具体实施方式
[0029] 如图 1 至图 8所示, 本发明创造实施例提供一种电子烟, 包括主杆体 100及设置于 所述主杆体 100内的各内部构件。
[0030] 请参考图 2, 所述主杆体 100内部中空以形成各内部构件的容置腔, 其外形优选设置 为与真实香烟外形相同的横截面呈圆形的管体结构, 以加强所述电子烟的仿真性。 当然, 所 述主杆体 100也可根据设计需求设置为横截面呈多边形或其他组合形状的桶体结构以丰富所 述电子烟的外部造型。 本实施例中, 所述主杆体 100具体可采用金属、 塑胶、 纸质、 木质等 材料制成, 其外表面还可贴设印制有真实香烟图案的贴纸, 以进一步提高所述电子烟的仿真 性并加强其手感。
[0031] 如图 2、 图 5所示, 所述主杆体 100内设置有雾化装置 20及电池 30, 所述雾化装置 20用于将烟液雾化变成烟雾以供使用者吸食, 所述电池 30与所述雾化装置 20 电连接以为 所述雾化装置 20提供电力。

[0034] 本实施例中, 所述储液部件 21设置为与所述主杆体 100相适配的中通管体结构, 并 与所述主杆体 100同轴设置。 [0035] 请继续参考图 8, 本实施例中, 所述储液部件 21通过一支撑管 25支撑固定于所述雾 化座 23及雾化盖 24之间。 所述支撑管 25中部形成用于导通气路并容置所述雾化器 22的雾 化腔 251。
[0036] 所述雾化器 22用于将烟液雾化转变成烟雾, 本实施例中, 所述雾化器 22 由电热丝 221及雾化杆 222构成, 所述电热丝 221缠绕于所述雾化杆 222上, 所述雾化杆 222支撑固 定于所述储液部件 21内部, 以吸附所述储液部件 21内烟液供所述电热丝 221加热将烟液雾 化。
[0037] 本实施例中, 所述雾化杆 222 设置为圆柱状, 其可采用玻纤或其它耐高温的具有吸 液能力纤维材质制成。
[0038] 所述雾化杆 222径向设置于所述支撑管 25 内, 所述支撑管 25 的侧壁上对应开设有 沿径向贯通侧壁的卡口 252, 所述雾化杆 222 的两端从所述卡口 252处伸出所述支撑管 25 并与所述储液部件 21 的内壁相抵接, 从而吸附所述储液部件 21 内的烟液以供所述电热丝 221进行加热雾化。 在具体设置时, 为避免所述雾化杆 222于所述支撑管 25 内轴向移动, 所述支撑管 25的外部于所述雾化杆 222的上方或下方还可套设定位管。
[0039] 由于所述电热丝 221通电雾化烟液时温度较高, 为增强所述储液部件 21 的使用寿命 和耐热性能, 本实施例的所述储液部件 21与所述支撑管 25之间还可套设一采用耐高温且具 有吸液性能的材料制成的隔热部件加强对所述储液部件 21的保护。
[0040] 本实施例中, 所述雾化座 23 及雾化盖 24均采用如硅胶等具有一定弹性形变能力的 橡胶材料制成, 其外轮廓与所述主杆体 100的内轮廓相适配并优选设置为过盈配合, 所述雾 化座 23及雾化盖 24均利用其外壁涨紧固定于所述主杆体 100内, 以将所述储液部件 21密 封固定于所述主杆体 100内。 如图 8所示, 所述雾化座 23及雾化盖 24的中部分别对应开设 有与所述雾化腔 251相连通以导通气路的第一通气孔 231及第二通气孔 241。 同时, 所述雾 化座 23的侧壁上还轴向开设有分别用以供所述电热丝 221 的两端穿设的第一穿线孔 232及 第二穿线孔 233。
[0041] 如图 2、 图 5所示, 所述雾化装置 20与所述电池 30之间设置有第一电极组件 40, 所述第一电极组件 40分别电连接所述雾化器 22及电池 30的正负极, 进而实现所述雾化器 22与所述电池 30的电连接。 所述电池 30的远离于所述雾化器 22—端设置有雾化器控制开 关 50, 所述雾化器控制开关 50分别与所述雾化器 22及电池 30的相应电极电连接以控制所 述雾化器 22通电或断电。
[0042] 请参考图 6, 所述电池 30的正负极分设于所述电池 30的两背离端。 所述第一电极组 件 40包括第一电极件 41, 所述第一电极件 41正对于所述电池 30的第一电极 31, 所述电池 30 的第一电极 31 与所述第一电极件 41之间设置有第一弹性接触件, 并通过该第一弹性接 触件实现二者的电连接。
[0043] 本实施例中, 所述第一弹性接触件具体设置为第一压縮弹簧 61, 所述电池 30通过所 述第一压縮弹簧 61与所述第一电极件 41弹性抵接, 并通过所述第一压縮弹簧 61实现二者 的电连接。 为较好的稳固所述第一压縮弹簧 61, 所述第一电极件 41 的与所述电池 30相对 一端朝向所述电池 30延伸形成用以固定所述第一压縮弹簧 61的第一凸柱 411。 作为一种实 施方式, 所述第一弹性接触件也可设置为第一弹片 (图中未示出); 所述第一弹片与所述第 一电极件 41可设置为焊接、 卡接等。
[0044] 本实施例中, 所述第一电极件 41 通过第一固定座 42 支撑固定于所述主杆体 100 内。 具体地, 如图 6所示, 所述第一固定座 42涨紧固定于所述主杆体 100内, 其中部具有 纵向贯通其上下底壁的第一固定孔, 所述第一电极件 41 容置于所述第一固定孔内, 所述第 一固定孔的内壁朝向孔内径向延伸形成第一凸沿 421, 所述第一电极件 41 的外壁对应于所 述第一凸沿 421设置有内凹的第一卡槽 412。
[0045] 本实施例中, 所述第一固定座 42 采用导电材料制成, 其与所述雾化器控制开关 50 电连接以实现电路的导通, 并通过第一绝缘套 43与所述第一电极件 41相互绝缘。
[0046] 所述雾化器控制开关 50正对于所述电池 30的第二电极 32, 所述电池 30的第二电极 32与所述雾化器控制开关 50之间设置有第二弹性接触件。 请继续参考图 6, 本实施例中, 所述第二弹性接触件具体设置为第二压縮弹簧 62, 所述雾化器控制开关 50的与所述电池 30 相对一端朝向所述电池 30延伸形成用以固定所述第二压縮弹簧 62 的第二凸柱 51。 作为一 种实施方式, 所述第二弹性接触件也可设置为第二弹片; 所述第二弹片与所述雾化器控制开 关 50可设置为焊接、 卡接等。
[0047] 如图 1〜图 5所示, 所述主杆体 100的靠近于所述雾化装置 20—端的端部设置有吸嘴 200, 而其靠近于所述雾化器控制开关 50 —端的端部设置有用以封装所述电子烟的盖体 300, 所述雾化器控制开关 50 固定于所述盖体 300上。 本实施例中, 所述雾化控制开关 50 可设置为电容式传感器开关, 或者设置为气流传感器开关, 又或者设置为传统的按键开关。
[0048] 所述盖体 300上还固设有与所述雾化控制开关 50电连接的发光单元, 所述发光单元 受所述雾化控制开关 300控制开户或关闭, 本实施例中, 所述发光单元设置为红色发光灯, 以在吸烟者吸食所述电子烟时, 于所述电子烟的远离于所述吸嘴 200的一端形成类似于香烟 燃烧时的红色光圈, 进而提高吸烟者视觉感观的真实性。 为使所述发光单元光线可投射出, 所述盖体 300整体或至少端面设置呈透明状或半透明状。 本实施例中, 所述盖体 300整体使 用透明塑胶材料制成。
[0049] 请参考图 4、 图 5, 本实施例中, 所述主杆体 100 也可设置为由电池杆 101 与吸杆 102匹配对接构成的分体式结构, 所述电池 30设置于所述电池杆 101内, 所述雾化器 22设 置于所述吸杆 102内, 所述吸杆 102的与所述电池杆 101相对接一端对应于所述第一电极组 件 40设置有与所述第一电极组件 40匹配电连接的第二电极组件 70。
[0050] 所述第二电极组件 70包括第二电极件 71及第二固定座 72, 所述第二电极件 71及第 二固定座 72均采用导电材料制成, 并通过第二绝缘环 73实现二者的绝缘。 本实施例中, 所 述第二电极件 71与所述电热丝 221的第一端相连并构成所述雾化器 22的第一电极, 所述第 二固定座 72与所述电热丝 221的第二端相连并构成所述雾化器 22的第二电极, 所述第二电 极件 71及第二固定座 72分别与所述第一电极件 41及第一固定座 42匹配电连接。
[0051] 本实施例中, 所述第二电极组件 70 与所述第一电极组件 40 的结构基本相同, 艮卩, 所述第二固定座 72的中部开设有纵向贯通其上下底壁的第二固定孔, 所述第二电极件 71容 置固定于所述第二固定孔内, 所述第二固定孔的内壁朝向孔内径向延伸形成第二凸沿, 所述 第二电极件 71的外壁对应于所述第二凸沿设置有内凹的第二卡槽, 所述第二绝缘环 73卡嵌 于所述第二凸沿与第二卡槽之间。
[0052] 为使所述电池杆 101与吸杆 102可稳固对接, 所述电池杆 101与吸杆 102的相对端 对应设置有相适配的第一连接部及第二连接部。 本实施例中, 所述第一固定座 42 设置于所 述电池杆 101的与所述吸杆 102相对接一端的端部并构成所述第一连接部; 所述第二固定座 72设置于所述吸杆 102的与所述电池杆 101相对接一端的端部并构成所述第二连接部。
[0053] 具体的, 如图 6、 图 8所示, 所述第一固定座 42的朝向所述第二固定座 72—端设置 有供所述第二固定座 72的相应端插入以固定所述第二固定座 72的固定槽 422; 所述第二固 定座 72的插入所述第一固定座 42的一端设置有与所述固定槽 422的内轮廓相吻合以插置于 所述固定槽 422内的凸台 721。 所述固定槽 422的内侧壁与所述凸台 721的外侧壁上对应设 置有相匹配的螺纹, 以通过螺接实现所述吸杆 102与电池杆 101的匹配对接。 作为一种实施 方式, 所述固定槽 422也可设置于所述第二固定座 72的相应端, 而对应于所述第一固定座 42的相应端设置用以插入所述固定槽 422内的凸台 721。 同时, 所述第一固定座 42与所述 第二固定座 72的连接方式也可设置为卡接、 插接、 磁吸连接等其他连接方式。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
I. 一种电子烟, 包括设置有电热丝的雾化器及与雾化器电连接以为雾化器提供电力的电 池, 其中, 所述雾化器与电池之间设置有分别电连接雾化器及电池正负极的第一电极组件, 所述第一电极组件包括正对电池第一电极的第一电极件, 所述电池的第一电极与所述第一电 极件之间设置有第一弹性接触件并通过该第一弹性接触件实现二者的电连接。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一弹性接触件为第一压縮弹簧, 所述第一电 极件的与所述电池相对一端朝向所述电池延伸形成用以固定所述第一压縮弹簧的第一凸柱。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一弹性接触件为第一弹片, 所述第一弹片与 第一电极件设置为焊接或卡接。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电池的远离于所述雾化器一端设置有雾化器控 制开关, 所述雾化器控制开关分别与雾化器及电池的相应电极电连接以控制雾化器通电或断 电; 所述雾化器控制开关正对电池的第二电极, 所述电池的第二电极与雾化器控制开关之间 设置有第二弹性接触件并通过该第二弹性接触件实现二者的电连接。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二弹性接触件为第二压縮弹簧, 所述雾化器 控制开关的与所述电池相对一端朝向所述电池延伸形成用以固定所述第二压縮弹簧的第二凸 柱。
6. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二弹性接触件为第二弹片, 所述第二弹片与 雾化器控制开关设置为焊接或卡接。
7. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟还包括内部中空的主杆体, 所述第一电 极件通过第一固定座支撑固定于所述主杆体内。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一固定座中部具有纵向贯通其上下底壁的第 一固定孔, 所述第一电极件固定于第一固定孔内, 所述第一固定孔内壁朝向孔内径向延伸形 成第一凸沿, 所述第一电极件的外壁对应于所述第一凸沿设置有内凹的第一卡槽。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一固定座采用导电材料制成, 并与所述第一 电极件相互绝缘, 所述第一固定座与所述雾化器控制开关电连接。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述主杆体包括相互对接的电池杆及吸杆, 所述电 池设置于电池杆内, 所述雾化器设置于吸杆内, 所述吸杆的与所述电池杆相对接一端对应于 所述第一电极组件设置有第二电极组件。
II. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二电极组件包括第二电极件及第二固定 座, 所述第二电极件及第二固定座均采用导电材料制成并相互绝缘; 所述第二电极件与所述 电热丝的第一端相连并构成所述雾化器的第一电极, 所述第二固定座与所述电热丝的第二端 相连并构成所述雾化器的第二电极, 所述第二电极件及第二固定座分别与所述第一电极件及 第一固定座匹配对接。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二固定座中部具有纵向贯通其上下底壁的 第二固定孔, 所述第二电极件固定于第二固定孔内, 所述第二固定孔内壁朝向孔内径向延伸 形成第二凸沿, 所述第二电极件的外壁对应于所述第二凸沿设置有内凹的第二卡槽。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电池杆与吸杆的相对端对应设置有相匹配的 以使电池杆与吸杆稳固对接的第一连接部及第二连接部; 所述第一固定座设置于所述电池杆 的与吸杆相对接一端的端部并构成所述第一连接部; 所述第二固定座设置于所述吸杆的与电 池杆相对接一端的端部并构成所述第二连接部。
14. 如权利要求 13 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一固定座的朝向所述第二固定座一端设置 有供所述第二固定座的相应端插入以固定所述第二固定座的固定槽; 所述第二固定座的插入 所述第一固定座的一端设置有与所述固定槽的内轮廓相吻合以卡置于所述固定槽内的凸台。
15. 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述主杆体的对应于所述雾化器控制开关一端的端 部设置有盖体, 所述雾化器控制开关固定于所述盖体上。
