Description

一种电子烟电池组件 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟电池组件。
背景技术
现有技术所提供的电池组件的具体结构可参见图1所示,由图1所示可知,现有技术所提供的电池组件包括电池101、气流感应器102、控制器103以及电极组件104,贯穿所述电极组件104设置有与所述气流感应器102连通的通孔105,以使所述电池组件内部通过所述通孔105与用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾的雾化器导通,若用户抽吸雾化器,则雾化器在用户的抽吸力度的作用下,所述雾化器内部的气压会降低,则所述气流感应器102感知所述雾化器内部的气压降低的情况下生成脉冲信号,所述控制器103在接收到所述脉冲信号后会控制所述电池101通过所述电极组件104向所述雾化器供电,以使所述雾化器在所述电池101供电的情况下,将烟油雾化以生成可供用户吸食的烟雾。
采用现有技术所示的电池组件的弊端在于:1、因所述电池组件通过所述通孔105与所述雾化器导通设置,则所述雾化器所存储的烟油极容易泄漏至所述电池组件内部,进而使得烟油能够损坏所述电池101以及所述电池组件内的其他器件,从而降低了电池组件的使用寿命,提升了用户使用电池组件的成本。2、若用户需要抽吸烟雾,则用户需要用一定的力度抽吸雾化器,若用户抽吸的力度过小,以使所述气流感应器102没有感知到所述雾化器内部气压的降低,则所述电池101无法为所述雾化器正常供电,则使得用户无法通过所述雾化器吸食到烟雾,导致了用户吸食烟雾过程中的不便。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种便于装配及能够避免因烟油泄露而导致内部器件损坏的电子烟电池组件。
本发明提供了一种电子烟电池组件,其包括电池套、电池、开关组件及电极组件,所述电池及所述开关组件插设在所述电池套内,所述电极组件插设在所述电池套的一端并用于与电子烟雾化器电连接,所述开关组件分别与所述电 池及所述电极组件电连接,且所述开关组件用于控制所述电池是否向所述电子烟雾化器放电;其中,所述电池套上设置有按键孔及位于所述按键孔一侧的第一灯孔,所述电极组件包括外电极、绝缘环及内电极,所述外电极呈柱形,所述外电极的一端插设在所述电池套的第一端内,所述外电极的另一端延伸至所述电池套外,所述外电极的中部设置有贯穿所述外电极相对两端的第一固定孔,所述绝缘环插设在所述第一固定孔内,所述内电极插设在所述绝缘环内,所述外电极插设在所述第一端的端面处设置有环绕所述第一固定孔的孔口设置的固定环;
所述开关组件包括支架、电路板、按键、指示灯及第一导光硅胶,所述支架位于所述电池与所述外电极之间并与所述外电极插接相连,所述电路板固定在所述支架上,所述按键及所述指示灯固定在所述电路板上,所述按键与所述按键孔位置对应设置,所述第一导光硅胶包括环形的第一固定部及由所述第一固定部的外周缘朝所述电池所在的方向延伸形成的遮挡盖,所述第一固定部套设固定在所述固定环上,所述遮挡盖盖设在所述第一灯孔上。
可选的:所述外电极面向所述支架的端面且背离所述按键孔的位置延伸形成有弧形的第一延伸臂,所述第一延伸臂沿朝向所述电池的方向延伸设置,所述第一延伸臂上设置有插槽,所述支架的外周面与所述第一延伸臂相对的位置凹陷形成有弧形的凹槽,所述凹槽上凸设有凸起,所述第一延伸臂套设在所述凹槽内,所述凸起插设在所述插槽内。
可选的:所述支架包括第二固定部以及由所述第二固定部的外周缘朝所述电池所在方向延伸形成有弧形的第二延伸臂,以使当所述支架与所述外电极插接相连时,所述外电极的所述第一延伸臂与所述支架的所述第二延伸臂相互抵持设置;
所述第二延伸臂的内周面凹设有导轨,所述电路板沿所述电子烟电池组件横向方向的相对两侧能够插入所述导轨,且所述电路板能够沿所述导轨的导向滑动直至所述电路板与所述第二固定部相互抵持。
可选的:贯穿所述第二固定部设置有安装孔,所述安装孔、所述第一固定部的中空部以及所述第一固定孔位置对应设置,以使所述内电极能够依次穿过所述第一固定孔以及所述第一固定部的中空部以插入所述安装孔内部。
可选的:贯穿所述电路板设置有透光孔,所述遮挡盖位于所述透光孔和所述第一灯孔之间,以使当所述电路板插设在所述支架上时,位于所述电路板上的所述指示灯的灯光依次经由所述透光孔、所述遮挡盖以及所述第一灯孔透出。
可选的:所述按键孔内套设有用于接收用户按压事件的按键盖,所述按键盖朝向所述电路板设置有第一容纳凹槽,所述第一容纳凹槽设置有按键支架,以使所述按键盖在接收到用户输入的按压事件时,所述按键支架触发所述按键;

实施例一:本发明实施例提供一种能够有效延长使用寿命的电子烟电池组件,所述电子烟电池组件用于和电子烟雾化器组合以形成电子烟,所述电子烟雾化器用于存储烟油,所述电子烟电池组件用于为所述电子烟雾化器供电,以使所述电子烟雾化器在所述电子烟电池组件供电的情况下,将烟油雾化以生成可供用户吸食的烟雾。
首先结合图2至图4所示进行说明,图2为本发明所提供的电子烟电池组 件的一种实施例整体结构示意图,图3为本发明所提供的电子烟电池组件的一种实施例剖面结构示意图,图4为本发明所提供的电子烟电池组件的另一种实施例剖面结构示意图。
需明确的是,本实施例对所述电子烟雾化器的具体结构不作限定,只要所述电子烟雾化器在所述电子烟电池组件供电的情况,能够雾化烟油以形成烟雾即可。
所述电子烟电池组件包括:电池套201,本实施例对所述电池套201的具体结构不作限定,本实施例以所述电池套201为圆柱形结构进行示例性说明。
所述电子烟电池组件还包括电池202、开关组件203及电极组件204。

若所述开关组件203没有接收到用户输入的按压事件,则所述电池202和所述电极组件204之间的电路断开,则所述电池202不能够向所述电子烟雾化器放电,从而使得所述电子烟雾化器无法正常工作。

本实施例所示的电池套201上设置有按键孔205,用户能够通过所述按键孔205输入按压事件,进而控制所述电池202向所述电子烟雾化器放电。
所述电池套201上还设置有位于所述按键孔205一侧的第一灯孔206。
本实施例所示的第一灯孔206贯穿所述电池套201设置。
本实施例对所述第一灯孔206的具体数目和设置位置不作限定。

所述电极组件204包括外电极207、绝缘环208及内电极209。
所述外电极207呈圆柱形,所述外电极207的一端插设在所述电池套201的第一端内。
本实施例所示的所述电池套201的第一端为所述电池套201内插设有所述开关组件203的端部。
所述外电极207的另一端延伸至所述电池套201外。
可选的,所述外电极207延伸至所述电池套201的端部的外周面可设置有摩擦纹,本实施例对所述摩擦纹的具体设置方式和结构不作限定,只要通过所述摩擦纹能够便于将所述外电极207安装至所述电池套201上或将所述外电极207从所述电池套201上拆卸下来即可。
所述外电极207的中部设置有贯穿所述外电极207相对两端的第一固定孔210,所述绝缘环208插设在所述第一固定孔210内,所述内电极209插设在所述绝缘环208内。

2、因所述第一导光硅胶216为硅胶制件,且所述第一导光硅胶216设置在所述支架212和所述外电极207之间,从而提升了所述支架212和所述外电极207之间结构的稳固,以使当所述雾化器电池组件连接到所述电子烟雾化器上时,有效的保障了所述外电极207和所述电子烟雾化器之间结构的稳固,避免了因所述外电极207与所述电子烟雾化器之间接触不良而导致电子烟电池组件无法正常为电子烟雾化器进行供电的情况的出现。
3、因本实施例所示的外电极207的所述第一固定孔210内插设有所述绝 缘环208和所述内电极209,以使所述电子烟电池组件连接至所述电子烟雾化器上时,所述电子烟电池组件和所述电子烟雾化器之间不是连通的,从而使得所述电子烟雾化器所泄漏的烟油不会泄漏至所述电子烟电池组件内,从而有效的避免烟油损坏电子烟电池组件内的各器件的情况,有效的延长了电子烟电池组件的使用寿命。
4、在本实施例中,若用户希望抽吸烟雾,则用户可通过所述按键孔205向所述按键214作用的按压事件,从而使得所述电子烟电池组件能够向电子烟雾化器放电,从而使得电子烟雾化器能够雾化烟油以形成烟雾,从而有效的避免因用户抽吸电子烟雾化器的力度过小以使电子烟雾化器在电子烟电池组件供电的情况下无法正常工作的情况。
实施例二、本实施例对所述电子烟电池组件的具体结构进行详细说明。
首先,继续参见图7至图8所示,对所述外电极207和所述支架212之间是如何连接的进行说明。
其中,图7为本发明所提供的电子烟电池组件的一种实施例爆炸连接结构示意图,图8为本发明所提供的电子烟电池组件的另一种实施例爆炸连接结构示意图。
所述外电极207面向所述支架212的端面且背离所述按键孔205的位置延伸形成有弧形的第一延伸臂219。
具体的,所述第一延伸臂219沿朝向所述电池202的方向延伸设置。
所述第一延伸臂219上设置有插槽220,本实施例所示的插槽220沿所述电子烟电池组件的纵向设置。
所述支架212的外周面与所述第一延伸臂219相对的位置凹陷形成有弧形的凹槽221。
所述凹槽221上凸设有凸起222,所述第一延伸臂219套设在所述凹槽221内,所述凸起222插设在所述插槽220内。
采用本实施例所示,可使得所述外电极207和所述支架212之间结构稳定,因所述外电极207和所述支架212为插接相连,且在所述支架212的作用下,所述外电极207不会发生转动,从而提升了所述电子烟电池组件与所述电子烟 雾化器之间电连接结构的稳固,有效的保障了电子烟电池组件能够向所述电子烟雾化器稳定的放电。
以下对所述支架212的具体结构进行说明:
结合图6至图8所示,所述支架212包括第二固定部225以及由所述第二固定部225的外周缘朝所述电池202所在方向延伸形成有弧形的第二延伸臂223。
本实施例所示的第一延伸臂219与所述第二延伸臂223结构匹配设置,具体的,当所述支架212与所述外电极207插接相连时,所述外电极207的所述第一延伸臂219与所述支架212的所述第二延伸臂223相互抵持设置。
更具体的,所述第二延伸臂223的外周壁与所述第一延伸臂219的内周壁之间相互抵持设置。
本实施例所示的所述支架212还能够固定安装所述电路板213,以下对所述支架212如何固定安装所述电路板213的进行说明。
所述第二延伸臂223的内周面凹设有导轨224,所述电路板213沿所述电子烟电池组件横向方向的相对两侧能够插入所述导轨224,且所述电路板213能够沿所述导轨224的导向滑动直至所述电路板213与所述第二固定部225相互抵持。
当所述电路板213插设至所述支架212内时的结构,请详见图7所示的区域700所示。
贯穿所述第二固定部225设置有安装孔226,所述安装孔226、所述第一固定部217的中空部以及所述第一固定孔210位置对应设置。
可选的,本实施例所示的所述安装孔226、所述第一固定部217的中空部以及所述第一固定孔210同轴设置,以使所述内电极209能够依次穿过所述第一固定孔210以及所述第一固定部217的中空部以插入所述安装孔226内部。
采用本实施例所示的结构,能够使得所述内电极209与所述第一固定孔210、所述第一固定部217的中空部以及所述安装孔226之间没有间隙,从而使得所述电子烟电池组件与所述电子烟雾化器之间不是导通的,从而有效的保障了所述电子烟雾化器内的烟油无法泄漏至所述电子烟电池组件内,从而保障了电子烟电池组件内的器件的安全,保障了电子烟电池组件的使用寿命。
以下对所述指示灯215具体是如何由所述第一灯孔206透出的进行说明:
如图7所示,贯穿所述电路板213设置有透光孔227,所述遮挡盖218位于所述透光孔227和所述第一灯孔206之间。
结合图3、图7和图8所示,当所述电路板213插设在所述支架212上时,位于所述电路板213上的所述指示灯215的灯光依次经由所述透光孔227、所述遮挡盖218以及所述第一灯孔206透出。
以下对所述按键214是如何接收用户输入的按压事件以使得所述电子烟电池组件向所述电子烟雾化器放电的进行说明:
结合图3、图6至图8所示,所述按键孔205内套设有用于接收用户按压事件的按键盖228,所述按键盖228朝向所述电路板213设置有第一容纳凹槽229。
所述第一容纳凹槽229设置有按键支架230,以使所述按键盖228在接收到用户输入的按压事件时,所述按键支架230触发所述按键214。
具体的,当所述按键支架230触发所述按键214,则会使得所述电池202的电流经由所述按键214流通至所述电极组件204,以使所述电池202经由所述电极组件204向所述电子烟雾化器放电。
如图7和图8所示,所述外电极207面向所述支架212的端面且靠近所述按键孔205的位置凹设有对位凹槽231,如图8所示,当所述外电极207、所述绝缘环208、所述内电极209、所述第一导光硅胶216以及所述支架212组装完成时,可将所述外电极207插入所述电池套201内。
具体的,在插入所述外电极207的过程中,使得所述外电极207沿目标方向插入所述电池套201内。
所述目标方向为:所述对位凹槽231与所述第一灯孔206沿所述电子烟电池组件的纵向方向位置相对设置的方向(如图8所示的箭头所示的方向)。
当所述外电极207的一端插设在所述第一端内且所述对位凹槽231与所述第一灯孔206沿所述电子烟电池组件的纵向方向位置相对设置时,所述按键214沿所述电子烟电池组件的横向方向与所述按键支架230位置相对设置,且所述遮挡盖218位于所述透光孔227和所述第一灯孔206之间。
如图4所示,所述外电极207的外周面设置有至少一个第二容纳凹槽301, 且所述第二容纳凹槽301的开口方向与所述电池套201的内周面相对设置,且所述第二容纳凹槽301用于容纳黏性物质,例如,所述黏性物质为胶水。
通过所述黏性物质的黏性作用使得所述外电极207插设固定在所述电池套201内。
采用本实施例所示的结构,能够进一步的提升所述外电极207和所述电池套201之间结构的稳定性,从而保障了所述电子烟电池组件能够稳定的向所述电子烟雾化器放电。
以下结合图3、图4以及图9所示进行说明,图9所示为本发明所示的电子烟电池组件的另一种实施例爆炸连接结构示意图。
所述电池套201的第二端内插设有电池盖302、第二导光硅胶303以及充电板304。
所述电池盖302盖设在所述电池套201的第二端,所述电池盖302朝向所述电池202的端部设置有第三容纳凹槽305,所述第三容纳凹槽305内部容纳设置有所述第二导光硅胶303。
贯穿所述电池盖302设置有第一充电孔306,贯穿所述第二导光硅胶303设置有第二充电孔307。
所述第一充电孔306和所述第二充电孔307沿所述电子烟电池组件的纵向方向相对设置,所述充电板304设置有充电接口308,所述充电接口308能够依次穿过所述第二充电孔307和所述第一充电孔306以接通外部电源。
本实施例中,当所述充电接口308与外部电源导通时,外部电源能够经由所述充电接口308向所述电池202充电。
本实施例对所述充电接口308不作限定,例如,所述充电接口308可为USB接口(英文全称:Universal Serial Bus,中文全称:通用串行总线)。
以下对本实施例所示的电子烟电池组件内部的电连接关系进行说明:
所述内电极209通过电子线依次经由所述开关组件203与所述电池202的第一电极电连接。
本实施例所示的所述电池202的第一电极可为所述电池202的正极或负极,本实施例以所述第一电极为所述电池202的正极为例进行说明。
所述外电极207依次经由所述电池套201、所述电池盖302、所述充电板 304与所述电池202的第二电极电连接。
其中,所述电池套201以及所述电池盖302均由导电材质制成。
以下对本实施例所述的所述充电板304与所述电池盖302是如何进行电连接的进行说明。
所述电子烟电池组件还包括销钉309。
本实施例对所述销钉309的具体数目不作限定,只要所述销钉309大于或等于1即可,本实施例以所述销钉309的数目为两个为例进行示例性说明。
贯穿所述充电板304设置有第二固定孔310,所述电池盖302朝向所述充电板304的方向设置有第四容纳凹槽311,且所述第二固定孔310与所述第四容纳凹槽311沿所述电子烟电池组件的纵向方向相对设置。
所述销钉309的头部抵持在所述第二固定孔310背离所述电池盖302的孔口上,所述销钉309的杆部穿过所述第二固定孔310。
所述销钉309的杆部穿过所述第二固定孔310的结构请参见图10所示,图10为本发明所提供的电子烟电池组件的另一种实施例爆炸连接结构示意图。
所述销钉309的杆部穿过所述第二固定孔310后,所述销钉309的杆部插入所述第四容纳凹槽311,以使所述电池盖302通过所述销钉309与所述充电板304上的焊盘导通,所述充电板304上的焊盘用于通过电子线与所述电池202的第二电极电连接。
需明确的是,本实施例对所述充电板304与所述电池盖302的电连接结构的说明为可选的示例,不作限定,例如图11至图12所示,其中,图11为本发明所示的电子烟电池组件的另一种实施例爆炸连接结构示意图,图12为本发明所示的电子烟电池组件的另一种实施例爆炸连接结构示意图。
所述电池盖302朝向所述充电板304的端面延伸设置有导电凸起312,所述充电板304上设置有与所述导电凸起312位置相对设置的焊盘313,以使所述导电凸起312和所述焊盘313之间通过焊锡电连接,所述充电板304上的焊盘313用于通过电子线与所述电池202的第二电极电连接。
如图3和图9所示,贯穿所述电池盖302设置有第二灯孔314.
本实施例对所述第二灯孔314的具体数目不作限定。
所述充电板304上设置有充电指示灯。
本实施例对所述充电指示灯在所述充电板304上的具体位置不作限定,只要所述充电指示灯设置在所述充电板304朝向所述电池盖302的端面上即可。
具体的,在外部电源插设在所述充电接口308上时,所述充电指示灯发出的光依次经由所述第二导光硅胶303以及所述第二灯孔314透出。
可见,采用本实施例所示的结构,当用户通过所述第二灯孔314看到所述充电指示灯所发出的柔和的灯光,则可确定当前外部电源正在通过所述充电接口308为所述电池202充电。
可选的,如图3和图9所示,所述电子烟电池组件还包括第一绝缘垫片401以及第二绝缘垫片402;
所述第一绝缘垫片401盖设在所述电池202的第一电极的端面上,且所述第一绝缘垫片401位于所述电路板213和所述电池202的第一电极之间。
本实施例中,采用所述第一绝缘垫片401的作用在于,防止所述电池202的第一电极焊接有电子线的焊点与所述电路板213接触,从而出现短路,从而保障了所述电子烟电池组件能够安全稳定的向所述电子烟雾化器放电。
所述第二绝缘垫片402盖设在所述电池202的第二电极的端面上,且所述第二绝缘垫片402用于电性隔离所述第二电极和所述充电板304。
本实施例中,采用所述第二绝缘垫片402的作用在于,防止所述电池202的第二电极焊接有电子线的焊点与所述充电板304接触,从而出现短路,从而保障了所述电子烟电池组件能够安全稳定的向所述电子烟雾化器放电以及。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电子烟电池组件,其包括电池套、电池、开关组件及电极组件,所述电池及所述开关组件插设在所述电池套内,所述电极组件插设在所述电池套的一端并用于与电子烟雾化器电连接,所述开关组件分别与所述电池及所述电极组件电连接,且所述开关组件用于控制所述电池是否向所述电子烟雾化器放电;其特征在于:所述电池套上设置有按键孔及位于所述按键孔一侧的第一灯孔,所述电极组件包括外电极、绝缘环及内电极,所述外电极呈柱形,所述外电极的一端插设在所述电池套的第一端内,所述外电极的另一端延伸至所述电池套外,所述外电极的中部设置有贯穿所述外电极相对两端的第一固定孔,所述绝缘环插设在所述第一固定孔内,所述内电极插设在所述绝缘环内,所述外电极插设在所述第一端的端面处设置有环绕所述第一固定孔的孔口设置的固定环;
    所述开关组件包括支架、电路板、按键、指示灯及第一导光硅胶,所述支架位于所述电池与所述外电极之间并与所述外电极插接相连,所述电路板固定在所述支架上,所述按键及所述指示灯固定在所述电路板上,所述按键与所述按键孔位置对应设置,所述第一导光硅胶包括环形的第一固定部及由所述第一固定部的外周缘朝所述电池所在的方向延伸形成的遮挡盖,所述第一固定部套设固定在所述固定环上,所述遮挡盖盖设在所述第一灯孔上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:所述外电极面向所述支架的端面且背离所述按键孔的位置延伸形成有弧形的第一延伸臂,所述第一延伸臂沿朝向所述电池的方向延伸设置,所述第一延伸臂上设置有插槽,所述支架的外周面与所述第一延伸臂相对的位置凹陷形成有弧形的凹槽,所述凹槽上凸设有凸起,所述第一延伸臂套设在所述凹槽内,所述凸起插设在所述插槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:所述支架包括第二固定部以及由所述第二固定部的外周缘朝所述电池所在方向延伸形成有弧形的第二延伸臂,以使当所述支架与所述外电极插接相连时,所述外电极的所述第一延伸臂与所述支架的所述第二延伸臂相互抵持设置;
    所述第二延伸臂的内周面凹设有导轨,所述电路板沿所述电子烟电池组件 横向方向的相对两侧能够插入所述导轨,且所述电路板能够沿所述导轨的导向滑动直至所述电路板与所述第二固定部相互抵持。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:贯穿所述第二固定部设置有安装孔,所述安装孔、所述第一固定部的中空部以及所述第一固定孔位置对应设置,以使所述内电极能够依次穿过所述第一固定孔以及所述第一固定部的中空部以插入所述安装孔内部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:贯穿所述电路板设置有透光孔,所述遮挡盖位于所述透光孔和所述第一灯孔之间,以使当所述电路板插设在所述支架上时,位于所述电路板上的所述指示灯的灯光依次经由所述透光孔、所述遮挡盖以及所述第一灯孔透出。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:所述按键孔内套设有用于接收用户按压事件的按键盖,所述按键盖朝向所述电路板设置有第一容纳凹槽,所述第一容纳凹槽设置有按键支架,以使所述按键盖在接收到用户输入的按压事件时,所述按键支架触发所述按键;
    所述外电极面向所述支架的端面且靠近所述按键孔的位置凹设有对位凹槽,以使当所述外电极的一端插设在所述第一端内且所述对位凹槽与所述第一灯孔沿所述电子烟电池组件的纵向方向位置相对设置时,所述按键沿所述电子烟电池组件的横向方向与所述按键支架位置相对设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:所述外电极的外周面设置有至少一个第二容纳凹槽,且所述第二容纳凹槽的开口方向与所述电池套的内周面相对设置,且所述第二容纳凹槽用于容纳黏性物质,以使通过所述黏性物质的黏性作用使得所述外电极插设固定在所述电池套内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池套的第二端内插设有电池盖、第二导光硅胶以及充电板;
    所述电池盖盖设在所述电池套的第二端,所述电池盖朝向所述电池的端部设置有第三容纳凹槽,所述第三容纳凹槽内部容纳设置有所述第二导光硅胶,贯穿所述电池盖设置有第一充电孔,贯穿所述第二导光硅胶设置有第二充电孔,所述第一充电孔和所述第二充电孔沿所述电子烟电池组件的纵向方向相对设置,所述充电板设置有充电接口,所述充电接口能够依次穿过所述第二充电 孔和所述第一充电孔以接通外部电源。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:所述内电极经由所述开关组件与所述电池的第一电极电连接,所述外电极依次经由所述电池套、所述电池盖、所述充电板与所述电池的第二电极电连接,其中,所述电池套以及所述电池盖均由导电材质制成。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:贯穿所述电池盖设置有第二灯孔,所述充电板上设置有充电指示灯,在外部电源插设在所述充电接口上时,所述充电指示灯发出的光依次经由所述第二导光硅胶以及所述第二灯孔透出。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:贯穿所述充电板设置有第二固定孔,所述电池盖朝向所述充电板的方向设置有第四容纳凹槽,且所述第二固定孔与所述第四容纳凹槽沿所述电子烟电池组件的纵向方向相对设置;
    所述电子烟电池组件还包括销钉,所述销钉的头部抵持在所述第二固定孔背离所述电池盖的孔口上,所述销钉的杆部穿过所述第二固定孔以插入所述第四容纳凹槽,以使所述电池盖通过所述销钉与所述充电板上的焊盘导通,所述充电板上的焊盘用于通过电子线与所述电池的第二电极电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池盖朝向所述充电板的端面延伸设置有导电凸起,所述充电板上设置有与所述导电凸起位置相对设置的焊盘,以使所述导电凸起和所述焊盘之间通过焊锡电连接,所述充电板上的焊盘用于通过电子线与所述电池的第二电极电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟电池组件,其特征在于:所述电子烟电池组件还包括第一绝缘垫片以及第二绝缘垫片;
    所述第一绝缘垫片盖设在所述电池的第一电极的端面上,所述第一绝缘垫片位于所述电路板和所述电池的第一电极之间,且所述第一绝缘垫片用于电性隔离所述第二电极和所述电路板;
    所述第二绝缘垫片盖设在所述电池的第二电极的端面上,所述第二绝缘垫片位于所述充电板和所述电池的第二电极之间,且所述第二绝缘垫片用于电性隔离所述第二电极和所述充电板。
