技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于以吸香味或假吸烟为消遣的香味生成物和香味生成器,更具体地说,是不用燃烧,将原料加热就产生作为吸引对象的香味的香味生成物和香味生成器。
背景技术
不必使香烟燃烧、用于以香烟的香味或烟为消遣的假吸烟器是一种已公开的技术,已有各种型式的提案。
日本专利公报特开平3-232481号公开了现有假吸烟器的典型的概念。该公报公开的器具使用棒状的固体原料,由电子加热元件加热该固体原料,由此产生香味等吸的对象。
利用这样的电子加热元件的假吸烟器,当给电子加热元件通电时,该电子加热元件温度升高,因此固体原料被加热放出香味成分。但是,因为固体原料的比热高,该原料温度要升到能充分放出香味成分的温度需要时间。因此,存在的问题是:当吸烟者要用该器具进行假吸烟时,它不能及时地将足够量的香味成分送出。
另外,这种假吸烟器,在内藏电源的情况下,内部结构变得复杂,成本提高,而且,一旦出现故障难以修理。另外,在利用外部电源的情况下,当用软线连接电源和吸烟器时,不仅限定了能够使用吸烟器的场所,而且软线也是个累赘。反之存在的问题是:若是吸烟时要从外部电源上取下再用的结构,则保持原料的加热状态只能到使用者仅能吸1、2次的程度。
美国专利公报第4945931号公开了使用压力气雾容器的假吸烟器。该公报所公开的器具,通过使用者的吸入动作摇动叶片,机械地打开容器的出口,放出气雾剂。
这样的利用加压香味气源的器具,调整开关阀以便能持续地放出香味气体是很困难的。即,这种类型的,如果开关阀是简单的结构的话,只吸2、3次,恐怕加了压的香味气体就会被全部放光了。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述这样的问题而提出的,其目的在于提供一种当吸烟者要进行假吸烟时,能及时地将足够量的香味成分送出、而且可以用到能吸很多次的、结构简单的香味生成物和香味生成器。
本发明的一方面是,一种用于进行吸香味的香味生成物,其特征在于包括:
具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口和用于使用者吸香味的吸口,而且在上述空气取入口和上述吸口之间形成有气体流路的套管;
配设于上述套管内使其暴露在上述气体流路中的、含有香味成分的、通过加热放出上述香味成分的香味生成介质;
配设在上述套管内、使其蓄积热能同时用热能加热上述香味生成介质的蓄热体;
上述套管具有由具有耐热性和热传导性的材料构成并包围上述蓄热体地配置的导热壁部、由隔热性材料构成的隔热壁部,上述导热壁部配置在上述空气取入口和上述隔热壁部之间,另一方面,上述隔热壁部配置在上述导热壁部与上述吸口之间。
本发明的另一方面是,一种用于进行吸香味的香味生成器,其特征在于包括:
(a)外部加热机构;上述外部加热机构包括:
用于收纳且加热棒状体的插入孔;
配设成靠近上述插入孔的加热器,
(b)可装卸地插入上述外部加热机构的上述插入孔内的香味生成物,上述香味生成物具备:
具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口和用于使用者吸香味的吸口,而且在上述空气取入口和上述吸口之间形成有气体流路的不可燃性套管;
配设于上述套管内使其暴露在上述气体流路中的、含有香味成分的、通过加热放出上述香味成分的香味生成介质;
配设在上述套管内、使其蓄积热能同时用热能加热上述香味生成介质的蓄热体,即配置成当上述香味生成物被插入到上述外部加热机构的上述插入孔内时,能由上述加热器供给热能的上述蓄热体。
本发明的还一方面是,一种用于进行吸香味的香味生成器,其特征在于包括:
(a)外部电源机构;上述外部电源机构包括:
用于收纳且加热棒状体的插入孔;
与电源相联接且配设成与上述插入孔相临的第1和第2端子,
(b)可装卸地插入上述外部电源机构的上述插入孔内的香味生成物,上述香味生成物具备:
具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口和用于使用者吸香味的吸口,而且在上述空气取入口和上述吸口之间形成有气体流路的不可燃性的套管;
配设于上述套管内使其暴露在上述气体流路中的、含有香味成分的、通过加热放出上述香味成分的香味生成介质;
配设在上述套管内、使其蓄积热能同时用热能加热上述香味生成介质的蓄热体;
用于将热能供给上述蓄热体的、配设于上述套管内的电气加热器;
露在上述套管外,当作上述电气加热器的回路端子的第1和第2电气接点,第1和第2电气接点在上述香味生成物插入上述外部电源机构的上述插入孔内时,分别与上述第1和第2端子相接触。
本发明的再一方面是,一种香味生成物,其特征是:具备:
具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口和用于使用者吸香味的吸口,而且在上述空气取入口和上述吸口之间形成有气体流路的套管;
配设于上述套管内使其暴露在上述气体流路中的,含有香味成分的、通过加热放出上述香味成分的香味生成介质;
配设在上述套管内、使其蓄积热能同时用热能加热上述香味生成介质的蓄热器;
用于向上述蓄热体供给热能,配设于上述套管内的加热器,
上述香味生成介质由包含香味成分的固体状原料的成形体构成,邻接配置于上述蓄热体,另外,上述成形体可装拆地并以包围上述蓄热体和上述电气加热器的方式配设于上述套管内。
本发明可以提供一种当吸烟者要进行假吸烟时,能及时地将足够量的香味成分送出、而且可以用到吸很多次的、结构简单的香味生成物和香味生成器。尤其是,香味生成器由于利用汽车、飞机的座椅和室内等的点烟器插口,所以结构简单,不会污染狭窄空间的空气,且可以使用到吸很多次。尚且,如果香味生成器的插口就连电源也能确保的话,也可以做成便携型。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。在附图中,为了易于理解其内容,不管各部分尺寸如何夸张地示于图上。
图1所示是与本发明的实施例相关的香味生成物和香味生成器的简图。在该实施例,香味生成物如以下要详述的那样,相当于内藏香味生成介质-成形体88和蓄热体86的管62。另外,香味生成器由该管62、和包括用于加热它的连接插头32和插口12的外部加热机构构成。插口12可以利用点烟器插口12,点烟器插口12一般配设于汽车的驾驶席,也根据场合的不同配设于飞机座椅或室内等。
点烟器插口12原本具有安装点烟器(图未示)同时为给其供电而形成的圆筒形安装孔14。在安装孔14内配设有第1和第2端子16、18,该第1和第2端子16、18通过联线26、28分别与搭载于汽车上的电源的两极相联接。两端子16、18上分别制有本来用于止挡点烟器的、向放射方向突出的环状突起22、24。
第1端子16为具有底部的中空圆筒形,固定成象支承在安装孔14的底部那样。第1端子16的底壁上形成有接触用的凸部17。第1端子16的侧壁以非固定状态沿安装孔14的内侧面延伸、在其一部分上形成有环状突起22。另一方面,第2端子18为两端开口的中空圆筒形,通过其一端部固定在安装孔14的入口附近。第2端子18的自由端一侧以非固定状态沿安装孔14的内侧面向安装孔14的底部延伸、在其一部分上形成有环状突起24。
突起22、24通过将圆筒形的两端子16、18的侧壁的一部分向内侧弯曲成峰状而制成。端子16由感热变形的公知的双金属制成、设计成当它被加热时向圆筒形的轴向延伸。因此当端子16被加热时,突起22通过热变形向安装孔14的内侧面后退。
在点烟器插口12的安装孔14内安装有联接插头32。如图2放大表示的那样,联接插头32具有可装卸地插入点烟器插口12的安装孔14内的框架34。框架34因为制有用于容纳管62的插入孔38,所以为两端开口的中空圆筒形。在插入孔38的入口侧端部,在框架34上附设有凸缘36。
就象实质地规定插入孔38内侧面的大小一样,在框架34的内侧配设有线圈加热器42。线圈加热器42联接在当作其回路端子的第1和第2电气接点44、46上。第1电气接点44构成插入孔38的底部、同时从框架34的开口处露在联接插头32的外侧。另一方面,第2电气接点46贯通框架34的侧壁露在联接插头32的外侧。
在框架34的外侧面形成有卡合部即环状槽52,以使其与由安装孔14内的第1端子16构成的环状突起22相卡合。当联接插头32位于点烟器插口12的安装孔14内的安装位置时,突起22进入槽52内,联接插头32被固定。此时第1电气接点44与第1端子16的凸部17相接触,另外,第2电气接点46以压倒由第2端子18构成的突起24的状态,与该突起24相接触。
在凸缘36近傍配设有螺旋弹簧54,使其环绕框架34。螺旋弹簧54的一端部固定在形成于凸缘36的环状突起和框架之间的槽56内。当联接插头32被固定在安装孔14内的安装位置时,螺旋弹簧54处于被压缩在包围安装孔14的入口的套管壁面和凸缘36之间的状态。因此给联接插头32一种蓄势力,该蓄势力用于使联接插头32脱离安装孔14内的安装位置、切断第1和第2端子16、18与第1和第2电气接点44、46的接触。
在联接插头32的插入孔38内还配设有用于固定管62的环状突起58。环状突起58通过将圆筒形的环的一部分弯曲而制成,可弹性地将管62固定。
管62具有圆筒形的套管64,套管64具有使用者能衔在口中大小的外径。套管64具有导热管66和导热帽72、以及隔热管67和接管68,导热管66和导热帽72由象金属或陶瓷那样的耐热且导热的材料制成,而隔热管67和接管68由象合成树脂那样的耐热且隔热的材料制成。这些部件66、67、68、72通过螺纹或对偶配合等公知的联接结构可拆卸地相互联接在一起。尚且套管64根据使用温度的不同可以用各种材料制成。作为套管64的材料,例如在使用温度在200℃以下的场合可以使用纸、纸粕,在200℃-400℃的场合可以使用耐热塑料,在400℃以上的场合可以使用陶瓷、金属。
在帽72上形成有用于将空气取入到套管64内部的多个空气取入74。与其相对应,在接管68的端部形成有用于使用者吸香味的吸口76在空气取入口74和吸口76之间,在套管64内制有气体流路75。
在套管64的外侧面、与导热管66和隔热管67的联接部相对应,成有两面为锥形的环状槽78。当管62位于联接插头32的插入孔38的插入位置时,突起58进入槽78内,管62被固定。
另外,在套管64上可滑动地安装有罩子82,罩子82由合成树脂样的耐热且隔热的材料制成。在罩子82内配设有螺旋弹簧84,设计在无负荷状态下,罩子82覆盖导热管66和帽72。但是,当管62被定在插入孔38内的插入位置时,罩子82反抗螺旋弹簧84的弹簧力,突起58将其向覆盖隔热管67的位置推出。即,在插入孔38内,是导管66直接与加热器42对置的状态。
在导热管66上配设有层状的蓄热体86,使其覆盖整个内表面,其内侧,可拆装地收纳有用于产生使用者吸的香味等的香味生成介质固体状原料的成形体88。成形体88通过抵接在形成于导热管66的内的突起94上而被定位。蓄热体86用于将成形体88的温度在相当长的间内保持在香味发生温度。
成形体88制成通气性差的致密的圆筒体,其尺寸为在成形体88外表面和蓄热体86的内表面之间不使其产生间隙。因此,在成形体上沿轴向形成有多个贯通孔92,通过这些贯通孔92形成空气取入口和吸口76之间的气体流路75。
蓄热体86的材料可以使用仅利用物质的比热容量的显热类材料,如可以使用硅胶、氧化铝、碳类、玻璃块、玻璃纤维、矿物等无机化物、或铝、铁、银、铅等金属及合金,或纸、纸粕等纤维素质材料、加了无机物质或碳的纸、金属层压纸。另外,作为其它的蓄热材料,可以使用为增加热量而利用溶解热类型的材料,将其填充到由导热性的材料制成的密闭容器中,利用熔解热类型的材料例如有:石蜡、醋钠、萘、蜡、聚氧乙烯等化合物、或锌、锡、焊锡(软焊料)等金属合金。具体地说,对于产生烟雾的场合,最好使用显热类的材料或利熔点为200℃-300℃的溶解热类型的材料,对于产生香味的场合,好使用利用熔点为50℃-200℃的熔解热类型的材料。
用于不必燃烧、通过加热而产生香味的介质-原料的成形体88,根据用途的不同,可以含有来自各种天然物质的提取物质和/或它们的组成成分。含有香味生成介质的香味物质,可以使用薄荷醇、咖啡因、或者通过热分解产生香味的葡萄糖甙等的前驱体,或者烟草提取物成分和烟草烟浓缩物成分等烟草成分。另外,香味生成介质,为了在香味中加上烟,也可以含有加热时产生烟雾的物质。产生烟雾的物质可以使用甘油、丙二醇等多元醇类,低级乙醇类、糖类或它们的混合物。另外,香味生成介质可以含有活性碳、硅胶、活化铝等气体吸附剂。
香味生成介质-成形体88的尺寸可以设计成在成形体88的外表面和蓄热体86的内表面之间形成间隙。另外,成形体88也可以不是设有通气性的致密的物质,而是由活性碳素纤维、天然纤维素纤维、纤维素衍生物纤维等制成的非纺织物束或纤维集束那样的通气性好的物质。在这种情况下不必形成贯通孔92。
隔热管67和接管68的内部作为冷却室96而发挥作用,冷却室96构成气体流路75的一部分。在冷却室96内、尤其是在隔热管67内,可以配设填充物。通过配设填充物可以促进气化了的香味成分的冷却效果、同时可以调整压力损失,使其有适当的易吸度。填充物可以使用例如由醋酯纤维素、纸粕等制成的纤维成形体,或如玻璃、铝粒子那样的粒状物。另外,在隔热管67的侧壁可以形成外气导入孔。在这种情况下,含有由成形体88产生的香味的加热气体,在冷却室96与外气相混合且被冷却。
另外,在冷却室96内,尤其是在接管68内,可以配设过滤器,使其覆盖吸口76。通过配设过滤器可以调整压力损失,使其有适当的易吸度。过滤器可以用由醋酯纤维素、纸粕等制成的通常的香烟过滤嘴的材料制成。另外,过滤器可以含有活性碳、硅胶、活化铝等气体吸附剂。
以下,对图1所示的香味生成器具的操作进行描述。
首先将联接插头32安装在点烟器插口12的安装孔14内,同时将管62插入联接插头32的插入孔38内,假设为图1所示的状态。在该状态下,安装孔14的突起22进入到联接插头32的槽52内,联接插头32被固定在安装位置。螺旋弹簧54被压缩在包围安装孔14的入口的套管壁面和凸缘36之间。另外,插入孔38的突起58进入到管62的槽78内,管62被固定在插入位置。罩子82被突起58推向插入孔38之外,导热管66直接与加热器42对置。
当联接插头32处于安装位置时,安装孔14内的第1和第2端子16、18与联接插头32的第1和第2电气接点44、46相接触。因此,给联接插头32的线圈加热器42通电,由加热器42、通过导热管66和帽72加热管62内的蓄热体86和成形体88。若加热器42在整个规定的时间内保持规定的温度,则由安装孔14的双金属制成的突起22产生热变形,向外退出联接插头32的槽52。因此,联接插头32由于螺旋弹簧54的蓄势力的作用而脱离安装位置、与管62一起从安装孔14中跳出少许。
因此,第1和第2端子16、18与第1和第2电气接点44、46的接触被切断,给线圈加热器42的通电被中断。另外,由于联接插头32与管62一起从安装孔14中跳出,所以,这一现象被听觉或视觉所感知,可以知道管62的加热已经结束。
接着,将管62从联接插头32中拔出,把管62用于吸香味或假吸烟。当将管62从联接插头32中拔出时,罩子82由于螺旋弹簧84的作用自动地移到导热管66一侧,覆盖住导热管66和帽72。因此,可以在安全状态下使用管62。另外,成形体88由于蓄热体86的作用,长时间地保持在香味发生温度。因此管62甚至可以吸很多次。使用后的原料成形体88可以通过拆下帽72进行更换。
图3所示是与本发明的另一实施例相关的香味生成物和香味生成器的简图。该实施例在结构方面与图1所示的实施例相类似。因此,在图3中与图1和图2相同的部分标相同的标号,且省略其详细说明。
在图3所示的实施例,蓄热体86和原料成形体88都为圆筒形,沿套管64的长度方向串联地配置几个帽。蓄热体86被固定在导热帽72内,可以与其一起拆下。在蓄热体86上沿轴向形成有多个贯通孔87,使其与空气取入口74相一致。蓄热体86的贯通孔87与成形体88的贯通孔92配置成离开少许。另外,线圈加热器42配置成主要偏向导热帽72一侧、且帽72的端面也能加热。
图3所示的香味生成器的动作,基本上与图1所示的香味生成器的相同。即,简要地说,首先,在图3所示的状态,管62内的蓄热体86和成形体88,通过导热管66和帽72,被配设于联接插头32上的线圈加热器42加热。当加热器42在整个规定时间内保持在规定温度时,安装孔14的突起22产生热变形、后退,联接插头32由于螺旋弹簧54的蓄势力的作用而脱离安装位置、与管62一起从安装孔14中跳出少许。接着,如果将管62从联接插头32中拔出的话,则可以将管62用于吸香味或假吸烟。
图4所示是与本发明的又一其它实施例相关的香味生成物和香味生成器的简图。该实施例,例如联接插头132和管162等多处与图1所示的实施例有所不同。但,在图4中与图1和图2相同的部分标以相同的标号。
在本实施例,香味生成物相当于内藏成形体88、蓄热体86、电气加热器172等的管162。另外,香味生成器由该管162、和包含用于给其供电的联接插头132和插口12的外部电源机构所构成。如上所述,插口12可以利用一般的点烟器插口12。
联接插头132具有可脱离地插入点烟器插口12的安装孔14内的框架134。框架134由于制有用于容纳管162的插入孔138,所以为两端开口的中空圆筒形。在插入孔138的入口侧端部、在框架134上附设有凸缘136。

第1电极142的侧壁,以非固定状态沿插入孔138的内侧面延伸,在其一部形成有环状突起144。突起144通过将圆筒形的第1电极142的侧壁的一部分向内侧弯曲成峰状而制成。第1电极142由感热变形的公知的双金属制成,设计成当被加热时向圆筒形的轴向延伸。因此,当第1电极142被加热时,突起144通过热变形向插入孔138的内侧面后退。
在框架134的外侧面形成有卡合部即环状槽152,使其与由安装孔14内的第1端子16构成的突起22相卡合。当联接插头132位于点烟器插口12的安装孔14内的安装位置时,突起22进入槽152内,联接插头132被固定。此时,第1电极142与第1端子16的凸部17相接触,而且第2电极146以压倒由第2端子18所构成的突起24的状态与该突起24相接触。
在联接插头132的插入孔138内,还配设有用于将管162定位,而且推出罩子82的突起158。突起158通过弯曲圆筒形的环的一部分而制成、可弹性地将管162定位。
管162具有圆筒形的套管64,套管64具有使用者能衔在口中大小的外径。套管64具有导热管66、隔热管67和接管68、帽164,导热管66由象金属或陶瓷那样的耐热且导热的材料制成,而隔热管67和接管68由象合成树脂那样的耐热且隔热的材料制成,而帽164由象合成树脂那样的耐热且绝缘的材料制成。这些部件66、67、68、164通过螺纹或对偶配合等公知的联接结构可装卸地相互联接在一起。
在帽164上形成有用于将空气取入到套管64的内部的多个空气取入口74。与其相对应,在接管68的端部形成有用于使用者吸香味的吸口76。在空气取入口74和吸口76之间,在套管64内制有气体流路75。
在导热管66的中心,沿轴向配设有线圈加热器172。线圈加热器172与当作其回路端子的第1和第2电气接点174、176相联接。第1电气接点174是圆板状,在帽164的端面中心露在管162的外侧。第1电气接点174被固定在帽164上。
当拆下帽164时,它脱离加热器172。第2电气接点176为圆筒形,嵌入且固定在导热管66的外侧面上。
配设中空圆筒形的蓄热体86,使其覆盖线圈加热器172,在其外侧可装卸地安装有用于产生使用者吸的香味等的固体状原料的成形体88。成形体88的尺寸设计成在与导热管66的内表面之间能形成间隙。因此,通过该间隙形成空气取入口74和吸口76之间的气体流路75。蓄热体86和成形体88的材料可以使用关于图1所示的香味生成器述及的材料。
在导热管66的外侧面形成有环状槽166,当管162位于联接插头132的插入孔138内的插入位置时,第1电极142的突起144进入槽166内,管162被固定。此时,第1电气接点174与第1电极144相接触,另外,第2电气接点176与第2电极146的电极板148相接触。
另外,在套管64上可滑动地安装有罩子82,罩子82由象合成树脂那样的耐热且隔热的材料制成。在罩子82内,配设有螺旋弹簧84,设计成在无负荷状态下,罩子82覆盖导热管66。但是,当管162固定在插入孔138内的插入位置时,罩子82反抗螺旋弹簧84的弹簧力,由突起1 58推向覆盖隔热管67的位置。由此给管162赋与蓄势力,该蓄势力用于使管162脱离插入孔138内的插入位置、切断第1和第2电极142、146与第1和第2电气接点174、176的接触。
以下,对图4所示的香味生成器的操作进行描述。
首先,将联接插头132安装在点烟器插口12的安装孔14内,同时将管162插入联接插头132的插入孔138内,为图4所示的状态。在该状态下,安装孔14的突起22进入到联接插头132的槽152内,联接插头132被固定在安装位置。另外,插入孔138的突起144进入管162的槽166内,管162被固定在插入位置。罩子82被突起158推向插入孔138之外,螺旋弹簧84被压缩在罩子82内。
当联接插头132和管162被分别放置在安装位置和插入位置时,安装孔14内的第1和第2端子16、18,和管162的第1和第2电气接点174、176通过联接插头132的第1和第2电极142、146联接在一起。因此,给管162的线圈加热器172通电,蓄热体86和成形体88被加热器172加热。当加热器172在整个规定的时间内保持规定的温度时,由插入孔138的双金属制成的突起144产生热变形向外退出管162的槽166。因此,管162靠螺旋弹簧84的弹簧力的作用脱离插入位置,丢下联接插头132跳出插入孔138。
由此,切断第1和第2电极142、146与第1和第2电气接点174、176的接触,给线圈加热器172的通电被中断。另外,由于管162从插入孔138跳出,所以这一现象被听觉或视觉所感知,可以知道管162的加热已经结束。
接着,将管162从联接插头132中取出,把管162用于吸香味或假吸烟。罩子82靠螺旋弹簧84的作用自动地移到导热管66一侧,覆盖住导热管66。因此,可以在安全状态下使用管162。另外,成形体88由于蓄热体86的作用,可以长时间地保持在香味发生温度。因此,管162甚至可以吸很多次。使用后的原料成形体188可以通过拆下帽164进行更换。
再说图4所示的香味生成器,由于使双金属制成的突起144感热而动作,所以用导热性好的材料制成导热管66。但是,如果提高突起144的热敏性能的话,管66也可以用导热性能不太好的材料制成。另外,联接插头132本身在于一定的条件下使突起144后退的装置、例如配设加热器和定时器的组合结构的情况下,也可以用隔热材料制成管66。另外,在用手作业将管162从联接插头132中拔出的情况下,也可以用隔热材料制成管66,这种情况下也不需要内藏弹簧84的罩子82。
图5所示是与本发明的又一其它实施例相关的香味生成物和香味生成器的简图。该实施例在结构方面与图4所示的实施例相类似。因此在图5中与图4相同的部分标相同的标号、且省略其详细说明。
在图5所示的实施例,线圈加热器172缠绕在棒状的蓄热体86的周围,另外,原料的成形体88以中空圆筒形包围线圈加热器172。成形体88的尺寸设计成在与导热管66的内表面之间不能产生间隙。因此,空气取入口74和吸口76之间的气体流路75通过成形体88中央的贯通孔形成。
图5所示的香味生成器的动作,基本上与图4所示的香味生成器的相同。即,简要地说,首先,在图5所示的状态,管162内的蓄热体86和成形体88被线圈加热器172加热。当加热器172在整个规定的时间内保持在规定的温度时,插入孔138的突起144产生热变形、后退,管162靠螺旋弹簧84的弹簧力的作用脱离插入位置、跳出插入孔138。接着,如果将管162从联接插头132中取出的话,则可以将管162用于吸香味或假吸烟。
图6所示是与本发明的又一其它实施例相关的香味生成物和香味生成器的简图。该实施例的香味生成器,其特征是不使用联接插头132、而是直接将管162安装在插口12、例如点烟器插口12中。但是,管162本身实质上与图4所示的相同。因此,在图6中与图4相同的部分标相同的符号、且省略其详细说明。
在图6所示的实施例,当管162处于点烟器插口12的安装孔14内的安装位置时,第1端子16的突起22进入形成于导热管66外侧面的环状槽166中,管162被固定。此时,第1电气接点174与第1端子16的凸部17相接触,另外,第2电气接点176在压倒由第2端子18所构成的突起24的状态下与该突起24相接触。
当管162被固定在安装孔14内的安装位置时,罩子82通过包围安装孔14入口的套管壁面,反抗螺旋弹簧84的弹簧力、被推向覆盖隔热管67的位置。由此给管162赋与一种蓄势力,该蓄势力用于使管162脱离安装孔14内的安装位置、切断第1和第2端子16、18与第1和第2电气接点174、176的接触。
简要叙述图6所示的香味生成器的动作,首先,在图6所示的状态管162内的蓄热体86和成形体88被线圈加热器172加热。当加热器172在整个规定的时间内保持在规定的温度时,安装孔14的突起22产生热变形、后退,管162靠螺旋弹簧84的弹簧力的作用脱离安装位置,跳出安装孔14。接着,如果将管162从点烟器插口12中取出的话,则可以将管162用于吸香味或假吸烟。
还有,即使在图6所示的实施例,也可以象图5所示的那样,线圈加热器172缠绕在棒状的蓄热体86的周围,另外,也可以改成原料的成形体88用中空圆筒形包围线圈加热器172。
以上虽然参照附图所示的实施例对本发明进行了描述,但本发明在这一思路的范围内能以图示的实施例以外的种种形式进行实施。
Claims (18)
1.一种用于进行吸香味的香味生成物,其特征在于包括:
具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口(74)和用于使用者吸香味的吸口(76),而且在上述空气取入口(75)和上述吸口(76)之间形成有气体流路的套管(64);
配设于上述套管内使其暴露在上述气体流路中的、含有香味成分的、通过加热放出上述香味成分的香味生成介质(88);
配设在上述套管内、使其蓄积热能同时用热能加热上述香味生成介质的蓄热体(86);
上述套管具有由具有耐热性和热传导性的材料构成并包围上述蓄热体地配置的导热壁部、由隔热性材料构成的隔热壁部,上述导热壁部配置在上述空气取入口和上述隔热壁部之间,另一方面,上述隔热壁部配置在上述导热壁部与上述吸口之间。
2.如权利要求1所记载的香味生成物,其特征是:上述香味生成介质(88)由含有香味成分的固体原料的成形体制成、且配置成与上述蓄热体(86)相邻接。
3.如权利要求1记载的香味生成物,其特征是:包含可滑动地安装于上述套管(64)上的隔热性罩子(82),通过上述罩子有选择地覆盖上述导热壁部。
4.如权利要求3记载的香味生成物,其特征是:上述罩子(82)向着覆盖上述导热壁部的位置,通过弹簧(84)施加弹性力。
5.一种用于进行吸香味的香味生成器,其特征在于包括:
(a)外部加热机构;上述外部加热机构包括:
用于收纳且加热棒状体的插入孔(38);
配设成靠近上述插入孔的加热器(42),
(b)可装卸地插入上述外部加热机构的上述插入孔内的香味生成物,上述香味生成物具备:
具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口(74)和用于使用者吸香味的吸口(76),而且在上述空气取入口(74)和上述吸口(76)之间形成有气体流路(75)的不可燃性套管(64);
配设于上述套管内使其暴露在上述气体流路中的、含有香味成分的、通过加热放出上述香味成分的香味生成介质(88);
配设在上述套管内、使其蓄积热能同时用热能加热上述香味生成介质的蓄热体(86),即配置成当上述香味生成物被插入到上述外部加热机构的上述插入孔内时,能由上述加热器供给热能的上述蓄热体。
6.如权利要求5所记载的香味生成器,其特征是:上述香味生成介质(88)由含有香味成分的固体原料的成形体制成,且配置成与上述蓄热体(86)相邻接。
7.如权利要求5所记载的香味生成器,其特征是:上述加热器(42)由电气加热器构成。
8.如权利要求5所记载的香味生成器,其特征是:上述套管(64)具有:由耐热且导热的材料制成,而且配置成用上述外部加热机构的上述加热器(42)加热的导热壁部;和由隔热的材料制成的隔热壁部,上述导热壁部配置在上述空气取入口(74)和上述隔热壁部之间,另一方面,上述隔热壁部配置在上述导热壁部和上述吸口(76)之间。
9.权利要求5所记载的香味生成器,其特征是:还具备一种装置,该装置用于使相对上述外部加热机构的上述插入孔(38)内的上述香味生成物的装卸、与上述电气加热器(42)的开和关相关联。
10.一种用于进行吸香味的香味生成器,其特征在于包括:
(a)外部电源机构;上述外部电源机构包括:
用于收纳且加热棒状体的插入孔(138);
与电源相联接且配设成与上述插入孔相临的第1和第2端子,
(b)可装卸地插入上述外部电源机构的上述插入孔内的香味生成物,上述香味生成物具备:
具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口(74)和用于使用者吸香味的吸口(76),而且在上述空气取入口和上述吸口之间形成有气体流路(75)的不可燃性的套管(64);
配设于上述套管内使其暴露在上述气体流路中的、含有香味成分的、通过加热放出上述香味成分的香味生成介质;
配设在上述套管内、使其蓄积热能同时用热能加热上述香味生成介质的蓄热体(86);
用于将热能供给上述蓄热体的、配设于上述套管内的电气加热器(172);
露在上述套管外,当作上述电气加热器的回路端子的第1和第2电气接点(174,176),第1和第2电气接点在上述香味生成物插入上述外部电源机构的上述插入孔内时,分别与上述第1和第2端子相接触。
11.如权利要求10所记载的香味生成器,其特征是:上述香味生成介质(88)由含有香味成分的固体原料的成形体制成、且配置成与上述蓄热体(86)相邻接。
12.如权利要求11所记载的香味生成器,其特征是:上述成形体可装拆地并以包围上述蓄热体(86)和上述电气加热器(172)的方式配设于上述套管(64)内。
13.如权利要求12所记载的香味生成器,其特征是:上述蓄热体(86)具备空心体,并在其内部配设上述电气加热器(172)。
14.如权利要求12所记载的香味生成器,其特征是:上述加热器(172)具备缠绕在上述蓄热体(86)周围的线圈加热器。
15.一种香味生成物,其特征是:具备:
具有用于将空气取入到内部的空气取入口(74)和用于使用者吸香味的吸口(76),而且在上述空气取入口和上述吸口之间形成有气体流路(75)的套管(64);
配设于上述套管内使其暴露在上述气体流路中的,含有香味成分的、通过加热放出上述香味成分的香味生成介质(88);
配设在上述套管内、使其蓄积热能同时用热能加热上述香味生成介质的蓄热器(86);
用于向上述蓄热体供给热能,配设于上述套管内的加热器(172),
上述香味生成介质由包含香味成分的固体状原料的成形体构成,邻接配置于上述蓄热体,另外,上述成形体可装拆地并以包围上述蓄热体和上述电气加热器的方式配设于上述套管内。
16.如权利要求15记载的香味生成物,其特征是:还具备用于将电能供给到所述电气加热器(172)的电源。
17.如权利要求15记载的香味生成物,其特征是:上述蓄热体(86)具备空心体,在其内部配设上述电气加热器(172)。
18.如权利要求15记载的香味生成物,其特征是:上述加热器(172)具备缠绕在上述蓄热体(86)周围的线圈加热器。
