[0002] 现有电子烟的用以电连接雾化装置及电池相应电极的电极组件由相互绝缘的连接座 及极柱构成, 所述极柱设置呈独立件, 并利用绝缘套涨紧固定于连接座的中部, 雾化装置与 电池对接时通常为直接抵接接触的方式, 连接的可靠性较差。 而现有的一种可实现雾化装置 与电池相应电极弹性接触的结构中, 由第一绝缘支座及第二绝缘支座配合构成的绝缘套, 并 将极柱弹性抵接于第一绝缘支座与第二绝缘支座之间, 绝缘构件较散, 不仅加工及组装的工 艺较为复杂, 且占用空间较大, 组装后的电路连接稳定性也不高。
发明内容

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
I. 一种电子烟, 包括用以雾化烟液的雾化装置以及与雾化装置电连接以为雾化装置提供供 电电源的电池, 所述电池与雾化装置之间设置有第一电极件, 其中, 所述第一电极件包括电 极座、 电极柱及弹性机构, 所述电极座与所述电池电连接, 所述电极柱与所述雾化装置的电 极弹性抵接, 所述弹性机构弹性连接于所述电极座和电极柱之间。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电极座具有内腔, 所述电极柱设于所述内腔开 口端, 所述内腔开口端向内径向延伸形成有内挡圈, 所述电极柱的位于所述内腔内的一端向 外径向延伸形成有与所述内挡圈相抵接的外挡圈, 其另一端在所述弹性机构的作用下伸出所 述内腔。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述弹性机构的两端分别与所述电极座和电极柱固 定连接并保持所述电极座与电极柱的电连接。
4. 如权利要求 1 至 3 中任一项所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述弹性机构为与所述电极座和电极 柱电连接的压縮弹簧或弹片。
5. 如权利要求 1 至 3 中任一项所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述弹性机构为设置在所述电极座及 电极柱上的相互排斥的两磁铁。
6. 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述弹性机构为气囊。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电极座及电极柱上分别开设有用以导通气路的 第一进气孔及第二进气孔。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟包括主杆体, 所述第一电极件通过第一 连接座固定于所述主杆体内, 所述第一连接座中部设置有纵向贯通其上下底壁的第一电极容 置腔, 所述第一电极件通过第一绝缘套涨紧固定于所述第一电极容置腔内, 所述第一连接座 采用导电材料制成并与所述第一电极件绝缘。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化装置设置有电热丝, 所述雾化装置的与所 述电池相对一侧设置有与所述电极柱弹性抵接的第二电极件。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二电极件通过第二连接座固定于所述主杆体 内, 所述第二连接座中部设置有纵向贯通其上下底壁的第二电极容置腔, 所述第二电极件通 过第二绝缘套涨紧固定于所述第二电极容置腔内, 所述第二连接座采用导电材料制成, 所述 第二电极件及第二连接座相互绝缘且分别与所述电热丝的两端相连以形成所述雾化装置正负 极。
II. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一连接座的朝向所述第二连接座一端设置 有供所述第二连接座的相应端插入的固定槽; 所述第二连接座的插入所述第一连接座的一端 设置有与所述固定槽的内轮廓相吻合以容置于所述固定槽内的凸台。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述主杆体包括相互对接的电池杆及吸杆, 所述 电池设置于所述电池杆内, 所述雾化装置设置于所述吸杆内, 所述第一连接座设置于所述电 池杆的与所述吸杆相对接一端的端部, 所述第二连接座设置于所述吸杆的与所述电池杆相对 接一端的端部。
13. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电池杆与吸杆设置为磁性连接, 所述电池杆 在与吸杆对接的位置设置有第一磁吸部, 所述吸杆对应设有与第一磁吸部相互磁性吸附以与 电池杆稳固对接的第二磁吸部。
14. 如权利要求 13 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一连接座采用可导电的磁铁或者磁性材料 制成而构成第一磁吸部, 或者在电池杆的相应端设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成的独立 结构件构成所述第一磁吸部; 所述第二连接座采用可导电的磁铁或者磁性材料制成而构成第 二磁吸部, 或者在吸杆的相应端设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成的独立结构件构成所述 第二磁吸部。
15. 如权利要求 14 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一磁吸部设置有永磁铁, 所述第一电极容 置腔与所述固定槽的交界处形成有凸缘, 所述永磁铁通过所述第一绝缘套抵紧于该凸缘处并 与所述第一电极件绝缘。
