Abstract
An electronic cigarette atomizer, an electronic cigarette and an assembly method for the electronic cigarette atomizer. The electronic cigarette atomizer comprises a sleeve, an atomization base installed inside the sleeve, an atomization component installed on the atomization base and an atomization support located on one side of the atomization base away from the atomization component. The atomization support is connected to the atomization base. The electronic cigarette atomizer adopts an integrated structure of the atomization base and the atomization support. During assembly of the electronic cigarette atomizer, extrusion or oblique of the atomization base in an assembly process can be effectively prevented, and thus free movement of an air flow in the atomization base can be effectively ensured, and an oil leakage problem and the like of the electronic cigarette atomizer can be effectively prevented.
Description
- The present application relates to an electronic product, and more particularly relates to an electronic cigarette atomizer, an electronic cigarette and an assembly method of electronic cigarette atomizer.
- In prior art, an electronic cigarette atomizer in electronic cigarette includes a sleeve, an atomization base which is mounted in the sleeve, an atomization assembly and an atomization support. The atomization assembly is mounted on the atomization base. The atomization support is defined in the direction far away from the atomization assembly. The atomization support is used to try to avoid the deformation of the atomization base when the electronic cigarette is extruded by external force, so that free movement of air flow in the atomization base can be ensured. As the atomization base is generally made by soft material while the atomization support is made by hard material and there is a gap and no connection between the atomization base and the atomization support, the atomization base is easy to be extruded or oblique. The extruded atomization base may cause the air flow not smoothly, and the oblique atomization base may cause problems such as the oil leakage problem of the electronic cigarette atomizer, etc.
- The technical problem that this invention solves is, aiming at the defects in the prior art that the above-mentioned electronic cigarette atomizer is easy to be extruded or oblique when assembling, providing an electronic cigarette atomizer, an electronic cigarette and an assembly method for the electronic cigarette atomizer which can prevent extrusion or oblique of the atomization base in the assembly process.
- The technical solution according to the present invention is, constructing an electronic cigarette atomizer, comprising a sleeve, an atomization base which is mounted in the sleeve, an atomization assembly which is mounted on the atomization base, and an atomization support which is arranged at a side of the atomization base in the direction far away from the atomization assembly; the atomization support is connected to the atomization base.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization support is detachably connected to the atomization base.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization base comprises a body which is abutted against the inside wall of the sleeve, and a first installation groove which is arranged at a side of the body in the direction far away from the atomization assembly; the atomization support is plug-in mounted in the first installation groove.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization base further comprises a first plug-in mounting portion which extends from the bottom of the first installation groove to the atomization support; the atomization support comprises a support body which is plug-in mounted in the first installation groove, and a second through-hole which is arranged axially on the support body; the first plug-in mounting portion is plug-in mounted in the second through-hole.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization base further comprises a first through-hole which is used to allow airflow to flow; the first through-hole runs through the body and the first plug-in mounting portion.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, one end surface of the first plug-in mounting portion which is near the atomization support is arranged convexly on one end surface of the body which is near the atomization support.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization support further comprises a stopper which arranged on the outer side wall of the support body in the direction far away from the atomization base; the body is abutted against the stopper.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the outer side wall of the base body is arranged with an abutting portion which is in concave and convex shape; the abutting portion is abutted against an inside wall of the sleeve.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization base comprises the base body which is abutted against the inside wall of the sleeve, and a second plug-in mounting portion which is formed by reducing the diameter of one end of the base body; the atomization support comprises a support body, and a second installation groove which is arranged at a side of the support body near the atomization base; the second plug-in mounting portion is plug-in mounted in the second installation groove.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization support is connected to the atomization base by screw thread.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization support is adhesively connected to the atomization base.
- The present application further constructs an electronic cigarette, comprises an electronic cigarette atomizer and a battery rod which is connected to the electronic cigarette atomizer; the electronic cigarette atomizer comprises a sleeve, an atomization base which is mounted in the sleeve, an atomization assembly which is mounted on the atomization base, and an atomization support which is arranged at a side of the atomization base in the direction far away from the atomization assembly; wherein the atomization support is connected to the atomization base.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization support is detachably connected to the atomization base.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization base comprises a base body which is abutted against the inside wall of the sleeve, and a first installation groove which is arranged at a side of the base body in the direction far away from the atomization assembly; the atomization support is plug-in mounted in the first installation groove.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization base further comprises a first plug-in mounting portion which extends from the bottom of the first installation groove to the atomization support; the atomization support comprises a support body which is plug-in mounted in the first installation groove, and a second through-hole which is arranged axially on the support body; the first plug-in mounting portion is plug-in mounted in the second through-hole.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the end surface of the first plug-in mounting portion which is near the atomization support is arranged convexly on the end surface of the base body which is near the atomization support.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization support further comprises a stopper which arranged on the outer side wall of the support body in the direction far away from the atomization base; the body is abutted against the stopper.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the atomization base comprises the base body which is abutted against the inside wall of the sleeve, and a second plug-in mounting portion which is formed by reducing the diameter of one end of the base body; the atomization support comprises the support body, and a second installation groove which is arranged at a side of the support body near the atomization base; the second plug-in mounting portion is plug-in mounted in the second installation groove.
- In the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, the battery rod comprises a battery sleeve; the battery sleeve is integrated with the sleeve.
- The present application further constructs an electronic cigarette atomizer assembly method; the method comprises procedures as follows:
- S1. Provide the sleeve;
- S2. Connect the atomization support to the atomization base, and mount the atomization assembly on the end of the atomization base in the direction far away from the atomization support;
- S3. Mount the assembled atomization base, the atomization assembly and the atomization support into the sleeve.
- When implementing the electronic cigarette atomizer, the electronic cigarette and the assembly method of the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the present application, following advantageous or effects can be obtained: the electronic cigarette atomizer uses the structure of connecting the atomization support to the atomization base, so that the atomization base and the atomization support forms an integrated structure, which makes the hard atomization support strengthen the soft atomization base. When assembling the electronic cigarette atomizer, extrusion or oblique of the atomization base in the assembly process and use process can be effectively prevented, and then free movement of an air flow in the atomization base can be effectively ensured, and problems of the electronic cigarette atomizer, such as an oil leakage problem etc, can be effectively prevented.

FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram of an electronic cigarette provided in a second preferred embodiment of the present invention. - In order to have a clearer understanding of the technical features, purposes and effects of the present invention, the specific embodiment of the present invention will be described in details with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , a first preferred embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic cigarette atomizer which comprises asleeve 1, anatomization base 2, anatomization assembly 3, and an atomization support 4. Theatomization base 2 is mounted in thesleeve 1; theatomization assembly 3 is mounted on theatomization base 2; the atomization support 4 is arranged at a side of theatomization base 2 in the direction far away from theatomization assembly 3. In the present embodiment, the atomization support 4 is connected to theatomization base 2, so that theatomization base 2 and the atomization support 4 forms an integrated structure, which makes the hard atomization support strengthen the soft atomization base. When assembling the electronic cigarette atomizer, extrusion or oblique of theatomization base 2 in the assembly process or use process can be effectively prevented, and then free movement of an air flow in theatomization base 2 can be effectively ensured, and an oil leakage problem of the electronic cigarette atomizer can be effectively prevented. - Specifically, as shown in
FIG. 1 , thesleeve 1 is approximately a hollow cylinder structure. Theatomization base 2, theatomization assembly 3, and the atomization support 4 are all mounted in thesleeve 1; theatomization base 2 is abutted against the inside wall of thesleeve 1. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , referring toFIG. 1-3 , theatomization base 2 enables theatomization assembly 3 be fixedly installed in thesleeve 1 and effectively prevents smoke oil in theatomization assembly 3 from flowing out of thesleeve 1 along the inside wall. The atomization support 4 is detachably connected to theatomization base 2. Theatomization base 2 comprises abase body 21, afirst installation groove 22, a first plug-inmounting portion 23, a first through-hole 24, anabutting portion 25 and afirst threading hole 26. Wherein, thebase body 21 is approximately a hollow cylinder structure; an end of thebase body 21 is plug-in mounted in theatomization assembly 3. In the present embodiment, the structure of thebase body 21 that is plug-in mounted in theatomization assembly 3 is cone; the stability can be improved by using this structure when theatomization base 2 and theatomization assembly 3 are fixedly installed. Thebase body 21 is made by silica gel. In the other embodiments of the present invention, thebase body 21 can also be made by other high temperature resistant soft rubber. The shape of thefirst installation groove 22 is corresponding to the appearance of the atomization support 4; thefirst installation groove 22 is arranged on a side of thebase body 21 in the direction far away of theatomization assembly 3; the atomization support 4 is plug-in mounted in thefirst installation groove 22. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , referring toFIG. 1-3 , the first plug-in mountingportion 23 is approximately a cylinder structure, and extends from the bottom wall of thefirst installation groove 22 to the atomization support 4. The first plug-in mountingportion 23 is plug-in mounted in the atomization support 4, which improves the stability of the connection between theatomization base 2 and the atomization support 4. In the present embodiment, the first plug-in mountingportion 23 and thebase body 21 are integrally formed. In the present embodiment, the end surface of the first plug-in mountingportion 23 which is near the atomization support 4 is arranged convexly on the end surface of thebase body 21 which is near the atomization support 4, that is to say the first plug-in mountingportion 23 bulges on the end surface of thebase body 21 which is near the atomization support 4. When theatomization base 2 is plug-in mounted in the atomization support 4, the end surface of thebase body 21 and an end surface of the atomization support 4 fit closely with each other. As the first plug-in mountingportion 23 bulges on the end surface of thebase body 21 which is near the atomization support 4, when the connection of theatomization base 2 to the atomization support 4 is required, it is convenient to insert the first plug-in mountingportion 23 into the atomization support 4 precisely, the guiding position effect can be achieved, and then it is convenient to insert the atomization support 4 into thefirst installation groove 22 precisely - As shown in
FIG. 4 , referring toFIG. 1-3 , a first through-hole 24 is used to allow airflow to flow, that is to say the air that atomizationassembly 3 requires when working flows from the first through-hole 24 to theatomization assembly 3. The first through-hole 24 is a circular hole structure, and goes through thebase body 21 and the first plug-in mountingportion 23. In the present embodiment, the first through-hole 24 extends from the end surface of the first plug-in mountingportion 23 to the end surface of thebase body 21 which is in the direction far away from the first plug-in mountingportion 23; the first through-hole 24 and thebase body 21 use the coaxial structure. The abuttingportion 25 is in the concave and convex shape, and is arranged on the outer side wall of thebase body 21. the abuttingportion 25 is abutted against the inside wall of thesleeve 1 when theatomization base 2 is installed in thesleeve 1. By using the structure of the abuttingportion 25, the frictional force between theatomization base 2 and thesleeve 1 can be increased, and then theatomization base 2 can be mounted more stably on the inside wall of thesleeve 1. Thefirst threading hole 26 is the circular hole structure, and is arranged axially along thebase body 21 and is on the side of the first through-hole 24. The wires for electrical connecting to theatomization assembly 3 are through thefirst threading hole 26 and are connected to the power supply assembly. In the present embodiment, two first threading holes 26 are provided, the two first threading holes 26 are arranged on thebase body 21 oppositely. - As shown in
FIG. 1 , theatomization assembly 3 is mounted on theatomization base 2. Theatomization assembly 3 comprises a yellow wax pipe (not labeled) which is inserted on theatomization base 2, oil storage cotton (not labeled) which is covered on the yellow wax pipe, and heating coils (not labeled) which are inserted on the yellow wax pipe. Theatomization assembly 3 is a commonly used part in prior art, no repeat here. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , referring toFIG. 1 andFIG. 3 , the atomization support 4 can effectively prevent extrusion of theatomization base 2 during assembly process, and then, free movement of an air flow in theatomization base 2 can be effectively ensured. The atomization support 4 comprises asupport body 41, a second through-hole 42 and astopper 43. Thesupport body 41 is approximately a cylinder structure, and is inserted in thefirst installation groove 22. The second through-hole 42 is the circular hole structure, and its shape and diameter are corresponding to these of the first plug-in mountingportion 23. The second through-hole 42 is arranged axially along thesupport body 41; the first plug-in mountingportion 23 is plug-in mounted in the second through-hole 42; the second through-hole 42 is communicated with the first through-hole 24, which is realized to allow airflow to flow. In the present embodiment, when the atomization support 4 is connected to theatomization base 2, the outer wall of the first plug-in mountingportion 23 is abutted against the inner wall of the second through-hole 42, and the inner side wall of thefirst installation groove 22 is abutted against the outer wall of thesupport body 41; the stability of the connection between theatomization base 2 and the atomization support 4 can be further improved by using this structure. At least onestopper 43 is defined. Thestopper 43 is approximately strip structure, and is arranged on the outer side wall of an end of thesupport body 41 in the direction far away from theatomization base 2. When atomization support 4 is connected to theatomization base 2, thebase body 21 is abutted against thestopper 43, thus the axial movement of thebase body 21 along thesupport body 41 is limited, that is to say the position that atomizationbase 2 is mounted on the atomization support 4 is limited. In the present embodiment, fourstoppers 43 are defined; the fourstoppers 43 are uniformly distributed on the outer peripheral surface. In the other embodiments of present invention, the number of thestopper 43 can be other choices. - When using the above-mentioned electronic cigarette atomizer, as the atomization support 4 is connected to the
atomization base 2, so that theatomization base 2 and the atomization support 4 forms an integrated structure, which makes the hard atomization support 4 strengthen thesoft atomization base 2. When assembling the electronic cigarette atomizer, extrusion or oblique of theatomization base 2 in the assembly process or use process can be effectively prevented, and then free movement of an air flow in theatomization base 2 can be effectively ensured, and an oil leakage problem of the electronic cigarette atomizer can be effectively prevented. - As shown in
FIG. 5-8 , a second preferred embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic cigarette atomizer; the difference with an electronic cigarette atomizer which is provided by the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is the connection structure of the atomization support 4 to theatomization base 2. In the present embodiment, theatomization base 2 comprises abase body 21, a first through-hole 24, an abuttingportion 25, afirst threading hole 26 and a second plug-in mountingportion 27. Wherein, the structures of thebase body 21, the first through-hole 24, the abuttingportion 25 and thefirst threading hole 26 are similar with the structures of these in the first embodiment. The second plug-in mountingportion 27 is formed by reducing the diameter of one end of thebase body 21; the second plug-in mountingportion 27 is plug-in mounted in the atomization support 4. Thefirst threading hole 26 is through thebase body 21 and the second plug-in mountingportion 27. - As shown in
FIG. 6 , referring toFIG. 5 andFIG. 7 , the atomization support 4 comprises asupport body 41, asecond installation groove 44 and a second through-hole 45. Thesupport body 41 is similar as in the first embodiment. Thesecond installation groove 44 is arranged on an end of thesupport body 41 which is near theatomization base 2; its overall dimensions match with the appearance of the second plug-in mountingportion 27; the second plug-in mountingportion 27 is plug-in mounted in thesecond installation groove 44. The second through-hole 45 is arranged on the bottom of thesecond installation groove 44 and is oppositely arranged with the first through-hole 26. In the present embodiment, by using the structure of the second plug-in mountingportion 27 and thesecond installation groove 44, connection between theatomization base 2 and the atomization support 4 can be realized. - In the other embodiments of present invention, the atomization support 4 can be threaded connected to the
atomization base 2 to realize a detachable connection. In another embodiment, theatomization base 2 is fixedly connected to the atomization support 4. Specifically, the atomization support 4 is adhesively connected to theatomization base 2 to realize a fixed connection. The fixed connection between theatomization base 2 and the atomization support 4 is not limited to the above-mentioned connection. - As shown in
FIG. 9 , based on the structure of above-mentioned electronic cigarette atomizer, the present invention provides an electronic cigarette. In the first embodiment of the electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette comprises the electronic cigarette atomizer of the above-mentioned embodiment and abattery rod 10 which is connected to the electronic cigarette atomizer. Thebattery rod 10 comprises a battery sleeve (not labeled) and a battery assembly (not labeled) which is arranged in the battery sleeve. The battery sleeve is detachably connected to thesleeve 1. - As shown in
FIG. 10 , in the second embodiment of the electronic cigarette, the difference with the first embodiment of the electronic cigarette is the structure of the battery sleeve and thesleeve 1. In the present embodiment, the battery sleeve and thesleeve 1 are integrated formed. The electronic cigarette is a common disposable electronic cigarette. - Based on the above-mentioned structure of the electronic cigarette, the present invention further provides an electronic cigarette atomizer assembly method; the method comprises procedures as follows:
- S1. Provide
sleeve 1; - S2. Connect the atomization support 4 to the
atomization base 2, and mount theatomization assembly 3 on one end of theatomization base 2 in the direction far away from the atomization support 4; - S3. Mount the assembled
atomization base 2,atomization assembly 3 and the atomization support 4 into thesleeve 1. - Specifically, the atomization support 4 is detachably connected to the
atomization base 2. In the present embodiment, theatomization base 2 comprises the structures of thefirst installation groove 22 and the first plug-in mountingportion 23; the atomization support 4 comprises the structures of thesupport body 41 and the second through-hole 42. When connecting the atomization support 4 to theatomization base 2, insert the first plug-in mountingportion 23 into the second through-hole 42 precisely, and then thesupport body 41 is inserted in thefirst installation groove 22, thus the connection of theatomization base 2 to the atomization support 4 can be realized. In the other embodiment of present invention, theatomization base 2 comprises the structure of the second plug-in mountingportion 27; the atomization support 4 comprises the structure of thesecond installation groove 44. When connecting the atomization support 4 to theatomization base 2, insert the second plug-in mountingportion 27 to thesecond installation groove 44 precisely, thus the connection of theatomization base 2 to the atomization support 4 can be realized. - When using the above-mentioned electronic cigarette atomizer assembly method, as the atomization support 4 in the electronic cigarette atomizer is connected to the
atomization base 2, so that the atomization base and the atomization support forms an integrated structure, which makes the hard atomization support 4 strengthen thesoft atomization base 2. When assembling the electronic cigarette atomizer, extrusion or oblique of the atomization base in the assembly process or use process can be effectively prevented, and then free movement of an air flow in the atomization base can be effectively ensured, and problems of the electronic cigarette atomizer, such as an oil leakage etc, can be effectively prevented. - Combining with the accompanying drawings, embodiments of the present invention are described. However, the present invention is not limited by the above embodiments, which means that the above specific embodiments are only schematic, rather than restrictive. It should be understood that, in the inspiration of the present invention, those skilled in the art who appreciate and realize all or part of the process in above embodiments may make many modifications or alternatives, without going beyond the purpose and the scope the claims intend to protect of the present application. All these belong to the protection of the present invention.
Claims (20)
1. An electronic cigarette atomizer comprising:
a sleeve (1);
an atomization base (2) which is mounted in the sleeve (1);
an atomization assembly (3) which is mounted on the atomization base (2); and
an atomization support (4) which is arranged at a side of the atomization base (2) in the direction away from the atomization assembly (3);
wherein the atomization support (4) is connected to the atomization base (2).
2. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the atomization support (4) is detachably connected to the atomization base (2).
3. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the atomization base (2) comprises a base body (21) which is abutted against an inside wall of the sleeve (1), and
a first installation groove (22) which is arranged at a side of the base body (21) in the direction away from the atomization assembly (3);
wherein the atomization support (4) is plug-in mounted in the first installation groove (22).
4. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 3 , wherein the atomization base (2) further comprises a first plug-in mounting portion (23) which extends from the bottom of the first installation groove (22) to the atomization support (4); the atomization support (4) comprises a support body (41) which is plug-in mounted in the first installation groove (22), and a second through-hole (42) which is arranged axially on the support body (41); the first plug-in mounting portion (23) is plug-in mounted in the second through-hole (42).
5. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 4 , wherein the atomization base (2) further comprises a first through-hole (24) which is used to allow airflow to go through; the first through-hole (24) is through the base body (21) and the first plug-in mounting portion (23).
6. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 4 , wherein an end surface of the first plug-in mounting portion (23) which is near the atomization support (4) is arranged convexly on an end surface of the base body (21) which is near the atomization support (4).
7. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 4 , wherein the atomization support (4) further comprises at least one stopper (43) used to limit the base body (21) to move axially along the support body (41);
the stopper (43) is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the support body (41) in the direction away from the atomization base (2); the base body (21) is abutted against the stopper (43).
8. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 3 , wherein an outer side wall of the base body (21) is arranged with an abutting portion (25) which is in concave and convex shape; the abutting portion (25) is abutted against the sleeve (1).
9. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the atomization base (2) comprises a base body (21) abutted against an inside wall of the sleeve (1), and
a second plug-in mounting portion (27) formed by reducing diameter of one end of the base body (21);
the atomization support (4) comprises a support body (41), and
a second installation groove (44) arranged at a side of the support body (41) near the atomization base (2);
wherein the second plug-in mounting portion (27) is plug-in mounted in the second installation groove (44).
10. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the atomization support (4) is threaded connected to the atomization base (2).
11. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the atomization support (4) is adhesively connected to the atomization base (2).
12. An electronic cigarette comprising: an electronic cigarette atomizer and a battery rod (10) connected to the electronic cigarette atomizer;
wherein the electronic cigarette atomizer comprising:
a sleeve (1);
an atomization base (2) which is mounted in the sleeve (1);
an atomization assembly (3) which is mounted on the atomization base (2); and
an atomization support (4) which is arranged at a side of the atomization base (2) in the direction away from the atomization assembly (3);
wherein the atomization support (4) is connected to the atomization base (2).
13. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the atomization support (4) is detachably connected to the atomization base (2).
14. The electronic cigarette according to claim 13 , wherein the atomization base (2) comprises a base body (21) which is abutted against an inside wall of the sleeve (1), and a first installation groove (22) which is arranged at a side of the base body (21) in the direction away from the atomization assembly (3);
wherein the atomization support (4) is plug-in mounted in the first installation groove (22).
15. The electronic cigarette according to claim 14 , wherein the atomization base (2) further comprises a first plug-in mounting portion (23) which extends from the bottom of the first installation groove (22) to the atomization support (4); the atomization support (4) comprises a support body (41) which is plug-in mounted in the first installation groove (22), and a second through-hole (42) which is arranged axially on the support body (41); the first plug-in mounting portion (23) is plug-in mounted in the second through-hole (42).
16. The electronic cigarette according to claim 15 , wherein an end surface of the first plug-in mounting portion (23) which is near the atomization support (4) is arranged convexly on an end surface of the base body (21) which is near the atomization support (4).
17. The electronic cigarette according to claim 15 , wherein the atomization support (4) further comprises at least one stopper (43) which is used to limit the base body (21) to move axially along the support body (41); the stopper (43) is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the support body (41) in the direction away from the atomization base (2); the base body (21) is abutted against the stopper (43).
18. The electronic cigarette according to claim 13 , wherein the atomization base (2) comprises a base body (21) which is abutted against an inside wall of the sleeve (1), and a second plug-in mounting portion (27) which is formed by reducing diameter of one end of the base body (21); the atomization support (4) comprises a support body (41), and a second installation groove (44) which is arranged at a side of the support body (41) near the atomization base (2); the second plug-in mounting portion (27) is plug-in mounted in the second installation groove (44).
19. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the battery rod comprises a battery sleeve; the battery sleeve is integrated with the sleeve (1).
