Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟 。
背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟,其用于连接雾化器以及电池杆的连接件与插入到电池杆的保护套或者雾化器的保护套中的插入件是一体成型的,之后通过螺纹旋合的方式使连接部与保护套相连。插入件以及连接部一体成型,在电子烟受到径向的弯折力的作用时,首先是插入件从电池杆保护套或者是雾化器的保护套中脱离,则会造成置于电池杆或者雾化器内部的部件外露,寿命降低、使用不方便且容易造成安全隐患。具体如图1、图2所示,图1示出了现有技术中连接部与电池杆或者雾化器的结构示意图。现有技术中的电子烟,包括雾化器1、电池杆2以及用于连接电池杆2以及雾化器1的连接件3。雾化器1具有第一套筒11,与电池杆2具有第二套筒21,以及分别嵌置于第一套筒11以及第二套套筒朝向连接件3一端的第一插入件12以及第二插入件22,连接件3与第一插入件12或者第二插入件22一体成型。
当连接件3与第一插入件12一体成型时,连接件通过螺纹旋合的方式与第二插入件22连接。当连接件3与第二插入件22一体成型时,连接件3同样通过螺纹旋合的方式与第一插入件12连接。第一插入件12以及第二插入件22分别与第一套筒11以及第二套筒21过盈配合。
在电子烟受到径向弯折力的同时,由于螺纹连接的强度大于第一插入件12与第一套筒11连接的强度以及第二插入件22与第二套筒21连接的强度,则第一插入件12或者第二插入件22从各自相应的套筒中脱离,从而使置于雾化器1或者电池杆2内部的结构外露,产生安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的在电子烟受到径向的弯折力的作用时,会造成电池杆或者雾化器内部的部件外露,存在安全隐患的缺陷,提供一种在受到径向弯折力的作用时防止电池杆或者雾化器内部的部件外露的电子烟。
本发明提供一种电子烟,包括雾化器、电池杆以及用于连接所述电池杆以及所述雾化器的连接件,所述雾化器或者所述电池杆的朝向所述连接件的一端凸出设有第一连接头,所述连接件上设有与所述第一连接头套接的第二连接头。
所述连接件还包括与所述第二连接头同轴设置的连接部,所述连接部上设有外螺纹。
所述雾化器以及所述电池杆分别包括第一套筒以及嵌置于第一套筒的朝向连接件一端的第一插入件;所述电池杆包括第二套筒以及嵌置于所述第二套筒的朝向所述第二套筒的朝向所述连接件一端的第二插入件。
所述第一连接头与所述第一插入件一体成型,所述第二插入件上设有内螺纹,所述连接部以及所述第二插入件通过螺纹旋合的方式连接。
所述第一连接头与所述第二插入件一体成型,所述第一插入件上设有内螺纹,所述连接部以及所述第一插入件通过螺纹旋合的方式连接。

实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过将第一连接头以及第二连接头套接,即则使得在径向折弯力的作用下可以使第一连接头以及第二连接头脱离连接,且根据力学原理,在受到径向弯折力时,第一连接头以及第二连接头脱离连接会早于第一插入件与第一套筒的连接,或者是第二插入件与第二套筒的连接,则防止了雾化器以及电池杆内部的部件外露的情况,使得对电子烟的使用更安全。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图3、图4所示,本发明提供一种电子烟,包括雾化器1、电池杆2以及用于连接电池杆2以及雾化器1的连接件3,雾化器1或者电池杆2的朝向连接件3的一端凸出设有第一连接头4,连接件3上设有与第一连接头4套接的第二连接头31。
通过将第一连接头4以及第二连接头31套接,则使得在径向折弯力的作用下可以使第一连接头4以及第二连接头31脱离连接。
连接件3还包括与第二连接头31同轴设置的连接部32,连接部32上设有外螺纹。雾化器1包括第一套筒11以及嵌置于第一套筒11朝向连接件3一端的第一插入件12,电池杆2包括第二套筒21以及嵌置于第二套筒21朝向连接件3一端的第二插入件22。
第一插入件12与第一套筒11通过过盈配合的方式连接;第二插入件22与第二套筒21通过过盈配合的方式进行连接。
本发明中,连接部32可以通过与第一插入件12或者第二插入件22的旋合的实现雾化器1与电池杆2的连接。
当连接部32与第二插入件22旋合时,即第一连接头4与第一插入件12一体成型,第二插入件22上设有内螺纹,连接部32以及第二插入件22通过螺纹旋合的方式连接,从而实现雾化器1以及电池杆2的连接。
当连接部32与第一插入件12旋合时,即第一连接头4与第二插入件22一体成型,第一插入件12上设有内螺纹,连接部32以及第一插入件12通过螺纹旋合的方式连接,从而实现雾化器1以及电池杆2的连接(图3、图4、图5、图6中仅仅示出了第一连接头与第一插入件一体成型的情况)。
可以理解的是,上述的连接部32与第一插入件12或者连接部32与第二插入件22的连接方式并不限定于螺纹连接,还可以通过卡合的方式进行连接。
如图5、图6所示,第一连接头4与第二连接头31连接的方式有两种,一种是第一连接头4套置于第二连接头31的外部,另一种是第二连接头31套置于第一连接头4的外部。
当第一连接头4套置于第二连接头31的外部时,第二连接头31呈圆筒状或者沿朝向第二连接头31自由端方向直径逐渐减小的锥筒状,第一连接头4具有与第二连接头31外形相适应的孔,第一连接头4与第二连接头31通过过盈配合的方式连接(可以理解的是,第二连接头31自由端方向为远离连接部32的方向)。
当第二连接头31套置于第一连接头4的外部时,第一连接头4呈圆筒状或者沿朝向第一连接头4自由端方向直径逐渐减小的锥筒状(未在图中示出),第二连接头31具有与第一连接头4外形相适应的孔,第一连接头4与第二连接头31通过过盈配合的方式连接(可以理解的是,第一连接头4自由端的方向为朝向连接件3的方向)。
同样,由于从力学角度进行分析,在受到径向弯折力的作用时,首先电子烟会从第一插入件12以及第二插入件22的贴合面出裂开,而不是从第一插入件12或者第二插入件22与各自的套筒的结合处裂开。再者,可以理解的是,当从第一插入件12以及第二插入件22的贴合面处裂开时,由于与连接部32与第一插入件12或者第二插入件22是通过螺纹或者是通过卡合的方式进行连接的,其连接强度大于第一连接头4以及第二连接头31的过盈配合的强度,第一连接头4以及第二连接头31会先脱离连接。
具体的,第一连接头4与第二连接头31套接部分沿电子烟轴向的长度的范围为3mm~7mm。 可以理解的是,当第一连接头4以及第二连接头31套接的部分在轴向上的长度过小,则在较小弯折力的作用下,第一连接头4即可以与第二连接头31分离,使用不方便。若当第一连接头4以及第二连接头31套接的部分在轴向上的长度过大,则在较大折弯力的作用下,虽然首先从第一插入件12以及第二插入件22的结合面裂开,但是由于第一连接头4以及第二连接头31套接的部分在轴向上的长度过大,不能进一步的使第一连接头4以及第二连接头31分离,此时可能会使第一插入件12或者是第二插入件22与各自的套筒先脱离连接,从而使置于雾化器1或者是电池杆2内部的器件外露,则存在安全隐患,或者即使是先使第一连接头4或者是第二连接头31脱离连接,也会因为套接长度过长而对第一连接头4或者第二连接头31造成一定的损坏。
同时,优选的,第一插入件12嵌置于第一套筒11的深度,以及第二插入件22嵌置于第二套筒21的深度为5mm~20mm。这样既能保持第一连接头4与第二连接头31的脱离优先于第一插入件12与第一套筒11的脱离或者第二插入件22与第二套筒21的脱离,也能够防止因插入件的长度过长而导致成本和体积的增加。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接件(3)还包括与所述第二连接头(31)同轴设置的连接部(32),所述连接部(32)上设有外螺纹。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述雾化器(1)包括第一套筒(11)以及嵌置于所述第一套筒(11)朝向所述连接件(3)一端的第一插入件(12);所述电池杆(2)包括第二套筒(21)以及嵌置于所述第二套筒(21)的朝向所述连接件(3)一端的第二插入件(22)。
