1. 一种电子烟, 包括:
烟杆; 以及
连接器组件;
其中, 所述连接器组件可伸缩地隐藏设计于烟杆内部; 该连接器组件包括连接器及可伸 展长度的导线; 所述导线可拉出地收容于所述烟杆内, 其一端与连接器连接, 另一端与烟杆 内的电路控制单元电连接; 所述连接器可拉出地收容于所述烟杆内并可通过所述可伸展长度 的导线延伸至烟杆外一定长度; 当不使用连接器组件时, 所述导线折叠后与连接器一起收容 隐藏于所述烟杆内; 当需要使用连接器组件时, 连接器被拔出, 导线伸展至需要的长度, 因 此连接器将电子烟与外部电子设备或电源电连接。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述连接器组件还包括用于设置于烟杆内容置 和固定所述连接器的连接器支座; 所述连接器支座内设有用于容置所述连接器和导线的第一 容置腔; 所述第一容置腔的壁体包括呈圆筒形的前段, 用于供所述连接器和导线伸出连接器 支座外或缩进连接器支座内; 所述圆筒形前段与烟杆内壁相配合。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述导线包括连接形成一体的活动导线部分和 固定导线部分; 二者之间设有转接头衔接; 所述转接头固定于所述连接器支座上; 活动导线 部分的一端在所述转接头处与所述固定导线部分电连接, 所述导线通过其活动导线部分的另 一端与所述连接器电连接; 所述固定导线部分的一端由所述转接头固定于支座上且与所述活 动导线部分电连接, 所述导线通过固定导线部分的另一端与所述烟杆内的控制电路电连接。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述连接器支座的上设有用于固定所述转接头 的导线定位件, 对应地, 所述转接头上设有与该导线定位件相适配的定位孔, 转接头利用其 定位孔套设并固定于所述导线定位件上; 所述连接器支座的圆筒形前段外壁上还设有用于与 所述烟杆相适配的定位台阶, 连接器支座插入所述烟杆内, 所述圆筒形前段外壁与烟杆的内 壁相涨紧固定, 并利用所述定位台阶定位。
5. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中所述连接器为 USB 连接器或插脚形或针形连接 器; 所述连接器支座大致呈圆筒形, 其内限定所述第一容置腔, 其壁体设有通孔, 外壁设有 过线槽; 所述导线从第一容置腔内穿过所述通孔后沿过线槽后与烟杆内的电路控制单元电连 接。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述烟杆包括吸杆和电池杆; 所述吸杆包括吸 筒, 吸嘴, 设于吸筒内的雾化器和用于储存烟液的烟液杯; 所述电池杆还包括套筒, 以及设 权 利 要 求 书
于套筒内的电池和套筒末端的底盖; 所述连接器组件置于套筒内, 所述底盖盖合于套筒上将 连接器组件密封于套筒内。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述烟液杯包括相对且间隔一定距离涨紧于吸筒内 壁的杯座及杯盖, 以及固定于所述杯座和杯盖之间的导管和储液部件, 所述储液部件套设于 所述导管外; 所述导管两端开口内部中空, 所述雾化器固持于所述导管上; 所述导管外壁上 还套设有用于防止所述雾化器沿导管轴向移动的定位管, 该定位管与导管为过盈配合且定位 管与所述雾化器相抵接。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述杯座为圆筒形的杯体结构, 其内部设有用于对 所述导管进行定位的导管定位柱并限定有用于容置所述储液部件的环形内腔; 所述杯盖大致 呈圆筒形的罩体结构, 其内部限定有用于容置所述导管的环形内腔, 其侧壁上开设有通气 孔, 其顶壁上设有宽度小于导管内径的凸肋, 杯盖底部侧壁上沿径向向外延伸出凸缘, 该凸 缘呈齿轮状, 其上有多个轮齿, 齿轮之间的间隙用于往烟液杯内注入烟液; 所述杯盖的顶壁 和所述杯座的导管定位柱分别固定所述导管两端; 所述杯盖的凸缘与杯座的环形内腔相对 应, 分别固定所述储液部件的两端。
9. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸杆和电池杆通过分别设置其内的公衔接件和 母衔接件可插拔式连接; 所述衔接件内分别对应设有雾化器电极件以及电池电极件, 二者之 间通过弹性抵接而实现电连接。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述公衔接件大致呈中空的圆形罩体结构, 其 底端侧壁沿径向设有进气孔, 底端沿径向向外延伸形成与吸筒的底端相抵接的定位台阶; 衔 接件底部限定容置腔用于与所述电池杆相插接涨紧配合; 衔接件的中部设有沿轴向贯通的用 于穿设导电线的穿线孔及电极件卡槽; 衔接件的底部还设有沿轴向向外伸出的定位凸台。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述母衔接件大致呈中空的圆形罩体结构, 其包括侧壁和顶壁, 侧壁和顶壁共同形成一内腔, 侧壁上靠近顶壁的位置设有沿母衔接件的 径向向外延伸出的用于与所述电池杆相适配的定位台阶, 顶壁上沿母衔接件的轴向向外延伸 出用于与所述公衔接件的容置腔相适配的插接柱; 顶壁上还设有由顶壁表面向内凹陷的与所 述公衔接件的定位凸台相适配的定位凹槽, 母衔接件内还设有沿轴向贯通的用于穿设导电线 的穿线孔、 两个沿轴向延伸的用于固定所述电池电极件的卡槽及用于供所述雾化器电极件分 别插入其内且分别与所述电池电极件相弹性抵接的内腔。
12. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述雾化器包括加热元件, 雾化器电极件包括 分别与所述加热元件正负极电连接的雾化器第一电极件和雾化器第二电极件; 所述电池电极 权 利 要 求 书
件包括分别与电池正负极电连接的电池第一电极件和电池第二电极件; 所述雾化器及电池的 第一、 二电极件均为弹性金属导电薄片。
13. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述雾化器第一电极件为具有弹性形变的金 属导电薄片, 其一端为设有焊线孔的焊接片, 另一端设有具有弹性形变的抵接片, 中部设有 用于卡紧于所述公衔接件内的具有弹性形变的卡片; 所述雾化器第二电极件与所述雾化器第 一电极件的结构相同。
14. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述电池第一电极件为具有弹性形变的金属 导电薄片, 其一端为设有焊线孔的焊接片, 另一端设有具有发生弹性形变的抵接片, 中部设 有用于卡紧于所述母衔接件内的具有弹性形变的卡片; 所述电池第二电极件与所述电池第一 电极件的结构相同。
15. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述雾化器及电池的第一、 二电极件其一端 为设有焊线孔的焊接片, 另一端为设有可发生弹性形变的弯折抵接片, 中部设有用于卡紧于 对应衔接件内的可发生弹性形变的卡片; 雾化器第一电极件和第二电极件通过其焊接片及焊 接孔与所述加热元件正负极配合而分别电连接; 电池第一、 二电极件通过其焊接片及焊接孔 与所述电池的正负极分别电连接; 而雾化器第一、 第二电极件与电池第一、 二电极件之间通 过其弯折抵接片之间相互弹性抵接而电连接。
