[0087] 综上所述, 实施本发明的雾化组件通过在所述储油组件的一端设置有加油口, 所述吸嘴组件可拆卸的设置在所述储油组件的一端并盖设在所述加油口上, 所 述通气管套设在所述储油套内, 所述通气管的一端与所述第一连接套插接相连 , 所述通气管的另一端与所述吸嘴组件相连通, 所述储油套与所述通气管之间 围成有与所述加油口相连通的储油腔, 所述通气管的管壁上设置有与所述储油 腔相连通的进油孔; 所述雾化芯组件的一端插设在所述通气管内并与所述通气 管的内壁相抵接, 且所述雾化芯组件盖设在所述进油孔上, 所述雾化芯组件的 另一端插设在所述第二连接套内并抵持在所述第一电极组件上, 以使在将所述 调气组件从所述第一连接套上拆下后能够将所述雾化芯组件取出, 因而, 当需 要添加烟油吋, 仅需将吸嘴组件拆卸后便可直接添加烟油, 无需拆卸雾化芯组 件, 其不仅便于添加烟油, 而且使储油腔的储油空间较大, 能够注入较多的烟 油, 当雾化芯组件损坏或通气管内积有冷凝或泄漏的烟油吋, 将所述调气组件 从所述第一连接套上拆下后便能够将所述雾化芯组件取出, 即可维修、 更换雾 化芯组件或清理通气管内的烟油, 此外, 用户可以根据需要转动调气环, 来调 节雾化组件进气量的大小, 以满足不同用户对不同通气量需求和解决憋气等问 题, 当用户不需要吸食电子烟吋, 可以旋转调气环将第二连接套上的第一进气 孔堵住, 避免小孩因误操作吸食电子烟, 而影响身体健康, 本发明整体结构简 单紧凑, 易于装配, 方便用户使用。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述 雾化组件包括吸嘴组件、 储油组件、 调气组件及用于雾化烟油的雾化 芯组件, 所述储油组件包括储油套、 第一连接套及通气管, 所述第 一连接套位于所述储油套的一端并与所述储油套插接相连, 所述吸嘴 组件可拆卸的设置在所述储油套远离所述第一连接套的一端, 所述储 油组件的与吸嘴组件相连的一端端面上设置有加油口, 所述吸嘴组件 盖设在所述加油口上, 所述通气管套设在所述储油套内, 所述通气管 的一端与所述第一连接套插接相连, 所述通气管的另一端与所述吸嘴 组件相连通, 所述储油套与所述通气管之间围成有与所述加油口相连 通的储油腔, 所述通气管的管壁上设置有与所述储油腔相连通的进油 孔;
所述调气组件包括可拆卸的连接在所述第一连接套远离所述储油套的 一端的第二连接套, 及可转动的套设在所述第二连接套外的调气环, 所述第二连接套的侧壁上幵设有至少一个用以进气的第一进气孔, 所 述调气环上幵设有至少一个用以导通所述第一进气孔的穿孔, 所述第 二连接套远离所述第一连接套的一端套设固定有用于与电池组件电连 接的第一电极组件, 所述雾化芯组件的一端插设在所述通气管内并与 所述通气管的内壁相抵接, 且所述雾化芯组件盖设在所述进油孔上, 以雾化从所述进油孔排出的烟油, 所述雾化芯组件的另一端插设在所 述第二连接套内并抵持在所述第一电极组件上, 以使在将所述调气组 件从所述第一连接套上拆下后能够将所述雾化芯组件取出。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯组件内设 有沿所述雾化组件的纵向延伸的烟雾通道, 所述雾化芯组件面向所述 吸嘴组件的一端设置有烟雾阻挡盖, 所述烟雾阻挡盖设有与所述烟雾 通道及所述通气管相连通的出气孔, 所述出气孔偏离所述烟雾通道的 出烟口设置。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯组件的外 周面上设有抵持在所述第一连接套上的限位凸起, 所述限位凸起用于 限制所述雾化芯组件插入所述通气管的深度。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯组件远离 所述吸嘴组件的外周面设有环形的凹槽及置于所述凹槽内的第一密封 圈, 所述第一密封圈与所述通气管或所述第一连接套的内壁弹性抵接
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯组件插入 至所述第二连接套内的一端与所述第二连接套之间围成有环形空腔, 所述第一进气孔与所述环形空腔相连通, 所述雾化芯组件位于所述环 形空腔的外周面设有用于将从所述第一进气孔进入的空气向下游输送 的第二进气孔。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯组件包括 雾化套、 套设在所述雾化套内的由吸油材料制成的烟油吸附件、 套设 在所述烟油吸附件内的电热丝、 插设在所述雾化套一端的第二电极组 件及插设在所述雾化套另一端的烟雾阻挡盖; 所述雾化套的侧壁上设 有与所述进油孔相连通的导油孔, 所述烟油吸附件沿所述雾化组件的 纵向延伸设置, 所述烟油吸附件设置有贯穿所述烟油吸附件两端的烟 雾通道, 所述电热丝缠绕成中空的柱状结构并沿所述烟雾通道的纵向 设置, 所述烟油吸附件的外周面与所述雾化套的内周面弹性抵接, 所 述第二电极组件抵接至所述第一电极组件并与所述电热丝电连接。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一电极组件包 括插设在所述第二连接套端部的第一绝缘环, 及插设在所述第一绝缘 环内的第一电极, 所述第一电极呈实心柱状结构; 所述第二电极组件包括插设在所述雾化套端部的第二绝缘环, 及插设 在所述第二绝缘环内的第二电极, 所述第二电极的一端延伸至所述第 二绝缘环外并抵接至所述第一电极, 所述第二电极的外周面设有与所 述第一进气孔相连通的所述第二进气孔。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化套靠近所述 吸嘴组件的一端的内侧壁上设有环形的固定槽; 所述烟雾阻挡盖包括 沿雾化套的径向设置的阻挡壁, 及由所述阻挡壁的周缘朝所述烟油吸 附件的一侧延伸的连接臂, 所述连接臂插设在所述固定槽内, 所述阻 挡壁设置有与所述烟雾通道及所述通气管相连通的出气孔, 所述出气 孔偏离所述烟雾通道的出烟口设置, 所述烟油吸附件的端面与所述阻 挡壁之间形成有烟雾转向空间。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化套的内侧壁 设置有环形的支撑台阶, 所述烟油吸附件的一端抵持在所述支撑台阶 上。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接套与所 述调气环之间设置有用于阻碍所述调气环任意转动的弹性定位圈。 根据权利要求 10所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接套的外 周面设置有环形的阻挡部, 所述调气环的端面上设有安装槽, 所述弹 性定位圈置于所述安装槽内并弹性抵接至所述阻挡部。
根据权利要求 11所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接套外还 套设有与所述第二连接套通过涨紧配合固定连接的限位环, 所述阻挡 部与所述限位环分别位于所述调气环的两端外侧。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述调气环的端面上 设有若干个定位槽, 所述第二连接套上固定有弹珠定位机构, 所述弹 珠定位机构包括用于与所述定位槽配合的定位珠及弹性抵持在所述定 位珠上的弹簧。
根据权利要求 13所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接套的外 周面上设有环形的阻挡部, 所述第二连接套上还套设有与所述第二连 接套通过涨紧配合固定连接的限位环, 所述阻挡部及所述限位环分别 位于所述调气环的两端外侧, 所述限位环面向所述调气环的端面设有 容置槽, 所述弹簧套设在所述容置槽内, 所述定位珠的一部分位于所 述容置槽内, 所述定位珠的另一部分延伸至所述容置槽外并与所述调 气环相抵持。 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接套的内 壁上设有环形的限位台阶, 所述通气管与所述第一连接套通过涨紧配 合固定连接并抵持在所述限位台阶上。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接套朝向 所述储油套的一端面设置有环形的第一卡槽, 所述第一卡槽内设置有 环形的第一密封垫, 所述储油套的一端插设在所述第一卡槽内并弹性 抵持在所述第一密封垫上。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述储油组件远离所 述调气组件的一端设置有第三连接套, 所述第三连接套的一端与所述 储油套可拆卸的连接, 所述第三连接套的另一端与所述吸嘴组件可拆 卸的连接, 所述第三连接套一端的端面形成有与所述储油腔相连通的 所述加油口。
根据权利要求 17所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第三连接套包括 环形的套体、 沿所述储油套的径向延伸的环形的第一阻油壁及由所述 第一阻油壁的内周缘向所述吸嘴组件的一侧延伸形成的第二阻油壁, 所述第一阻油壁盖设在所述储油腔的一端, 所述第一阻油壁设置有与 所述储油腔及所述加油口连通的输油孔, 所述第二阻油壁与所述吸嘴 组件弹性抵接, 所述第二阻油壁围成有与所述吸嘴组件及所述通气管 相连通的排烟孔。
根据权利要求 18所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述排烟孔面向所述 通气管的周缘朝所述通气管的一侧延伸形成有连接臂, 所述连接臂与 所述通气管通过螺纹插接相连;
所述第三连接套一端的端面上设有环形的第二卡槽, 所述第二卡槽内 设置有第二密封垫, 所述储油套的一端插设在所述第二卡槽内并与所 述第二密封垫弹性相抵。
根据权利要求 17所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴组件包括第 四连接套及吸嘴, 所述第四连接套的一端与所述第三连接套可拆卸的 连接, 所述第四连接套的另一端与所述吸嘴可拆卸的连接, 所述第四 连接套的内壁面上设置有环形凸起, 所述环形凸起面向所述吸嘴的端 面上设有用于将冷凝的烟油朝所述通气管引导的导油斜面, 所述吸嘴 的一端插设在所述第四连接套内, 所述吸嘴插入至所述第四连接套的 端面与所述环形凸起间围成有用于存储冷凝烟油的存储空间。
