Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种避免烟油流出的电子烟。
背景技术
普通的香烟中,含有焦油等有害物质,不仅对吸烟者的健康有害,就连产生的二手烟也会对其他人的健康造成危害,为了能够有效得控烟,电子烟的问世得到了人们的喜爱,电子烟是通过雾化组件将含有烟碱和香精的烟液雾化成颗粒输出,不包含有害物质。
现在的电子烟中,为了减少成本,用于存储烟油的储油腔和用于雾化烟油的雾化组件是可拆卸的,方便循环使用,为了能够让储油腔里的烟油能够流入到雾化组件,使得雾化组件可以进行雾化作业,产生烟雾被用户吸入,雾化组件必须连通到储油腔内部。可当储油腔需要添加烟油或者需要更换雾化组件时,就需要将雾化组件拆出,拆出后,储油腔不再是密封状态,这时,储油腔剩余的烟油可能会流出,这样,不仅产生了浪费,还可能流出的烟油被小孩误食,产生危害。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种避免烟油流出的电子烟。
一种电子烟,其中,包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有用于存储烟油的储油组件,以及用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件,所述雾化组件与所述储油组件为可拆卸嵌套连接;
所述储油组件设置有储油腔以及具有位置恢复功能的阻挡部件,所述阻挡部件位于所述储油腔的加油口处;
当所述雾化组件嵌套于所述储油组件内部时,推动所述阻挡部件往远离所述储油腔的加油口端运动,使得所述储油腔内的烟油与所述雾化组件相接触而能够为所述雾化组件供油;
当所述雾化组件脱离所述储油组件内部时,所述阻挡部件恢复到储油腔加油口位置,将所述储油腔密封。

本实用新型所提供了一种电子烟。该电子烟包括:用于存储烟油的储油组件,以及用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件,雾化组件与储油组件为可拆卸嵌套连接,储油组件设置有储油腔以及具有位置恢复功能的阻挡部件,阻挡部件位于所述储油腔的加油口处,雾化组件嵌套于所述储油组件内部时,推动阻挡部件往远离储油腔的加油口端运动,使得储油腔内的烟油与雾化组件相接触而能够为所述雾化组件供油,当雾化组件脱离所述储油组件内部时,阻挡部件恢复到储油腔加油口,将储油腔密封。因所述储油组件设有阻挡部件,当雾化组件被拆出时,阻挡部件将储油腔密封,使得储油腔内的烟油不会流出,从而减少了烟油的浪费,避免烟油被误食,提高了产品的安全性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种电子烟,以下结合图1a和图1b所示对本实用新型所提供的电子烟的具体结构进行详细说明:
本实施例中,该电子烟包括:电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有用于存储烟油的储油组件101,以及用于雾化烟油的雾化组件102,雾化组件102与储油组件101为可拆卸嵌套连接;此外,所述电子烟本体还包括用于与所述雾化组件102可拆卸连接并为所述雾化组件102供电的电池组件(图中未示),其中,所述电池组件为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
储油组件101设置有储油腔103以及具有位置恢复功能的阻挡部件104,阻挡部件104位于储油腔103的加油口处;
当雾化组件102嵌套于储油组件101内部时,推动阻挡部件104往远离储油腔103的加油口端运动,使得储油腔103内的烟油与雾化组件102相接触而能够为雾化组件102供油;
上述为雾化组件102嵌套与储油组件101内部时,与阻挡部件104的连接关系,和阻挡部件104的状态;下面结合图1b描述当雾化组件102被拆出时,阻挡部件104的状态:
当雾化组件102脱离储油组件101内部时,阻挡部件104恢复到储油腔103加油口位置,将储油腔103密封;
需要说明的是,阻挡部件104可以位于储油腔103的外部,也可位于储油腔103的内部。
若阻挡部件104位于储油腔103内部,为了使得阻挡部件104密封储油腔103,可以采用如下几种设计方式:
一、储油腔103加油口处设置有限位凸部,用于抵持阻挡部件104,使其将储油腔103密封;
二、将储油腔103设计大致为椎体状,阻挡部件104横面大于储油腔103的加油口的横面,使得阻挡部件104将储油腔103密封。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中,除了上述两种方式之外,本领域技术人员还可以想到其他的实现方式,具体此处不做限定。
若阻挡部件104位于储油腔103外部,可以将阻挡部件104设置在储油组件101内壁的一侧,且位于储油腔103加油口处,将储油腔103密封;当雾化组件102嵌套于储油组件101时,将雾化组件102从侧面运动,将阻挡部件104推移出储油腔103的加油口,当雾化组件102被拆除时,阻挡部件104恢复到储油腔103加油口处,将其密封。
本实施例中,储油组件101中设置有具有位置恢复功能的阻挡部件104,雾化组件102嵌套与储油组件101时,推动阻挡部件104往远离储油腔103的加油口端运动,使得储油腔103内的烟油与雾化组件102相接触,这样,阻挡部件104受到雾化组件102的作用力,使得位置发生变化,雾化组件102嵌套于储油腔103的内部,储油腔103内的烟油,便可以通过阻挡部件104与储油腔103内壁之间的空隙流出,与雾化组件102相接触,雾化组件102便可对烟油进行雾化作业;当给储油腔103添加烟油或者清理更换雾化组件102时,则需要将雾化组件102从储油组件101中拆出,当雾化组件102被拆出时,阻挡部件104不再受到雾化组件102的作用力,因阻挡部件104具有位置恢复功能,所以阻挡部件104恢复到储油腔103加油口位置,便将储油腔103密封,使得储油腔103内的烟油不会流出,这样减少了烟油的浪费,避免烟油被误食,提高了产品的安全性。
上述本实用新型实施例中,描述了电子烟的阻挡部件104的作用,下面对阻挡部件104的具体部件以及储油组件101设置用于抵持阻挡部件104的限位凸部进行具体描述,以下结合图2a和图2b所示对本实用新型所提供的电子烟的具体结构另一实施例进行详细说明:
该电子烟包括:电子烟本体,用于存储烟油的储油组件101,以及用于雾化烟油的雾化组件102;
储油组件101设置有储油腔103以及具有位置恢复功能的阻挡部件104,阻挡部件104位于储油腔103的加油口处;
其中,储油组件101还包括,用于抵持阻挡部件104的限位凸部201,限位凸部201位于储油组件101的内侧端部且与储油腔103加油口连接;
限位凸部201能够抵持阻挡部件104,形成的空间又能使得雾化组件102通过,使其连接到储油腔103内部,限位凸部201可以位于储油腔103外部或者内部,此处不做限定。
其中,阻挡部件104位于储油腔103内部,与储油腔103的加油口处连接,阻挡部件104包括:
位于储油腔的加油口处的挡板202以及与挡板202相抵接的弹性件,所述弹性件用于当雾化组件102被拆出时,推动挡板202朝所述限位凸部201运动,使得挡板202与限位凸部201紧密贴合。
优选的,弹性件可以为弹簧,设置储油组件中的储油腔内,具体描述如下:
储油组件101包括储油套及套设在所述储油套内的通气管203,通气管203与储油套之间形成储油腔103;
弹性件为弹簧204,弹簧204及挡板202均可滑动地套设在通气管203上。此种结构使通气管203不仅具有固定弹簧204及挡板202的作用,而且还能够对弹簧204及挡板202进行导向,以避免其晃动或移位而导致烟油密封不紧密的问题。
弹簧204可以嵌套连接在通气管203内壁,或者抵持住通气管203的出气端部,达到固定作用;为了使得固定弹簧204更为稳定,生产和拆卸更为方便,本实用新型还提供了固定板205,用于固定弹簧204,具体描述如下:
阻挡部件104还包括套设固定在通气管203上的固定板205;
弹簧204位于挡板202与固定板205之间,且与挡板202和固定板204相抵接;
挡板202位于靠近限位凸部201侧的一端,固定板205位于远离挡板202端的一端。
当雾化组件102嵌入储油组件101内部时,雾化组件102推动挡板202向固定板205靠近,使得弹簧204呈压缩状。
众所周知,弹簧具有弹性势能,如图2a所示,弹簧204连接挡板202和固定板205,当雾化组件102推动挡板202向固定板205靠近时,间接对弹簧204产生作用力,弹簧204本身的弹力小于受到的作用力,从而弹簧204呈压缩状;
当雾化组件102被拆出时,如图2b所示,弹簧204不再受外力作用,本身具备的弹力将弹簧204拉伸,因为弹簧204的一端被固定在固定板205上,所以弹簧204则向一端拉伸,从而推动挡板202运动,使得挡板202恢复到储油腔103加油口位置,与限位凸部201紧紧贴合,将储油腔103密封;另要说明的是,当弹簧204通过弹力拉伸将挡板202恢复到储油腔103加油口位置,与限位凸部201紧紧贴合时,此时的弹簧204可以是已经完全恢复拉伸,弹力消失,也可以是因受限位凸部201抵持挡板202间接作用力,仍呈压缩状,此处不做限定。
本实施例中,具体描述了储油组件101设置的限位凸部201的作用,和阻挡部件104中包括的挡板202、弹簧204以及固定板205之间的连接关系和功能,该阻挡部件104的位置恢复功能通过挡板202、弹簧204以及固定板205来实现,不仅能够有效地将储油腔103密封,使得烟油不会流出,而且实现成本低,使用寿命长,更换方便。
上述实施例中,描述了通过弹簧收到外力被压缩,外力消失后,弹簧自身的弹力推动挡板恢复到储油腔加油口位置来实现将储油腔密封,相似的,还可以利用弹簧的拉伸恢复功能,来实现推动挡板的作用,将储油腔密封,在此不做赘述。
此外,弹簧只是阻挡部件实现位置恢复的一种实施例部件,比如,阻挡部件要实现位置恢复功能,还可以设置两块磁体,利用磁体同极相斥,异极相吸 的原理来实现,下面结合图3,并参照图2a所示,对固定部件通过磁体同极相斥的原理实现位置恢复功能进行具体描述:
阻挡部件104包括:固定板301,第一磁体302,第二磁303体以及挡板304;
第一磁体302和所述第二磁体303位于挡板304与固定板301之间,且第一磁体302与挡板304相连接,第二磁体303和固定板301相连接;
第一磁体302与第二磁体303呈相斥状态;
挡板304位于固定板301及限位凸部201之间;
固定板301用于固定第一磁体302;
第一磁体302和第二磁体303用于当雾化组件脱离储油组件101内部时,通过同极相斥推动挡板304向限位凸部201侧运动,使得挡板304与限位凸部201紧密贴合。
本实施例中,固定部件104通过两块磁体同极相斥的原理,实现了位置恢复功能,与限位凸部201紧密贴合,密封储油腔103。这样,固定部件的拆卸和安装,提高了产品的使用性。需要说明的是,本实施例中描述的磁体可以是磁铁,或者是包含磁铁,也可以是具有磁性功能的其他物质,此处不做限定。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中,出了这种方式,本领域技术人员还能想到其他方式,比如:固定部件设置有磁体,比如磁铁,将限位凸部设置为具有体磁性的体磁板,如铁、钴、镍等金属物质,雾化组件102抵持磁体嵌套入储油组件101内部,当雾化组件102脱离储油组件101内部时,固定部件中的磁体与限位凸部相吸引,使得磁体与限位凸部紧紧贴合,从而实现密封储油腔;具体此处不做限定。
在本实用新型电子烟中,优选的,挡板的与限位凸部相抵接的表面设置有弹性密封层;
储油套与通气管均为透光体,且储油套与通气管一体成型。
挡板与限位凸部相抵接的表面设置有弹性密封层,可以更好地密封储油腔,使得烟油不外漏;储油套与通气管均为透光体,使得用户可以直观地看到储油腔内的烟油,以判断烟油是否充足;储油套与通气管一体成型,稳定了通气管的位置,保证了电子烟的正常作业。
优选的,储油组件101还包括设置有与雾化组件102相连接的装置,下面参照图3所示,描述储油组件101与雾化组件102的连接:
储油组件101内侧端部设置有螺纹套401,雾化组件设置有螺纹402,雾化组件102的螺纹402嵌套入储油组件101的螺纹套401;
本实施例中,雾化组件102的螺纹402套入至储油组件101的螺纹套401中,使得雾化组件102与储油组件101紧密相连,不易脱落,且容易拆卸;需要说明的是,通过螺纹来实现雾化组件102与储油组件101的连接只是本实用新型实施例的一种,比如还可以利用卡位的方式和装置来实现,也可以利用摩擦力或者限位凸部的方式和装置实现,在此不做限定。
此外,所述阻挡部件104还可以利用空心柱形的气囊实现,所述气囊的一端套设固定在所述通气管上,另一端与所述限位凸部相抵持,以实现密封烟油,所述气囊的空心部分与通气管相连通并用于排出所述雾化组件雾化的烟雾。当雾化组件嵌套于所述储油组件内部时,推动所述气囊往远离所述储油腔的加油口端运动,使得所述储油腔内的烟油与所述雾化组件相接触而能够为所述雾化组件供油。当然,所述阻挡部件104还可以用其它方式实现,在此不作具体限定。
本实用新型还提供了具体进行对烟液雾化作业的雾化组件的各功能部件,请结合图4所示,本实用新型中的雾化组件102的具体功能部件的一个实施例包括:
雾化组件102包括外电极套501、套设在外电极套501一端的内电极502及套设在内电极502上的绝缘套503;
外电极套501的远离内电极502的一端套设有雾化套504,雾化套504延伸至外电极套501外的一端套设在通气管上;
雾化套504内套设固定有支撑管、套设在通气管上的密封圈505以及包覆在支撑管外的由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件,雾化套504的侧壁上开设有与储油腔相连通用于将储油腔内的烟油导入给烟油锁存件的导油孔506;其中,所述烟油锁存件可为由海绵或纤维等材料制成,在此不作具体限定;
支撑管上架设有用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件507,电热丝组件507包括与烟油锁存件相抵接的导油绳及缠绕在所述导油绳上的电热丝,所述电热丝的两 端分别于外电极套501及内电极502电连接。
优选的,外电极套501的外周面设置有用于限制外电极插入储油组件101内的环形凸起508。
优选的,外电极套501的外周面套设有与储油组件101及环形凸起508相抵持的密封垫509。
本实施例中,雾化组件102实现了将烟油进行雾化,雾化是通过电热丝组件507发热将烟油转化为固体颗粒,形成烟雾,这样,电子烟外部不会产生明火或者通电就能将烟油雾化,形成烟雾,提高了产品的安全性。
下面,结合图5所示,本实用新型中的雾化组件102的具体功能部件的另一个实施例包括:
雾化组件102包括外电极套601、套设在外电极套601一端的内电极602及套设在内电极602上的绝缘套603;
外电极套601的远离内电极602的一端套设有雾化套604,雾化套604内套设固定有支撑管、位于支撑管一端的由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件,雾化套604的端壁上开设有与储油腔相连通用于将储油腔103内的烟油导入给所述烟油锁存件的导油孔605;其中,所述烟油锁存件可为由海绵或纤维等材料制成,在此不作具体限定;
支撑管上架设有用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件606,电热丝组件606包括与烟油锁存件相抵接的导油绳及缠绕在所述导油绳上的电热丝,所述电热丝的两端分别于外电极套601及内电极602电连接。
本实施例中,描述了雾化组件102具体的功能部件进行的雾化作业过程,雾化是通过电热丝组件606发热将烟油转化为雾状颗粒,这样,电子烟外部不会产生明火,通电就能将烟油雾化,形成烟雾,提高了产品的安全性。
上述实施例中,描写了储油腔雾化组件作业产生烟雾的具体过程,下面结合图6所示,具体描述对所形成的烟雾导通至用户口中的装置:
储油腔103为环体或柱体;
电子烟设置有烟雾通道701,用于将雾化组件102雾化后形成的烟雾流向电子烟设置的可拆卸烟嘴702部;
若储油腔103为瓶体,烟雾通道701位于储油组件101与所述电子烟本体 内侧之间;
当雾化组件102产生烟雾后,烟雾通过雾化组件102的出气口流出,因为受到人为从烟嘴702的吸力,烟雾往烟嘴702部流动,经过烟雾通道701进入用户口中。需要说明的是,储油腔103为柱体只是本实用新型实施例中的一种实施例,储油腔103还可以为其他形体,比如环体,当储油腔103为环体时,烟雾通道701则可设置在储油组件101的中间,在此不做赘述。
本实施例中,电子烟设置烟雾通道701,使得雾化组件102产生的烟雾,可以通过烟雾通道701流通进入到用户口中,这样,方便用户吸入烟雾,提高了产品的使用性。
上述实施例中,描述了储油组件101、雾化组件102以及烟嘴702,本实用新型实施例中,储油组件101、雾化组件102以及烟嘴702均可拆卸,这样,当需要更换其中任意一个部件时,可将其拆出,更换另一个,从而减少了生产成本,减少了部件的浪费。
以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    电子烟本体;
    所述电子烟本体设置有用于存储烟油的储油组件,以及用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件,所述雾化组件与所述储油组件为可拆卸嵌套连接;
    所述储油组件设置有储油腔以及具有位置恢复功能的阻挡部件,所述阻挡部件位于所述储油腔的加油口处;
    当所述雾化组件嵌套于所述储油组件内部时,推动所述阻挡部件往远离所述储油腔的加油口端运动,使得所述储油腔内的烟油与所述雾化组件相接触而能够为所述雾化组件供油;
    当所述雾化组件脱离所述储油组件内部时,所述阻挡部件恢复到储油腔加油口位置,将所述储油腔密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油组件还包括:
    用于抵持所述阻挡部件的限位凸部,所述限位凸部位于所述储油组件的内侧端部且与储油腔加油口连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述电子烟,其特征在于,所述阻挡部件位于所述储油腔内部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述电子烟,其特征在于,所述阻挡部件包括:
    位于所述储油腔的加油口处的挡板以及与所述挡板相抵接的弹性件,所述弹性件用于当所述雾化组件被拆出时,推动所述挡板朝所述限位凸部运动,使得所述挡板与所述限位凸部紧密贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述储油组件包括储油套及套设在所述储油套内的通气管,所述通气管与所述储油套之间形成所述储油腔;
    所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧及所述挡板均套设在所述通气管上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述电子烟,其特征在于,所述阻挡部件还包括套设固定在所述通气管上的固定板;
    所述弹簧位于所述挡板与所述固定板之间,且与所述挡板和所述固定板相抵接;
    当所述雾化组件嵌入所述储油组件内部时,所述雾化组件推动所述挡板向所述固定板靠近,使得所述弹簧呈压缩状;
    当所述雾化组件脱离所述储油组件内部时,所述弹簧推动所述挡板远离所述固定板,使得所述弹簧呈拉伸状。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述电子烟,其特征在于,所述阻挡部件包括:固定板,第一磁体,第二磁体以及挡板;
    所述第一磁体和所述第二磁体位于所述挡板与所述固定板之间,且所述第一磁体与所述挡板相连接,所述第二磁体和所述固定板相连接;
    所述第一磁体与所述第二磁体呈相斥状态;
    所述挡板位于所述固定板及所述限位凸部之间;
    所述固定板用于固定所述第一磁体;
    所述第一磁体和所述第二磁体用于当雾化组件脱离所述储油组件内部时,通过同极相斥推动所述挡板向所述限位凸部侧运动,使得所述挡板与所述限位凸部紧密贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求4至7其中任意一项所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述挡板的与所述限位凸部相抵接的表面设置有弹性密封层。
  9. 根据权利要求5至6其中任意一项所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述储油套与所述通气管均为透光体,且所述储油套与所述通气管一体成型。
  10. 根据权利要求1、4或7中任意一项所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述储油组件内侧端部设置有螺纹套,所述雾化组件设置有螺纹,所述雾化组件的螺纹嵌套入所述储油组件的螺纹套。
  11. 根据权利要求1、4或7中任意一项所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述雾化组件包括外电极套、套设在所述外电极套一端的内电极及套设在所述内电极上的绝缘套;
    所述外电极套的远离所述内电极的一端套设有雾化套,所述雾化套延伸至所述外电极套外的一端套设在所述通气管上;
    所述雾化套内套设固定有支撑管、套设在所述通气管上的密封圈以及包覆在所述支撑管外的由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件,所述雾化套的侧壁上开设有 与储油腔相连通用于将储油腔内的烟油导入给所述烟油锁存件的导油孔;
    所述支撑管上架设有用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件,所述电热丝组件包括与所述烟油锁存件相抵接的导油绳及缠绕在所述导油绳上的电热丝,所述电热丝的两端分别于所述外电极套及所述内电极电连接。
  12. 根据权要求利11所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述外电极套的外周面设置有用于限制所述外电极插入所述储油组件内的环形凸起。
  13. 根据权要求利12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述外电极套的外周面套设有与所述储油组件及所述环形凸起相抵持的密封垫。
  14. 根据权要求利1、4或7其中任意一项所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述雾化组件包括外电极套、套设在所述外电极套一端的内电极及套设在所述内电极上的绝缘套;
    所述外电极套的远离所述内电极的一端套设有雾化套,所述雾化套内套设固定有支撑管、位于所述支撑管一端的由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件,所述雾化套的端壁上开设有与储油腔相连通用于将储油腔内的烟油导入给所述烟油锁存件的导油孔;
    所述支撑管上架设有用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件,所述电热丝组件包括与所述烟油锁存件相抵接的导油绳及缠绕在所述导油绳上的电热丝,所述电热丝的两端分别于所述外电极套及所述内电极电连接。
  15. 根据权要求利1、4或7中任意一项所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述储油腔为环体或柱体;
    所述电子烟设置有烟雾通道,用于将所述雾化组件雾化后形成的烟雾流向所述电子烟设置的可拆卸烟嘴部;
    若所述储油腔为环体,所述烟雾通道位于所述储油组件的中间;
    若所述储油腔为瓶体,所述烟雾通道位于所述储油组件与所述电子烟本体内侧之间。
