实施本发明的雾化器和具有该雾化器的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:储油组件的容纳机构和雾化组件的止动机构共同围合形成有一收容空间,收容空间内设置有一在重力作用下能够在收容空间内纵向运动的止动件,当所述止动件因重力作用落入止动机构内,会进行卡位,且止动件部分收容在容纳机构内,进而限制储油组件与雾化组件发生相对旋转运动,也就避免了雾化组件与储油组件的误拆卸。当需要拆卸雾化组件的时候,同样可以通过控制电子烟的摆放方位,使得止动件因重力作用落入并完全容置在容纳机构内,此时雾化组件能够在外力作用下相对储油组件旋转,进而被拆卸,其结构较简单巧妙,成本低,避免用通过人工进行拨动或旋转等复杂的结构造成不容易操作的问题。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参考图2-图6,介绍本发明的第一实施例。
本发明的雾化器,用于与电池杆组合连接形成电子烟,包括用于存储烟油的储油组件1以及用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件2;所述雾化组件2一端与所述储油组件1嵌套并通过旋转方式进行可拆卸连接,所述雾化组件2的另一端用于与所述电池杆进行嵌套并通过旋转方式进行可拆卸连接;
所述储油组件1朝向所述雾化组件2的端部开设有容纳机构11,所述雾化组件2朝向所述储油组件1的端部设置有正对所述容纳机构11的止动机构,所述容纳机构11和止动机构共同围合一收容空间,所述收容空间内设置有一在重力作用下能够在所述收容空间内沿雾化器的纵向运动的止动件10,所述止动件10可因重力作用落入所述止动机构或容纳机构11内;
当所述止动件10因重力作用落入所述止动机构内进行卡位时,所述止动件10部分收容在所述容纳机构11内以限制所述储油组件1与雾化组件2发生相对旋转运动,当所述止动件10因重力作用落入并完全容置在所述容纳机构11内时,所述雾化组件2能够在外力作用下相对所述储油组件1旋转而能够被拆卸。
雾化组件2与储油组件1、雾化组件2与电池杆均进行可拆卸连接,当用户手持电子烟使得储油组件1位于雾化组件2的上方位置,包括正上方和斜上方,只要能使止动件10因重力作用从容纳机构11内掉出来落入止动机构即可,止动件10会直接与止动机构进行卡位,而且止动件10还会部分容纳在容纳机构11内,因此当电池杆被拆卸时,虽然雾化组件2受到了电池杆带动的拆卸旋转作用力,但是因为止动件10一端伸入容纳机构11内,另一端被止动机构卡位,所以在旋转方向上被限制住,进而使得储油组件1与雾化组件2不能发生相对旋转运动,也就避免了雾化组件2与储油组件1的误拆卸。而当用户需要拆卸雾化组件2与储油组件1时,则可以改变电子烟的摆放方位,使得雾化组件2位于电池组件的上方,以使止动件10因重力落入并完全容置在所述容纳机构11内,此时雾化组件2能够在外力作用下相对储油组件1旋转,进而能够被拆卸。
为了能实现卡位,止动件10由硬质材料制成,例如金属材料。止动件10的具体形状并不做限制,例如可以是限位球、限位柱,甚至是不规则形状。所述容纳机构11以及止动机构可以均为与所述止动件10相匹配的凹槽卡位,另外,止动机构还可以是环形齿条中的一个齿槽。当止动件10为限位柱时,其两端均为球面状,以便于滑落到容纳机构11或者止动机构内。容纳机构11在轴向方向的深度,必须使得止动件10完全收容在其内,在垂直于轴向方向的宽度上的尺寸略大于止动件10径向尺寸,卡位机构在垂直于轴向方向对止动件10进行卡位。
优选的,为了限定止动件10因重力移动的路径,所述储油组件1开设所述容纳机构11的端面与所述雾化组件2设置所述止动机构的端面相互抵紧。当然,对于偏向于长条形的止动件10,即使开设容纳机构11的端面和止动机构的两个端面不直接接触,止动件10也可以因重力作用在容纳机构11和止动机构之间纵向运动。
参考图2、4、5,储油组件1和雾化组件2可拆卸连接。储油组件1包括呈杯体状的储油套12,储油套12包括一开放端和收径形成的吸烟端14,储油套12内部自靠近吸烟端14的内壁起朝远离吸烟端14的方向沿储油套12轴向延伸形成一贯穿储油套12内部的圆筒型的通气管13。
参考图4和图5,雾化组件2具体包括:连接套21以及嵌套固定在所述连接套21内的雾化芯22。雾化芯22插设于通气管13内与其密封连接,所述连接套21的一端与电池杆可拆卸连接。
其中,连接套21的另一端可以直接与储油套12的开放端嵌套连接,进而使得连接套21嵌套雾化芯22后将储油套12的开放端封盖,并与储油套12的内壁、通气管13外壁围成用于存储烟油的储油腔3。
本实施例中储油套12与连接套21并非直接连接,而是在储油套12的远离吸烟端14的端部还通过涨紧配合的方式嵌套有一连接件4,该连接件4用于与雾化组件2实现可拆卸连接,容纳机构11开设在连接件4的端部。当然,也可以直接将储油套12与雾化组件2可拆卸连接,将容纳机构11直接开设在储油套12端部,此处并不做限制。
具体的,参考图6,连接件4呈两端开放的筒形。连接套21包括同轴连接的第一连接部213和第二连接部214,第一连接部213为自第二连接部214朝向储油套12的端部缩径形成,第二连接部214具体呈内部中空的筒形,第二连接部214的侧壁开设有至少一个与外部连通的进气孔,第二连接部214远离第一连接部213的一端的内壁开设有内螺纹,电池杆具有与之匹配的外螺纹。
第一连接部213的周向外侧壁开设有外螺纹,连接件4远离储油套12一端的内壁开设有与之匹配的内螺纹,当第一连接部213与连接件4螺纹连接并伸入所述储油套12内后,所述第二连接部214与连接件4互相抵紧。所述容纳机构11开设在所述连接件4的与第二连接部214抵接的环形端面上,所述止动机构开设在所述第二连接部214的与连接件4抵接的环形端面上。
为了防止烟油从第一连接部213和储油套12之间的缝隙渗漏,在第一连接部213的周向外壁开设有一用于固定第一密封环24的环形槽,第一连接部213通过该第一密封环24与储油套12过盈配合。
第一连接部213中央沿其轴向贯穿开设有与第二连接部214内部连通的用于安装所述雾化芯22的安装孔。
参考图6,雾化芯22包括:雾化座221、电极组件222、电热丝组件223、雾化盖224、密封盖225。
雾化座221大致呈一端开放的筒形,筒形内部即为雾化腔,第一连接部213的安装孔内开设有内螺纹,雾化座221远离开放端的端部的外壁开设有外螺纹,雾化座221通过螺纹连接固定在所述安装孔处,实现与所述第一连接部213的嵌套连接。雾化座221底部开设有通孔,电极组件222插装在该通孔内,进而与所述雾化座221底部嵌套连接,且雾化腔通过所述电极组件222内部与所述第二连接部214内部连通。电热丝组件223容置于所述雾化腔内且与所述电极组件222电性连接,雾化座221上开设有导油孔,电热丝组件223的一端通过所述导油孔伸入储油腔3内以获取供雾化的烟油。雾化盖224内部中空,包括同轴连接的筒形的盖体部和缩径形成连接部,盖体部通过过盈配合的方式嵌套连接在所述雾化座221的开放端,密封盖225与盖体部相匹配,密封盖225底部开设了通孔,密封盖225穿过连接部后盖设在盖体部上,所述通气管13通过过盈配合的方式套设在连接部外,并与密封盖225抵紧。
气流通过连接套21的第二连接部214上的进气孔进入第二连接部214内部,进而通过电极组件222内部到达雾化腔,以将烟雾从所述雾化腔带入雾化盖224内,最终经由通气管13与吸烟端14相连通。
拆卸电池杆时,第二连接部214与电池杆之间的旋转力会导致雾化组件2与储油组件1连接的松动,松动具体包括:连接套21的第一连接部213与连接件4之间的螺纹连接松动,这部分松动会同时导致雾化芯22与通气管13之间的插接松动,因此,烟油不仅会从加油口处渗漏,还可能从通气管泄露至吸烟端14。
参考图6,所述容纳机构11具体为与止动件10相匹配的第一容置槽,第一容置槽具体为柱形槽,第二连接部214靠近第一连接部213的端面开设了一环形凹槽211。
参考图3和图4,所述环形凹槽211的底部凸设形成一环形齿条212,环形齿条212上形成有若干个等间距设置的齿槽2121,所述止动机构为环形齿条212的任意一个齿槽2121。当将连接套21完全旋入连接件4内后,使得一个齿槽2121正对所述第一容置槽。
本实施例中齿槽2121的横截面呈三角形,所述齿槽2121的横截面的延伸方向与所述环形凹槽211的延伸方向基本相同,止动件10为大致呈柱形,为六面体,且朝向环形齿条212的底面与一个侧面的夹角与该齿槽2121的角度相同,进而使得止动件10落入与齿槽2121后刚好卡合,并使在旋拧雾化组件2使雾化组件2与储油组件1连接时,即使所述止动件10插入所述齿槽2121内,也能够正常转动所述雾化组件2,从而便于用户使用。
此处,设计环形齿条212的优点在于:在组装电子烟时,可能用户并没有完全将连接套21旋入连接件4内,因此,并不能保证卡位机构与容纳机构11正好对准,也就不能保证止动件10能落入卡位机构内。但是,设计环形齿条212结构的话,即使一开始止动件10并不是对准一个齿槽2121,但是当稍微旋动后,便能使得某个齿槽2121对准容纳机构11,止动件10会落入该对准的齿槽2121内进行卡位。
优选的,为了避免止动件10的丢失,所述止动件10通过一弹性连接件与所述容纳机构11的底部弹性活动连接。例如弹性连接件为柔性弹簧。另外,在电子烟倾斜的时候,止动件10的滑落还会受到摩擦力的作用,因此,为了尽量减小摩擦力的阻碍,容纳机构11内壁尽量平滑。
需要明确的是,雾化芯22的结构不做限制,例如图7,提供了另一实施方式的雾化芯22。
在该实施方式中,雾化芯22包括雾化座221、电极组件222、电热丝组件223、雾化盖224、由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件227。雾化座221具有雾化腔且嵌套连接在上述的连接套21内,电极组件222嵌套连接在所述雾化座221内,电热丝组件223容置于所述雾化腔内且与所述电极组件222电性连接,雾化盖224套设于所述雾化座221的远离电极组件222一端,雾化盖224远离雾化座221的端部与通气管连接,雾化盖224的侧壁开设有至少一个第一烟油孔2241,烟油锁存件227嵌套在雾化盖224和雾化座221之间,并分别与雾化盖224的内周面以及雾化座221的外周面贴合,雾化座221侧壁开设有第二烟油孔,电热丝组件223的端部穿设所述第二烟油孔并与烟油锁存件227抵持,烟油锁存件227用于吸附第一烟油孔2241导出的烟油以供电热丝组件223雾化。通过设置所述烟油锁存件227,因而可降低从所述第一烟油孔2241泄露烟油的概率。
参考图8和图9,第二实施例与第一实施例的不同在于,第二实施例中,止动机构为开设在所述第二连接部214端面上的与止动件10相匹配的第二容置槽。当将连接套21完全旋入连接件4内后,第二容置槽正对所述第一容置槽。止动件10为限位球,为将该限位球完全容纳,第一容置槽为对应的轴截面呈U型的圆柱槽,第二容置槽的截面为弧形,弧形弧度过小时限位作用会减弱很多,容易滑出,因此优选的,第二容置槽的截面为半圆形。限位球的优点在于,在因重力滑落时,受到的阻力比较小,因此重力作用效果非常好。
上述两个实施例中,雾化组件2与所述储油组件1嵌套连接是选择的螺纹方式嵌套连接,还可以通过旋转卡位方式连接,参考图10,第三实施例中,储油组件1设置有导向槽51和卡位槽52,导向槽51与卡位槽52垂直相通,雾化组件2设置有与导向槽51和卡位槽52相匹配的凸部53,雾化组件2与储油组件1通过旋转卡位方式嵌套连接。导向槽51具体在储油组件1靠近雾化组件的一端的内侧壁沿轴向开设的条形凹槽,卡位槽52为与条形凹槽连通的弧形凹槽,当然也可是环形槽。
参考图11,本发明的第四实施例与上述三个实施例的主要不同在于雾化组件2的组成,本实施例中的雾化组件2包括雾化支架221b、电极组件222、电热丝组件223。
雾化支架221b具有雾化腔,电极组件222嵌套固定在所述雾化支架221b内,电热丝组件223容置于所述雾化腔内且与所述电极组件222电性连接。雾化支架221b嵌套插接在所述储油套12的一端,雾化支架221b伸入储油套12的一端与通气管13嵌套密封连接,雾化支架221b伸出储油套12的一端用于与电池杆连接,止动机构开设在雾化支架221b与储油套12抵接的端面上。即本实施例相当于将上述实施例中的连接套21和雾化芯22一体化。雾化支架221b呈筒形,雾化支架221b中间沿径向延伸形成外凸缘,雾化支架221b的位于该外凸缘一侧的部分用于与储油组件连接,并使储油组件与该外凸缘抵接,位于该外凸缘另一侧的部分用于与电池杆连接,止动机构开设在该外凸缘与储油组件抵接的环形端面上。
综上所述,本发明中储油组件的容纳机构和雾化组件的止动机构共同围合一收容空间,收容空间内设置有一在重力作用下能够在收容空间内纵向运动的止动件,当所述止动件因重力作用落入止动机构内,会进行卡位,且止动件部分收容在容纳机构内,进而限制储油组件与雾化组件发生相对旋转运动,也就避免了雾化组件与储油组件的误拆卸。当需要拆卸雾化组件的时候,同样可以通过控制电子烟的摆放方位,使得止动件因重力作用落入并完全容置在容纳机构内,此时雾化组件能够在外力作用下相对储油组件旋转,进而被拆卸。

  1. 一种雾化器,用于与电池杆连接形成电子烟,其特征在于,包括用于存储烟油的储油组件(1)以及用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(2);所述雾化组件(2)一端与所述储油组件(1)嵌套并通过旋转方式进行可拆卸连接,所述雾化组件(2)的另一端用于与所述电池杆嵌套并通过旋转方式进行可拆卸连接;
    所述储油组件(1)朝向所述雾化组件(2)的端部开设有容纳机构(11),所述雾化组件(2)朝向所述储油组件(1)的端部设置有正对所述容纳机构(11)的止动机构,所述容纳机构(11)和止动机构共同围合形成有一收容空间,所述收容空间内设置有一在重力作用下能够在所述收容空间内沿雾化器的纵向运动的止动件(10);
    当所述止动件(10)因重力作用落入所述止动机构内进行卡位时,所述止动件(10)部分收容在所述容纳机构(11)内以限制所述储油组件(1)与雾化组件(2)发生相对旋转运动,当所述止动件(10)因重力作用落入并完全容置在所述容纳机构(11)内时,所述雾化组件(2)能够在外力作用下相对所述储油组件(1)旋转而能够被拆卸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)朝向所述储油组件(1)的端部开设有一环形凹槽(211),所述环形凹槽(211)的底部凸设形成一环形齿条(212),所述环形齿条(212)上形成有若干个等间距设置的齿槽(2121),所述止动机构为所述环形齿条(212)的任意一个所述齿槽(2121)。
  3. 据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述齿槽(2121)的横截面呈三角形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述止动件(10)为由金属材料制成的限位球或限位柱,所述容纳机构(11)以及止动机构均为与所述止动件(10)相匹配的凹槽卡位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述限位柱的两端均为球面状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油组件(1)开设所述容纳机构(11)的端面与所述雾化组件(2)设置所述止动机构的端面相互抵持。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述止动件(10)通过一弹性连接件与所述容纳机构(11)的底部弹性活动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述弹性连接件为弹簧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)包括连接套(21)以及嵌套固定在所述连接套(21)内的雾化芯(22),所述储油组件(1)包括具有一吸烟端(14)和开放端的储油套(12),所述储油套(12)内具有沿所述储油套(12)轴向延伸的通气管(13),所述连接套(21)的一端用于与电池杆可拆卸连接、所述连接套(21)的另一端与储油套(12)的开放端嵌套连接,雾化芯(22)的一端插设于通气管(13)内并与所述通气管(13)密封连接,雾化芯(22)的另一端插置于所述连接套(21)内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接套(21)包括同轴连接的第一连接部(213)和内部中空的第二连接部(214),所述第一连接部(213)贯穿开设有与第二连接部(214)内部连通的用于安装所述雾化芯(22)的安装孔,所述第一连接部(213)插设于所述储油套(12)内嵌套连接,所述第二连接部(214)与储油套(12)的端部互相抵持。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油套(12)与连接套(21)之间还包括连接件(4),所述连接件(4)的一端与所述储油套(12)通过涨紧配合插接相连,所述连接件(4)的另一端的通过螺纹连接嵌套于所述第一连接部(213)外,且所述连接件(4)与第二连接部(214)互相抵接,所述容纳机构(11)开设在所述连接件(4)的与第二连接部(214)抵接的端面上,所述止动机构开设在所述第二连接部(214)的与连接件(4)抵接的端面上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于,
    所述容纳机构(11)为与止动件(10)相匹配的第一容置槽;
    所述止动机构为与止动件(10)相匹配的第二容置槽,所述止动件(10)为由金属材料制成的限位球或限位柱;或者,所述第二连接部(214)与连接件(4)抵接的端面上开设有一环形凹槽(211),所述环形凹槽(211)的底部凸设形成一环形齿条(212),所述环形齿条(212)上形成有若干个等间距设置的齿槽(2121),所述止动机构为所述环形齿条(212)的任意一个所述齿槽(2121),所述止动件(10)为由金属材料制成的多面体。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(213)外周壁开设有外螺纹,所述连接件(4)伸出所述储油套(12)的内周壁开设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹,当所述第一连接部(213)完全旋入所述连接件(4)内后,所述第二容置槽或者齿槽(2121)正对所述第一容置槽。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于,
    所述雾化芯(22)包括具有雾化腔且嵌套连接在所述连接套(21)内的雾化座(221)、嵌套连接在所述雾化座(221)内的电极组件(222)、容置于所述雾化腔内且与所述电极组件(222)电性连接的电热丝组件(223)、与所述雾化座(221)的远离所述电极组件(222)的一端嵌套连接的雾化盖(224),所述雾化盖(224)远离所述雾化座(221)的一端插接在所述通气管(13)内,所述雾化腔通过所述雾化盖(224)内部和通气管(13)与所述吸烟端(14)相连通。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯(22)包括具有雾化腔且嵌套连接在所述连接套(21)内的雾化座(221)、嵌套连接在所述雾化座(221)内的电极组件(222)、容置于所述雾化腔内且与所述电极组件(222)电性连接的电热丝组件(223)、套设于所述雾化座(221)的远离电极组件(222)一端且侧壁开设有至少一个第一烟油孔(2241)的雾化盖(224)、嵌套在所述雾化盖(224)和雾化座(221)之间的由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件(227),所述雾化座(221)侧壁开设有第二烟油孔,所述电热丝组件(223)的端部穿设所述第二烟油孔并与所述烟油锁存件(227)抵持,所述烟油锁存件(227)用于吸附所述第一烟油孔(2241)导出的烟油以供所述电热丝组件(223)雾化。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,
    所述储油组件(1)包括储油套(12),所述储油套(12)内具有沿所述储油套(12)轴向延伸的通气管(13);
    所述雾化组件(2)包括具有雾化腔的雾化支架(221b)、嵌套固定在所述雾化支架(221b)内的电极组件(222)、容置于所述雾化腔内且与所述电极组件(222)电性连接的电热丝组件(223),所述雾化支架(221b)嵌套插接在所述储油套(12)的一端,所述雾化支架(221b)伸入所述储油套(12)的一端与所述通气管(13)嵌套密封连接,所述雾化支架(221b)伸出所述储油套(12)的一端用于与所述电池杆连接,所述止动机构开设在所述雾化支架(221b)与所述储油套(12)抵接的端面上。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,

  18. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)的两端分别通过螺纹与所述储油组件(1)及所述电池杆进行可拆卸连接。
  19. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括电池杆和权利要求1-18任一项所述的雾化器。
