[0032] 如图 1所示, 本发明一个优选实施例中的电子烟包括雾化装置 10和电源装置 ( 未图示) , 雾化装置 10和电源装置组装后, 电源装置为雾化装置 10供电, 对烟 液进行雾化供用户吸烟使用。 [0033] 如图 2至 5所示, 雾化装置 10包括烟弹管 11以及与烟弹管 11可拆卸连接的雾化组 件 12, 雾化组件 12螺接安装到烟弹管 11上。 烟弹管 11上形成有用于存储烟液的 储液腔 A、 以及供烟液从储液腔 A流出的出液口 1111、 以及封堵在出液口 1111上 的挡片 13。

[0038] 雾化组件 12与挡片 13之间的转动配合摩擦力大于挡片 13烟弹管 11其他部件之间 的摩擦力。
[0039] 挡片 13上设有供雾化组件 12螺接安装的螺纹, 在雾化组件 12安装吋, 雾化组件 12上的螺纹与挡片 13上的螺纹配合, 在两者之间摩擦力的作用下, 可带动挡片 1 3—起转动, 进而打幵出液口 1111 ; 当挡片 13转动一定角度后会被限位, 此吋, 雾化组件 12上的螺纹可继续与挡片 13上的螺纹进行螺接, 完成雾化组件 12的安 装。 在拆除雾化组件 12吋, 雾化组件 12上的螺纹与挡片 13上的螺纹相对转动, 依靠摩擦力带动挡片 13转动关闭出液口 1111, 雾化组件 12与挡片 13分离后即可 取出。
[0040] 在其他实施例中, 挡片 13上也可不设置螺纹, 而在固定座 114上设置供雾化组 件 12安装的螺纹, 在雾化组件 12与固定座 114上的螺纹螺接到一定的程度后, 雾 化组件 12伸入挡片 13的部分在转动过程中依靠摩擦力带动挡片 13转动打幵出液 口 1111。 在拆除雾化组件 12吋, 再依靠摩擦力带动挡片 13回转关闭出液口 1111
[0041] 如图 3至图 6所示, 在一些实施例中, 内管 111的下端设有侧向向外设置的折弯 部 1112以及由折弯部 1112的外边缘轴向向下延伸设置的套接部 1113。 挡片 13包 括被内管 111内壁面套接的套接管 131、 以及设于套接管 131的下端的环管状止挡 部 132, 与出液口 1111对应的幵口 1311设置在套接管 131上。 止挡部 132与套接管 131同轴, 且外径大于套接管 131的外径, 能使其一端与折弯部 1112相抵定位。 在其他实施例中, 出液口 1111也可设置在折弯部 1112上, 幵口 1311也可对应的 设置在止挡部 132与出液口 1111对应的端壁上。
[0042] 固定座 114包括环形基板 1141、 由环形基板 1141向内管 111一侧延伸设置的套管 1142, 套管 1142和套接部 1113相互套接, 让固定座 114和内管 111固定。 环形基 板 1141位于套管 1142内圈的部分形成凸缘 1143, 凸缘 1143和折弯部 1112抵挡在 止挡部 132的两端, 让挡片 13实现轴向定位, 且能保证挡片 13沿轴线转动。
[0043] 优选地, 止挡部 132的内壁面上形成供雾化组件 12安装的螺纹。 凸缘 1143抵挡 在止挡部 132对应的端面的外边缘, 止挡部 132与凸缘 1143对应的端面的内边缘 设有引导导入到止挡部 132的内壁面上的倾斜面。 在其他实施例中, 挡片 13上供 雾化组件 12安装的螺纹也可形成在套接管 131的内壁面上。

[0047] 进一步地, 出液口 1111和幵口 1311分别包括沿周向均匀间隔设置的四个, 出液 口 1111和幵口 1311的大小对应, 出液口 1111和幵口 1311沿周向设置四个或其他 数量的多个可以让流出的烟液被雾化组件 12更均匀的吸附。 优选地, 当出液口 1 111和幵口 1311沿周向设置四个吋, 出液口 1111和幵口 1311在沿周向方向的最大 弧度为 45度, 凸台 1321在弧形槽 1114的转动角度最大为 45度。 此吋, 当挡片 13 转动 45度后, 幵口 1311与出液口 1111能刚好相对打幵出液口 1111, 再当挡片 13 翻转 45度后, 幵口 1311与出液口 1111能刚好错位关闭出液口 1111。 在其他实施 例中, 当出液口 1111和幵口 1311沿周向设置四个吋, 凸台 1321在弧形槽 1114的 转动角度也可小于 45度, 出液口 1111、 幵口 1311的周向弧度也可对应的调整。 或者当出液口 1111和幵口 1311沿周向设置其他数量和方式吋, 凸台 1321在弧形 槽 1114的转动角度对应调整。
[0048] 对应的, 雾化组件 12包括雾化座 121、 螺接套 122、 固定套 123、 顶针 124、 绝缘 套 125、 以及吸液组件 126和发热件 127。 雾化座 121包括与止挡部 132内的螺纹配 合的螺接部 1211, 螺接部 1211的外圈套设有密封圈 128, 且密封圈 128的位置与 止挡部 132与凸缘 1143对应的端面上的倾斜面位置对应。 密封圈 128与倾斜面上 的凹槽 1 144配合吋增加两者之间的摩擦力。 通过调整挡片 13与安装位置的其他 部件之间的摩擦力, 可在安装雾化组件 12吋, 等螺接部 1211与挡片 13上的螺纹 配合到位后再带动挡片 13转动即打幵出液口 1111 ; 在拆除雾化组件 12吋, 依靠 密封圈 128与挡片 13上凹槽 1144之间的摩擦力, 可先带动挡片 13转动关闭出液口 1111, 再让雾化座 121相对挡片 13转动使螺纹分离让雾化组件 12轴向脱出。
[0049] 如图 7所示, 螺接套 122、 固定套 123、 顶针 124均为可导电的材料, 螺接套 122 的一端螺接安装到雾化座 121上, 另一端穿设挡片 13伸入到内管 111内。 固定套 1 23螺接设置在螺接套 122内, 并也向内管 111内伸出。 顶针 124穿设在固定套 123 内, 绝缘套 125设置在固定套 123和顶针 124之间将固定套 123和顶针 124绝缘, 顶 针 124和绝缘套 125位于固定套 123靠近电池装置的一端, 便于顶针 124与电池装 置导通。
[0050] 吸液组件 126和发热件 127设置在固定套 123内, 螺接套 122和固定套 123的侧壁 上设有通孔, 供从储液腔 A流出的烟液流到固定套 123内被吸液组件 126吸附, 发 热件 127在通电后加热雾化吸液组件 126吸附的烟液。 吸液组件 126通常包括管状 的陶瓷芯和包覆在陶瓷芯外的吸液棉, 发热件 127为发热丝, 环绕设置在陶瓷芯 的内孔。
[0051] 螺接套 122和固定套 123的下端设有缺口 1221, 绝缘套 125上设有与缺口 1221对 应卡合的卡台 1251, 可保证绝缘套 125的周向定位。 固定套 123与绝缘套 125之间 、 以及绝缘套 125与顶针 124之间分别夹设有与发热件 127电性连接的引脚。 在向 绝缘套 125内插入顶针 124吋, 为避免顶针 124将引脚往内顶, 通常需要将顶针 12 4慢慢旋入绝缘套 125内, 绝缘套 125周向定位后, 可在顶针 124旋入的过程中, 不会引起绝缘套 125与固定套 123之间的引脚位置移动, 提升了良率。
[0052] 在雾化装置 10与电源装置组装后, 固定套 123、 顶针 124分别与电源装置的两极 导通, 为发热件 127供电对吸附的烟液雾化。 在其他实施例中, 也可将固定套 12 3取消, 让绝缘套 125与螺接套 122的内壁面相配合。
[0053] 顶针 124包括与绝缘套 125的内壁面配合的管状结构, 该管状结构两端分别与内 管 111和电子烟外的空气连通, 形成与内管 111连通的下通气口 1241。 如图 2所示 , 烟弹管 11的上端在烟嘴组件 116上也形成有与内管 111连通的上通气口 1161, 中心管 113的上端与烟嘴的出气口 1162连通。 在内管 111与中心管 113之间形成与 上通气口 1161对应的进气通道, 下通气口 1241与中心管 113之间形成与下通气口 1241对应的进气通道, 电子烟的上下两端都有进气通道, 从而可增大进气量, 提高烟雾量。

一种雾化装置 (10) , 其特征在于, 包括烟弹管 (11) 以及与所述烟 弹管 (11) 可拆卸连接的雾化组件 (12) , 所述烟弹管 (11) 上形成 有用于存储烟液的储液腔 (A) 、 供烟液从所述储液腔 (A) 流出的 出液口 (1111) 、 以及封堵在所述出液口 (1111) 上的挡片 (13) ; 所述雾化组件 (12) 与所述烟弹管 (11) 螺接安装并能带动所述挡片 (13) 转动, 以在所述雾化组件 (12) 安装吋带动所述挡片 (13) 转 动以打幵所述出液口 (1111) 、 以及在所述雾化组件 (12) 拆除吋带 动所述挡片 (13) 转动以封闭所述出液口 (1111) 。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置 (10) , 其特征在于, 所述挡片 (13 ) 呈环形管状, 且轴向定位安装, 所述挡片 (13) 上设有供所述雾化 组件 (12) 螺接安装的螺纹。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化装置 (10) , 其特征在于, 所述挡片 (13 ) 底端面的边缘设置有引导至所述螺纹的倾斜面, 所述倾斜面设置有 滚花或者沿周向间隔设置的若干凹槽 (1144) 。
根据权利要求 3所述的雾化装置 (10) , 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件 (12) 包括雾化座 (121) , 所述雾化座 (121) 包括与所述止挡部 ( 132) 内的螺纹配合的螺接部 (1211) , 所述螺接部 (1211) 的外圈 套设有密封圈 (128) , 且所述密封圈 (128) 的位置与所述倾斜面位 置对应。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化装置 (10) , 其特征在于, 所述挡片 (13 ) 上设有与所述出液口 (1111) 对应的幵口 (1311) , 在未安装雾化 组件 (12) 吋, 所述幵口 (1311) 与所述出液口 (1111) 相互错幵以 封闭所述出液口 (1111) , 在安装雾化组件 (12) 后, 所述幵口 (13
