Description

吸入器及其雾化组件
【技术领域】
本发明涉及将雾化介质输入人体的器械设备的技术领域,特别是涉及一种吸入器及其雾化组件。
【背景技术】
吸入器是将液体雾化后输入人体的器械设备,主要包括用于替代香烟的电子烟和用于治疗上呼吸道疾病的医疗雾化吸入器。
一般的电子烟以及与其结构相似的医疗雾化吸入器,其雾化组件里面设置有用于存储液体的储液腔,一般在生产过程中储液腔内先注液,之后再进入销售渠道。由于储液腔内的液体中的有些成分容易挥发,储液腔一般不是完全密封的,因此若长时间不使用,雾化组件会由于挥发的原因过期。
电子烟的烟液具有不同的口味,销售者不能预知消费者的选择,因此会需要储备各种口味的电子烟以备选择,其中滞销的口味容易过期。同理医疗雾化吸入器的药液也有不同的种类,也存在滞销的种类容易过期的问题。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种可以在出厂后注入用于吸入的液体的吸入器及其雾化组件。
一种吸入器的雾化组件,用于通过注液针注入液体,所述雾化组件包括储液结构和所述注液针拔出后可自行封闭的封堵结构;
所述储液结构包括内管和外管,所述内管的内部形成气流通道,所述内管包括相互连接的第一管段和第二管段,所述第一管段位于所述外管内,所述第一管段和所述外管之间形成储液腔,所述第二管段至少部分伸出所述外管;
所述封堵结构套设在所述内管上,所述封堵结构位于所述第一管段和所述第二管段的连接处;所述封堵结构封堵所述储液腔。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴用于套设在所述第二管段上;所述吸嘴能够将所述封堵结构压紧在所述外管上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述封堵结构的一侧开设有环状槽,所述外管的端部卡入所述环状槽中;
所述外管的外侧开设有环状的卡接槽,所述封堵结构的边缘卡入所述卡接槽;
所述封堵结构的另一侧形成台阶部,所述台阶部与所述环状槽位置相对,所述吸嘴卡接在所述台阶部上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸嘴包括相互连接的内层管和外层管,所述内层管位于所述外层管的内部,所述内层管的端部与所述封堵结构抵接,所述外层管的端部与所述台阶部卡接。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括导液片、储液层、雾化座和导液绳;
所述导液片套设在所述第二管段远离所述封堵结构的一端上,所述导液片的一侧朝向所述储液腔,所述导液片的另一侧与所述储液层的一侧抵接;所述导液片上开设有连通所述储液腔和所述储液层的导液孔,所述储液层用于吸取所述储液腔内的液体并储存;
所述储液层位于所述雾化座的开口端,所述储液层和所述雾化座形成雾化腔;所述导液绳位于所述雾化腔内,且所述导液绳与所述储液层抵接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述储液结构还包括连接板,所述连接板的一侧边与所述第一管段的外壁连接,所述连接板的另一侧边与所述外管的内壁连接。
一种吸入器,包括所述的吸入器的雾化组件,以及电池组件和导向壳;
所述导向壳呈管状,所述导向壳的一端与所述电池组件连接,所述雾化组件穿过所述导向壳与所述电池组件相接触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述导向壳与所述电池组件可拆卸的连接。
在其中一个实施例中,至少部分所述雾化组件收容在所述导向壳之内,所述雾化组件在所述导向壳之内的长度大于在所述导向壳之外的长度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外管位于所述导向壳内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述储液结构和所述封堵结构均位于所述导向壳内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电池组件包括电池、壳体和连接部,所述电池位于所述壳体内,所述连接部呈桶状,所述连接部的一端与所述壳体的端部连接,所述连接部的另一端形成卡钩;
所述导向壳的内壁设置有与所述卡钩相适配的凸起部,所述连接部伸入所述导向壳,所述卡钩与所述凸起部卡扣连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接部上开设有缺口,所述缺口呈长条状,所述缺口的延伸方向与所述连接部的轴平行。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化组件还包括负极座和弹性端;
所述负极座与所述外管连接,所述负极座用于与所述电池组件的负极电连接;且所述负极座用于抵接所述电池组件的负极的一侧开设有容纳孔;
所述弹性端位于所述容纳孔内,且所述弹性端能够从所述容纳孔内伸出,与所述电池组件的负极弹性连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述负极座为铁磁体,所述电池组件上设置有磁铁,所述负极座能够与所述电池组件磁性连接。
上述吸入器及其雾化组件,储液腔通过封堵结构密封,出厂时,储液腔内并未注液,中间商或消费者在收到商品后,通过注液针插入到封堵结构内进行注液,注液针拔出后封堵结构可自行封闭。上述吸入器若作为电子烟,当消费者要购买时,可以先让消费者尝试各种口味的烟液,再将其选择的烟液通过注液针注入至储液腔中,然后再卖给消费者,避免了滞销的口味的电子烟过期。同理上述吸入器若作为医疗雾化吸入器,可以装载不同种类的药液,可避免滞销的医疗雾化吸入器容易过期的问题。

【具体实施方式】
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对吸入器及其雾化组件进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了吸入器及其雾化组件的首选实施例。但是,吸入器及其雾化组件可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对吸入器及其雾化组件的公开内容更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在吸入器及其雾化组件的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
如图1所示,一实施方式的吸入器10包括雾化组件100和电池组件300,本实施例的吸入器10,用于将液体雾化,并将雾化后的雾气输入人体,该吸入器10可以作为电子烟,也可以作为医疗雾化吸入器10或其他。
同时参见图2,一实施方式的雾化组件100包括储液结构120、吸嘴140和注液针拔出后可自行封闭的封堵结构160。储液结构120包括内管122和外管124,内管122的内部形成气流通道126,内管122包括相互连接的第一管段1222和第二管段1224,第一管段1222位于外管124内,第一管段1222和外管124之间形成储液腔128。第二管段1224至少部分伸出外管124,第二管段1224可以部分伸出外管124,也可以全部位于外管124外。在其中一个实施例中,储液结构120还可以包括连接板132,内管122和外管124可以通过连接板132连接,连接板132的一侧边与内管122的第一管段1222的外壁连接,连接板132的另一侧边与外管124的内壁连接,使内管122和外管124可靠的固定连接。
同时参见图3,吸嘴140用于套设在第二管段1224上。封堵结构160套设在内管122上,封堵结构160位于第一管段1222和第二管段1224的连接处。封堵结构160封堵储液腔128,注液针通过插入封堵结构160向储液腔128注入液体。封堵结构160可以是硅胶材质,也可以是其他具有密封和恢复形变性能的材质。
储液腔128靠近吸嘴140的一端通过封堵结构160密封,出厂时,储液腔128内并未注液,吸嘴140可以也未组装到储液结构120上。中间商或消费者在收到商品后,通过注液针插入到封堵结构160内进行注液,注液针拔出后封堵结构160可自行封闭,然后再将吸嘴140组装至储液结构120上,从而完成整个雾化组件100的组装过程。上述吸入器10若作为电子烟,当消费者要购买时,可以先让消费者尝试各种口味的烟液,再将其选择的烟液通过注液针注入至储液腔128中,然后再盖上吸嘴140卖给消费者,避免了滞销的口味的电子烟过期。同理上述吸入器10若作为医疗雾化吸入器,可以装载不同种类的药液,可避免滞销的医疗雾化吸入器容易过期的问题。
在其中一个实施例中,吸嘴140能够将封堵结构160压紧在外管124上,吸嘴140起到将封堵结构160固定在储液结构120上的作用。在其他实施例中,吸嘴140可以用其他形式替代,例如与内管122一体化连接。封堵结构160也可以通过其他方式固定,例如另外设置固定件。当然通过吸嘴140固定更加方便快捷。同时参见图4,具体的,在一实施例中,封堵结构160的一侧开设有环状槽162,外管124的端部卡入环状槽162中,从而使封堵结构160将储液腔128密封的更紧密。封堵结构160开设有环状槽162的一侧,还可以开设有固定槽164,连接板132的端部可以卡入固定槽164中,进一步加固封堵结构160与储液结构120的连接。
进一步的,外管124的外侧可以开设有环状的卡接槽1242,封堵结构160的边缘卡入卡接槽1242,一方面封堵结构160可以与外管124的外壁共面,或较少的凸出于外管124的外壁,比较节约空间,另一方面封堵结构160的边缘卡入卡接槽1242可以使封堵结构160与外管124的连接更加可靠。
同时参见图5,封堵结构160的另一侧可以形成台阶部166,台阶部166与环状槽162位置相对,吸嘴140卡接在台阶部166上。吸嘴140对封堵结构160的施力位置与外管124对封堵结构160的施力位置相对应,有利于提高结构的稳定性。请再参见图3,进一步的,在一实施例中,吸嘴140可以包括相互连接的内层管142和外层管144,内层管142位于外层管144的内部,内层管142的端部与封堵结构160抵接,外层管144的端部与台阶部166卡接。在一实施例中,封堵结构160包括凸块168,凸块168位于内层管142的端部与封堵结构160的抵接处。凸块168具有弹性,设置凸块168可以使封堵结构160与内层管142之间紧密配合。
在其中一个实施例中,吸嘴140和内管122可以通过防脱方式连接。雾化组件100在组装完之后,吸嘴140无法被取下,可以保证储液腔128内液体的洁净。具体的,在本实施例中,内层管142和外层管144的连接位置在内层管142和外层管144的远离封堵结构160的端部,内层管142具有一定的弹性。内层管142的内侧设置有卡接块146,内管122的外侧开设有与卡接块146相适配的卡接口1226,卡接块146卡入卡接口1226。为了使卡接块146顺利滑入卡接口1226中,卡接块146靠近封堵结构160的面可以设置为斜面。为了防止吸嘴140和储液结构120的内管122脱离,卡接块146远离封堵结构160的面可以设置为立面。
同时参见图6、图7,在其中一个实施例中,雾化组件100还可以包括导液片170、储液层180、雾化座190和导液绳210。导液片170套设在第二管段1224远离封堵结构160的一端上,导液片170的一侧朝向储液腔128,导液片170的另一侧与储液层180的一侧抵接。导液片170上开设有连通储液腔128和储液层180的导液孔172,储液层180用于吸取储液腔128内的液体并储存。储液层180位于雾化座190的开口端,储液层180和雾化座190形成雾化腔192,气流通道126连通至雾化腔192。导液绳210位于雾化腔192内,且导液绳210与储液层180抵接。
在一实施例中,雾化组件100还可以包括支撑件(图中未示出),支撑件位于储液层180和雾化座190之间,以支撑储液层180。储液层180具有较好的吸水性,可以是棉垫。该支撑件用于承托其上的储液层180,避免储液层180因为重力、压力、震动等原因变形,导致出现漏液等现象。
如图1、图2和图7所示,在其中一个实施例中,吸入器10还可以包括导向壳500。导向壳500可以呈管状,导向壳500的一端与电池组件300连接,雾化组件100穿过导向壳500与电池组件300相接触。在一实施例中,导向壳500与电池组件300可拆卸的连接,导向壳500可以从电池组件300上拆卸下来,从而方便对电池组件300和导向壳500的清理。
一般的电子烟,为了拆装方便,烟弹管与电池杆之间通常采用插拔式连接的结构。然而,采用插拔式连接结构的电子烟,烟弹管与电池杆之间结合的并不牢固。烟弹管容易相对于电池杆晃动。当电子烟不小心摔在地上时,烟弹管容易与电池杆分离。本实施例的吸入器10采用导向壳500加固雾化组件100,防止雾化组件100晃动并防止雾化组件100轻易地从电池组件300上脱离。当雾化组件100中用于雾化的液体用完之后,雾化组件100可从电池组件300中拔出,然后更换新的雾化组件100。此时,仅需丢弃雾化组件100,而无需丢弃导向壳500。导向壳500可较为美观耐用,以重复使用。
在其中一个实施例中,至少部分雾化组件100收容在导向壳500之内,雾化组件100在导向壳500之内的长度大于在导向壳500之外的长度,从而增强雾化组件100与导向壳500之间的连接的紧固性,进而增强雾化组件100与电池组件300之间的连接的可靠性。外管124 可以全部位于导向壳500内,或者外管124的大部分位于导向壳500内。在一实施例中,导向壳500可以延伸至覆盖封堵结构160,封堵结构160可以凸出于外管124与导向壳500紧配合,进一步提高连接的可靠性。在另一实施例中,储液结构120、吸嘴140和封堵结构160也可以均位于导向壳500内。
如图2、图7所示,在其中一个实施例中,电池组件300包括电池310、壳体320和连接部330,电池310位于壳体320内,同时参见图8,连接部330呈桶状,连接部330的一端与壳体320的端部连接,连接部330的另一端形成卡钩332。导向壳500的内壁设置有与卡钩332相适配的凸起部520,连接部330伸入导向壳500,卡钩332与凸起部520卡扣连接。进一步的,在一实施例中,连接部330上开设有缺口334,缺口334呈长条状,缺口334的延伸方向与连接部330的轴平行,设置缺口334可以使导向壳500方便地从电池组件300上拔出。
雾化组件100当然的包括雾化元件,该雾化元件可以是如图6、图7所示的加热丝220,加热丝220缠绕在导液绳210上,加热丝220连接有正极导线和负极导线。同时参见图9,在一实施例中,雾化组件100还包括负极座230和弹性端240。负极座230与外管124连接,加热丝220的负极导线与负极座230电连接,负极座230用于与电池组件300的负极电连接。且负极座230用于抵接电池组件300的负极的一侧开设有容纳孔。弹性端240位于容纳孔内,且弹性端240能够从容纳孔内伸出,与电池组件300的负极弹性连接。即使由于强烈晃动等因素导致负极座230与电池组件300的负极之间具有空隙,弹性端240仍然可以与电池组件300的负极保持抵接,可以提高负极座230和电池组件300电连接的可靠性。
进一步的,在一实施例中,负极座230为铁磁体,如可以被磁铁吸住的合金,请参见图7,电池组件300上设置有磁铁340,负极座230能够与电池组件300磁性连接。在本实施例中,磁铁340可以作为电池组件300的负极,电池组件300和雾化组件100利用磁力吸附连接,组装方便快捷,配合以导向壳500,使得电池组件300和雾化组件100连接可靠。
在其中一个实施例中,请参见图7、图9,雾化组件100还可以包括正极顶针250,正极顶针250位于负极座230的中心处,加热丝220的正极导线与正极顶针250电连接,正极顶针250用于与电池组件300的正极电连接。正极顶针250和负极座230可以通过设置在二者之间的第一绝缘套260实现紧配合连接和保持绝缘。在一实施例中,电池组件300还包括正极端350,正极端350位于磁铁340的中心处,正极端350作为电池组件300的正极用于与正极顶针250电连接。正极端350和磁铁340可以通过设置在二者之间的第二绝缘套360实现紧配合连接和保持绝缘。
同时参见图10,在其中一个实施例中,电池组件300还包括咪头370和咪头座380,电池310、咪头370和咪头座380位于壳体320内,电池310和壳体320之间具有可通过气体的缝隙。咪头370设置在咪头座380上,咪头座380上开设有导气槽,导气槽连通缝隙和咪头370。当吸嘴140处吸气时,咪头座380上导气槽的空气将发生流动。咪头370感测到空气的流动并使雾化器工作。
同时参见图11,进一步的,在一实施例中,电池组件300还可以包括端盖390,端盖390位于壳体320远离雾化组件100的一端,端盖390可以靠近咪头座380,端盖390上设置有充电接口392,充电接口392用于充电。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种吸入器的雾化组件,用于通过注液针注入液体,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括储液结构和所述注液针拔出后可自行封闭的封堵结构;
    所述储液结构包括内管和外管,所述内管的内部形成气流通道,所述内管包括相互连接的第一管段和第二管段,所述第一管段位于所述外管内,所述第一管段和所述外管之间形成储液腔,所述第二管段至少部分伸出所述外管;
    所述封堵结构套设在所述内管上,所述封堵结构位于所述第一管段和所述第二管段的连接处;所述封堵结构封堵所述储液腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸入器的雾化组件,其特征在于,还包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴用于套设在所述第二管段上;所述吸嘴能够将所述封堵结构压紧在所述外管上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸入器的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述封堵结构的一侧开设有环状槽,所述外管的端部卡入所述环状槽中;
    所述外管的外侧开设有环状的卡接槽,所述封堵结构的边缘卡入所述卡接槽;
    所述封堵结构的另一侧形成台阶部,所述台阶部与所述环状槽位置相对,所述吸嘴卡接在所述台阶部上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸入器的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴包括相互连接的内层管和外层管,所述内层管位于所述外层管的内部,所述内层管的端部与所述封堵结构抵接,所述外层管的端部与所述台阶部卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的吸入器的雾化组件,其特征在于,还包括导液片、储液层、雾化座和导液绳;
    所述导液片套设在所述第二管段远离所述封堵结构的一端上,所述导液片的一侧朝向所述储液腔,所述导液片的另一侧与所述储液层的一侧抵接;所述导液片上开设有连通所述储液腔和所述储液层的导液孔,所述储液层用于吸取所述储液腔内的液体并储存;
    所述储液层位于所述雾化座的开口端,所述储液层和所述雾化座形成雾化腔;所述导液绳位于所述雾化腔内,且所述导液绳与所述储液层抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的吸入器的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储液结构还包括连接板,所述连接板的一侧边与所述第一管段的外壁连接,所述连接板的另一侧边与所述外管的内壁连接。
  7. 一种吸入器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至6任一项所述的吸入器的雾化组件,以及电池组件和导向壳;
    所述导向壳呈管状,所述导向壳的一端与所述电池组件连接,所述雾化组件穿过所述导向壳与所述电池组件相接触。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸入器,其特征在于,所述导向壳与所述电池组件可拆卸的连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的吸入器,其特征在于,至少部分所述雾化组件收容在所述导向壳之内,所述雾化组件在所述导向壳之内的长度大于在所述导向壳之外的长度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吸入器,其特征在于,所述外管位于所述导向壳内。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的吸入器,其特征在于,所述储液结构和所述封堵结构均位于所述导向壳内。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的吸入器,其特征在于,所述电池组件包括电池、壳体和连接部,所述电池位于所述壳体内,所述连接部呈桶状,所述连接部的一端与所述壳体的端部连接,所述连接部的另一端形成卡钩;
    所述导向壳的内壁设置有与所述卡钩相适配的凸起部,所述连接部伸入所述导向壳,所述卡钩与所述凸起部卡扣连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的吸入器,其特征在于,所述连接部上开设有缺口,所述缺口呈长条状,所述缺口的延伸方向与所述连接部的轴平行。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的吸入器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括负极座和弹性端;
    所述负极座与所述外管连接,所述负极座用于与所述电池组件的负极电连接;且所述负极座用于抵接所述电池组件的负极的一侧开设有容纳孔;
    所述弹性端位于所述容纳孔内,且所述弹性端能够从所述容纳孔内伸出,与所述电池组件的负极弹性连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的吸入器,其特征在于,所述负极座为铁磁体,所述电池组件上设置有磁铁,所述负极座能够与所述电池组件磁性连接。
