Description

一种雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
现有的电子烟包括雾化器和电源装置,其中,雾化器内设置有雾化头以及用于存储烟液的储液组件,雾化头在电源装置的电驱动作用下,加热储液组件内的烟液雾化成烟雾以供用户使用。
储液组件上方设置上盖组件以密封烟液,然而,储液组件以及上盖组件之间大多采用螺纹连接、卡接或者磁性连接等方式可拆卸地连接,结构比较简单,儿童只需经过旋转、拉拔等简单动作便可将上述二者分离开,进而接触或误食烟液,从而对儿童造成安全隐患,安全防护效果不佳。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种能够防止儿童打开上盖组件从而接触或误食烟液的雾化器及其电子烟。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是:一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括储液组件及可拆卸地连接于所述储液组件上的上盖组件,所述储液组件包括第一套管、固定设于所述第一套管一端的连接件和设于所述连接件上的卡合机构,所述卡合机构包括可滑动地设置在所述连接件上的卡合件,所述上盖组件包括与所述储液组件可拆卸连接的上盖,所述上盖上对应所述卡合件开设有卡槽,所述卡合件可滑动地卡入/脱离所述卡槽,以锁定/解锁所述上盖和所述储液组件之间的可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述卡合机构还包括弹性件及卡扣,所述卡合件靠近所述连接件中心轴线的一端为内端,且所述卡扣在靠近所述卡合件的内端处与所述卡合件连接,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持所述卡扣,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持所述连接件,从而使得所述卡合件的内端在所述弹性件的弹力作用下卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
进一步地,沿所述连接件径向开设有贯通所述连接件内、外壁的安装孔,所述连接件的下端面开设有连通所述安装孔的安装槽,所述卡合件可滑动地安装于所述安装孔内,所述卡扣和所述弹性件设置在所述安装槽内,且所述卡扣和所述弹性件套设于所述卡合件上,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持于所述卡扣上,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持于所述安装槽远离所述连接件中心轴线的槽壁上,所述卡合件的内端在所述弹性件的弹力作用下穿出/缩回所述安装孔,从而卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
进一步地,所述储液组件还包括安装座,所述安装座固定设于所述第一套管的一端,所述连接件固定安装于所述安装座上,所述安装座上设置有第二限位槽,所述连接件的外壁上凸设有限位部,当所述连接件固定安装于所述安装座上时,所述限位部卡接于所述第二限位槽内。
进一步地,所述储液组件还包括第二套管,所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管上,所述第二套管上对应所述第二限位槽开设有第一限位槽,所述限位部同时卡接于所述第一限位槽和所述第二限位槽内。
进一步地,所述卡合件靠近内端的外壁上凹设有卡扣槽,所述卡扣通过所述卡扣槽卡接于所述卡合件上。
进一步地,所述连接件的内壁上沿所述连接件的轴向开设有至少一个连通所述连接件上端面的定位槽,每一个所述定位槽的下端沿所述连接件的周向延 伸有导向槽,所述上盖上对应所述定位槽凸设有凸起,所述凸起能够经由所述定位槽转动卡接于所述导向槽内,使得所述储液组件与所述上盖组件可拆卸地连接,或者所述储液组件与所述上盖组件通过螺纹或磁性可拆卸地连接。
进一步地,沿所述连接件径向开设有贯通所述连接件内、外壁的安装孔,所述卡合件为一螺钉,所述安装孔的内周面上设置有内螺纹,沿靠近所述连接件中心轴的方向拧紧所述螺钉,可使得所述螺钉卡入所述卡槽内,沿远离所述连接件中心轴的方向拧松所述螺钉,可使得所述螺钉脱离所述卡槽。
进一步地,所述卡合件靠近所述连接件中心轴线的一端为内端,所述卡槽的上、下槽壁由弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述卡槽的开口的高度<所述卡合件的内端的直径,所述卡合件的内端在所述卡槽的上、下槽壁的弹力作用下,卡入/脱离所述卡槽,或者所述卡合件的内端由弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述卡合件的内端的直径>所述卡槽的开口的高度,所述卡合件的内端在其自身弹力的作用下卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
另一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括第一套管、上盖以及设置在所述第一套管上的卡合机构,所述第一套管内设置有储液腔,所述上盖可拆卸地设置在所述第一套管上,以打开/关闭所述储液腔,所述卡合机构包括卡合件,所述上盖上对应所述卡合件开设有卡槽,所述卡合件能够卡入/脱离所述卡槽,以锁定/解锁所述上盖沿所述雾化器轴向上的运动。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括设置在所述第一套管上的连接机构,所述上盖与所述连接机构可拆卸地连接,所述连接机构包括连接件,所述卡合件可滑动地设置所述连接件上。
进一步地,所述卡合机构还包括弹性件及卡扣,所述卡合件靠近所述连接件中心轴线的一端为内端,且所述卡扣在靠近所述内端处与所述卡合件连接, 所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持所述卡扣,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持所述连接件,从而使得所述内端在所述弹性件的弹力作用下卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
进一步地,沿所述连接件径向开设有贯通所述连接件内、外壁的安装孔,所述连接件的下端面开设有连通所述安装孔的安装槽,所述卡合件可滑动地安装于所述安装孔内,所述卡扣和所述弹性件设置在所述安装槽内,且所述卡扣和所述弹性件套设于所述卡合件上,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持于所述卡扣上,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持于所述安装槽远离所述连接件中心轴线的槽壁上,所述内端在所述弹性件的弹力作用下穿出/缩回所述安装孔,从而卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
进一步地,沿所述连接件径向开设有贯通所述连接件内、外壁的安装孔,所述卡合件为一螺钉,所述安装孔的内周面上设置有内螺纹,沿靠近所述连接件中心轴的方向拧紧所述螺钉,可使得所述螺钉卡入所述卡槽内,沿远离所述连接件中心轴的方向拧松所述螺钉,可使得所述螺钉脱离所述卡槽。
进一步地,所述卡合件靠近所述连接件中心轴线的一端为内端,所述卡槽的上、下槽壁由弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述卡槽的开口的高度<所述内端的直径,所述内端在所述卡槽的上、下槽壁的弹力作用下,卡入/脱离所述卡槽,或者所述内端由弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述内端的直径>所述卡槽的开口的高度,所述内端在其自身弹力的作用下卡入/脱离所述卡槽。

本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的雾化器或电子烟,储液组件与上盖组件通过卡接、螺纹连接或磁性连接中的任意一种连接方式可拆卸地连 接,通过设置卡合机构,限制了上盖组件沿雾化器的轴向运动,使得储液组件和上盖组件二者间不易被打开,起到儿童防护作用。

现在结合附图对本实用新型作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
实施例一
请参阅图1和图2,本实用新型提供了一种雾化器100,该雾化器100包括储液组件10、安装于储液组件10下端的底座组件20、可拆卸地连接于储液组件10上端的上盖组件30以及收容于储液组件10内的雾化组件40。
储液组件10包括第一套管11、套设于第一套管11上的第二套管12、固定安装于第二套管12上端的连接机构以及安装在连接机构上的卡合机构15。具体地,连接机构包括固定安装于第二套管12上端的安装座13以及固定安装于安装座13上的连接件14,卡合机构15安装在连接件14上。
第一套管11为上下两端具有开口的管状结构,第一套管11内部空间形成了用于存储烟液的储液腔111,第一套管11由透明或半透明材料制成以便观察储液腔111内的烟液量,本实施方式中,第一套管11由玻璃制成。
第二套管12为上下两端具有开口的管状结构,第二套管12由硬质材料制成以对第一套管11起到防护作用,本实施方式中,第二套管12由不锈钢制成。进一步地,第二套管12的侧壁上开设有可视窗口121,以实现精准注液。进一步地,第二套管12的上端至少开设有一个第一限位槽122,本实施方式中,第一 限位槽122有两个且相对设置于第二套管12的两侧。
可以理解地,第二套管12可以省略,此时,安装座13直接设置在第一套管11的上端。
安装座13大致呈圆环状,且安装座13周侧向上延伸形成环形壁,安装座13的环形壁上对应第一限位槽122开设有第二限位槽131,安装座13通过过盈配合固定安装在第二套管12上时,第二限位槽131与第一限位槽122对位连通。
请同时参阅图5,连接件14大致呈圆环状结构,连接件14的外壁上对应第二限位槽131凸设有限位部141,连接件14连接在安装座13上时,限位部141同时卡接于第一限位槽122和第二限位槽131内,以防止连接件14转动。
可以理解地,安装座13可以省略,此时,连接件14直接通过过盈配合固定安装于第二套管12的上端,限位部141卡接于第一限位槽122内。
限位部141上沿连接件14的径向开设有贯通连接件14内壁的安装孔142,连接件14的下端面开设有连通安装孔142的安装槽143,连接件14的内壁上开设有至少一个沿连接件14的轴向延伸的定位槽144和至少一个沿连接件14的周向延伸的导向槽145,每一个定位槽144的上端均贯通连接件14的上端面,每一个定位槽144的下端均与一个对应的导向槽145连通。本实施方式中,定位槽144有两个且相对设置,导向槽145也有两个且相对设置。
请参阅图3,卡合机构15包括可滑动地安装于安装孔142内的卡合件151以及套设于卡合件151上的卡扣152和弹性件153,卡扣152和弹性件153设置在安装槽143内。
卡合件151呈柱状结构,卡合件151贯穿安装孔142设置,卡合件151靠近内端1512的外壁上凹设有卡扣槽1511,卡扣152通过该卡扣槽1511卡接于卡合件151上。其中,卡合件151的内端1512是指卡合件151靠近连接件14 中心轴线的一端。
请参阅图5和图6,弹性件153的一端弹性抵持于卡扣152上,弹性件153的另一端弹性抵持于安装槽143远离连接件14中心轴线的槽壁上。初始状态下,弹性件153将卡扣152压紧于安装槽143靠近连接件14中心轴线的槽壁上,且卡合件151的内端1512穿出连接件14的内壁。
本实施方式中,弹性件153为弹簧。可以理解地,弹性件153还可以是具有弹性和刚性的元件,如薄钢片等。
可以理解地,连接件14上的限位部141还可以省略,此时,安装孔142是连接件14的侧壁上沿连接件14的径向开设的通孔,连接件14通过过盈配合固定安装在安装座13上,以防止连接件14转动。
请参阅图4,底座组件20包括紧密收容于第二套管12下端的底座21以及装设于底座21上的第一电极22、第一绝缘件23、电极套24、第二绝缘件25以及第一密封件26。
底座21大致呈圆杯状结构,底座21的底面中心处向下延伸有与底座21的内腔连通的连接管211,第一绝缘件23以及第一电极22安装在连接管211的下端内,第二绝缘件25以及电极套24安装在连接管211的上端内,第一电极22的一端收容于电极套24内且与电极套24电性连接,第一电极22的另一端与电源装置(图未示)电性连接。第一绝缘件23夹设在连接管211与第一电极22之间,第二绝缘件25夹设在连接管211与电极套24之间,以起到绝缘作用。
底座21的杯口边缘处沿底座21的轴向向上凸设有环状的套接部212,第一密封件26套设于套接部212上,且第一套管12的底部抵持于第一密封件26上以提高密封性,防止烟液泄漏。
请参阅图2,上盖组件30包括可拆卸地连接于储液组件10上的上盖31、 可转动地套设于上盖31上的调节件32、可拆卸地安装于上盖31上的出气管33以及可拆卸地连接于出气管33上的烟嘴连接件34。
上盖31包括进气盖311、设于进气盖311下端的连接环312以及连接于连接环312下端的进气管313。
进气盖311大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,进气盖311的侧壁上开设有两个相对设置的进气孔3111,进气盖311的上端开口处开设有第一内螺纹3112。可以理解地,进气孔3111还可以是一个或两个以上。
连接环312大致呈两端具有开口的筒状结构,连接环312的外侧壁上对应定位槽144凸设有凸起3121,凸起3121能够由定位槽144进入进而通过转动卡接于导向槽145内。连接环312的外侧壁上还凹设有卡槽3122,当凸起3121卡接于导向槽145的末端时,卡槽3122能够与安装孔142对位,从而能够使得卡合件151的内端1512卡入卡槽3122内。
进气管313大致呈两端具有开口的筒状结构,进气管313的上端与连接环312的下端连接,且进气管313、连接环312以及进气盖311互相连通。
进气盖311、连接环312以及进气管313的外径依次减小。其中,进气盖311的外径大于连接件14的内径,连接环312的外径与连接件14的内径相当,进气管313的外径小于连接件14的内径,由此使得进气盖311封抵在连接件14的上端面上,连接环312与连接件14配合,而进气管313穿过连接件14后,收容于储液腔111内。
调节件32大致呈套筒状结构,具体地,调节件32可转动地套设于进气盖311上,调节件32的内侧壁上一一对应进气孔3111开设有与外界连通的调气槽321,调节件32的上端沿调节件32的径向向内延伸形成抵持部322,安装时,抵持部322抵持进气盖311的上端面。
进一步地,请参阅图6,在进气盖311的外侧壁与调节件32的内侧壁之间设置有第二密封件314,提升气密性的同时也增强了转动手感,增加了用户的使用体验。
出气管33包括连接体331及可拆卸地连接于连接体331下端的管体332。连接体331大致呈两端连通的喇叭状结构,管体332呈两端具有开口的中空管状结构。本实施方式中,连接体331与管体332是通过螺纹固定连接的。可以理解地,连接体331与管体332还可以是一体结构,即出气管33作为一个整体。
连接体331的外壁上设置有与第一内螺纹3112匹配的第一外螺纹3311。安装时,出气管33通过第一内螺纹3112与第一外螺纹3311的配合关系可拆卸地安装在上盖31上。
管体332收容于进气管313内,管体332的外壁与进气管313的内壁之间形成与进气孔3111连通的进气通道3131,管体332的内部空间形成出气通道333。
烟嘴连接件34大致呈两端具有开口的中空管状结构,烟嘴连接件34的下端通过插接的方式可拆卸地安装在出气管33的连接体331上,并与出气通道333连通。可以理解地,烟嘴连接件34还可以通过螺纹、卡箍等结构与出气管33连接。
本实用新型的实施方式中,烟嘴连接件34可直接当作烟嘴使用,用户直接含住烟嘴连接件34以吸食烟雾。可以理解地,还可以在烟嘴连接件34上连接一个两端具有开口的中空连通件,用户含住该连通件以吸食烟雾。
请参阅图6,雾化组件40包括收容于储液腔111内的雾化头41以及安装于雾化头41下端的第二电极42和第三绝缘件43。
雾化头41的上端与上盖31的进气管313的下端通过螺纹可拆卸地连接, 可以理解地,还可以通过卡箍等连接方式连接。雾化头41的内部分别与进气通道3131和出气通道333连通。
雾化头41的内部设置有发热件(图未示出)和吸液件(图未示出),第二电极42的下端与电极套24电性连接,第二电极42的上端与发热件电性连接,吸液件通过设置在雾化头41的侧壁上的通孔(图未示出)和/或设置在雾化头41的底部上的通槽(图未示出)吸附储液腔111内的烟液,从而被发热件加热雾化成烟雾,供用户吸食。
进一步地,第三绝缘件43套设于第二电极42上以起绝缘作用。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的雾化器的使用过程。
储液组件10与上盖组件30连接时,向外拉动卡合件151的外端(未标号),即,卡合件151远离连接件14中心轴线的一端。卡合件151通过卡扣槽1511带动卡扣152向外运动,使得卡扣152压缩弹性件153,并使得卡合件151的内端1512处于安装孔142内,将上盖31的凸起3121与连接件14的定位槽144对位并卡合,转动上盖31,使上盖31的凸起3121沿着导向槽145转动,最终卡接在导向槽145的末端。此时,上盖31上的卡槽3122与连接件14的安装孔142对位,松开卡合件151,弹性件153复位,卡合件151回到初始状态,使得卡合件151的内端1512穿出安装孔142,并卡入卡槽3122内,从而使得上盖组件30沿雾化器100的轴向运动被限制。
用户抽吸时,通过转动调节件32,控制调气槽321与进气孔3111的重合面积从而控制进气量,空气依次经过调气槽321、进气孔3111到达进气通道3131,混合烟雾后依次经由出气通道333以及烟嘴连接件34进入用户口中。
当需要注液使储液组件10和上盖组件30分离时,向外拉动卡合件151,使其脱离卡槽3122,同时反向转动上盖组件30,使上盖组件30的凸起3121依次 沿导向槽145和定位槽144运动,直至脱离定位槽144,从而实现储液组件10和上盖组件30二者的分离。
本实施方式中,卡槽3122为方形槽,因此,不但可以限制上盖组件30沿雾化器100的轴向运动,还可以限制上盖组件30沿雾化器100的周向运动,使储液组件10和上盖组件30连接更可靠。可以理解地,卡槽3122还可以是其他形状,如,环形槽、圆槽等,而且卡槽3122可以是盲槽,也可以是通槽。只需使得卡合件151与卡槽3122的配合至少可以锁定上盖组件30沿雾化器100轴向的运动即可。
本实用新型提供的雾化器100,储液组件10与上盖组件30通过卡接的方式可拆卸地连接,进一步地,通过设置卡合机构15,使得卡合件151的内端1512在初始状态下卡入上盖31的卡槽3122内,从而限制了上盖31的轴向运动。使用时,只有当卡合件151的内端1512脱离卡槽3122时,才能够将上盖31与连接件14分离,从而将上盖组件30从储液组件10上拆卸下来。考虑到儿童操作的单纯性,而本实用新型提供的雾化器100的拆卸,需要先解除卡合件151与卡槽3122之间的卡合,才能解除凸起3121与导向槽145之间的卡合,以完成拆卸,因此,对儿童具有一定的安全防护作用。
本实用新型还提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟具有上述雾化器100的全部技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器100相同的技术效果。
实施例二
本实施例二提供的雾化器100与实施例一的雾化器100的主要区别就在于,本实施例二的雾化器100改变了储液组件10与上盖组件30之间的可拆卸的连接方式,实施例一中的可拆卸的连接方式为卡接,而本实施例二的可拆卸的连接方式为螺纹连接,具体的:
连接件14呈环形结构,连接件14的侧壁上沿连接件14的径向开设有贯穿连接件14的内、外壁的安装孔142,连接件14的下端面对应安装孔142开设有连通安装孔142的安装槽143。
请同时参阅图7和图8,上盖31上连接环312的外侧壁上凹设有卡槽3122,连接环312的下端设有第二外螺纹3123。
安装座13在实施例一的基础上在安装座13的底部设有与第二外螺纹3123匹配的第二内螺纹132。
储液组件10与上盖组件30连接时,转动上盖组件30,上盖31通过螺纹配合连接在安装座13上,从而实现储液组件10和上盖组件30之间的可拆卸连接。卡合机构15的使用过程与实施例一相同,此处不再赘述。
需指出的是,由于螺纹连接具有随机性,为了使得卡合件151一定能够卡入卡槽3122内,本实施例中的卡槽3122为沿连接环312的周向开设的环形槽。
本实施例二的雾化器100通过螺纹连接的方式,将上盖31螺纹连接在安装座13上,同样实现了储液组件10和上盖组件30之间可拆卸的连接关系。并且,要解除储液组件10和上盖组件30之间可拆卸的连接关系,同样也要先解除卡合件151和卡槽3122之间的卡合,因此,本实施例二的雾化器100也具有儿童防护的功能。
可以理解地,安装座13可以省略,此时,连接件14直接通过过盈配合固定安装于第二套管12的上端,第二内螺纹132设置在连接件14的内壁上。
可以理解地,除了第一实施例中采用的卡接以及第二实施例中采用的螺纹连接外,储液组件10和上盖组件30之间还可以采用其他可拆卸的连接方式,如,磁性连接。当储液组件10和上盖组件30之间采用磁性连接时,安装座13和/或连接件14以及连接环312采用磁性材料制成,为解除两者的磁性连接, 需要先解除卡合件151和卡槽3122之间的卡合,因此,雾化器100具有儿童防护的功能。
可以理解地,卡合件151与卡槽3122还可以通过其他方式来锁定/解锁储液组件10和上盖组件30之间的可拆卸连接,如,卡合件151为一螺钉,安装孔142的内周面上设置有内螺纹,沿靠近连接件34中心轴线的方向拧紧螺钉,可使得,螺钉卡入卡槽3122内,沿远离连接件34中心轴线的方向拧松螺钉,可使得,螺钉脱离卡槽3122。可以理解地,由于此时,不需要再安装卡扣152和弹性件153,因此,也无需开设安装槽143。
可以理解地,请参阅图9和图10,在其他实施例中,卡合机构15可以仅包括滑动安装于安装孔142内的卡合件151,省略卡扣152和弹性件153,卡槽3122的上、下槽壁具有弹性,且在自然状态下,卡槽3122的开口的高度<卡合件151的内端1512的直径。卡合件151沿靠近连接件34中心轴线的方向运动时,在上、下槽壁的弹力作用下,卡合件151的内端1512卡入上、下槽壁之间,并被卡紧,由此,限制了上盖组件30沿雾化器100轴向的运动,从而锁定了上盖组件30和储液组件10之间的可拆卸连接。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,可以是卡合件151的内端1512由弹性材料制成,且在自然状态下,卡合件151的内端1512的直径>卡槽3122的开口的高度,卡合件151沿靠近连接件34中心轴线的方向运动时,卡合件151的内端1512在其自身弹力的作用下卡入\脱离卡槽3122。
以上述依据本实用新型的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本实用新型的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项实用新型的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括储液组件及可拆卸地连接于所述储液组件上的上盖组件,所述储液组件包括第一套管、固定设于所述第一套管一端的连接件和设于所述连接件上的卡合机构,所述卡合机构包括可滑动地设置在所述连接件上的卡合件,所述上盖组件包括与所述储液组件可拆卸连接的上盖,所述上盖上对应所述卡合件开设有卡槽,所述卡合件可滑动地卡入/脱离所述卡槽,以锁定/解锁所述上盖和所述储液组件之间的可拆卸连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡合机构还包括弹性件及卡扣,所述卡合件靠近所述连接件中心轴线的一端为内端,且所述卡扣在靠近所述卡合件的内端处与所述卡合件连接,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持所述卡扣,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持所述连接件,从而使得所述卡合件的内端在所述弹性件的弹力作用下卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:沿所述连接件径向开设有贯通所述连接件内、外壁的安装孔,所述连接件的下端面开设有连通所述安装孔的安装槽,所述卡合件可滑动地安装于所述安装孔内,所述卡扣和所述弹性件设置在所述安装槽内,且所述卡扣和所述弹性件套设于所述卡合件上,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持于所述卡扣上,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持于所述安装槽远离所述连接件中心轴线的槽壁上,所述卡合件的内端在所述弹性件的弹力作用下穿出/缩回所述安装孔,从而卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括安装座,所述安装座固定设于所述第一套管的一端,所述连接件固定安装于所述安装座上,所述安装座上设置有第二限位槽,所述连接件的外壁上凸设有限位部,当所述连接件固定安装于所述安装座上时,所述限位部卡接于所述第二限位槽内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括第二套管,所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管上,所述第二套管上对应所述第二限位槽开设有第一限位槽,所述限位部同时卡接于所述第一限位槽和所述第二限位槽内。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡合件靠近内端的外壁上凹设有卡扣槽,所述卡扣通过所述卡扣槽卡接于所述卡合件上。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件的内壁上沿所述连接件的轴向开设有至少一个连通所述连接件上端面的定位槽,每一个所述定位槽的下端沿所述连接件的周向延伸有导向槽,所述上盖上对应所述定位槽凸设有凸起,所述凸起能够经由所述定位槽转动卡接于所述导向槽内,使得所述储液组件与所述上盖组件可拆卸地连接,或者所述储液组件与所述上盖组件通过螺纹或磁性可拆卸地连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:沿所述连接件径向开设有贯通所述连接件内、外壁的安装孔,所述卡合件为一螺钉,所述安装孔的内周面上设置有内螺纹,沿靠近所述连接件中心轴的方向拧紧所述螺钉,可使得所述螺钉卡入所述卡槽内,沿远离所述连接件中心轴的方向拧松所述螺钉,可使得所述螺钉脱离所述卡槽。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡合件靠近所述连接件中心轴线的一端为内端,所述卡槽的上、下槽壁由弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述卡槽的开口的高度<所述卡合件的内端的直径,所述卡合件的内端在所述卡槽的上、下槽壁的弹力作用下,卡入/脱离所述卡槽,或者所述卡合件的内端由弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述卡合件的内端的直径>所述卡槽的开口的高度,所述卡合件的内端在其自身弹力的作用下卡入/脱离所述卡 槽。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一种雾化器。
  11. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括第一套管、上盖以及设置在所述第一套管上的卡合机构,所述第一套管内设置有储液腔,所述上盖可拆卸地设置在所述第一套管上,以打开/关闭所述储液腔,所述卡合机构包括卡合件,所述上盖上对应所述卡合件开设有卡槽,所述卡合件能够卡入/脱离所述卡槽,以锁定/解锁所述上盖沿所述雾化器轴向上的运动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括设置在所述第一套管上的连接机构,所述上盖与所述连接机构可拆卸地连接,所述连接机构包括连接件,所述卡合件可滑动地设置所述连接件上。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡合机构还包括弹性件及卡扣,所述卡合件靠近所述连接件中心轴线的一端为内端,且所述卡扣在靠近所述内端处与所述卡合件连接,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持所述卡扣,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持所述连接件,从而使得所述内端在所述弹性件的弹力作用下卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:沿所述连接件径向开设有贯通所述连接件内、外壁的安装孔,所述连接件的下端面开设有连通所述安装孔的安装槽,所述卡合件可滑动地安装于所述安装孔内,所述卡扣和所述弹性件设置在所述安装槽内,且所述卡扣和所述弹性件套设于所述卡合件上,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持于所述卡扣上,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持于所述安装槽远离所述连接件中心轴线的槽壁上,所述内端在所述弹性件的弹力作用下穿出/缩回所述安装孔,从而卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:沿所述连接件径向开设有贯通所述连接件内、外壁的安装孔,所述卡合件为一螺钉,所述安装孔的内周面上设置有内螺纹,沿靠近所述连接件中心轴的方向拧紧所述螺钉,可使得所述螺钉卡入所述卡槽内,沿远离所述连接件中心轴的方向拧松所述螺钉,可使得所述螺钉脱离所述卡槽。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡合件靠近所述连接件中心轴线的一端为内端,所述卡槽的上、下槽壁由弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述卡槽的开口的高度<所述内端的直径,所述内端在所述卡槽的上、下槽壁的弹力作用下,卡入/脱离所述卡槽,或者所述内端由弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述内端的直径>所述卡槽的开口的高度,所述内端在其自身弹力的作用下卡入/脱离所述卡槽。
  17. 如权利要求12-16任一项所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖与所述连接机构之间的可拆卸连接方式为卡接、螺纹连接以及磁性连接中的任意一种。
  18. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括如权利要求11-17任一项所述的一种雾化器。
