Description

一种电子烟
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟,尤其涉及的是一种可自由更换电池且不易于吸食到烟 油的电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术的电子烟的结构请参见图 1所示, 由图 1可知,现有技术中的电子 烟中包括相互连接的雾化组件 110和电池杆组件 120, 所述雾化组件 110的远离 所述电池杆组件 120的一端作为供用户吸食烟雾的吸烟端 100。 进一步参见图 1 可知, 雾化组件 110设置有用于存储烟油的储油器 111 , 在该储油器 111内设置 有储油棉 112, 以及用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件 113。且在该电子烟内部形成有 烟雾通道, 使得用户通过该烟雾通道吸食到已被电热丝组件 113雾化的烟雾。
因图 1所示的电子烟中,储油器 111的位置靠近吸烟端 100,且该储油器 111 位于烟雾通道内, 使得储油器 111内的烟油容易泄露到烟雾通道内, 使得未经 雾化的烟油也会被用户吸食。
由图 1所示, 现有技术中的所述电池杆组件 120内部固定连接有电池 121 , 若电池 121损坏, 则只能更换整个电子烟, 而无法只将已损坏的电池 121进行更 换, 减少了电子烟的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可自由更换电池且不易于吸食到烟油的电子烟。
一种电子烟, 其中, 包括: 电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟油的储油瓶、与所述储油瓶插 接相连并用于将烟油导出以雾化所述烟油形成烟雾的雾化器组件以及用于给 所述雾化器组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述储油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端;
所述电池杆组件设置有电池支架,所述电池支架设置有用于可拆卸插设电 池的内槽体;所述电池支架朝向所述吸烟端的端面上活动连接有与所述电池电 连接的,且可自由旋转的拨动电极, 所述拨动电极用于抵持所述电池靠近所述 吸烟端的端面, 以使所述电池固定设置在所述电池支架内部。

本发明提供了一种电子烟, 该电子烟设置有电池支架, 所述电池支架设置 有用于可拆卸插设电池的内槽体,且所述电池支架朝向所述吸烟端的端面上活 动连接有与所述电池电连接的,且可自由旋转的拨动电极, 所述拨动电极用于 抵持所述电池靠近所述吸烟端的端面,以使所述电池固定设置在所述电池支架 内部。通过旋转所述拨动电极, 进而可自由的将所述电池从所述内槽体取出或 将所述电池放入所述内槽体, 实现了随时更换电池的目的, 进而电池故障则无 需更换整个电子烟, 而只需要更换电池即可,从而有效的延长的电子烟的使用 寿命, 节省用户的使用成本; 此外, 由于所述储油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体上 远离所述吸烟端的一端 ,且所述雾化器组件通过将所述储油瓶内的烟油导出然 后再雾化所述烟油以形成供吸食的烟雾,因而用户不容易吸食到泄露或冷凝的 烟油, 极大地提高了用户体验。 附图说明

实施例一,本实施例对可自由更换电池且不易于吸食到烟油的电子烟的具 体结构进行详细说明:
首先请见图 2所示, 由图 2所示可知, 所述电子烟包括电子烟本体; 所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端 201 ; 即用户通过该吸烟端 201即可抽吸到 烟雾。
所述电子烟本体还包括: 用于雾化烟油的雾化器组件、用于给所述雾化器 组件供电的电池杆组件 ,本实施例对所述雾化器组件以及所述电池杆组件的具 体设置位置不作限定, 只要在用户抽吸该电子烟时, 所述电池杆组件能够为所 述雾化器组件供电即可。

实施例二, 本实施例对该电子烟的具体结构进行详细说明:
本实施例所示的电子烟的设置具体方式可有以下两种:
第一种请见图 5所示,本实施例所示的电子烟的电池杆组件 501设置于所 述电子烟本体上靠近所述吸烟端 201的一端。
且所述雾化器组件 502位于所述电池杆组件 501和所述储油瓶 202之间, 且所述电池杆组件 501、 所述雾化器组件 502和所述储油瓶 202同轴设置。 在本种设置方式中,所述电池杆组件 501内部还设置有用于流通烟雾 503 , 以将所述雾化器组件 502 所雾化的烟雾导通至所述吸烟端 201 的烟雾通道 503。
由图 5所示可知,所述储油瓶 202设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟 端 201的一端, 釆用此种设置方式的优势在于, 因储油瓶 202设置的位置远离 吸烟端 201 , 使得位于所述电池杆组件 501内的烟雾通道 503不会经过该储油 瓶 202, 从而使得储油瓶 202内未经雾化的烟油不会泄露到烟雾通道 503内, 进而使得用户不会吸食到未经雾化的烟油,从而有效的避免了烟油的泄露。 而 且不流经储油瓶 202的烟雾通道 503还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道 503内冷凝,从 而有效的避免冷凝后的烟油堵塞烟雾通道 503。
具体的, 所述电池杆组件 501、 所述吸烟端 201以及所述雾化器组件 502 同轴设置, 釆用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实的香烟 , 符合用户的使用习惯,且使整体的烟雾通道 503较直,可有效减少积油的现象。
且在本实施例中,所述雾化器组件 502位于所述电池杆组件 501和所述储 油瓶 202之间, 即雾化器组件 502离吸烟端 201的位置较远, 而用户釆用本实 施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时,雾化器组件 502的位置离用户口腔的位置较 远, 即可使得雾化器组件 502雾化烟油时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的 提升了电子烟的使用安全, 而且用户吸烟过程中通常会夹持电池杆组件 501 进行吸烟, 而避免了现有技术中夹持发热的雾化器组件 502进行吸烟,使得用 户在使用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效 的模拟了真实香烟的温度, 提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
较佳的是, 所述储油瓶 202与所述雾化器组件 502为可拆卸连接和 /或所 述雾化器组件 502与所述电池杆组件 501为可拆卸连接。
具体的,所述储油瓶 202与所述雾化器组件 502和 /或所述雾化器组件 502 与所述电池杆组件 501的可拆卸的连接方式可为螺紋连接或卡合连接等,具体 的连接方式在本实施例中不作限定,只要使得所述储油瓶 202与所述雾化器组 件 502和 /或所述雾化器组件 502与所述电池杆组件 501的可拆卸连接即可。
釆用上述可拆卸的连接方式的优势在于, 方便用户随时更换雾化器组件 502或以及随时拆卸储油瓶 202, 从而方便用户往储油瓶 202内加烟油或更换 该储油瓶 202。 当然, 所述储油瓶 202与所述雾化器组件 502之间和 /或所述雾 化器组件 502与所述电池杆组件 501的连接方式可为不可拆卸的连接方式,在 此不作限定。
本实施例所示的电子烟的整体结构模仿了香烟,电子烟的长度与香烟的长 度相当,且为了减少充电频率以及增加电池杆组件 501的使用寿命, 电池杆组 件 501的长度至少可占电子烟整体长度的一半以上,在用户使用本实施例所示 的电子烟进行吸烟时, 会自然的夹持电子烟的中上部靠近吸烟端 201的位置, 因本实施例中的储油瓶 202设置在远离吸烟端 201 的一端, 所以储油瓶 202 避免受到用户夹持力,从而使储油瓶 202向雾化器组件 502输出烟油量较为均 衡的, 有效的保障了烟雾的稳定, 提高了用户体验。 避免了现有技术中, 因用 户对储油器端部的作用力不同, 而使烟油供给量不同, 导致烟雾量时大时小的 情况。
以下进行参见图 5所示对电池杆组件 501的具体结构进行进一步的详细说 明:
具体的, 如图 5所示, 所述电池杆组件 501还包括:
微处理器;
电池 504; 且与所述电池 504远离所述吸烟端 201—端电连接设置有弹簧 电极 505 , 以使所述电池 504远离所述吸烟端 201—端通过所述弹簧电极 505 与所述微处理器电连接;
且所述弹簧电极 505还用于在拆卸所述电池 504 时, 所述弹簧电极 505 会给所述电池 504—个远离所述内槽体 302方向的力,从而进一步的方便更换 所述电池 504 , 提升更换所述电池 504的效率。
如图 5所示,用于将所述雾化器组件 502所雾化的烟雾导通至所述吸烟端 201的烟雾通道 503设置在所述电池支架 301内。
且为了防止烟雾通道 503内流通的烟雾损害所述电池 504 , 则所述烟雾通 道 503与所述内槽体 302隔离设置。
为使得用户可吸食烟雾, 则以图 5所示为例, 所述电子烟本体上设置有用 于接收用户按压操作的按键 506;
与所述按键 506 电连接设置有用于根据所述按压操作生成控制信号的微 触开关; 且所述微触开关与所述雾化器组件 502连接, 以使所述电池 504根据 所述控制信号为所述雾化器组件 502供电。
其中,触发所述电池 504为所述雾化器组件 502供电的方式上述仅仅为举 例进行说明, 不作限定, 例如还可在所述电池杆组件 501靠近所述吸烟端 201 的端部设置有用于根据用户的吸烟动作生成触发信号的气流感应开关,所述微 处理器根据所述触发信号生成用于控制所述电池为所述雾化器组件 502 供电 的控制信号。
进一步如图 5所示, 对所述雾化器组件 502的具体结构进行详细说明: 如图 5所示, 所述雾化器组件 502包括:
缠绕设置在导油绳上的电热丝 507 ;
插设在所述储油瓶 202内的导油管 508;
所述导油管 508内设置有由吸油材料制成且用以将储油瓶 202内的烟油传 导给导油绳的烟油锁存件 509 , 所述导油绳的至少一端与所述烟油锁存件 509 抵接。
为更好使得位于所述储油瓶 202 内的烟油能够传导至所述烟油锁存件
509 , 则所述导油管由可透油材质制成。
本实施例对所述可透油材质不作限定, 例如有玻纤材质制成等; 所述烟油 锁存件 509可由棉或玻璃纤维等材质制成, 在此不作具体限定。
或还在所述导油管 508上开设有通孔,在本实施例中, 所述导油绳的两端 插设在所述烟油锁存件 509内,以使所述烟油锁存件 509所存储的烟油能够均 匀、 恒定的传导至所述电热丝 507。 所述导油绳的横截面积小于所述烟油锁存 件 509的横截面积,所述烟油锁存件 509的外周面与所述导油管的内周面相贴 合并弹性抵接, 以更好地输送烟油及避免漏油。 此外, 此种结构使得烟油输送 路径呈阶梯状结构,烟油锁存件 509的吸油状态基本为饱和状态而导油绳的吸 油状态基本为适中的状态, 从而保证导油绳能够随时从所述烟油锁存件 509 获取所需的烟油, 不仅能够进一步较好地提高烟雾量, 防止电热丝 507干烧, 而且能够防止所述储油瓶 202内的烟油泄露出来,保证了电子烟能产生稳定的 烟雾量。
本实施例对所述电热丝的具体结构的设置方式为举例进行说明, 不作限 定,例如还在所述烟油锁存件 509靠近所述吸烟端 201的端面覆盖设置有玻纤 布,在该玻纤布上设置有压制成片状且缠绕成螺旋形的电热丝,且该电热丝所 位于的平面与电子烟的轴向垂直或呈一定角度,从而可进一步的防止电热丝烧 焦。
与所述电热丝 507电连接有雾化器电极。
本实施例所示的电子烟的具体结构的第二种设置方式, 请参见图 6所示, 所述电池杆组件 602和所述雾化器组件 601并列设置于所述电子烟本体内且靠 近所述吸烟端 201的一端。
如 6所示,所述电池杆组件 602和所述雾化器组件 601均插设在所述储油 瓶 202内, 为防止所述储油瓶 202内部的烟油污染所述电池杆组件 602 , 以防 止所述电池杆组件 602无法正常为所述雾化器组件 601供电,则所述电池杆组 件 602 外周壁包覆设置有密封套, 该密封套的具体设置方式以及材质不作限 定, 只要所述储油瓶 202内的烟油与所述电池杆组件 602隔离即可。
本种设置方式中,因所述雾化器组件 601和所述电池杆组件 602并列设置 在电子烟内部, 从而使得电子烟本体长度较短, 进而使得所述雾化器组件 601 所雾化的烟雾流通至所述吸烟端 201的时间较短,从而有效的避免烟雾冷凝成 烟油, 以避免用户吸食到烟油。
釆用本种设置方式的电子烟,其雾化器组件 601的具体结构可参见第一种 设置方式所述, 所述电池杆组件 602 的具体结构也可参见第一种设置方式所 述, 需明确的是, 若所述电池杆组件 602和所述雾化器组件 601并列设置于所 述电子烟本体内, 则所述电池杆组件 602内部无需设置所述烟雾通道。
需明确的是, 上述对电子烟的具体结构为举例进行说明, 不作限定, 例如 所述吸烟端 201可位于所述电池杆组件的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端位于所述电 池杆组件的中部、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件上远离所述雾化器组件的 位置,还例如依次连接的所述电池杆组件、 雾化器组件和所述储油瓶可交错设 置, 使得该电子烟整体的外形为异形, 该异形的具体形状可为任意形状; 还例 如所述雾化器组件的一端插入所述储油瓶后,所述雾化器组件和所述储油瓶整 体与所述电池杆组件并列设置等等。 本实施例所示的拨动电极的具体结构请结合图 3和图 7所示,即所述拨动 电极 303具体包括:
固定插设在所述电池支架 301 朝向所述吸烟端 201 端面上的第一螺母
701 ;
与所述第一螺母 701匹配设置的, 且外周壁设置有螺紋段的转轴 702; 本实施例所示的所述转轴 702通过所述第一螺母 701固定插设在所述电池 支架 301朝向所述吸烟端 201的端面上。
用于抵持所述电池的抵持臂 703 , 且所述抵持臂 703—端设置有可套设在 所述转轴 702上的通孔, 以使所述抵持臂 703通过所述通孔套设在所述转轴 702上;
即所述抵持臂 703可以其与所述转轴 702套设的位置为圓心进行旋转,从 而使得通过旋转所述抵持臂 703可使得用户随时取出或放入所述电池。
与所述转轴 702匹配设置有第二螺母 704;
所述第二螺母 704用于将已套设在所述转轴 702上的所述 4氏持臂 703固定 设置在所述转轴 703上。
即将所述第二螺母 704拧合固定在所述转轴 703上, 通过所述第一螺母 701和所述第二螺母 704使得所述抵持臂 703固定设置在所述转轴 703上。
本实施例中, 所述 4氏持臂 703以所述转轴 702为圓心, 沿所述电池靠近所 述吸烟端 201的端面所在的水平面内旋转。
需明确的是,本实施例对所述拨动电极 303的说明为一种举例,不作限定, 只要设置在所述电池支架 301朝向所述吸烟端 201端面上的拨动电极 303能够 自由旋转即可。
例如,还可在所述电池支架朝向所述吸烟端端面上设置有容置凹槽,在所 述容置凹槽内设置有球头关节,且所述容置凹槽包覆设置所述球头关节, 其具 体的为万向节的结构, 其具体结构不做赘述。且与所述球头关节连接设置有延 伸出所述容置凹槽的压杆, 且所述压杆可自由旋转。
通过万向节结构的拨动电极,使得所述拨动电极不仅仅可沿所述电子烟的 径向旋转还可沿所述电子烟的轴向以及任意角度旋转。
以下结合图 8所示的对所述拨动电极 303的电连接方式进行详细说明: 与所述拨动电极 303电连接设置有电子线 801。
所述拨动电极 303通过所述电子线 801与所述微处理器电连接。
以下结合图 9所示对所述拨动电极 303 的又一种电连接方式进行详细说 明:
所述拨动电极 303插设在所述电池支架 301内的端部电连接设置有第一弹 片 901。
即所述电池支架 301上用于插设所述拨动电极 303的凹槽底部设置有所述 第一弹片 901 , 以使将所述拨动电极 303插设在所述电池支架 301上时, 所述 第一弹片 901与所述拨动电极 303抵持并电连接。
且所述拨动电极 303通过所述第一弹片 901与由导电材质制成的电池支架
301电连接, 以使所述电池 504靠近所述吸烟端 201的一端依次通过所述拨动 电极 303、 所述第一弹片 901和所述电池支架 301与所述微处理器电连接。
与所述电池支架 301远离所述吸烟端的端部连接设置有第二弹片 902。 且所述第二弹片 902分别与所述微处理器和所述电池支架 301电连接,以 使所述电池 504远离所述吸烟端 201的一端依次通过所述电池支架 301和所述 第二弹片 902与所述微处理器电连接。
本实施例通过由导电材质制成的电池支架以及第一弹片 901、 第二弹片 902使得电子烟内部无需焊接电子烟, 从而简化了电子烟的装配难度, 从而有 效的提升电子烟的装配效率。
实施例四,本实施例对所述电子烟具体是如何防止所述烟雾通道内的烟雾 损害所述电池的进行详细说明:
如图 10所示, 所述吸烟端 201靠近所述电池杆组件 501 —端内部设置有 密封盘 1001 , 所述密封盘 1001用于防止流出所述烟雾通道 503的烟雾流入所 述内槽体 302 (参见图 3所示);
较佳的, 即若用户需要安装所述电池 504 , 则将所述电池 504放入所述内 槽体 302后, 旋转所述拨动电极 303 , 以使所述拨动电极抵持所述电池 504 , 之后即可将所述吸烟端 201固定在所述电池杆组件 501上, 因所述吸烟端 201 设置有所述密封盘 1001 , 则所述密封盘 1001可抵持所述拨动电极 303 , 从而 可防止所述拨动电极 303晃动, 有效的保障所述电池 504与所述拨动电极 303 的电连接。
即通过所述密封盘 1001使得流入所述吸烟端 201 内的烟雾不会流入所述 内槽体 302, 进而可有效的避免所述烟雾损害所述电池 504。
进一步的,为使得所述烟雾通道 503内的烟雾能够顺利的流入所述吸烟端 201 , 则所述烟雾通道 503穿过所述密封盘 1001以与所述吸烟端 201导通, 即 所述烟雾通道 503的出气口 1002穿过所述密封盘 1001。
其中, 该出气口 1002的具体位置也可参见图 3和图 4所示。
为进一步的提升密封效果, 则所述烟雾通道 503与所述密封盘 1001之间 匹配设置有密封圈 1003。 即通过该密封圈 1003进一步的防止烟雾通道 503内 的烟雾流入所述内槽体 302。
且本实施例中, 所述电子烟还设置有进气口, 该电子烟外部的空气通过该 进气口流入所述电子烟本体内部,且因所述进气口与所述电热丝 507导通, 则 该空气可带动所述电热丝 507所雾化的烟雾流通至所述吸烟端 201。
以图 10为例, 所述进气口 1004设置在所述雾化器组件 502外壁上,且与 所述电热丝 507对应位置。
且所述进气口可设置在所述雾化器组件 502和所述储油瓶 202抵合面上。 本实施例对所述进气口的具体设置位置不作限定,只要从进气口流入电子 烟本体内部的控制能够带动所述电热丝 507 所雾化的烟雾以流入至所述烟雾 通道 503内即可, 其中, 具体的气流方向请见图 10所示的箭头方向。
实施例四, 本实施例对可密封所述储油瓶, 以使所述储油瓶内的烟油不会 泄露。
如图 11所示, 该储油瓶 202内部设置有密封容腔 1101 , 该密封容腔 1101 内部密封存储有烟油。
为使得用户能够掌握储油瓶 202 内部的烟油的剩余量, 则该储油瓶 202 为透明容器,即使得用户通过透明的储油瓶 202即可随时掌握电子烟的剩余烟 油量, 便于用户及时的更换储油瓶 202。
较佳的是, 所述储油瓶 202为玻璃瓶。 由于玻璃材质性质较稳定, 避免因 发生化学反应等情况而影响烟油味。
更佳的是,该玻璃制成的储油瓶 202的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用 户可估计出剩余烟油量可供吸食的时长, 方便用户使用。
较佳的是, 在所述储油瓶 202套设有保护套(图中未示出), 以避免所述 玻璃材质的储油瓶 202因跌落而破碎的情况。
更佳的是, 所述保护套设置有烟油观察窗, 以供用户观察烟油。
在与所述储油瓶 202的瓶口密封配合设置带有通孔的环形密封塞 1102。 在所述环形密封塞 1102的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油瓶 202的可 捅破薄膜 1103。
即导油管 508插入储油瓶 202的密封容腔 1101 内部时, 该导油管 508穿 过该可捅破薄膜 1103 , 通过该可捅破薄膜 1103使得已插入导油管 508的储油 瓶 202仍具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的防止烟油的泄漏。
因本实施例所提供的储油瓶 202设置带有可捅破薄膜 1103的环形密封塞 1102, 使得该储油瓶 202具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的避免烟油的泄露, 延 长电子烟的使用时间以及保障了电子烟的使用寿命。
还可釆用以下的设置方式, 进一步参见图 5所示:
为使得连接到雾化器组件上的储油瓶 202具有良好的密封性,从而使得储 油瓶 202 内的烟油不会出现泄漏, 则所述雾化器组件 502和所述储油瓶 202 连接处设置有用于密封所述储油瓶 202的密封环 2021。
通过所述密封环 2021可有效的保障储油瓶 202的密封性。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括: 电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟油的储油瓶、与所述储油瓶插 接相连并用于将烟油导出以雾化所述烟油形成烟雾的雾化器组件以及用于给 所述雾化器组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述储油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端;
所述电池杆组件设置有电池支架,所述电池支架设置有用于可拆卸插设电 池的内槽体;所述电池支架朝向所述吸烟端的端面上活动连接有与所述电池电 连接的,且可自由旋转的拨动电极, 所述拨动电极用于抵持所述电池靠近所述 吸烟端的端面, 以使所述电池固定设置在所述电池支架内部。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件设置于 所述电子烟本体上靠近所述吸烟端的一端,且所述雾化器组件位于所述电池杆 组件和所述储油瓶之间,且所述电池杆组件、所述雾化器组件和所述储油瓶同 轴设置。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述拨动电极包括: 固定插设在所述电池支架朝向所述吸烟端端面上的第一螺母;
与所述第一螺母匹配设置的,且外周壁设置有螺紋段的转轴, 以使所述转 轴通过所述第一螺母固定插设在所述电池支架朝向所述吸烟端的端面上;
用于抵持所述电池的抵持臂,且所述抵持臂一端设置有可套设在所述转轴 上的通孔, 以使所述抵持臂通过所述通孔套设在所述转轴上;
与所述转轴匹配设置有第二螺母 ,所述第二螺母用于将已套设在所述转轴 上的所述抵持臂固定设置在所述转轴上, 以使所述抵持臂以所述转轴为圓心, 沿所述电池靠近所述吸烟端的端面所在的水平面内旋转。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件还包括: 微处理器;
与所述电池远离所述吸烟端一端电连接设置有弹簧电极,以使所述电池远 离所述吸烟端一端通过所述弹簧电极与所述微处理器电连接;
所述电池支架内还设置有与所述内槽体隔离设置的,且用于将所述雾化器 组件所雾化的烟雾导通至所述吸烟端的烟雾通道。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池杆组件还包括:用于根据用户的吸烟动作生成触发信号的气流感 应开关,所述微处理器根据所述触发信号生成用于控制所述电池为所述雾化器 组件供电的控制信号;
和 /或,
所述电子烟本体上设置有用于接收用户按压操作的按键;
与所述按键电连接设置有用于根据所述按压操作生成控制信号的微触开 关;
且所述微触开关与所述雾化器组件连接,以使所述电池根据所述控制信号 为所述雾化器组件供电。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池支架朝向所述 吸烟端端面上设置有容置凹槽; 所述拨动电极包括:
球头关节, 所述容置凹槽包覆设置所述球头关节;
与所述球头关节连接设置有延伸出所述容置凹槽的压杆,且所述压杆可自 由旋转。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
与所述拨动电极电连接设置有电子线,以使所述拨动电极通过所述电子线 与所述微处理器电连接。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述拨动电极插设在所述电池支架内的端部电连接设置有第一弹片,且所 述拨动电极通过所述第一弹片与由导电材质制成的电池支架电连接,以使所述 电池靠近所述吸烟端的一端依次通过所述拨动电极、所述第一弹片和所述电池 支架与所述微处理器电连接;
与所述电池支架远离所述吸烟端的端部连接设置有第二弹片,且所述第二 弹片分别与所述微处理器和所述电池支架电连接,以使所述电池远离所述吸烟 端的一端依次通过所述电池支架和所述第二弹片与所述微处理器电连接。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器组件包括: 缠绕设置在导油绳上的电热丝;
插设在所述储油瓶内的导油管; 所述导油管内设置有由吸油材料制成且用以将储油瓶内的烟油传导给导 油绳的烟油锁存件, 所述导油绳的至少一端与所述烟油锁存件 4氐接;
与所述电热丝电连接有用于与所述电池杆组件电连接的雾化器电极。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述导油绳的横截面积小于所述烟油锁存件的横截面积;
11、 根据权利要求 4或 9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 与所述电热丝导通 设置有进气口;
所述进气口设置在所述雾化器组件和所述储油瓶抵合面上;
或,
所述进气口设置在所述雾化器组件外壁上, 且与所述电热丝对应位置。
12、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述吸烟端靠近所述电池杆组件一端内部设置有密封盘,所述密封盘用于 防止流出所述烟雾通道的烟雾流入所述内槽体;
所述烟雾通道穿过所述密封盘以与所述吸烟端导通,且所述烟雾通道与所 述密封盘之间匹配设置有密封圈。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化器组件和所述储油瓶连接处设置有用于密封所述储油瓶的密封 环。
14、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
与所述储油瓶的瓶口密封配合设置带有通孔的环形密封塞;
在所述环形密封塞的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油瓶的可捅破薄膜。
15、根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油瓶为透明容器。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油瓶上设置有 烟油观察窗。
17、根据权利要求 15所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油瓶为玻璃瓶。
