进一步地,所述进气孔的一端对应设置有一限位销钉,所述限位销钉相对所述连接件的一端置于对应的所述进气槽内,所述调节件的转动过程中,所述限位销钉限制所述调节件的转动行程。
进一步地,所述导烟组件还包括收容于所述连接件内的通气管以及与所述 通气管上端内周面连接的烟嘴连接件,所述通气管的上端外周面与所述连接件的上端内周面连接,所述连接件的内壁与所述通气管的外壁之间的空间形成与所述进气孔连通的进气通道,所述通气管的内部空间形成与所述烟嘴连接件连通的出气通道。
进一步地,所述储液组件还包括套设于所述储液管上的套管,所述第一卡件与所述第二卡件过盈装配在所述套管的上端。

另一种雾化器,其包括储液管、卡件以及连接件,所述储液管内设置有储液腔,所述储液管上设置有与所述储液腔连通的注液口,所述卡件设置在所述注液口上,所述卡件的内壁上设置有折回式沟槽,所述连接件的外壁上设置有卡合凸起,所述卡合凸起在所述折回式沟槽内运动,使得所述连接件安装在所述卡件上或脱离所述卡件,从而使得所述连接件关闭或打开所述注液口。
进一步地,所述折回式沟槽包括第一卡槽以及位于所述第一卡槽下方的第二卡槽,所述第二卡槽包括沿所述卡件周向延伸的第二槽段以及沿所述卡件轴向延伸的第二槽口,所述第一卡槽的一端通过所述第二槽口与所述第二槽段的一端连通。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本实用新型作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
请参阅图1和图2,本实用新型提供的一种雾化器100,雾化器100包括储液组件10、底座组件20、导烟组件30以及雾化组件40,底座组件20安装于储液组件10的下端,导烟组件30可拆卸地安装于储液组件10的上端,雾化组件40收容于储液组件10内。
储液组件10包括套管11以及固定收容于套管11内的储液管12、第一卡件13以及第二卡件14。第一卡件13与第二卡件14由上至下叠置后过盈装配在套管11的上端,第二卡件14的下端面抵持于储液管12的顶端上。
套管11大致呈上下两端具有开口的管状结构,套管11的侧壁上开设有开 口112。可以理解地,套管11可以为玻璃材质、不锈钢材质或者是玻璃结合不锈钢材质制成,用户通过开口112能够更直观地观察到烟液的注入量,以实现精确注液。
储液管12为上下两端具有开口的管状结构,储液管12可以为玻璃材质制成的透明结构,以便于观察储液管12内部的烟液量。
请参阅图3,第一卡件13大致呈圆环状结构,第一卡件13上开设有第一卡槽131,第一卡槽131包括开设在第一卡件13内壁的下端且沿第一卡件13周向延伸的第一槽段1311以及连通于第一槽段1311的一端且沿第一卡件13轴向延伸的第一槽口1312,第一槽口1312设置在第一卡槽1311的上部。
请参阅图4,第二卡件14大致呈圆环状结构,第二卡件14上开设有第二卡槽141,第二卡槽141包括开设在第二卡件14的内壁且沿第二卡件14周向延伸的第二槽段1411以及连通于第二槽段1411的一端且沿第二卡件14轴向延伸的第二槽口1412,第二槽口1412设置在第二卡槽1411的上部。
请同时参阅图5,第一卡件13与第二卡件14叠置设置在套管11内时,第一槽段1311远离第一槽口1312的一端与第二槽口1412对应连通,由此,第一卡槽131与第二卡槽141能够形成一折回式沟槽。图5中箭头所指示的方向即为折回式沟槽的走向。
本实用新型的实施方式中,雾化器100包括三个等距开设的折回式沟槽,每一折回式沟槽均包括一个第一卡槽131和一个第二卡槽141。
可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,雾化器100还可以包括一个、两个甚至是三个以上的折回式沟槽。
可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,第一卡槽131还可以包括两个或两个以上的第一槽段1311,所述两个或两个以上的第一槽段1311沿第一卡件13的轴 向排布,且第一槽段1311之间沿第一卡件13的轴向具有高度差,第一槽口1312设置在最上层的第一槽段1311的一端,最下层的第一槽段1311的一端与第二槽口1412连通,而相邻的第一槽段1311之间通过沿第一卡件13轴向开设且交错设置的连通槽连通,由此,第一卡槽131与第二卡槽141之间形成的折回式沟槽的折回次数增加,走向更为复杂。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,第一卡件13和第二卡件14可以一体成型,即,雾化器100仅包括一个固定盖设于储液管12上的卡件。
为了提高密封性以防止漏液,储液管12与第二卡件14之间设置有第一密封件15。
进一步地,第一卡件13的上端面上围绕第一卡件13的中心轴线开设有密封槽132,该密封槽132内安装有第二密封件133。
请同时参阅图7,底座组件20包括紧密收容于套管11下端的底座21以及装设于底座21上的第一电极22、第一绝缘件23、电极套24、第二绝缘件25以及第三密封件26。
底座21大致呈一端具有开口的圆筒状结构,底座21的底面中心处向下延伸有与底座21的内腔连通的连接管211,第一绝缘件23以及第一电极22安装在连接管211的下端内,第二绝缘件25以及电极套24安装在连接管211的上端内,第一电极22的一端收容于电极套24内且与电极套24电性连接,第一电极22的另一端与电源装置(图未示)电性连接。第一绝缘件23夹设在连接管211与第一电极22之间,第二绝缘件25夹设在连接管211与电极套24之间。
底座21的开口边缘处沿底座21的轴向向上凸设有环状的套接部212,第三密封件26套设于套接部212上,且储液管12的底部抵持于第三密封件26上以提高密封性,防止烟液泄漏。
导烟组件30包括连接件31、通气管32、调节件33以及烟嘴连接件34。具体地,连接件31可拆卸地安装在第二卡件14上,通气管32收容于连接件31内,调节件33可转动地套设于连接件31上,烟嘴连接件34可拆卸地安装在通气管32的上端。连接件31的内壁与通气管32的外壁之间的空间形成进气通道35,通气管32的内部空间形成出气通道36。
请参阅图6,连接件31大致呈两端具有开口的中空漏斗状结构且一体成型。连接件31包括由上及下依次连接的第一连接段311、第二连接段312以及第三连接段313,该三个连接段均为圆筒状且圆筒的外径由上及下依次缩小。
第一连接段311的侧壁上开设有两个与进气通道35连通且相对设置的进气孔3111,第一连接段311的侧壁上还相对连接有两个限位销钉3112,且每一限位销钉3112均位于对应的进气孔3111的一端,第一连接段311下端的外侧壁上沿第一连接段311的径向向外凸设有抵持部3113。连接件31安装到位时,抵持部3113能够抵持在第二密封件133上。可以理解地,进气孔3111的数量还可以为一个或两个以上。
第二连接段312的外侧壁上对应第一卡件13的第一槽口1312设置有卡合凸起3121,卡合凸起3121能够经由第一槽口1312沿折回式沟槽的路线行至折回式沟槽的末端。
第三连接段313的下端开设有外螺纹3131。
通气管32大致呈喇叭状结构,通气管32的上端外周面与连接件31的上端内周面紧密连接,通气管32的顶部沿径向向外延伸形成第一搭接部321,第一搭接部321抵持于连接件31的上端面。
调节件33大致呈套筒状结构,调节件33的内侧壁上对应进气孔3111开设有与外界连通的进气槽331,调节件33的上端沿调节件33的径向向内延伸形成 第二搭接部332,第二搭接部332抵持于连接件31的上端面。
调节件33安装在连接件31上时,其中一个限位销钉3112置于一个进气槽331内,另一个限位销钉3112置于另外一个进气槽331内,调节件33转动过程中,限位销钉3112限制了调节件33的转动行程。限位销钉3112抵持在进气槽331的一端时,进气槽331与进气孔3111连通从而打开进气孔3111;限位销钉3112抵持在进气槽331的另外一端时,进气槽331与进气孔3111不连通从而关闭进气孔3111。
烟嘴连接件34大致呈两端具有开口的中空管状结构,烟嘴连接件34的下端通过插接的方式可拆卸地安装在通气管32的上端,可以理解地,烟嘴连接件34也可以通过螺纹连接的方式与通气管32连接。进一步地,烟嘴连接件34上靠近通气管32一端的外壁上沿烟嘴连接件34的周向向外延伸形成限位部341,安装到位时,限位部341能够止挡调节件33的第二搭接部332,以防止调节件33从连接件31上脱离。
本实用新型的实施方式中,烟嘴连接件34可直接当作烟嘴使用,用户直接含住烟嘴连接件34以吸食烟雾。可以理解地,还可以在烟嘴连接件34上连通一个两端具有开口的中空连通件,用户含住该连通件以吸食烟雾。
请参阅图7,雾化组件40包括雾化头41以及安装于雾化头41上的第二电极42和第三绝缘件43。
雾化头41包括雾化套管411、收容于雾化套管411内的吸液件412以及发热件413。
雾化套管411的内腔分别与进气通道35以及出气通道36连通,雾化套管411的上端开设有与外螺纹3131相匹配的内螺纹4111,雾化套管411通过螺纹配合与第三连接段313可拆卸地连接。雾化套管411的外壁与储液管12的内壁 之间的空间形成了用于存储烟液的储液腔121,为了便于烟液进入雾化头41内部,雾化套管411的侧壁上开设有分别连通储液腔121以及雾化套管411内腔的进液孔4112。另,储液管上端的开口为与储液腔121连通的注液口,当取下导烟组件30时,注液口露出,即,注液口被打开,用户可以通过注液口向储液腔121内注液;当导烟组件30安装于储液组件10上时,注液口被遮蔽,即,注液口被关闭。
吸液件412包覆在发热件413上或发热件413缠绕在吸液件412上,吸液件412用于透过进液孔4112从储液腔121内吸收烟液,第二电极42的下端与第一电极22电性连接,第二电极42的上端与发热件412电性连接,在电源装置的驱动下,以便于发热件413将烟液雾化成烟雾。
第三绝缘件43套设于第二电极42上,以起到绝缘作用。
当用户吸食烟雾时,外部空气依次经由进气槽331、进气孔3111进入进气通道35,烟雾混合空气后依次经由出气通道36以及烟嘴连接件34,最终送入用户口中。图7中箭头所指方向即为气流方向。
下面结合图3-图6,阐述本实用新型中储液组件10与导烟组件30的安装与拆卸过程。
安装时,保证导烟组件30的卡合凸起3121与第一槽口1312对位,按压连接件31,使卡合凸起3121行至第一槽段1311的一端,进而旋转连接件31,直至使卡合凸起3121行至第一槽段1311的另一端,此时卡合凸起3121卡合在第一卡件13上;接着,再次按压连接件31,使卡合凸起3121沿第二槽口1412行至第二槽段1411的一端,反向旋转连接件31,直至使卡合凸起3121行至第二槽段1411的另一端,完成了整个折回式沟槽的走向。至此,连接件31便通过卡合凸起3121锁止在储液管12上,从而实现储液组件10与导烟组件30的安 装。此时,注液口被关闭。
在此过程中,依靠抵持部3113挤压第二密封件133以实现连接件31的下压动作,一方面提升了连接件31转动时的手感,另一方面也保证了连接的密封性。可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,第二密封件133也可以设置在抵持部3113的下端面上,同样可以起到上述效果。
拆卸时,转动连接件31,使卡合凸起3121行至第二槽段1411与第二槽口1412连通的一端,在第二密封件133的弹性作用下,卡合凸起3121经由第二槽口1412达到第一槽段1311远离第一槽口1312的一端,接着反向旋转连接件31,卡合凸起3121行至第一槽口1312的一端,在第二密封件133的作用下脱离第一槽口1312。至此,卡合凸起3121从储液管12上解锁,从而实现储液组件10与导烟组件30的拆卸。此时,注液口被打开。
由于儿童动作的单一性和连贯性,不能够灵活地控制连接件31的正反转组合动作,适应折回式沟槽的走向困难,进而使得儿童不易打开连接件31,即,不易打开注液口,从而避免接触或误食烟液,达到了很好地防护效果。可以理解地,折回式沟槽的走向越复杂,儿童越不容易打开连接件31。
本实用新型提供的雾化器100,导烟组件30与储液组件10拆卸过程中,导烟组件30动作过程需经折回式沟槽的走向,拆卸较为复杂,儿童不易打开,避免了儿童接触或吸食烟液的安全隐患,结构简单,安全防护效果好。
本实用新型还提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟具有上述雾化器100的全部技术特征,故具有与雾化器100相同的技术效果。

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括储液组件(10)以及可拆卸地安装于所述储液组件(10)上的导烟组件(30),所述储液组件(10)包括储液管(12)以及固定盖设于所述储液管(12)上的卡件,所述导烟组件(30)包括连接件(31),所述卡件的内壁上开设有折回式沟槽,所述连接件(31)的外侧壁上设有卡合凸起(3121),所述卡合凸起(3121)在所述折回式沟槽内运动,使得所述连接件(31)可拆卸地安装在所述卡件上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡件包括由上至下叠置的第一卡件(13)和第二卡件(14),所述第一卡件(13)的内壁上开设有第一卡槽(131),所述第二卡件(14)的内壁上开设有第二卡槽(141),所述第二卡槽(141)包括沿所述第二卡件(14)周向延伸的第二槽段(1411)以及设置在所述第二卡槽(1411)的上部且沿所述第二卡件(14)轴向延伸的第二槽口(1412),所述第一卡槽(131)的一端通过所述第二槽口(1412)与所述第二槽段(1411)的一端连通形成所述折回式沟槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述第一卡槽(131)包括至少一个沿所述第一卡件(13)周向延伸的第一槽段(1311)以及沿所述第一卡件(13)轴向延伸的第一槽口(1312),所述至少一个第一槽段(1311)沿所述第一卡件(13)的轴向排布,且所述第一槽段(1311)之间沿所述第一卡件(13)的轴向具有高度差,所述第一槽口(1312)设置在最上层的所述第一槽段(1311)的上部,且所述第一槽口(1312)与最上层的所述第一槽段(1311)的一端连通,最下层的所述第一槽段(1311)的一端与所述第二槽口(1412)连通,相邻的所述第一槽段(1311)之间通过沿所述第一卡件(13)轴向开设且交错设置的连通槽连通。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件(31)的外 侧壁上沿所述连接件(31)的径向向外凸设有抵持部(3113),所述抵持部(3113)设于所述卡合凸起(3121)的上部,所述抵持部(3113)的下端面或所述第一卡件(13)的上端面安装有第二密封件(133),所述抵持部(3113)通过所述第二密封件(133)抵持于所述第一卡件(13)上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述导烟组件(30)还包括转动套设于所述连接件(31)上的调节件(33),所述连接件(31)的侧壁上位于所述抵持部(3113)的上方开设有至少一个进气孔(3111),所述调节件(33)的内侧壁上对应所述进气孔(3111)开设有与外界连通的进气槽(331),转动所述调节件(33),能够使得所述进气槽(331)与对应的所述进气孔(3111)连通或错开。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述进气孔(3111)的一端对应设置有一限位销钉(3112),所述限位销钉(3112)相对所述连接件(31)的一端置于对应的所述进气槽(331)内,所述调节件(33)的转动过程中,所述限位销钉(3112)限制所述调节件(33)的转动行程。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述导烟组件(30)还包括收容于所述连接件(31)内的通气管(32)以及与所述通气管(32)上端内周面连接的烟嘴连接件(34),所述通气管(32)的上端外周面与所述连接件(31)的上端内周面连接,所述连接件(31)的内壁与所述通气管(32)的外壁之间的空间形成与所述进气孔(3111)连通的进气通道(35),所述通气管(32)的内部空间形成与所述烟嘴连接件(34)连通的出气通道(36)。
  8. 如权利要求2-7任一项所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件(10)还包括套设于所述储液管(12)上的套管(11),所述第一卡件(13)与所述第二卡件(14)过盈装配在所述套管(11)的上端。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括安装于所述套管(11)下端的底座组件(20)以及收容于所述储液管(10)内的雾化组件(40),所述雾化组件(40)的上端与所述连接件(31)的下端可拆卸地连接。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种雾化器。
  11. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括储液管(12)、卡件以及连接件(31),所述储液管(12)内设置有储液腔(121),所述储液管(12)上设置有与所述储液腔(121)连通的注液口,所述卡件设置在所述注液口上,所述卡件的内壁上设置有折回式沟槽,所述连接件(31)的外壁上设置有卡合凸起(3121),所述卡合凸起(3121)在所述折回式沟槽内运动,使得所述连接件(31)安装在所述卡件上或脱离所述卡件,从而使得所述连接件(31)关闭或打开所述注液口。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述折回式沟槽包括第一卡槽(131)以及位于所述第一卡槽(131)下方的第二卡槽(132),所述第二卡槽(132)包括沿所述卡件周向延伸的第二槽段(1411)以及沿所述卡件轴向延伸的第二槽口(1412),所述第一卡槽(131)的一端通过所述第二槽口(1412)与所述第二槽段(1411)的一端连通。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:当所述连接件(31)安装在所述卡件上时,所述卡合凸起(3121)卡设在所述第二槽段(1411)内。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述第一卡槽(131)包括至少一个沿所述卡件周向延伸的第一槽段(1311)以及沿所述卡件轴向延伸的第一槽口(1312),所述至少一个第一槽段(1311)沿所述卡件的轴向由上 至下依次排布,所述第一槽口(1312)设置在最上层的所述第一槽段(1311)的上方,且所述第一槽口(1312)与最上层的所述第一槽段(1311)的一端连通,最下层的所述第一槽段(1311)的一端与所述第二槽口(1412)连通,相邻的所述第一槽段(1311)之间通过沿所述卡件轴向开设且交错设置的连通槽连通。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件(31)通过所述第一槽口(1312)进入或脱离所述折回式沟槽。
  16. 如权利要求11-15任一项所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件(31)的外壁上沿所述连接件(31)的径向向外凸设有抵持部(3113),且所述抵持部(3113)位于所述卡合凸起(3121)的上方,当所述连接件(31)安装在所述卡件上时,所述抵持部(3113)与所述卡件相抵持。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述抵持部(3113)的下端面或所述卡件的上端面安装有第二密封件(133),所述抵持部(3113)通过所述第二密封件(133)抵持于所述卡件上。
