具体地,该连接部132包括沿标识机构10的周向设置的多个连接筋1321以及连接在多个连接筋1321的远离套合部132的一端的卡环1322。将卡环1322卡入外电极230表面的卡槽211中,卡槽211位于外电极230的外表面与连接部132相对应的位置处,并环绕外电极230的周向设置。卡槽211与卡环1322的形状、尺寸相适配,可以将卡环1322卡紧以过盈配合的方式实现两者的固定连接。用户使用该电子烟时,需将该标识机构10扭断,在本实施例中,用户可以对连接筋1321施加扭力以便将其扭断。在其他的实施例中,也可以将标识机构10与雾化器主体20的外套管200一体成型,两者通过连接筋1321连接成一体。在另外的实施例中,该标识机构10的连接部1321可以通过沿周向焊有多个焊点,从而实现与雾化器主体20的连接,这样在使用时,也可以便于将标识机构10旋断。还在其他的实施例中,该标识机构10的连接部132 1 通过粘接的方式实现与雾化器主体20的连接,也可以实现将标识机构10旋断的目的。所述标识机构10与所述雾化器主体20之间的连接方式根据所述标识机构10的材料进行选择,优选地,所述标识机构10由聚氯乙烯(polyvinylchloride,简称PVC)、聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,简称PC)或聚丙烯Polypropylene,简称PP)等塑胶材质制成,通过所述标识机构10的连接部132与雾化器主体20过盈配合连接。
为了防止在旋断时,标识机构10与雾化器主体20之间产生打滑现象,则将标识机构10的卡环1322上设置凹部1323,凹部1323设置在卡环1322的内壁上,较佳与连接筋1321连接且与其宽度相等。在外电极230的卡槽211上与该凹部1323相对应的位置上开设有凸起212,凸起212与该凹部1323相适配,组装时,该凸起212卡入凹部1323中固定,以防止在拧断标识机构10的过程中产生打滑现象。
为了便于将连接筋1321旋断,则将连接筋1321的厚度设计成0.15mm至0.5mm。较佳选用0.15mm至0.2mm。
为了便于将该标识机构10拧断,则将连接筋1321沿标识机构10的周向间隔设置,间隔的距离可以是相同的,也可以是不同的。
连接筋1321的形状可以呈方形、圆形、椭圆形、三角形等。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括了上述的雾化器和电池组件。该雾化器和电池组件可以是一体结构,也可以是可拆卸地连接。所述电池组件为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种雾化器的组装方法,包括如下步骤:
S1 、提供雾化器主体20;
S2 、提供用于在受扭力时扭断的标识机构10;
S3 、将标识机构10套合在雾化器主体20外,并将标识机构10的其中一端与所述雾化器主体20固定连接从而使所述标识机构10与所述雾化器主体20连成一个整体。
上述步骤S3可以具体包括以下步骤:
将所述标识机构10从吸嘴210的一端套合在所述雾化器主体20外, 所述标识机构10的封闭端110与所述雾化器主体20的吸嘴210的端面抵接,所述标识机构10的开口端120与外套管200或连接在外套管200上的外电极230固定连接,所述封闭端110和所述开口端120之间的本体130收容部分所述外套管200以及所述吸嘴210,并密闭所述外套管200中的通道。所述本体130的连接部132上的卡环1322与所述外电极230上的卡槽211卡合使所述标识机构10和所述外套管200形成一个整体。
上述步骤S3也可以具体包括以下步骤:
将所述标识机构10从 连接件220 的一端套合在所述雾化器主体20外, 所述标识机构10的封闭端110与所述雾化器主体20的连接件220的端面抵接,所述标识机构10的开口端120与外套管200或连接在外套管200上的外电极230固定连接,所述封闭端110和所述开口端120之间的本体130收容部分所述外套管200以及所述连接件220,并密闭外套管200中的通道。所述本体130的连接部132上的卡环1322与所述外电极230上的卡槽211卡合使所述标识机构10和所述外套管200形成一个整体。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种雾化器,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器包括雾化器主体,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括套设在所述雾化器主体上并与所述雾化器主体固定连接的、用于在受扭力时旋断以便于所述电子烟正常使用的标识机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器主体内设有供烟雾流通的通道,所述雾化器主体的至少一端套设有用于密闭所述通道的所述标识机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器主体包括外套管,所述外套管的一端连接有用于与所述电池组件连接的连接件;所述标识机构的一端为封闭端,所述标识机构的另一端为开口端,所述开口端与所述外套管或所述连接件固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述标识机构还包括连接在所述封闭端和所述开口端之间的本体,所述本体为内部具有收容空间的圆筒结构,所述本体包括连接部和沿所述连接部向所述封闭端延伸形成的套合部,所述连接部用于与所述外套管或所述连接件固定连接,并在受扭力时旋断。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述外套管的一端上设有吸嘴,所述吸嘴容纳在所述标识机构的收容空间内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接件容纳在所述收容空间内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接件包括用于与所述电池组件电连接的外电极,所述连接部与所述外电极固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接部包括沿所述标识机构的周向设置的多个连接筋以及连接在所述多个连接筋远离所述套合部一端的卡环,在所述外电极与所述连接部对应的位置处沿所述外电极的周向开设有用于卡置所述卡环的卡槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述卡环的内壁上设有凹部,所述卡槽与所述凹部对应的位置处开设有与所述凹部相适配的凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述多个连接筋沿所述标识机构的周向间隔设置。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接筋的壁厚为0.15mm-0.5mm。
  12. 一种电子烟,包括电池组件及与所述电池组件连接的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括雾化器主体及套设在所述雾化器主体上并与所述雾化器主体固定连接的、用于在受扭力时旋断以便于所述电子烟正常使用的标识机构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件与所述雾化器为一体结构。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件与所述雾化器可拆卸地连接。
  15. 一种雾化器的组装方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下步骤:
    S1 、 提供 雾化器主体;
    S2 、提供用于在受扭力时旋断的标识机构;
    S3 、将所述 标识机构 套合在所述 雾化器主体 外,并将所述 标识机构 的其中一端与所述 雾化器主体 固定连接从而使所述标识机构与所述雾化器主体连成一个整体。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体包括以下步骤:
    将所述标识机构从吸嘴的一端套合在所述雾化器主体外,所述标识机构的封闭端与所述雾化器主体的吸嘴的端面抵接,所述标识机构的开口端与连接在所述外套管上的外电极固定连接,所述封闭端和所述开口端之间的本体的收容空间收容部分所述外套管以及所述吸嘴,并密闭所述外套管中的通道。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3还进一步包括:所述本体的连接部上的卡环与所述外电极上的卡槽卡合使所述标识机构和所述外套管形成一个整体。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体包括以下步骤:
    将所述标识机构从连接件的一端套合在所述雾化器主体外,所述标识机构的封闭端与所述雾化器主体的连接件的端面抵接,所述标识机构的开口端与连接在所述外套管上的外电极固定连接,所述封闭端和所述开口端之间的本体的收容空间收容部分所述外套管以及所述连接件,并密闭外套管中的通道。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的雾化器的组装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3还进一步包括:所述本体的连接部上的卡环与所述外电极的卡槽卡合使所述标识机构和所述外套管形成一个整体。
