Description

电子烟控制组件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子烟控制组件。
背景技术
电子烟通过使用者的抽吸,产生带有烟味的烟雾,因其不含焦油及其他有害化学物质而避免了对人体健康的损害。电子烟作为香烟的替代产品,已经在市场上广泛流通。目前市场上所使用的带有控制按键的电子烟,其控制按键在安装时需要将按键先放入烟管筒体内再从内向外伸出按键通孔;控制电路板需要固定于固定座上,然后再将固定座通过胶水粘于烟管筒体内壁。这样的结构不便于控制按键和控制电路板的安装,因生产工序的繁多而增加了生产成本和生产周期,控制电路发生故障时也不能进行拆卸维修;另外按键或按键周边不带有灯光指示,既不美观也不便于观察控制电路板在使用时的工作状态。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种便于安装、拆卸、维修,并可通过透光来观察控制板工作状态的电子烟控制组件。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案是所述电子烟控制组件,其特殊之处在于:控制组件由内壁轴向平行设有滑槽的筒体、嵌入于筒体内滑槽上的控制板、对应控制板开关部位设有与控制板开关触接并从筒体通孔伸出的按键、筒体两端分别经缩径凸伸而成型并用于连接电池组件和雾化器组件的阶梯环、通过扣接机构套接在第一阶梯环内的控制板固定件组成。
作为优选:所述扣接机构由筒体第一阶梯环上径向对称开设的扣孔、控制板固定件套合后的对应部位凸设的凸扣、筒体第一阶梯环端沿上沿轴向对称凹设的插槽、控制板固定件套合后的对应部位径向凸设的嵌合扣组成;当将控制板固定件套装在筒体第一阶梯环到位后,所述控制板固定件的凸扣恰好嵌入筒体第一阶梯环的扣孔中,而控制板固定件的嵌合扣也恰好嵌入筒体第一阶梯环端沿的插槽中。
作为优选:所述控制板固定件由杯状体、杯状体开口端分别沿径向向外对称凸伸的嵌合扣、沿杯状体开口端与嵌合扣侧轴向开设的U型槽、沿杯状体底部垂直凸伸用于支撑及固定充电端子的支承板组成。
作为优选:所述阶梯环设有导光孔,所述阶梯环通过扣位机构套接有导光材料制成的导光环;通过按键接通电路时,控制板上的LED灯发出的光通过导光孔导光至导光环,使导光环整体发光。
作为优选:所述扣位机构由筒体与阶梯环结合部位沿径向凹设的环形槽、环形槽底对称开设的扣孔、导光环套接后对应阶梯环环形槽扣孔部位凸设的凸扣组成。
作为优选:所述控制板由板体、安装于板体上的控制模块、板体一端固设的输出端子、板体上设置的LED灯及控制板开关、板体上固设的充电端子、充电端子上设置的充电口组成。
作为优选:所述按键由沿中心内凹的圆板、圆板另一面在直径的两端对称垂直凸伸的L型扣舌、与所述扣舌呈垂直状的圆板上对称凸设的延长板、L型扣舌与延长板之间凸设的用于接触控制板开关的内环台组成,按键可从筒体外通过按键通孔直接安装于筒体。
作为优选:所述按键由导光材料制成;所述控制板上的LED灯发出的光线透过按键发光。
作为优选:所述筒体为椭圆筒体。
有益效果
(1)便于电子烟控制按键、控制板的安装、拆卸、维修。
(2)减少生产工序、降低生产成本、提高生产效率。
(3)通过透光来观察控制电路是否连通。

请参阅图1、图2、图5所示,该电子烟控制组件由内壁轴向平行设有滑槽13的椭圆筒体1、嵌入于椭圆筒体1内滑槽13上的控制板5、对应控制板开关51部位设有与控制板开关51触接并从椭圆筒体1通孔伸出的按键2、椭圆筒体1两端分别经缩径凸伸而成型并用于连接电池组件(图中未示)和雾化器组件(图中未示)的第一阶梯环11、第二阶梯环12、通过扣接机构套接在第一阶梯环11内的控制板固定件3组成。所述第二阶梯环12设有导光孔124,所述第二阶梯环12通过扣位机构套接有导光材料制成的导光环124;通过按键2接通电路时,控制板5上的LED灯52发出的光通过导光孔124导光至导光环4,使导光环4整体发光。
请参阅图1、图2所示,所述扣接机构由椭圆筒体第一阶梯环11上径向对称开设的扣孔111、控制板固定件3套合后的对应部位凸设的凸扣31、椭圆筒体第一阶梯环11端沿上沿轴向对称凹设的插槽112、控制板固定件3套合后的对应部位径向凸设的嵌合扣32组成;当将控制板固定件3套装在椭圆筒体第一阶梯环11到位后,所述控制板固定件的凸扣31恰好嵌入椭圆筒第一阶梯环11的扣孔111中,而控制板固定件的嵌合扣32也恰好嵌入椭圆筒第一阶梯环11端沿的插槽112中。
请参阅图3所示,所述控制板固定件3由杯状体33、杯状体33开口端分别沿径向向外对称凸伸的嵌合扣32、沿杯状体33开口端与嵌合扣32侧轴向开设的U型槽34、沿杯状体33底部垂直凸伸用于支撑及固定充电端子54的支承板35组成。
请参阅图1、图2所示,所述扣位机构由椭圆筒体1与第二阶梯环12结合部位沿径向凹设的环形槽121、环形槽121底对称开设的扣孔122、导光环4嵌合后对应第二阶梯环环形槽122部位凸设的凸扣41组成。
请参阅图1、图2所示,所述控制组件还包括导光机构,所述导光机构由控制板5前端设置的LED灯52、椭圆筒第二阶梯环12的环形槽121上扣孔122两侧的导光孔124、导光环4组成;工作时,发光LED灯52发出的光通过椭圆筒第二阶梯环12的导光孔124导光至导光环4。
请参阅图1、图2、图5所示,所述控制板5由板体53、安装于板体53上的控制模块(图中未示)、板体53一端固设的输出端子531、板体上设置的LED灯52及控制板开关51、板体上固设的充电端子54、充电端子上设置的充电口541组成。
请参阅图4所示,所述按键2由沿中心内凹的圆板21、圆板21另一面在直径的两端对称垂直凸伸的L型扣舌22、与所述扣舌22呈垂直状的圆板21上对称凸设的延长板23、L型扣舌22与延长板23之间凸设的用于接触控制板开关51的内环台24组成。所述按键2可从椭圆筒体1外通过按键通孔直接安装于椭圆筒体1。

  1. 一种电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:控制组件由内壁轴向平行设有滑槽的筒体、嵌入于筒体内滑槽上的控制板、对应控制板开关部位设有与控制板开关触接并从筒体通孔伸出的按键、筒体两端分别经缩径凸伸而成型并用于连接电池组件和雾化器组件的阶梯环、通过扣接机构套接在第一阶梯环内的控制板固定件组成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述扣接机构由筒体第一阶梯环上径向对称开设的扣孔、控制板固定件套合后的对应部位凸设的凸扣、筒体第一阶梯环端沿上沿轴向对称凹设的插槽、控制板固定件套合后的对应部位径向凸设的嵌合扣组成;当将控制板固定件套装在筒体第一阶梯环到位后,所述控制板固定件的凸扣恰好嵌入筒体第一阶梯环的扣孔中,而控制板固定件的嵌合扣也恰好嵌入筒体第一阶梯环端沿的插槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述控制板固定件由杯状体、杯状体开口端分别沿径向向外对称凸伸的嵌合扣、沿杯状体开口端与嵌合扣侧轴向开设的U型槽、沿杯状体底部垂直凸伸用于支撑及固定充电端子的支承板组成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述阶梯环设有导光孔,所述阶梯环通过扣位机构套接有导光材料制成的导光环;通过按键接通电路时,控制板上的LED灯发出的光通过导光孔导光至导光环,使导光环整体发光。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述扣位机构由筒体与阶梯环结合部位沿径向凹设的环形槽、环形槽底对称开设的扣孔、导光环套接后对应阶梯环环形槽扣孔部位凸设的凸扣组成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述控制板由板体、安装于板体上的控制模块、板体一端固设的输出端子、板体上设置的LED灯及控制板开关、板体上固设的充电端子、充电端子上设置的充电口组成。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述按键由沿中心内凹的圆板、圆板另一面在直径的两端对称垂直凸伸的L型扣舌、与所述扣舌呈垂直状的圆板上对称凸设的延长板、L型扣舌与延长板之间凸设的用于接触控制板开关的内环台组成,按键可从筒体外通过按键通孔直接安装于筒体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述按键由导光材料制成;所述控制板上的LED灯发出的光线透过按键发光。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述筒体为椭圆筒体。
