Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及模拟吸烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
现有烤烟型电子烟一般是通过对装填有发烟物质(例如,烟草、烟丝、烟膏或烟液等)的金属烟锅直接加热或者陶瓷烟锅直接加热,进而使发烟物质雾化生成烟雾,烟雾以供用户吸食。但是在向烟锅内装填发烟物质时极易误触发点烟装置,使得烟锅通电后产生热量,进而导致烫伤用户的情况发生。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种装填发烟物质时防止烫伤用户的电子烟。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括本体、底座组件、雾化组件、电源装置及点烟装置,所述本体上设置有收容腔,所述底座组件可活动地设置在所述本体上,所述雾化组件与所述底座组件连接并在所述底座组件的带动下可活动地收容于所述收容腔内,所述本体上安装有第一触发件,所述底座组件上安装有第二触发件,当所述雾化组件收容于所述收容腔内时,所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件之间形成触发状态的第一配合关系,当所述雾化组件由所述收容腔内移出时,所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件之间形成断开状态的第二配合关系,当所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件处于触发状态的同时触发所述点烟装置时,所述电源装置电驱动所述雾化组件。
进一步地,所述第一触发件为霍尔开关,所述第二触发件为磁性体,所述 点烟装置、所述电源装置、所述霍尔开关及所述雾化组件四者串联,当所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件之间由所述第二配合关系切换为所述第一配合关系时,所述磁性体逐渐靠近所述霍尔开关而触发所述霍尔开关闭合。
进一步地,所述第一触发件和所述第二触发件均为导电体,所述点烟装置、所述电源装置、两个所述导电体及所述雾化组件五者串联,当两个所述导电体之间逐渐靠近进而相互接触时,所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件之间由所述第二配合关系切换为所述第一配合关系。
进一步地,所述本体包括底盖,所述底座组件包括底座,所述第一触发件安装在所述底盖上,所述第二触发件安装在所述底座上,所述底盖与所述底座可相对滑动或转动。
进一步地,所述底盖上安装有旋转轴,所述底座上对应所述旋转轴开设有转轴孔,所述旋转轴与所述转轴孔转动连接,或者,所述底盖上设置有滑块,所述底座上对应所述滑块设置有滑槽,所述滑块与所述滑槽滑动连接。

本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的电子烟,当雾化组件由收容腔内移出时,第一触发件与第二触发件处于第二配合关系,此时即便触发点烟装置,电源装置也无法电驱动雾化组件,避免了用户装填发烟物质时误触发点烟装置进而烫伤用户的情况发生,进而起到了安全防护功能。

现在结合附图对本实用新型作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
实施例一
请参阅图1、图4,本实用新型实施例一提供了一种电子烟100,该电子烟100包括本体10、可活动地设置在本体10上的底座组件20、安装在底座组件20上的雾化组件30以及与雾化组件30电性连接的电源装置40,使用时,电源装置40电驱动雾化组件30以向雾化组件30供电,从而加热装填在雾化组件30上的发烟物质,并使发烟物质雾化生成烟雾,烟雾供用户吸食。
请参阅图2,本体10为电子烟主体结构,本体10包括外壳11、安装在外壳11下端的底盖12以及安装在外壳11侧部的出烟管13。
其中,外壳11包括第一外壳111以及设于第一外壳111侧部的第二外壳112,第一外壳111大致呈下端具有开口的中空筒状结构,底盖12安装在第一外壳111的下端口,从而使得第一外壳111与底盖12之间共同围合形成一空腔(图未标出),电源装置40收容于所述空腔内。第二外壳112大致呈两端贯通的中空筒状结构,第二外壳112的下端与第一外壳111的下端齐平且第二外壳112的高度小于第一外壳111的高度,第二外壳112对应出烟管13位于出烟管13的下方。第二外壳112的内腔形成用于收容雾化组件30的收容腔110,第二外壳112的侧壁上开设有与收容腔110连通且贯通第二外壳112的下端面的安装缺口1121,安装时,雾化组件30通过安装缺口1121安装在收容腔110内。
请参阅图2、图4,本实施方式中,第一外壳111上设置有呈环状的固定件 1111,固定件1111位于第二外壳112的上方,固定件1111套设在出烟管13的外部以起到限位作用,防止出烟管13倾斜而从外壳11上滑落。另外,第一壳体111上与出烟管13接触的表面是内凹的,该表面的形状与出烟管13相契合,防止出烟管13轻易向四周活动,同时,当插拔出烟管13时,第一壳体111上内凹的表面能够对出烟管13起到导向作用,方便用户安装出烟管13。
出烟管13大致呈中空的筒状结构,出烟管13的下端与第二外壳112的上端开口对接,出烟管13的上端沿出烟管13的轴向向上延伸凸出至第一外壳111的上端面,用户嘴部接触出烟管13上凸出至第一外壳111上端面的部分,进而方便抽吸操作。
出烟管13的下端面上沿出烟管13的轴向向上延伸分别形成内套管131和外套管132,外套管132套设在内套管131的外部,内套管131的外壁与外套管132的内壁之间围合形成有出烟通道130。内套管131下端贯通出烟管13的下端面并与收容腔110相连通,内套管131的顶部设置有一开口(图未标出),且该开口与出烟通道130相连通,外套管132的侧壁的底部开设有出烟口133,出烟口133与出烟通道130及出烟管13的内腔均连通。由此,从出烟通道130流出的烟雾需要折返后才能从出烟口133流出,延长了气流路径。出烟管13的上端面沿出烟管13的轴向向下延伸形成有出气管134,出气管134的上端贯通出烟管13的上端面,出气管134下端的侧壁上开设有出气口135,出气口135与出气管134的内腔及出烟管13的内腔均连通。
另外,出烟管13的内腔内盛放有液体,液体的液面高度高于出烟口133且低于内套管131自身的高度,由此,经由出烟口133流出的烟雾需经过液体才能够最终进入至用户口中。一方面,液体可过滤烟雾中的杂质,另一方面,烟雾流过液体时部分热量被液体吸收,从而降低了进入至用户口中时烟雾的温度, 防止烫伤用户。本实施方式中,出烟管13内放置的液体为水,可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,还可以为其它溶液。
当雾化组件30工作时,发烟物质在加热作用下雾化生成烟雾,烟雾充斥于收容腔110内,在用户的抽吸作用下,烟雾依次通过内套管131的内腔、出烟通道130、出烟口133、出烟管13的内腔、出气口135及出气管134进入至用户口中,完成抽吸操作。如此,延长了烟雾的流动路径,提高了烟雾中热量的扩散作用,使烟雾进入至用户口中时温度不至于过高,防止了烫伤用户的情况发生。另外,由于外套管132及出气管134对烟雾流动起到阻挡作用,避免了烟雾中杂质径直进入至用户口中的情况,而当发烟物质为烟液时,还可以防止炸油时细小烟液颗粒进入用户口中的情况。
另外,出烟管13与第二外壳112之间通过连接件14连接,具体地,连接件14大致呈两端贯通的套筒状结构,连接件14的内腔形成出烟孔141,连接件14的下端插入第二外壳112的顶部,且出烟孔141与收容腔110相连通,连接件14的上端凸出至收容腔110的外部,出烟管13的下端套设在连接件14的外部,且出烟孔141与内套管131的内腔相连通,如此,出烟管13的上、下两端分别被固定件1111以及连接件14限位固定,保证机械结构连接的同时,也实现了气体连通的作用。即,安装出烟管13时,出烟管13的一端穿过固定件1111后与连接件14连接。为了避免烟雾由出烟管13与连接件14的连接处泄漏,出烟管13与连接件14之间夹设有密封件142,可以理解地,密封件142的材质包括但不限于硅胶或橡胶。
请参阅图2、图3,本实施方式中,底座组件20可转动的安装在本体10上,具体地,底座组件20包括与底盖12转动连接的底座21以及安装在底座21上的弹性件22和锁定件23。
请同时参阅图5、图6,底座21大致呈板状结构,底盖12上安装有旋转轴121,底座21上对应旋转轴121开设有转轴孔211,旋转轴121与转轴孔211转动连接从而实现底座21与底盖12的转动连接关系。雾化组件30安装在底座21的上端面上,且能够在底座21的带动下一同转动。安装缺口1121开设在雾化组件30转动所经过的路径上,由此,通过转动底座21能够带动雾化组件30经由安装缺口1121进入至收容腔110内,或者经由安装缺口1121由收容腔110内移出。
底座21的上端面上位于雾化组件30的一侧设置有阻挡部212,当转动底座21至雾化组件30进入收容腔110内时,阻挡部212封闭安装缺口1121,且阻挡部212的外侧与第二外壳112的外侧相接处顺滑过渡并与主体10的整体形状相适配,由此,保证了电子烟100外观的一致性,使其更美观。本实施方式中,阻挡部212为凸设在底座21的上端面上的曲状面板。
底座21的上表面上开设有安装槽213,安装槽213为盲槽,弹性件22安装在安装槽213内,弹性件22的一端与安装槽213的槽底壁连接并弹性抵持,弹性件22的另一端与锁定件23连接并弹性抵持,由此,使得锁定件23在弹性件22的弹力作用下与底盖12相抵持,由此,底座21与底盖12之间存在一转动阻力,从而增加了用户的转动手感,提升了使用体验。另外,底盖12的下端面上对应锁定件23开设有两个锁定槽122。锁定件23在底座21的带动下一同转动,当转动至锁定件23在弹性件22的弹力作用下卡嵌在其中一个锁定槽122内时,雾化组件30进入至收容腔110内,当转动至锁定件23在弹性件22的弹力作用下卡嵌在另外一个锁定槽122内时,雾化组件30移出至收容腔110的外部。通过锁定件23与锁定槽122的配合,保证了雾化组件30在转动到位后不会轻易活动,同时,也能够提醒用户雾化组件30是否转动到位,方便了用户操作。
本实施方式中,弹性件22为弹簧,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,弹性件22还可以是诸如不锈钢弹片、铜制弹片等具有弹性和刚性的元件。锁定件23为钢珠。
另外,底盖12的下端面上围绕旋转轴121开设有弧形的限位槽123,底座21的上端面上凸设有限位凸起214,限位凸起214卡嵌于限位槽123内且能够沿限位槽123滑动。旋转底座21的过程中,限位凸起214能够由限位槽123的一端移动至另一端,从而限制了底座21允许转动的最大角度,对底座21起到限位作用。可以理解地,相对底盖12转动底座21,即可实现相对本体10转动底座组件20的作用。
安装时,旋转底座组件20,限位凸起214于限位槽123内从一端移动至另一端,锁定件23从一个锁定槽122移动至另一个锁定槽122内,雾化组件30便经由安装缺口1121进入至收容腔110内,此时,雾化组件30安装到位,用户可进行抽吸操作。
拆卸时,反向旋转底座组件20,限位凸起214于限位槽123内从一端移动至另一端,锁定件23从一个锁定槽122移动至另一个锁定槽122内,雾化组件30便经由安装缺口1121由收容腔110内移出,此时,用户可进行添加发烟物质操作。
雾化组件30包括可收容于收容腔110内的烟锅31以及安装在烟锅31内的加热元件32,具体地,烟锅31大致呈上端具有开口的中空筒状结构,烟锅31的下端可拆卸地安装在底座21的上表面上,烟锅31的内腔形成雾化腔311,雾化腔311用于装填发烟物质。加热元件32收容于雾化腔311内并与电源装置40电性连接,使用时,加热元件32在电源装置40的电驱动作用下发热进而加热发烟物质,以使发烟物质雾化生产烟雾。另外,底座21上还开设有进气口215, 进气口215与外界大气及收容腔110均连通,用户抽吸操作时,外部气体由进气口215进入至收容腔110内,进而将雾化腔311内的烟雾带出进入至用户口中。
本实施方式中,底座21上靠近阻挡部212的一端的上表面上设有固定座216,固定座216上开设有顶部开口217和侧壁开口218的电极槽219,电极槽219内设有弹性电极25,在一个实施方式中,弹性电极25沿远离侧壁开口218方向斜向上设置,雾化组件30的烟锅31从侧壁开口218装入固定座216上,弹性电极25抵接于烟锅31的下端,并与加热元件32的引脚电性连接。弹性电极25与电源装置40电性连接,使得当用户启动电子烟100时,电源装置40能够向加热元件32供电。
另外,固定座216的底部开设有卡槽2161,烟锅31的底部沿烟锅31的周向凸设有卡扣(图未标出),当弹性电极25在弹力作用下从底部向上挤压烟锅31时,所述卡扣能够与卡槽2161相卡合,从而对烟锅31起到固定作用。当拆卸雾化组件30时,只需将烟锅31沿固定座216上的电极槽219滑出即可,操作简单、方便。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,雾化组件30不采用固定或者半固体形式烟料的烟锅,而采用烧烟液形式的雾化头。
电子烟100还包括安装在本体10上的点烟装置50和第一触发件60,以及安装在底座组件20上的第二触发件70。当转动底座组件20至雾化组件30收容于收容腔110内时,第一触发件60与第二触发件70之间形成触发状态的第一配合关系,此时,触发点烟装置50,电源装置40电驱动雾化组件30。当转动底座组件20至雾化组件30由收容腔110内移出时,第一触发件60与第二触发件70之间形成断开状态的第二配合关系,此时,即便是触发点烟装置50,电源 装置40也无法电驱动雾化组件30。
本实施方式中,第一触发件60为霍尔开关,第二触发件70为磁性体,点烟装置50、电源装置40、所述霍尔开关以及雾化组件30四者串联,所述霍尔开关收容于第一外壳111与底盖12之间共同围合形成的所述空腔内并位于电源装置40的下方,所述磁性体对应所述霍尔开关安装在底座21上。当转动底座组件20至雾化组件30收容于收容腔111内时,所述霍尔开关与所述磁性体之间形成相互靠近的所述第一配合关系,此时,所述霍尔开关感应到所述磁性体的磁场强度大于阈值,所述霍尔开关闭合,用户触发点烟装置50时,点烟装置50、电源装置40、所述霍尔开关以及雾化组件30四者串联形成的电路处于导通状态,故而电源装置40能够电驱动雾化组件30。当转动底座组件20至雾化组件30由收容腔110内移出时,所述霍尔开关与所述磁性体之间形成相互远离的所述第二配合关系,此时,所述霍尔开关感应到所述磁性体的磁场强度小于阈值,所述霍尔开关断开,即便用户触发点烟装置50,点烟装置50、电源装置40、所述霍尔开关以及雾化组件30四者串联形成的电路仍处于断路状态,故而电源装置40无法电驱动雾化组件30,避免了用户装填发烟物质时误触发点烟装置50进而烫伤用户的情况发生。本实施方式中,第一触发件60和第二触发件70之间的触发状态是指所述霍尔开关感应到所述磁性体的磁场强度大于阈值时所述霍尔开关闭合的状态,第一触发件60和第二触发件70之间的断开状态是指所述霍尔开关感应到所述磁性体的磁场强度小于阈值时所述霍尔开关断开的状态。可以理解地,在他未示出的实施方式中,第一触发件60还可以安装在底盖12上。本实施方式中,点烟装置50为一安装在第一外壳111外部的按压式开关,用户通过按压所述按压式开关实现电路导通。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,点烟装置50还可以为一电容式触摸开关,用户通过按压所述电容式 触摸开关实现电路导通。还可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,点烟装置50还可以传感器,例如气流传感器或气压传感器,此时,电子烟100上设置有与出烟管13连通的感应气道(图未示出),及控制器(图未示出),所述传感器、所述电源装置与所述控制器均电性连接,所述气流传感器或所述气压传感器安装在所述感应气道内,当用户抽吸操作时,所述气流传感器或所述气压传感器感应道所述感应气道内气流或气压变化,所述控制器便控制电源装置40向雾化组件30供电。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,点烟装置50还可以设置在底座组件20的底座21上。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一触发件60安装在底盖12的下端面上,第二触发件60安装在底座21的上端面上,第一触发件60和第二触发件70均为导电体,点烟装置50、电源装置40、两个导电体及雾化组件30五者串联,当转动底座组件20至雾化组件30收容于收容腔111内时,两个导电体之间形成相互接触的第一配合关系,用户触发点烟装置50时,电源装置40电驱动雾化组件30。当转动底座组件20至雾化组件30由收容腔110内移出时,两个导电体之间形成相互分离的第二配合关系,即便是触发点烟装置50,电源装置40也无法电驱动雾化组件30。此时,第一触发件60和第二触发件70之间的触发状态是指导电体相互接触的状态,第一触发件60和第二触发件70之间的断开状态是指导电体相互脱离的状态。可以理解地,所述导电体包括但不限于导电片、导电棒等。
本实用新型实施例一的电子烟100,通过转动底座组件20,可将雾化组件30收容在收容腔110内以供用户抽吸操作,或可将雾化组件30由收容腔110内移出以供用户装填发烟物质,操作简单,使用方便。且当雾化组件30由收容腔110内移出时,第一触发件60与第二触发件70处于第二配合关系,即便触发点 烟装置50,电源装置40也无法电驱动雾化组件30,避免了用户装填发烟物质时误触发点烟装置50进而烫伤用户的情况发生,进而起到了安全防护功能。
实施例二
请参阅图7,本实用新型实施例二提供的电子烟200与实施例一的区别就在于:本实施方式中,底座组件20与本体10的活动方式不同,具体地,底座组件20与本体10滑动连接。
底盖12的下端面向下凸出形成有滑块124,底座21的上端面上对应滑块124凹陷形成有滑槽216,滑块124与滑槽216可滑动地连接,从而实现底座组件20相对本体10可滑动。安装时,滑动底座组件20,滑块124于滑槽216内从一端移动至另一端,雾化组件30在底座组件20的带动下通过安装缺口1121收容于收容腔110内,此时,雾化组件30安装到位,用户可进行抽吸操作。拆卸时,反向滑动底座组件20,滑块124于滑槽216内从一端移动至另一端,雾化组件30在底座组件20的带动下通过安装缺口1121由收容腔110内移出,此时,用户可进行添加发烟物质操作。对应地,安装缺口1121位于雾化组件30活动所经过的路径上。
另外,实施例一中的点烟装置50、第一触发件60以及第二触发件70的结构与设置方式同样能够运用于本实施例中,以避免用户装填发烟物质时误触发点烟装置50进而烫伤用户的情况发生,同样能够起到安全防护作用。
以上述依据本实用新型的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本实用新型的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项实用新型的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括本体、底座组件、雾化组件、电源装置及点烟装置,所述本体上设置有收容腔,所述底座组件可活动地设置在所述本体上,所述雾化组件与所述底座组件连接并在所述底座组件的带动下可活动地收容于所述收容腔内,所述本体上安装有第一触发件,所述底座组件上安装有第二触发件,当所述雾化组件收容于所述收容腔内时,所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件之间形成触发状态的第一配合关系,当所述雾化组件由所述收容腔内移出时,所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件之间形成断开状态的第二配合关系,当所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件处于触发状态的同时触发所述点烟装置时,所述电源装置电驱动所述雾化组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一触发件为霍尔开关,所述第二触发件为磁性体,所述点烟装置、所述电源装置、所述霍尔开关及所述雾化组件四者串联,当所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件之间由所述第二配合关系切换为所述第一配合关系时,所述磁性体逐渐靠近所述霍尔开关而触发所述霍尔开关闭合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一触发件和所述第二触发件均为导电体,所述点烟装置、所述电源装置、两个所述导电体及所述雾化组件五者串联,当两个所述导电体之间逐渐靠近进而相互接触时,所述第一触发件与所述第二触发件之间由所述第二配合关系切换为所述第一配合关系。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述本体包括底盖,所述底座组件包括底座,所述第一触发件安装在所述底盖上,所述第二触发件安装在所述底座上,所述底盖与所述底座可相对滑动或转动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述底盖上安装有旋转轴,所述底座上对应所述旋转轴开设有转轴孔,所述旋转轴与所述转轴孔转动连接, 或者,所述底盖上设置有滑块,所述底座上对应所述滑块设置有滑槽,所述滑块与所述滑槽滑动连接。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述点烟装置为安装在所述本体外部的按压式开关或者电容式触摸开关,或者,所述电子烟上设置有感应气道及控制器,所述点烟装置为安装在所述感应气道内的传感器,所述传感器、所述电源装置与所述控制器均电性连接。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述本体上开设有与所述收容腔连通的安装缺口,所述雾化组件可通过所述安装缺口收容于所述收容腔内或由所述收容腔内经所述安装缺口移出,所述底座上设置阻挡部,所述阻挡部能够封闭所述安装缺口,所述阻挡部的外侧与所述本体的外侧相接处顺滑过渡并与所述本体的整体形状相适配。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述本体还包括外壳,所述外壳包括第一外壳及设于所述第一外壳侧部的第二外壳,所述底盖安装在所述第一外壳的下端口,使得所述底盖与所述第一外壳之间共同围合形成一用于收容所述电源装置的空腔,所述点烟装置设置在所述第一外壳上,所述收容腔设置在所述第二外壳上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括可收容于所述收容腔内的烟锅,所述烟锅上设置有雾化腔,所述本体包括出烟管,所述出烟管与所述收容腔相连通。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述出烟管的下端面上沿所述出烟管的轴向向上延伸分别形成内套管和套设在所述内套管外部的外套管,所述内套管与所述外套管之间形成出烟通道,所述内套管的下端与所述收容腔连通,所述内套管的上端与所述出烟通道连通,所述外套管上开设有与所述出 烟通道及所述出烟管的内腔均连通的出烟口。
