背景技术
照明装置是人们日常生活中不可或缺的一种室内装饰品,照明装置通常可以悬挂在天花板上,或者放置在桌面上。传统的照明装置通常仅能够作为照明工具使用,因此,功能较为单一。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种照明装置。可以解决现有技术的照明装置的功能较为单一的问题,所述技术方案如下:
提供了一种照明装置,包括:
灯体组件,所述灯体组件包括:支撑底座,扣置在所述支撑底座上的灯罩,以及与所述支撑底座连接的发光体、供电模块和第一连接件,所述发光体与所述供电模块电连接;
显示组件,所述显示组件包括:承载件,与所述承载件连接且朝向所述支撑底座一侧的第二连接件,以及与所述承载件连接的显示屏,所述显示屏与所述供电模块电连接;
支撑组件,所述支撑组件分别与所述第一连接件和第所述二连接件连接。
可选的,所述支撑组件套接在所述灯罩外,且所述支撑组件的第一端与所述第一连接件连接,所述支撑组件的第二端与所述第二连接件连接。
可选的,所述支撑组件包括:多个条状的叶片,每个所述叶片的第一端带有朝向所述支撑底座的第一卡槽,与所述第一连接件连接,每个所述叶片的第 二端带有朝向所述承载件的第二卡槽,与所述第二连接件连接。

支撑组件100、灯体组件200和显示组件300。
该灯体组件200可以包括:支撑底座203,扣置在该支撑底座203上的灯罩201,以及与该支撑底座203连接的发光体(在图1中未标注发光体202)、供电模块(图1中未标注供电模块204)和第一连接件(图1中未标注第一连接件205)。其中,该发光体202、供电模块204和第一连接件205可以均位于支撑底座203与灯体组件200之间,也即是,该发光体202、供电模块204和第一连接件205可以均位于灯罩201内;该发光体202、供电模块204和第一连接件205可以均位于支撑底座203内,只需保证发光体202发出的光线能够从支撑底座203中出射即可。本申请实施例对此不做限定。
在本申请中,该供电模块204可以与发光体202电连接,其能够为发光体202供电,使得该发光体202能够发光。
为了更清楚的看出该显示组件300的结构,请参考图2,图2是本申请实施例提供的一种显示组件的爆炸图。该显示组件300可以包括:承载件301,与该承载件301连接且朝向支撑底座203一侧的第二连接件(图2中未标注第二连接件303),以及与该承载件301连接的显示屏302。
在本申请中,供电模块204还可与该显示屏302电连接,且能够为该显示屏302供电,使得该显示屏302能够显示画面。
支撑组件100可以分别与灯体组件200中的第一连接件205和显示组件300中的第二连接件303连接。如此,通过该支撑组件100能够实现灯体组件200与显示组件300之间的连接。
在本申请实施例中,照明装置00中的显示组件300内的显示屏302能够显示画面,例如,能够显示图像画面或视频画面,照明装置00中的灯体组件200内的发光体202能够发光。因此,该照明装置00不仅具有照明功能,还具有显示功能。

每个叶片101的第一卡槽101a能够与第一连接件205上的第一凸起结构205a咬合,从而实现了叶片101的第一端与第一连接件205连接;每个叶片101的第二卡槽101b能够与第二连接件303上的第二凸起结构303a咬合,从而实现了叶片101的第二端与第二连接件303的连接。
需要说明的是,第一卡槽101a的延伸方向与第二卡槽101b的延伸方向相交。如此,在第一卡槽101a与第一凸起结构205a咬合,第二卡槽101b与第二 凸起结构303a咬合后,叶片101不易脱落,有效的提高了支撑组件100中的多个叶片101的稳定性,从而有效的提高了通过该支撑组件100连接灯体组件200和显示组件300的稳定性。
可选的,每个叶片101呈倾斜状,该第一凸起结构205a的尺寸大于第二凸起结构303a的尺寸。
在一种示例性的实现方式中,该第一凸起结构205a和第二凸起结构303a均可以为圆环状的凸起结构,如此,该第一凸起结构205a的直径大于第二凸起结构303a的直径。在这种情况下,灯体组件200中的灯罩201的形状可以为圆台状,且该灯罩201中靠近第一连接件205的一端的直径,大于该灯罩201中靠近第二连接件303的一端的直径。

可选的,支撑组件100中的多个条状的叶片101以该灯罩201的轴心线为中心轴等间距圆周阵列排布,也即是,该多个叶片101可以均匀地分布在灯罩201外。
在本申请实施例中,灯体组件200中的叶片101通常是由不透明的材料支撑的,因此,在该灯体组件200中,叶片101是不透光的,而任意两个相邻的叶片101之间的区域(也即镂空区域100a)是透光的。如此,灯体组件200中的发光体202发出的光线在通过多个叶片101射出后,通过该多个叶片101能够使发光体202发出的光线呈现出明暗相间的条纹状的光斑,有效的增强了灯体00进行照明时的美观性。
可选的,请参考图8和图10,图10是本申请实施例提供的另一种显示组件的爆炸图。显示组件300中的承载件301可以包括:子承载件3011和第一承载板3012。该子承载件3011可以与发光组件200中的灯罩201远离支撑底座203的一端连接;该第一承载板3012可以与子承载件3011连接。例如,第一承载板3012与子承载件3011可以通过均匀分布的格栅301a连接,通过该均匀分布 的格栅301a可以提高承载件301的整体强度,使得该承载件301更利于与显示屏302连接。
在本申请实施例中,显示屏302远离出光面A1的一面A2可以与第一承载板3012远离子承载件3011的一面B粘接。示例的,该显示屏302远离出光面A1的一面A2,可以通过背胶与第一承载板3012远离子承载件3011的一面B粘接。例如,该背胶可以为SCF膜,该SCF膜可以是由亚克力层、金属铜层、离型膜和泡棉等构成的多个膜层结构。该SCF膜能够屏蔽信号干扰,防止了显示屏202显示画面时,出现的闪屏或其他显示不良的现象。
可选的,该第一承载板3012远离子承载件3011的一面B具有承载槽(图7中未标注),显示屏302可以位于该承载槽内。例如,该第一承载板3012的两侧中的至少一侧排布有第三凸起结构C,图10是以第一承载板3012靠近灯体组件200一侧排布有第三凸起结构C为例进行示意性说明的。该承载槽是由第一承载板3012以及位于该第一承载板3012至少一侧的第三凸起结构C构成的。通过在第一承载板3012上设置的承载槽,避免了显示屏302在粘贴在第一承载板3012上时,出现的粘偏现象,更利于实现显示屏302与第一承载板3012之间的连接。
在本申请实施例中,如图8和图10所示,显示组件300中的承载件301还可以包括:与承载件3011连接的第二承载板3013。该显示组件300还可以包括:与第二承载板3013远离子承载件3011的一面固定连接的驱动电路板304。该驱动电路板304与显示屏302电连接。该驱动电路板304能够驱动显示屏302显示画面。
可选的,该第二承载板3013可以通过连接栅301b与子承载件3011连接。该第二承载板3013可以为形状与驱动电路板304的匹配矩形状承载板。驱动电路板304可以通过诸如螺钉的固定件与该第二承载板3013固定连接。需要说明的是,承载件301上的第二连接件303,以及该承载件301中的子承载件3011、第一承载板3012、第二承载板3013、格栅301a和连接栅301b是一体结构,该承载件301通常可以是通过注塑工艺或机加工的方式一体形成。
示例的,该显示屏302可以包括:显示面板3021,以及第一端与该显示面板3021电连接的印刷电路板3022。该印刷电路板3022的第二端可以与驱动电路板304电连接。该显示面板3021远离出光面A1的一面A2,可以与第一承载 板3012远离子承载件3011的一面B粘接。该驱动电路板304能够通过印刷电路板3022驱动显示面板3021显示画面。示例的,显示面板2021具有阵列排布的多个发光器件,每个发光器件可以包括:红色发光子器件、绿色发光子器件和蓝色发光子器件,驱动电路板304可以基于待显示的画面数据,驱动显示面板3021中的各个发光子器件发光,使得该显示面板3021能够显示与待显示的画面数据对应的画面。
可选的,该显示面板3021可以为柔性显示面板,例如,该柔性显示面板可以为有机发光二极管(英文:Organic Light-Emitting Diode;简称:OLED)显示面板。该印刷电路板3022可以为柔性印刷电路板。第一承载板3012远离子承载件3011的一面为拱形圆弧面。如此,该第一承载板3012为拱形圆弧状的承载板。
在本申请实施例中,如图10和图11所示,图11是对图10示出的显示组件组装后的示意图,显示组件300中的显示屏302的个数为两个。
在一种示例性的实现方式中,在该两个显示屏302中,两个显示面板3021远离印刷电路板3022的一端相互拼接,使得该两个显示面板3021构成了一块拼接屏幕。
在另一种示例性的实现方式中,第一承载板3012远离子承载件3011的一面具有条状的定位结构L,该定位结构L可以位于第一承载板3012中的承载槽内,且该条状的定位结构L的长度方向可以与承载槽的长度方向垂直。两个显示面板3021中的每个显示面板3012远离印刷电路板3022的一端可以与该定位结构L拼接,使得该两个显示面板3021构成了一块拼接屏幕。在这种情况下,在将两个显示面板3021组装在承载槽内时,操作人员可以让每个显示面板3021远离印刷电路板3022的一端与该参考线结构L对齐后,沿顺时针方向或逆时针方向按压显示面板3021,使得显示面板3021粘第一承载板3012远离子承载件3011的一面上。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中所谓的“拼接”是指两个结构(例如,两个显示面板3021远离印刷电路板3022的一端)之间相互结构,或者,两个结构之间存在一个较小的缝隙,该缝隙的宽度可以小于1毫米。
由于目前的显示面板3021很难实现大弧度的弯曲,因此当采用一块显示面板3021粘贴在拱形圆弧状的第一承载板3012上时,显示组件300中的显示区 域的面积较小;而当采用两块拼接的显示面板3021粘贴在拱形圆弧状的第一承载板3012上时,该两块拼接的显示面板3021可以拼接成一块能够实现大弧度的弯曲拼接屏幕,有效的增大了显示组件300中的显示区域的面积。
又由于显示组件300中的每个显示面板3021均可以通过各自的柔性电路板2022与驱动电路板304电连接,因此,通过驱动电路板304不仅可以驱动由两个显示面板3021拼接构成的拼接屏幕显示拼接的画面,也可以驱动两个显示面板3021分别显示两个不同的画面,有效的丰富了显示组件300所显示画面的类型。
可选的,该显示屏302还可以包括:位于显示面板200远离第一承载板3012一侧的触控面板(图中未标注)。该触控面板能够检测到触控操作,以控制显示面板200显示的画面内容,以及控制发光体201的发光参数。
示例的,该照明装置00还可以包括:控制组件,该控制组件可以集成在驱动电路板304内。该控制组件分别与显示面板3021和发光体201连接。该控制组件用于:接收通过触控面板检测到的触控操作,并基于该触控操作控制发光体的发光参数;该控制组件还用于:接收通过触控面板检测到的触控操作,并基于该触控操作控制显示面板3021的显示内容。其中,该发光参数可以包括:发光亮度、发光色温和发光颜色中的至少一个。
在本申请实施例中,如图8所示,显示组件300还可以包括:套接在承载件301上的透明保护罩壳305。该显示组件300中的显示屏302可以位于该透明保护罩壳305与第一承载板3012之间。通过该透明保护罩壳305可以对显示屏302进行保护,避免显示屏302出现磨损导致其显示效果变差的现象。示例的,该透明保护罩壳305可以为圆柱状的罩壳,且该透明保护罩壳305的半径与拱形圆弧状的第一承载板3012的半径近似相同,通常情况下该透明保护罩壳305的半径略大于圆弧状的第一承载板3012的半径。在本申请中,该透明保护罩壳305可以承载件301中的第一承载板3012上的第三凸起结构C抵接。
在本申请实施例中,如图8所示,照明装置00还可以包括:接线管400。该接线管400的第一端可以与支撑底座203连接。显示组件300中的承载件301与灯体组件200中的灯罩201均可以套接在该接线管400上。该接线管400可以为圆柱形的空心管,该接线管400内具有用于连接显示屏302与供电模块204的连接线(图4中未画出)。由于用于连接显示屏302与供电模块204的连接 线位于接线管400内,因此,照明装置00外部不会有多余的走线,有效的提高了该照明装置00的美观性。示例的,如图10所示,子承载件3011上具有条状的接线孔D,接线管400内的连接线可以通过该接线孔D与显示组件300中的驱动电路板304连接,由于驱动电路板304与显示屏302之间存在连接关系,因此该接线管400内的连接线可以通过驱动电路板304与显示屏302连接。
在本申请中,灯体组件200中的发光体202可以包括:灯托板2021,以及位于该灯托板2021上的发光二极管(英文:Light Emitting Diode;简称:LED)灯2022。该灯托板2021可以通过螺钉与LED灯2022固定连接;该灯托板2021位于支撑底座203上,且可以通过螺钉与该支撑底座203固定连接。该灯托板2021上具有螺纹连接件2021a,该螺纹连接件2021a具有内螺纹,接线管400的第一端具有与该内螺纹配合的外螺纹。因此,在线管500的第一端与灯托板2021上的螺纹连接件2021a螺纹连接后,可以实现接线管400的第一端与支撑底座203之间的连接。
如图8和10所示,承载件301中的子承载件3011具有与接线管400的形状匹配的通孔3011a,通过子承载件3011中的通孔3011a可以使承载件301套接在接线管400上。
如图8所示,由于灯罩201的一端可以与支撑底座203抵接,另一端可以与承载件301抵接,因此,灯罩201可以通过支撑底座203和承载件301套接在接线管400上。
在本申请实施例中,如图4所示,支撑底座203上的供电模块204可以包括:电源接口204a,以及与该电源接口204a连接的电池组件204b。该电池组件204b分别与发光体201与显示屏302电连接。通过电池组件204b可以为发光体201和显示屏302提供电能,且通过该电源接口204a可以为电池组件204b充电。
可选的,如图4所示,支撑底座203上还具有数据接口204c,该数据接口204c可以通过位于接线管400内的数据线与驱动电路板304电连接。通过该数据接口204c能够向驱动电路板304发送待显示画面内容,以使驱动电路板304可以驱动显示屏302显示该画面内容。在其他的可实现方式中,数据接口204c与电源接口204a可以为同一个接口。
可选的,如图7和图8所示,照明装置00还可以包括:位于接线管400的第二端上的开关组件500,该开关组件500可以与供电模块204电连接。示例的, 开关组件500与供电模块204可以通过位于接线管400内的连接线电连接。在本申请实施例中,该开关组件500可以为触控开关,且该开关组件500可以与接线管400的第二端螺纹连接。该开关组件500能够控制供电模块204向发光体202和显示屏302供电,也可以控制供电模块204停止向发光体202和显示屏302供电。
可选的,如图4所示,照明装置00还可以包括:套接在接线管400,且位于开关组件500与显示组件300中的承载件201之间的密封保护盖600。通过该密封保护盖600可以避免诸如灰尘的小颗粒物质进入显示组件300内,导致显示组件300中的显示屏201的显示效果变差的问题。示例的,该密封保护盖600的材料可以为金属材料,也可以为塑料材质。其中,当密封保护盖600的材料为金属材料时,该密封保护盖600的表面可以采用拉丝工艺或喷漆工艺进行表面处理;当密封保护盖600的材料为塑料材质时,该密封保护盖600的表面可以采用喷漆工艺或电镀工艺进行表面处理。
在本申请实施例中,该密封保护盖600可以与显示组件300中的曲面保护罩壳304通过粘接的方式连接。该密封保护盖600与曲面保护罩壳304粘接后,能够形成用于保护显示屏302的曲面屏障。在本申请中,通过接线管400与触控开关500之间的螺纹配合下,可以实现该曲面屏障与显示组件300中的承载件301之间的固定。例如,在曲面保护罩壳304套接在承载件301且与该承载件301中的第一承载板3012上的第三凸起结构C抵接后,通过在曲面罩壳304远离灯体组件200的一侧安装密封保护盖600,并让接线管400与触控开关500之间处于拧紧状态,即可实现曲面罩壳304与承载件301之间固定。
示例的,接线管400的第二端具有卡接凸起401,密封保护盖600具有与卡接凸起401的形状匹配的卡接凹槽601,通过卡接凸起401与卡接凹槽601的相互卡接配合,不仅可以实现将密封保护盖600套接在接线管400上,还可以避免在接线管400的第一端与支撑底座203连接后,密封保护盖600从接线管400上出现脱落的现象。
该密封保护盖600还具有与子承载件3011中的通孔3011a的形状匹配的支撑凸起602。该支撑凸起602位于通孔3011a内,且该支撑凸起602的外壁可以与子承载件3011的内壁(也即通孔3011a的侧壁)抵接,通过该支撑凸起602可以对子承载件3011起到支撑作用,避免了该子承载件3011在套接在接线管 400上后,出现摆动的现象,从而有效的提高了显示组件200的稳定性。
可选的,如图8所示,灯体组件200还可以包括:与支撑底座203远离发光体202一侧连接防滑垫片206。该防滑垫片206通常可以是由橡胶材料制成的。通过该防滑垫片206可以防止照明装置00出现滑落的现象。
在本申请实施例中,该照明装置00可以位于诸如餐厅或咖啡厅等场所中的桌面上,并且该照明装置00中的显示屏202可以显示视频广告。如此,该照明装置00可以作为商业用途使用。
结合上述实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种照明装置的组装方法,该照明装置的组装方法如下:
首先,操作人员可以将驱动电路板304固定在承载件301中的第二承载板3013上,同时将显示面板3021粘贴至承载件301中的第一承载板3012的承载槽内,并将印刷电路板3022连接至驱动电路板304上。
之后,操作人员可以将多个叶片101中的每个叶片101的第一端连接在支撑底座203上的第一连接件205上,第二端连接在承载件301上的第二连接件303上,并将灯罩放置在该多个叶片101所围成环状区域内。
之后,操作人员可以将发光体202和供电模块204组装在支撑底座203上,并将防滑垫片206安装在支撑底座203远离发光体202的一侧上。
最后,操作人员可以将触控开关500安装在接线管400的第二端上,并让接线管400的第一端依次贯穿密封保护盖600、承载件301中的子承载件3011(同时也贯穿了曲面保护罩壳304)和罩壳201(同时也贯穿了多个叶片101所围成的环状区域)后,与发光体202中的灯托板2021螺纹连接,从而实现了对照明装置00的组装。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的照明装置,包括:支撑组件、灯体组件和显示组件。该灯体组件中的发光体能够发光,该显示组件中的显示屏能够显示画面。因此,该照明装置不仅具有照明功能,还具有显示功能,从而有效的丰富了该照明装置的功能。
在本申请中,术语“第一”和“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。术语“多个”指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。
以上所述仅为本申请的可选的实施例,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请 的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种照明装置,其特征在于,包括:
    灯体组件,所述灯体组件包括:支撑底座,扣置在所述支撑底座上的灯罩,以及与所述支撑底座连接的发光体、供电模块和第一连接件,所述发光体与所述供电模块电连接;
    显示组件,所述显示组件包括:承载件,与所述承载件连接且朝向所述支撑底座一侧的第二连接件,以及与所述承载件连接的显示屏,所述显示屏与所述供电模块电连接;
    支撑组件,所述支撑组件分别与所述第一连接件和第所述二连接件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述支撑组件套接在所述灯罩外,且所述支撑组件的第一端与所述第一连接件连接,所述支撑组件的第二端与所述第二连接件连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述支撑组件包括:多个条状的叶片,每个所述叶片的第一端带有朝向所述支撑底座的第一卡槽,与所述第一连接件连接,每个所述叶片的第二端带有朝向所述承载件的第二卡槽,与所述第二连接件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一连接件具有环状的第一凸起结构,所述第二连接件具有环状的第二凸起结构,每个所述叶片的第一卡槽与所述第一凸起结构咬合,每个所述叶片的第二卡槽与所述第二凸起结构咬合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述承载件包括:与所述灯罩远离所述支撑底座的一端连接的子承载件,以及与所述子承载件连接的第一承载板,所述显示屏远离出光面的一面与所述第一承载板远离所述子承载件的一面粘接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一承载板远离所述子承载件的一面具有承载槽,所述显示屏位于所述承载槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述承载件还包括:与所述子承载件连接的第二承载板,
    所述显示组件还包括:与所述第二承载板远离所述子承载件的一面固定连接的驱动电路板,所述驱动电路板与所述显示屏电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述显示屏包括:显示面板,以及第一端与所述显示面板电连接的印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板的第二端与所述驱动电路板电连接,所述显示面板远离出光面的一面与第一承载板远离所述子承载件的一面粘接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述显示面板为柔性显示面板,所述印刷电路板为柔性印刷电路板,所述第一承载板远离所述子承载件的一面为拱形圆弧面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述显示组件中的所述显示屏的个数为两个,在两个所述显示屏中,两个所述显示面板远离所述印刷电路板的一端相互拼接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一承载板远离所述子承载件的一面具有条状的定位结构,所述显示组件中的所述显示屏的个数为两个,每个所述显示面板远离所述柔性电路板的一端与所述定位结构拼接。
  12. 根据权利要求5至11任一所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述显示组件还包括:套接在所述承载件上的透明保护罩壳,所述显示屏位于所述透明保护罩壳与所述第一承载板之间。
  13. 根据权利要求8至11任一所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述显示屏还包括:位于所述显示面板远离所述第一承载板一侧的触控面板。
  14. 根据权利要求1至11任一所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述照明装置还包括:接线管,所述支撑底座与所述接线管的第一端连接,所述承载件与所述灯罩均套接在所述接线管上,所述接线管内具有用于连接所述显示屏和所述供电模块的连接线。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述照明装置还包括:位于所述接线管的第二端上的开关组件,所述开关组件与所述供电模块电连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的照明装置,其特征在于,
    所述照明装置还包括:套接在所述接线管,且位于所述开关组件与所述承载件之间的密封保护盖。
