓶内。

所述的电子烟,其中,所述保护套设置有用于观察剩余油量的烟油观察窗。 本实用新型所提供了一种电子烟。 该电子烟包括: 电子烟本体, 所述电子 烟本体设置有吸烟端、 雾化组件及电池杆组件, 所述雾化组件包括雾化套, 所 述雾化套内部开设有容纳通孔, 所述容纳通孔内活动插设有雾化芯, 所述雾化 芯上设置有第一磁性件;所述雾化套上还设置有第二磁性件或所述电池杆组件 上还设置有第三磁性件。 因所述雾化芯与所述容纳通孔间隙配合, 则该雾化芯 与该容纳通孔不是一体化设置的,便于用户更换已损坏的雾化芯, 而且因所述 第二磁性件或所述第三磁性件向所述雾化芯提供朝向所述电池杆组件方向的 力,从而使得雾化芯可自动被弹出或吸出所述雾化套, 无需用户手部触摸沾有 烟油的雾化芯,从而有效的节省用户更换该雾化芯的时间, 而且提升用户更换 过程的体验。

实施例一, 本实施例对电子烟的具体结构进行详细说明: 明:
本实施例中, 该电子烟包括: 电子烟本体, 且所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟 端 201 , 用户通过该吸烟端 201即可进行吸烟, 由图 2和图 3所示可知, 该吸 烟端较佳的设置的形状与用户的嘴型相匹配,当然也可根据其他设置目的将该 吸烟端 201设置为其他形状。
用于将烟油雾化成烟雾的雾化组件 203。
该电子烟本体还包括用于给所述雾化组件 203供电的电池杆组件 204。 以下继续参见图 2和图 3所示, 对雾化组件 203进行详细说明: 本实施例所提供的雾化组件 203包括:
雾化套 2031 ;
所述雾化套 2031内部开设有容纳通孔 2032;
其中, 所述容纳通孔 2032连通至所述雾化组件 203与所述电池组件 204 相连的一端端面。
所述容纳通孔 2032内活动插设有用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯 2033 , 且所 述雾化芯 2033与所述容纳通孔 2032间隙配合。
所述雾化组件 203的具体结构也可参见图 4所示,图 4为本实用新型所提 供的电子烟的雾化组件的一种较佳实施例剖面爆炸连接结构示意图;
结合图 3和图 4所示可知,即插入该容纳通孔 2032内的雾化芯 2033与容 纳通孔 2032的孔壁之间不是固定且一体化设置的, 而是活动插设且可以自由 拆卸的。
本实施例中, 若因雾化芯 2033损坏以使得用户无法正常吸食到烟雾, 则 用户需要更换已损坏的雾化芯 2033时, 用户只要将电池杆组件 204与雾化组 件 203进行拆卸, 因雾化芯 2033与所述容纳通孔 2032间隙配合, 则该雾化芯 2033会自动被弹出或吸出所述容纳通孔 2032 ,以使所述雾化芯 2033与所述雾 化组件 203脱离, 从而使得用户更换雾化芯 2033非常方便, 且在更换的过程 中, 用户无需用手接触粘有烟油的雾化芯 2033 , 避免了用户手部粘有烟油, 从而提升了用户更换雾化芯 2033过程的体验。
进一步的, 为实现顺利且高效的更换该雾化芯 2033的目的, 则所述雾化 组件 203和所述电池杆组件 204可拆卸连接。其具体的可拆卸连接方式在本实 施例中不作限定, 例如可釆用螺紋连接或卡扣卡合等方式。
为实现本实施例中实现所述雾化芯 2033可自动被弹出或吸出的方式有两 种:
第一种为: 所述雾化芯 2033上设置有第一磁性件;
所述雾化套 2031上还设置有第二磁性件;
具体的, 所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件沿所述雾化套 2031轴向位置 相对设置;
更具体的, 所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性件磁性相排斥, 以使所述第二 磁性件向所述雾化芯 2033提供朝向所述电池杆组件 204方向的力。
若用户需要更换所述雾化芯 2033 , 则用户只要将电池杆组件 204与雾化 组件 203进行拆卸, 则所述雾化芯 2033因受到所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁 性件相排斥的磁力, 使得所述雾化芯 2033脱离所述雾化套 2031 , 并朝向所述 电池杆组件 204运动,即可使得所述雾化芯 2033从所述雾化套 2031内部自动 被弹出。
本实施例中, 对所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件的具体位置不作限定, 只要位于所述雾化芯 2033上所述第一磁性件与所述位于所述雾化套 2031上的 所述第二磁性件生成相互排除的磁力即可。
第二种为: 所述雾化芯 2033上设置有第一磁性件; 所述电池杆组件 204上还设置有第三磁性件;
具体的, 所述第三磁性件与所述第一磁性件沿所述雾化套 2031轴向位置 相对设置;
更具体的, 所述第三磁性件与所述第一磁性件磁性相吸, 以使所述第三磁 性件向所述雾化芯 2033提供朝向所述电池杆组件 204方向的力。
若用户需要更换所述雾化芯 2033 , 则用户只要将电池杆组件 204与雾化 组件 203进行拆卸, 则所述雾化芯 2033因受到所述第一磁性件与所述第三磁 性件相吸的磁力, 使得所述雾化芯 2033脱离所述雾化套 2031 , 并朝向所述电 池杆组件 204运动,即可使得所述雾化芯 2033从所述雾化套 2031内部自动被 吸出。
本实施例中, 对所述第一磁性件和所述第三磁性件的具体位置不作限定, 只要位于所述雾化芯 2033上所述第一磁性件与所述位于所述电池杆组件 204 上的所述第三磁性件生成相互吸引的磁力即可。
所述雾化芯 2033因受到所述第二磁性件或所述第三磁性件的磁力而被弹 出或吸出所述雾化套 2031之后, 所述雾化芯 2033与所述雾化套 2031的结构 如图 4所示。
实施例二,本实施例对实施例一所示的第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件的具 体位置进行详细说明:
结合图 3和图 4所示, 所述容纳通孔 2032的孔壁上设置有限位凸部 401。 所述雾化芯 2033的外侧面上与所述限位凸部 401对应位置设置有卡持部
402。
因该卡持部 402与该限位凸部 401位置对应设置, 以使所述限位凸部 401 与所述卡持部 402抵靠设置,进而使得所述限位凸部 401防止所述雾化芯 2033 朝远离所述电池杆组件方向运动。
即若用户希望更换该雾化芯 2033时, 因该限位凸部 401的阻挡作用, 使 得该雾化芯 2033不会向远离所述电池杆组件 204的方向运动, 而只会向朝向 该电池杆组件 204的方向运动, 进而可使得该雾化芯 2033可顺利的朝向所述 电池杆组件 204的方向与该容纳通孔 2032脱离。
需明确的是, 本实施例通过限位凸部 401阻挡所述卡持部 402 , 进而使得 该雾化芯 2033只会朝向所述电池杆组件 204的方向运动只是一种较佳的示例, 并不作限定。
为使得所述雾化芯 2033 自动被弹出所述雾化套 2031 , 以使所述雾化芯 2033与所述雾化套 2031脱离, 则可将所述卡持部 402设置为由磁铁制成的所 述第一磁性件; 所述限位凸部 401设置为由磁铁制成的所述第二磁性件, 以使 所述限位凸部 401和所述卡持部 402磁性相排斥,以使所述限位凸部 401向所 述卡持部 402提供朝向所述电池杆组件 204方向的力。
若用户需要更换所述雾化芯 2033 , 则用户只要将电池杆组件 204与雾化 组件 203进行拆卸, 则所述雾化芯 2033因受到所述限位凸部 401与所述卡持 部 402相排斥的磁力, 使得所述雾化芯 2033脱离所述雾化套 2031 , 并朝向所 述电池杆组件 204运动,即可使得所述雾化芯 2033从所述雾化套 2031内部自 动被弹出。
当然还可参见图 3和图 4所示,还可在所述限位凸部 401上固定设置所述 第二磁性件 403 , 且所述第二磁性件 403和设置为所述第一磁性件的所述卡持 部 402磁性相排斥 ,以使所述第二磁性件 403向所述卡持部 402提供朝向所述 电池杆组件 204方向的力。
若用户需要更换所述雾化芯 2033 , 则用户只要将电池杆组件 204与雾化 组件 203进行拆卸, 则所述雾化芯 2033因受到位于所述限位凸部 401上的所 述第二磁性件 403与所述卡持部 402相排斥的磁力, 使得所述雾化芯 2033脱 离所述雾化套 2031 , 并朝向所述电池杆组件 204运动, 即可使得所述雾化芯 2033从所述雾化套 2031内部自动被弹出。
实施例三 ,本实施例对实施例一所示的第一磁性件和所述第三磁性件的具 体位置进行详细说明:
首先对本实施例所提供的所述雾化芯 2033的具体结构进行详细说明: 所述雾化芯 2033用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾, 请参见图 2至图 5所示, 该 雾化芯的具体结构包括:
固定管 501 ;
用于与所述电池杆组件 204电连接的雾化器电极 502;
与所述雾化器电极 502电连接的电热丝 503; 即所述电热丝 503用于雾化烟油以形成可供用户吸食的烟雾。 套设在所述固定管 501内并由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件 504; 导油绳;
具体的 ,所述烟油锁存件 504的外周面与所述固定管 501的内周面相贴合, 从而防止烟油过度输送给所述电热丝 503 , 而且能够防止用户使用电子烟或电 子烟倒立时烟油的泄露。
需明确的是,在本实施例中, 该电子烟用于将烟油传导至电热丝 503的结 构仅仅是一种示例, 在此不作限定, 只要能够将烟油传导至电热丝 503即可。
例如, 所述固定管 501设置可为由吸油材料制成的导油柱,将该导油柱棵 露插设在储油瓶 205内。 所述导油柱为棉制件或玻璃纤维制件。 当然, 所述导 油柱也可以为多孔材料制件,由多孔材料制成的所述导油柱通过毛细作用将烟 油输送至电热丝 503。 当然, 在其它实施例中, 所述雾化芯 2033也可仅包括 所述电热丝 503及将烟油输送给所述电热丝 503进行雾化的导油绳,在此不作 限定。
较佳的该导油柱釆用玻璃纤维制件, 因玻璃纤维制件耐高温, 性质稳定, 不影响烟油的口味, 更有益于提升用户吸食烟雾的口感以及稳定。
更具体的, 所述固定管 501的两端一端设置有所述雾化器电极 502 , 另一 端设置有所述烟油锁存件 504 , 且设置有所述烟油锁存件 504的一端插入存储 有烟油的储油瓶 205内。
以图 5和图 6为例,所述储油瓶 205设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸 烟端 201的一端, 且所述雾化芯 2033的一端插设在所述储油瓶 205内。 吸烟端 201设置于所述电池杆组件 204远离所述雾化组件 203的一端。且所述 储油瓶、 所述电子烟和所述电池杆组件同轴设置。
釆用此种设置方式的优势在于 ,因储油瓶 205设置的位置远离吸烟端 201 , 使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道不会经过该储油瓶 205 , 从而使得储油瓶 205内未经雾化的烟油不会泄露到电子烟本体内部的烟雾通道内, 进而使得用 户不会吸食到未经雾化的烟油,从而有效的避免了烟油的泄露。 而且不流经储 油瓶 205的烟雾通道还可避免烟油在烟雾通道内冷凝,从而有效的避免冷凝后 的烟油堵塞烟雾通道。
所述雾化组件 203位于所述电池杆组件 204和所述储油瓶 205之间 ,且所 述吸烟端 201位于所述电池杆组件 204的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端 201位于所 述电池杆组件 204的中部、或所述吸烟端 201位于所述电池杆组件 204上远离 所述雾化组件 203的位置。
具体的,位于所述电池杆组件 204的一端外侧的该吸烟端 201可与电池杆 组件 204同轴设置,釆用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实 的香烟, 且使整体的烟雾通道较直, 可有效减少积油的现象。
或将吸烟端 201设置在电池杆组件 204的中部、或所述吸烟端 201位于所 述电池杆组件 204上远离所述雾化组件 203的位置。
在本实用新型中, 该吸烟端 201的具体位置不作限定。
在本实施例中, 为使得该电子烟的整体结构模仿真实的香烟、符合用户的 使用习惯以及减少积油, 该雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204同轴设置。
且在本实施例中 ,所述雾化组件 203位于所述电池杆组件 204和所述储油 瓶 205之间, 即雾化组件 203离吸烟端 201的位置较远, 而用户釆用本实施例 所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时, 雾化组件 203的位置离用户口腔的位置较远, 即 可使得雾化组件 203雾化烟油时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提升了电 子烟的使用安全, 而且用户吸烟过程中通常会夹持电池杆组件 204进行吸烟, 而避免了现有技术中夹持发热的雾化组件 203进行吸烟,使得用户在使用本实 施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟了真实 香烟的温度, 提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
较佳的是, 为使得用户能够掌握储油瓶 205内部的烟油剩余量, 则该储油 瓶 205为透光容器,即使得用户通过透光的储油瓶 205即可随时掌握电子烟的 剩余烟油量, 便于用户及时的更换储油瓶 205。
较佳的是, 所述储油瓶 205为玻璃瓶。 由于玻璃材质性质较稳定, 避免因 发生化学反应等情况而影响烟油味。
更佳的是,该玻璃制成的储油瓶 205的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用 户可估计出剩余烟油量可供吸食的时长, 方便用户使用。 较佳的是, 在所述储油瓶 205套设有保护套(图中未示出), 以避免所述 玻璃材质的储油瓶 205因跌落而破碎的情况。
更佳的是, 所述保护套设置有烟油观察窗, 以供用户观察烟油。
且为了模仿香烟, 则电子烟的长度一般与香烟的长度相当,且为了减少充 电频率以及增加电池杆组件 204的使用寿命,电池杆组件 204的长度至少可占 电子烟整体长度的一半以上, 在用户使用本实施例所示的电子烟进行吸烟时, 会自然的夹持电子烟的中上部靠近吸烟端 201的位置,因本实施例中的储油瓶 205设置在远离吸烟端 201的一端, 所以储油瓶 205避免受到用户夹持力, 从 而使储油瓶 205向雾化组件 203输出储油量较为均衡的,有效的保障了烟雾的 稳定, 提高了用户体验。 避免了现有技术中, 因用户对储油瓶端部的作用力不 同, 而使烟油供给量不同, 导致烟雾量时大时小的情况。
且本实施例中, 为有效的保障储油瓶 205具有良好的密封性,从而有效的 避免烟油的泄露, 本实施例所釆用的设置方式可为两种:
第一种设置方式请参见图 5 所示, 即为使得可拆卸连接到雾化组件 203 上的储油瓶 205具有良好的密封性,从而使得储油瓶 205内的储油不会出现泄 漏,则所述雾化组件 203和所述储油瓶 205连接处设置有用于密封所述储油瓶 205的密封环 505。
通过所述密封环 505可有效的保障储油瓶 205的密封性。
第二种设置方式请参见图 6所示,即在与所述储油瓶 205的瓶口密封配合 设置带有通孔的环形密封塞 605。
在所述环形密封塞 605的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油瓶 205的可捅 破薄膜 606。
即雾化芯 2033插入储油瓶 205内部时,该雾化芯 2033穿过该可捅破薄膜 606 ,通过该可捅破薄膜 606使得已插入雾化芯 2033的储油瓶 205仍具有良好 的密封性, 从而有效的防止烟油泄露。
因本实施例所提供的储油瓶 205设置带有可捅破薄膜 606的环形密封塞 605 , 使得该储油瓶 205具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的避免烟油的泄露, 延 长电子烟的使用时间以及保障了电子烟的使用寿命。
继续以图 5和图 6所示, 对电池杆组件 204的具体结构进行详细说明: 所述电池杆组件 204具体包括:
电池套 601 ;
其中, 所述吸烟端 201可由该电池套 601的端部延伸一体化形成, 或, 将 作为吸烟端 201的吸嘴与所述电池套 601可拆卸连接,具体设置方式在本实施 例中不作限定。
本实施例中的可拆卸连接的吸嘴作为吸烟端 201 可使得用户随时更换吸 嘴或清洗吸嘴, 以实现尽量避免吸食到吸嘴内的烟油, 同时也更好地清理电池 杆组件内的烟油。
容置在所述电池套 601内部的电池 602;
与所述电池 602电连接设置有电池电极 603 , 且所述电池电极 603与所述 雾化器电极 502电连接;
用于生成触发信号的感应模块;
与所述感应模块电连接设置有微控制器。
在本实施例中, 该感应模块较佳的釆用气流感应开关 604。
用户通过吸烟端 201吸烟时, 该电子烟内部的压强减小, 该气流感应开关
604检测到压强减 d、的情况后生成触发信号。
所述微控制器检测到该触发信号后控制电池杆组件 204的电池 602为电热 丝 503供电, 以使所述电热丝 503雾化烟油以形成供用户吸食的烟雾。
且在本实施例中, 因气流感应开关 604离吸烟端 201位置较近,使得气流 感应开关 604的感应用户吸烟动作的灵敏度提高,以使用户更为有效的使用电 子烟。
当然, 还可在该电子烟的表面设置有按键开关, 若用户希望吸食烟雾, 则 按压该按键开关,该按键开关根据用户的按压操作控制所述电池杆组件为所述 雾化组件供电。 即控制电池杆组件 204的电池 602为电热丝 503供电, 以使所 述电热丝 503雾化烟油以形成供用户吸食的烟雾。
具体的, 如图 5所示, 所述雾化器电极 502包括第一内电极 5021和第一 外电极 5022, 且所述第一内电极 5021和所述第一外电极 5022分别与所述电 热丝 503电连接;
所述电池电极 603包括第二内电极 6031和第二外电极 6032。 且所述第一内电极 5021与所述第二内电极 6031电连接,所述第一外电极 5022与所述第二外电极电连接 6032。
更具体的 ,所述第一外电极 5022为所述第一磁性件 ,所述第二外电极 6032 为所述第三磁性件;
即所述第一外电极 5022和所述第二外电极 6032由磁铁制成,以使所述第 一外电极 5022与所述第二外电极 6032产生相吸引的磁力。
因所述第一外电极 5022与所述第二外电极 6032相吸引,使得所述雾化器 电极 502与电池电极 603的电连接更可靠。
若用户需要更换所述雾化芯 2033 , 则用户只要将电池杆组件 204与雾化 组件 203进行拆卸, 则所述雾化芯 2033因受到由磁铁制成的所述第一外电极 5022与由磁铁制成的所述第二外电极 6032相吸的磁力,使得所述雾化芯 2033 脱离所述雾化套 2031 , 并朝向所述电池杆组件 204运动, 即可使得所述雾化 芯 2033从所述雾化套 2031 内部自动被吸出。 当然, 可以将所述第一外电极 5022和所述第二外电极 6032两者中的一个设置成由磁铁制成,而另一个由铁、 钴、镍或其合金等磁性材料制成,在此不作限定,只要能够相互磁吸相连即可。
实施例四,本实施例对电池杆组件 204内部的烟雾通道的结构进行详细说 明:
进一步参见图 7对该电子烟内部所形成的烟雾通道进行详细说明: 所述电池杆组件 204内部设置用于导通所述吸烟端 201和进气口的烟雾通 道 702。
即气流由进气口流入所述电子烟本体,并带动所述电热丝 503所雾化的烟 雾经由所述烟雾通道 702流入所述吸烟端 201以被用户吸食。
较佳的是, 该烟雾通道 702在电池杆组件 204内部密封设置, 即与电池杆 组件 204内部的其他电子元器件隔离。
具体的,与烟雾通道 702导通的进气口的设置方式可为两种,需明确的是, 以下进气口的设置方式仅为举例进行说明, 并不作限定, 只要设置在电子烟本 体的进气口通过烟雾通道 702与吸烟端 201导通即可。
该进气口的第一种方式可为,如图 7所示,将该第一进气口 701可设置在 所述雾化套 2031表面外壁上, 且与所述电热丝 503对应的位置。 通过烟雾通道 702可导通吸烟端 201和第一进气口 701 , 具体请参见 7所 示, 其中图 7为进气口设置在雾化套 2031表面上的电子烟的剖面示意图; 如图 7所示可知,设置在雾化组件 203外壁上的第一进气口 701通过烟雾 通道 702与吸烟端 201导通。
具体的, 本实施例中电子烟内部的气流方向为箭头所示的方向, 由图 7 所示可知, 该气流方向不经过储油瓶 205 , 使得经过雾化组件 203雾化的烟雾 无需经过储油瓶 205即可流向吸烟端 201 , 从而使得烟雾不会因储油瓶 205的 吸烟而冷凝, 进而不会阻塞烟雾通道 702 , 避免了现有技术中烟雾经过储油区 域而使烟雾冷凝及阻塞雾化通道的情况。
第二种设置方式为:第二进气口可设置在所述雾化组件 203和所述储油瓶
205抵合面上; 其具体的设置方式为可在雾化组件 203与储油瓶 205抵合面上 设置有凸块或凸棱部,使得螺紋连接后的雾化组件 203和储油瓶 205之间形成 可供空气流入的第二进气口, 以使得空气通过该第二进气口流入烟雾通道 702 中。
需明确的是, 该第二进气口的设置方式不作限定, 只要雾化组件 203和储 油瓶 205之间形成可供空气流入的第二进气口即可。
即设置在所述雾化组件 203和所述储油瓶 205抵合面上第二进气口通过烟 雾通道 702与吸烟端 201导通。
通过本实施例中电子烟内部的气流方向不经过储油瓶 205 , 使得经过雾化 组件 203雾化的烟雾无需经过储油瓶 205即可流向吸烟端 201 , 从而使得烟雾 不会因储油瓶 205的吸烟而冷凝, 进而不会阻塞烟雾通道 702。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括: 电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件及用于给所述雾 化组件供电的电池杆组件, 所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接; 所述雾化组件包括雾化套, 所述雾化套内部开设有容纳通孔, 所述容纳通 孔连通至所述雾化套面向所述电池杆组件的一端端面;所述容纳通孔内活动插 设有用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯, 所述雾化芯上设置有第一磁性件;
所述雾化套上还设置有第二磁性件 ,以使所述第二磁性件与所述第一磁性 件磁性相排斥;
或,
所述电池杆组件上还设置有第三磁性件,以使位于所述电池杆组件上的所 述第三磁性件与所述第一磁性件磁性相吸;
所述第二磁性件或所述第三磁性件与所述第一磁性件沿所述雾化套轴向 位置相对设置,以通过所述第二磁性件或所述第三磁性件向所述雾化芯提供朝 向所述电池杆组件方向的力。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟本体还设置 有用于存储所述烟油的储油瓶,所述储油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述 吸烟端的一端, 且所述雾化芯的一端插设在所述储油瓶内。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述容纳通孔的孔壁上设置有用于防止所述雾化芯朝远离所述电池杆组 件方向运动的限位凸部;
所述雾化芯的外侧面上与所述限位凸部对应位置设置有卡持部; 所述卡持部为所述第一磁性件;
所述限位凸部为所述第二磁性件;
或,
所述限位凸部上固定设置所述第二磁性件。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件由磁铁制成,以使所述第一磁性件与所 述第二磁性件产生相排斥的磁力。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯包括: 固定管;
用于与所述电池杆组件电连接的雾化器电极;
与所述雾化器电极电连接并用于雾化烟油的电热丝;
套设在所述固定管内并由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件; 绳;
且所述烟油锁存件的外周面与所述固定管的内周面相贴合,所述雾化器电 极设置在所述固定管的一端,所述固定管设置有所述烟油锁存件的一端插入所 述储油瓶内。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件包括: 电池套;
容置在所述电池套内部的电池;
用于生成触发信号的感应模块;
与所述感应模块电连接设置有微控制器;
与所述电池电连接设置有所述电池电极,且所述电池电极与所述雾化器电 极电连接。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化器电极包括第一内电极和第一外电极,且所述第一内电极和所述 第一外电极分别与所述电热丝电连接;
所述电池电极包括第二内电极和第二外电极,且所述第一内电极与所述第 二内电极电连接, 所述第一外电极与所述第二外电极电连接;
且所述第一外电极为所述第一磁性件, 所述第二外电极为所述第三磁性 件;
所述第一外电极和所述第二外电极由磁铁制成,以使所述述第一外电极与 所述第二外电极产生相吸引的磁力。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件位于所述 电池杆组件及所述储油瓶之间,所述吸烟端设置于所述电池杆组件远离所述雾 化组件的一端, 且所述储油瓶、 所述雾化组件和所述电池杆组件同轴设置。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述感应模块为用于根 据用户的吸烟动作生成所述触发信号的气流感应开关。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟还包括位于 电子烟本体上的按键开关,所述按键开关用于根据用户的按压操作控制所述电 池杆组件为所述雾化组件供电。
11、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池杆组件内部设置有烟雾通道;
所述烟雾通道导通所述吸烟端和位于所述雾化套表面且与所述电热丝对 应位置处设置的第一进气口;
或,
所述烟雾通道导通所述吸烟端和设置在所述雾化组件和所述储油瓶抵合 面上的第二进气口。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件和所述储 油瓶连接处设置有用于密封所述储油瓶的密封环。
13、根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油瓶为透光容器。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油瓶套设有保 护套。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述保护套设置有用 于观察剩余油量的烟油观察窗。
