一种电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品,其与普通的香烟有着相同的外观,以及与香烟相同的味道,但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。电子烟是通过雾化器将含有烟碱和香精的烟液雾化成颗粒输出。电子烟中不含普通香烟中的焦油和其他有害成分,也不会产生二手烟。
现有技术中的电子烟包括:用于存放烟油的储油组件、用于雾化烟油以形成可供用户吸食的烟雾的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化器供电的电池杆组件,雾化组件上设有第一螺纹段,储油组件开口端设置有与所述第一螺纹段螺纹连接的第一匹配螺纹,雾化组件通过所述第一螺纹段和储油组件可拆卸连接,雾化组件设置有第二螺纹段,电池杆组件靠近所述雾化组件的一端设置有与第二螺纹段螺纹连接的第二匹配螺纹,雾化组件通过第二螺纹段和电池杆组件可拆卸连接。
在日常使用过程中,当电子烟的电量用尽时,需要拆开电池杆组件以更换电池杆组件或对电池杆组件进行充电,在转动电池杆组件和雾化组件之间螺纹时容易误操作将储油组件与雾化组件之间的螺纹旋松甚至旋开,这样的操作容易导致烟油从储油组件中经由螺纹渗漏出来造成漏油的发生,降低了用户体验。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供一种避免烟油渗漏出来的电子烟,包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有用于容纳烟液的储油组件,用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件,所述储油组件可拆卸连接在所述雾化组件的一端,所述电池杆组件可拆卸的连接在所述雾化组件的另一端;
所述雾化组件设置有第一锁止机构,所述储油组件设置有与所述第一锁止机构配合的第二锁止机构,所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件相连时所述电池杆组件能够抵靠在所述第一锁止机构上,使所述第一锁止机构与第二锁止机构配合以限制所述储油组件与雾化组件发生相对运动,所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件分离时所述第一锁止机构可解除限制所述储油组件。
进一步地,所述第一锁止机构包括活动设置在所述雾化组件内且至少一端延伸至所述雾化组件外的限位柱以及用于给所述限位柱施力以阻碍所述限位柱朝所述储油组件运动的施力机构;
所述第二锁止机构包括凹槽卡位,当所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件相连时,所述电池杆组件能够抵靠在所述限位柱上,以使所述限位柱插设在所述凹槽卡位内,以限制所述储油组件与雾化组件发生相对运动。

通过在储油组件120和雾化组件130之间加装第一锁止机构131和第二锁止机构121,第一锁止机构131与第二锁止机构121发生锁止时限制储油组件120和雾化组件130发生相对运动,没有发生相对运动,雾化组件130和储油组件120之间的连接状态保持不变,则位于储油组件120内部的烟油不容易通过雾化组件130和储油组件120的连接部位渗漏。

较佳的,弹性件1311可以采用弹簧或者橡胶件等有弹性的材料,在本实施例中,弹性件1311为弹簧,弹簧套设在所述限位柱133上并使在所述电池杆组件140抵靠在所述第一锁止机构131上时所述弹簧为压缩状态,这样在在限位柱133从凹槽卡位122中脱出时,弹簧恢复自身形变对限位柱133做功,加快限位柱133的回弹,使得解锁更迅速。
较佳的,对于弹性件1311的设置还可以采用拉伸的方式,即所述弹性件1311的一端连接所述第二限位端1322,所述弹性件1311的另一端连接所述凸台1331,在弹性件1311的拉力作用下实现限位柱133的回弹。
具体地说,所述弹簧套设在所述限位柱133上并使在所述电池杆组件140抵靠在所述第一锁止机构131上时所述弹簧为拉伸状态,这样在限位柱133从凹槽卡位122中脱出时,弹簧恢复自身形变对限位柱133做功,加快限位柱133的回弹,使得解锁更迅速。
本实施例中电子烟还包括其他结构,以使得电子烟完成正常使用,具体如下介绍:
所述储油组件120包括雾化套1201,该雾化套1021一端可拆卸连接有用于雾化烟油的所述雾化组件130,该雾化套1021的另一端可拆卸连接有吸烟端1027;该雾化套1021内插设有与该雾化组件130可拆卸连接用于将该雾化组件130雾化的烟雾排出至该吸烟端的通气管1203,该通气管1203与该雾化套1021之间形成用于存储供该雾化组件130雾化的烟油的第一储油腔1204,该雾化套1021与该通气管1203之间设有隔离部件1205,该隔离部件1205与该雾化套1021的内侧以及该通气管1203的外侧封闭连接,使得该隔离部件1205至该吸烟端1207之间形成用于存储雾化后冷凝的烟液的第二储油腔1206;
该通气管1203靠近该吸烟端1207的一端位于该第二储油腔1206内,该吸烟端1207位于该第二储油腔1206的腔壁处设置有供烟雾排出的出气孔。
上述隔离部件1205大致为柱体结构,该隔离部件1205包括用于与该雾化套1021插接相连的第一连接部,及用于与该吸烟端1207可拆卸连接的第二连接部。
上述吸烟端1207和上述隔离部件1205之间为可拆卸的连接,本实施例中以该吸烟端1207与该隔离部件1205通过螺纹连接为例进行说明,即该吸烟端1207用于与该隔离部件1205连接的位置处设有内螺纹,隔离部件1205的外周面上设有与该内螺纹相适配的外螺纹。若采取其他可拆卸连接结构,则该吸烟端1207上还可以设置其他连接结构,例如卡扣连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片等,本实施例中仅以螺纹连接为例进行说明,并不限定于螺纹连接。
本实施例的螺纹连接结构和卡扣连接结构能够更好的对该吸烟端1207进行拆装,且不易脱落;该吸烟端1207与该隔离部件1205之间可拆卸连接,方便用户清洁该第二储油腔1206内积存的烟液,防止用户吸到烟液,健康卫生。
进一步的,所述雾化组件130内设置有与该通气管1203相连通的雾化腔及容纳在该雾化腔内的电热丝组件1208;该雾化组件130延伸至该雾化套1021外的一端开设有与该雾化腔相导通的用以进气及排出雾化腔内烟油的穿孔(图中未示)。该穿孔位于该雾化套1021外,气流可直接通过该穿孔即可进入该雾 化腔内,不会产生噪音。
需要说明的是,上述雾化套1021为由非金属材料制成的透光套管;
所述雾化套1021的一端涨紧配合连接有所述连接环123、套设在所述连接环123内并与所述连接环123进行可拆卸连接的连接套124及套设在所述连接套124的一端并与所述连接套124可拆卸连接的雾化芯套1209,该连接套124的一端与该电池杆组件可拆卸连接,所述连接套124沿轴向贯穿设置有所述雾化腔,该连接套124的另一端间隔开设有沿该雾化器的轴向延伸的两个相对应设置并与该第一储油腔1204相连通的安装槽,该电热丝组件1208架设于该两个安装槽内;
该雾化芯套1209套设于该连接套124及该通气管1203上、并抵持在该电热丝组件1208上;该通气管1203的一端穿设该雾化芯套1209并延伸至该雾化腔内,且该通气管1203与所述雾化芯套1209弹性密封相连。所述连接套124的外表面设置有与所述雾化芯套1209的端面相抵持的限位凸部,以使便于组装及避免过度输送烟油导致烟油泄露;所述连接套124的外表面设置有用以支撑所述电热丝组件1208的凸起,以避免电热丝组件1208滑入所述雾化腔内。
需要说明的是,该雾化套1021大致为圆筒状结构,该通气管1203围成有用于供气流流通至该吸烟端1207内的气流通道,且该通气管1203的两端分别插设在上述隔离部件1205与该雾化组件130内。
上述连接环123插设在该雾化套1021用于与该雾化组件130连接的一端,该连接环123与该雾化组件130之间可为螺纹连接,该连接环123用于与该雾化组件130连接的位置处设置有内螺纹,该雾化组件130的外周面设置有与该内螺纹相适配的外螺纹结构。此处对于连接的方式与上述吸烟端1207与上述隔离部件1205之间的连接方式类似,本实施例中并不对此做限制。当然,所述储油组件120及所述雾化组件130只要分别能够存储烟油及雾化烟油即可,其结构在此不作具体限定。
对于限位柱133的回弹也可以是这样的,针对采用磁力相斥原理的回弹,本实用新型电子烟还提供了一种实施例:
所述施力机构包括位于轴套132内的柱体上的磁性组件,所述磁性组件朝 向储油组件一侧具有第一磁性,所述磁性组件朝向电池杆组件的一侧具有第二磁性,轴套132朝向储油组件的一端设有具有第一磁性的第一磁性限位部,所述轴套132朝向所述电池杆组件的一端设有第一限位部,所述第一磁性限位部与所示第一限位部限制所述限位柱133位于轴套132内,以使在所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件分离时,通过磁性组件第一磁性与第一磁性限位部的磁力相斥作用将所述限位柱133从所述凹槽卡位内拔出,这里通过磁性件的磁力作用将限位柱133快速回弹,由于第一限位部的阻挡,使得限位柱133不会在磁力的作用下直接脱出轴套132。
请参考图2,针对采用磁力相吸原理实现回弹,本实用新型电子烟还提供了一种实施例:
所述施力机构包括位于轴套202内的柱体上的磁性组件203,所述磁性组件朝向储油组件204一侧具有第一磁性,所述磁性组件203朝向电池杆组件的一侧具有第二磁性,所述轴套202朝向所述电池杆组件的一端设有具有第一磁性的第二磁性限位部205,第二锁止机构包括凹槽卡位206,所述储油组件204包括连接环207,所述雾化组件200包括连接套208,所述连接环207与所述连接套208啮合,所述凹槽卡位206设置在所述连接环207与雾化组件200贴合的端面上,第二磁性限位部205和磁性组件203的第二磁性存在磁力作用,当需要限位柱201的一端由凹槽卡位206内拔出时候,在磁力的作用下可以实现限位柱的快速回弹,提高解锁速度。
较佳的,轴套202朝向所述储油组件的一端设有第二限位部,所述第二磁性限位部与所述第二限位部限制所述限位柱位于轴套202内,通过两端进行限位,使得限位柱不容易从轴套202中脱出。
较佳的,为了进一步提高限位柱回弹的弹力,所述第二限位部具有第一磁性,第二限位部具有的第一磁性与磁性组件朝向所述储油组件的一侧的第一磁性相互排斥,该斥力在限位柱退回时也可以对限位柱做功,进一步加快限位柱的回弹速度。
较佳的,本文中提到的磁性组件可以采用具有磁性的材料,如磁铁,用电产生磁性的电磁铁以及其他材料,满足具有磁性即可,在此不作限定。
需要说明的是,上述描述中,第一磁性和第二磁性是相对的,每一个磁铁 都包括N极和S极,所以当第一磁性为N极时,则第二磁性为S极,只要满足第一磁性和第二磁性相对即可,在此不对具体极性进行限定。
较佳的,上文中提到的磁性组件为环绕所述限位柱设置的磁性环,使得磁性组件在轴套202内滑动顺畅,受力均匀。
较佳的,本文中提到的限位柱的移动方向可以与所述电子烟本体的轴线方向平行,符合使用习惯,当然也可以采用一定倾斜角度设置,也可以满足要求。请参考图3,针对雾化组件和储油组件的锁止,本实用新型电子烟还提供了另一种实施例,包括:
所述第一锁止机构包括固定在所述雾化组件内的固定柱301以及套设固定在固定柱301上的扭簧302;所述雾化组件设置有供电池杆组件的端部插入及容纳所述扭簧302一端的插槽308、位于所述插槽308的端壁处用于在位于插槽308内的所述扭簧302一端发生弹性形变时进行容纳的容纳槽303以及用于扭簧302另一端伸出雾化组件的窗口309
具体地,所述雾化组件300包括连接套306,所述连接套306的一端设置有所述插槽308,所述插槽308的槽壁上开设有所述窗口309。所述连接套306与所述连接环307啮合,所述第二锁止机构为设置在储油组件310的内表面可与扭簧302另一端配合的凹槽卡位304,扭簧302位于雾化组件300的所述插槽308内,容纳槽303设置在雾化组件300的电极305上,凹槽卡位304设置在储油组件310用于与雾化组件300连接一侧的内壁上,凹槽卡位304开口方向与雾化组件300的径向方向相同,在雾化组件300与储油组件310连接后扭簧302的另一端通过窗口309伸到凹槽卡位304中,在扭簧302和凹槽卡位304的配合下使得雾化组件300和储油组件310不容易发生相对运动,雾化组件300和储油组件310之间的连接状态保持不变,则位于储油组件310内部的烟油不容易通过雾化组件300和储油组件310的连接部位渗漏。
较佳的,第一锁止机构包括弹片、用于固定弹片一端的固定部、用于弹片的自由端伸出的第二窗口及位于弹片自由端上的凸起,所述第二锁止机构为设置在储油组件内表面可与该凸起配合的第二凹槽卡位,在雾化组件和储油组件连接后,凸起在弹片弹力的作用下位于第二凹槽卡位中,凸起和第二凹槽卡位的配合限制雾化组件和储油组件不容易发生相对运动,雾化组件和储油组件之 间的连接状态保持不变,则位于储油组件内部的烟油不容易通过雾化组件和储油组件的连接部位渗漏。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    电子烟本体;
    所述电子烟本体设置有用于容纳烟液的储油组件,用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件,所述储油组件可拆卸连接在所述雾化组件的一端,所述电池杆组件可拆卸的连接在所述雾化组件的另一端;
    所述雾化组件设置有第一锁止机构,所述储油组件设置有与所述第一锁止机构配合的第二锁止机构,所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件相连时所述电池杆组件能够抵靠在所述第一锁止机构上,使所述第一锁止机构与第二锁止机构配合以限制所述储油组件与雾化组件发生相对运动,所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件分离时所述第一锁止机构可解除限制所述储油组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一锁止机构包括活动设置在所述雾化组件内且至少一端延伸至所述雾化组件外的限位柱以及用于给所述限位柱施力以阻碍所述限位柱朝所述储油组件运动的施力机构;所述第二锁止机构包括凹槽卡位,当所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件相连时,所述电池杆组件能够抵靠在所述限位柱上,以使所述限位柱插设在所述凹槽卡位内,以限制所述储油组件与雾化组件发生相对运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括用于容纳所述限位柱以使所述限位柱能够在所述雾化组件内往复移动的轴套,所述轴套包括用于限制所述限位柱移动距离的第一限位端和第二限位端,所述第一限位端位于所述轴套朝向所述储油组件的一端,所述第二限位端位于所述轴套朝向所述电池杆组件的一端,所述限位柱沿径向方向设置有凸台,所述凸台位于所述第一限位端和所述第二限位端之间的轴套内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述施力机构包括弹性件,所述弹性件沿所述轴套的轴线方向设置在所述轴套内,所述弹性件的一端 抵靠所述第一限位端,所述弹性件的另一端抵靠所述凸台。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧套设在所述限位柱上并使在所述电池杆组件抵靠在所述第一锁止机构上时所述弹簧为压缩状态。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述施力机构包括弹性件,所述弹性件沿所述轴套的轴线方向设置在所述轴套内,所述弹性件的一端连接所述第二限位端,所述弹性件的另一端连接所述凸台。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧套设在所述限位柱上并使在所述电池杆组件抵靠在所述第一锁止机构上时所述弹簧为拉伸状态。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括用于容纳所述限位柱以使所述限位柱能够在所述轴套内往复移动的轴套,所述施力机构包括磁性组件,所述磁性组件设置于所述限位柱位于轴套内的柱体上,所述磁性组件朝向储油组件一侧具有第一磁性,所述磁性组件朝向电池杆组件的一侧具有第二磁性;
    所述轴套朝向储油组件的一端设有具有第一磁性的第一磁性限位部,所述轴套朝向所述电池杆组件的一端设有第一限位部,所述第一磁性限位部与所述第一限位部限制所述限位柱位于轴套内,以使在所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件分离时,通过所述第一磁性与第二磁性的磁力作用将所述限位柱从所述凹槽卡位内拔出。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括用于容纳所述限位柱以使所述限位柱能够在所述轴套内往复移动的轴套,所述施力机构包括磁性组件,所述磁性组件设置于所述限位柱位于轴套内的柱体上,所述磁性组件朝向储油组件一侧具有第一磁性,所述磁性组件朝向电池杆组件的 一侧具有第二磁性;
    所述轴套朝向所述电池杆组件的一端设有具有第一磁性的第二磁性限位部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述轴套朝向所述储油组件的一端设有第二限位部,所述第二磁性限位部与所述第二限位部限制所述限位柱位于轴套内。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二限位部具有第一磁性,所述第二限位部与所述磁性组件朝向所述储油组件的一侧磁力相斥。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凸台环绕所述限位柱的圆周方向设置。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述磁性组件为环绕所述限位柱设置的磁性环。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件的两端分别通过螺纹与所述储油组件及所述电池杆组件进行可拆卸连接。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一锁止机构包括固定在所述雾化组件内的固定柱以及套设固定在固定柱上的扭簧;所述雾化组件设置有供电池杆组件的端部插入及容纳所述扭簧一端的插槽、位于所述插槽的端壁处用于在位于插槽内的所述扭簧一端发生弹性形变时进行容纳的容纳槽以及用于扭簧另一端伸出雾化组件的窗口,所述第二锁止机构为设置在储油组件的内表面可与扭簧另一端配合的凹槽卡位。
  16. 根据权利要求1至15任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括与所述储油组件可拆卸连接的连接套、电热丝组件和雾化芯套,所述 连接套沿轴向贯穿设置有雾化腔;
    所述连接套的一端与所述电池组件可拆卸的连接,所述连接套的另一端间隔开设有朝雾化组件的轴向延伸的两个相对应设置并与所述储油组件的储油腔相连通的安装槽,所述电热丝组件架设于所述两个安装槽内;
    所述雾化芯套套设于所述连接套及所述通气管上、并抵持在所述电热丝组件上;
    所述通气管的一端穿设所述雾化芯套并延伸至所述雾化腔内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接套的外表面设置有与所述雾化芯套的端面相抵持的限位凸部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接套的外表面设置有用以支撑所述电热丝组件的凸起。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油组件包括由非金属材料制成的透明雾化套及套设在所述雾化套内的通气管,所述雾化套与所述通气管之间形成有所述储油腔,所述雾化套的一端设置有吸烟端,所述通气管远离吸烟端的一端插设在所述雾化芯套内并与所述雾化芯套弹性密封连接,所述通气管的内腔与所述吸烟端及所述雾化腔相连通。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油组件还包括套设在所述雾化套远离雾化组件一端的由金属材料制成的连接柱,所述通气管的远离所述雾化芯套的一端插设在所述连接柱内,所述连接柱的远离雾化组件的一端通过螺纹连接有由金属材料制成的吸嘴盖,所述吸嘴盖外套在所述连接柱上,所述吸嘴盖与所述连接柱之间形成有与所述吸嘴外外表面及所述通气相连通的用于存储冷凝烟油的储油空间。
