[0075] 请参考图 1、 图 2及图 9, 所述第二杆体 102的远离于所述第一杆体 101的另一端还 设置有发光装置, 所述发光装置用作所述电子烟 100 的工作指示灯, 其包括与所述电池 30 电连接的发光单元, 以及设置于所述第二杆体 102对应端的灯帽 60。 本实施例中, 所述灯 帽 60与所述第二杆体 102设置为卡接, 作为一种实施方式, 所述灯帽 60与所述第二杆体 102 也可设置为螺接、 插接、 磁性吸附等连接方式。 所述灯帽 60 的端部设置呈透明或半透 明, 以供所述发光单元的光线投射出。 本实施例中, 所述发光单元设置为红色发光灯, 以在 吸烟者吸食所述电子烟 100时, 形成类似于香烟燃烧时的红色光圈, 提高吸烟者视觉感观的 真实性。

[0077] 如图 1〜图 6所示, 所述第一杆体 101 的远离于所述第二杆体 102的一端设置有吸嘴 70。 本实施例中, 所述吸嘴 70与所述第一杆体 101采用分体式设置, 其包括套设于所述第 一杆体 101端部的吸嘴盖 71及轴向开设于所述吸嘴盖 71 中部的吸气孔 72。 作为一种实施 方式, 所述吸嘴 70与所述第一杆体 101也可一体成型。 本实施例中, 所述吸嘴 70设置呈圆 筒形结构, 可以理解的, 所述吸嘴 70 还可设置为如多边形、 椭圆形等其他任意一种具有中 空孔的管状体结构; 或者, 也可设置为直径向所述吸嘴 70 端部方向逐渐变小而形成具有预 定锥度的套筒结构。
[0078] 如图 3、 图 7所示, 所述第二杆体 102内还设置有雾化控制单元, 所述雾化控制单元 分别与所述电池 30及雾化装置 20电连接, 以控制所述雾化装置 20通电或断电。 所述雾化 控制单元可设置于所述雾化装置 20与电池 30之间, 或者设置于所述电池 30的远离于所述 雾化装置 20的一端。 [0079] 本实施例中, 所述雾化控制单元优选设置于所述雾化装置 20 与电池 30 之间, 所述 雾化控制单元包括雾化控制电路及与所述雾化控制电路相连的雾化控制开关。
[0080] 本实施例中, 所述雾化控制开关为传感器开关 81, 所述传感器开关 81通过一开关固 定座 82固定于所述第二杆体 102内。 具体的, 所述传感器开关 81为电容式传感器开关, 使 用者使用所述电子烟 100进行吸烟时, 所述电容式传感器开关感应到吸入气流后电容发生改 变进而控制所述雾化控制电路接通供电电源, 使所述电子烟 100进入工作状态。 作为一种实 施方式, 所述传感器开关 81也可设置为气流传感器开关, 即当使用者通过所述吸嘴 70吸烟 时, 所述电子烟 100腔体内产生负压进而使气流传感器开关产生脉冲信号以控制所述雾化控 制电路接通供电电源。
[0081] 由于所述传感器开关 81 本身制作比较精密, 其一般内置有专门的控制器, 故本实施 例中的所述雾化控制电路可直接集成于所述传感器开关 81 内的控制器上, 作为一种实施方 式, 所述雾化控制电路也可集成于一独立设置于所述传感器开关 81 外部并分别与所述传感 器开关 81及电池 30电连接的传感器控制电路板上。
[0082] 作为一种实施方式, 所述雾化控制开关也可设置为传统的按键开关, 所述按键开关 通过一按键控制电路板与所述电池 30 电连接以通过按键操作控制所述雾化控制电路进而实 现所述雾化装置 20电路的连通与断开。

[0084] 吸烟者通过所述电子烟 100吸烟时, 所述传感器开关 81感应开启并连通所述雾化控 制电路, 其具体电流方向为: 电流从所述电池 30的正极到达所述第四电极件 42, 经所述第 二电极件 41进入所述电热丝 221 的正极, 再流经所述电热丝 221 的负极至所述第一插接件 11, 最后经所述第二插接件 12回到所述电池 30的负极。

[0086] 如图 12所示, 所述电子烟 100通常置放于所述电子烟盒 200内, 所述电子烟盒 200 包括用于容置所述电子烟 100的底盒 91及盖合于所述底盒 91上的盒盖 92。 所述底盒 91为 呈方形的壳体结构, 当然, 其形状不限于方形, 也可为圆形、 椭圆形、 多变形等, 只需在设 置所述盒盖 92时保证所述盒盖 92与其相适配即可。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟, 包括相互对接的第一杆体及第二杆体, 所述第一杆体及第二杆体的相对端 对应设置有相匹配的以使第一杆体与第二杆体稳固对接的第一插接件及第二插接件, 其中, 所述第一插接件的侧壁上周向设置有凸起端呈弧面的锁紧件, 所述第二插接件的侧壁上对应 设置与锁紧件相匹配以供锁紧件卡入的锁紧槽。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述锁紧件为多个周向均匀排布于第一插接件上的 圆球体, 所述第一插接件的侧壁上开设有贯通第一插接件侧壁且外孔口直径小于锁紧件直径 以容置锁紧件并供锁紧件的一端伸出的定位孔。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述锁紧件的靠定位孔的内孔口一侧设置有用以将 锁紧件弹性抵设于定位孔内的弹性抵挡件。
4. 如权利要求 1 或 2所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一插接件设置有供第二插接件相应端插 入的固定槽, 所述第二插接件的插入第一插接件的一端对应设置有与固定槽内轮廓相吻合以 卡置于固定槽内的凸台。
5. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一杆体内设置有雾化装置, 所述雾化装置包 括与第一插接件相抵接的雾化座及固定于雾化座上的电热丝, 所述雾化座采用橡胶材料制 成。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一插接件的设置有锁紧件的侧壁的宽度小于 锁紧件的直径, 所述雾化座朝向第一插接件延伸形成与所述定位孔的内孔口相贴合以将锁紧 件抵设于所述定位孔内的抵挡部。
7. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二杆体内设置有电池, 所述第一杆体的与第 二杆体相对一端还设置有在所述第一杆体与第二杆体对接时电连接所述雾化装置及电池的第 一电极组件, 所述第一电极组件包括相互绝缘且分别与电热丝的两端相连以形成雾化装置正 负极的第一电极件及第二电极件。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一电极件与雾化座相抵接且将所述电热丝的 第一端夹持于二者之间, 所述第二电极件与雾化座相抵接且将所述电热丝的第二端夹持于二 者之间。
9. 如权利要求 7 或 8 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一插接件采用导电材料制成并构成所述 第一电极件。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一插接件中部设置有轴向贯通第一插接件的 第一导通孔, 所述雾化座的中部朝向所述第一导通孔内延伸形成绝缘部, 所述绝缘部轴向开 设有贯通所述雾化座的第二导通孔, 所述第二电极件穿设于所述第二导通孔内并通过所述绝 权 利 要 求 书
缘部与所述第一插接件绝缘。
11. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电池为充电电池, 所述第二杆体的远离于所述 第一杆体的另一端设置有与所述电池相连以为电池充电的充电单元。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述充电单元包括用以连接外部电源的充电接 口, 所述充电接口通过充电控制模块与电池相连。
13. 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二杆体内还设置有与所述电池电连接以控制 雾化装置通电或断电的雾化控制单元; 所述雾化控制单元设置于所述雾化座与电池之间, 或 者所述雾化控制单元设置于所述电池远离于所述雾化座的一侧。
14. 如权利要求 13 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化控制单元包括雾化控制电路及与雾化控 制电路相连的雾化控制开关, 所述雾化控制开关为电容式传感器开关, 或者为气流传感器开 关, 或者为按键开关; 所述雾化控制电路集成于所述雾化控制开关内, 或者所述雾化控制单 元还包括分别与电池及雾化控制开关相连的雾化控制电路板, 所述雾化控制电路集成于雾化 控制电路板上。
15. 一种电子烟装置, 包括电子烟盒及容置于所述电子烟盒内的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟 为如权利要求 1至 14中任一项所述的电子烟。
