[0026] 安装板 28设有穿孔 281, 所述弹针 27置于穿孔 281中, 每个弹针 27在靠近弹性伸 缩结构的位置有凸环 271, 所述凸环 2716卡于所述穿孔 171中。 安装板 28通过螺 钉 172固定于接插孔件 22的底部, 或者固定于挂件主体 11上。 这样, 通过拆卸安 装板 28可以方便更换或检修连接件, 以确保电接触以及延长整个挂件 10的使用 寿命。 弹针 27顶部和针脚 265底端优选连接一个金属弹片 267, 金属弹片 267在接 上手机和天线吋保持受压状态, 以便将凸缘 262和凸点 264顶向天线顶部, 保持 与天线 19的接触。 具体地, 如图 5所示, 凸点 264位于中央, 凸缘 262位于凸点 26 4作为接地连接, 弹针 27和针脚 265分别有两个, 对应连接, 两个针脚 265分别对 应接通于凸点 264和凸缘 262。

22顶端具有凸起或凹槽 221, 用于与天线 19底端的凹槽或凸起对接, 图示的实施 例中接插孔件 22以凸起 221为例, 与天线 19底端的凹槽对应接合。 所述外壳 11顶 部设有卡扣或插孔, 所述挂件主体 21内侧设有用于与插孔或卡扣对应配合的插 扣或扣孔。 如图 1所示, 图示中为外壳 11的插孔 114与挂件主体 21内侧的卡扣 214 对应扣合, 使得挂件 20牢固结合于外壳 11上。
[0028] 具体地, 如图 5所示, 挂板 23内侧至少有一部分光滑面 231, 在光滑面 231的中 部具有镂空窗口 232, 光滑面 231和镂空窗口 232都有利于挂起移动通讯装置吋减 小摩擦力, 便于挂在腰带或肩带上。 如图 5所示, 挂板 23底部内侧具有扣入部 23 3, 扣入部 233凸起于挂板 23内表面, 用于卡住腰带或肩带等, 而扣入部 233外侧 具有导入斜面 234。 挂板 23内侧在靠近于勾挂部 24的上部略突出于光滑面 231, 这样在挂起手机吋, 外壳 11与光滑面 231之间空隙即可装夹皮带等。 如图 5所示 , 使用吋, 手机先与挂件 20连接固定好, 然后, 手指伸入 A区域, 将 B部分挑起 , 将腰带或肩带插到挂板 23上, 将手机等设备挂稳后, 松幵手指, 即将腰带或 肩带卡住, 装置 10及挂件 20都悬挂稳当。
[0029] 进一步地, 所述挂板 23和 /或勾挂部 24设有螺孔, 如图 3所示例, 挂板 23设有螺 孔 236, 所述外壳 11具有对应的螺丝孔 116, 通过紧固件 16穿入螺孔 236和螺丝孔 116将挂件主体 21固定于外壳 11上, 所述挂板 23和 /或勾挂部 24设有存放槽 243, 用于存放塞子, 在不使用挂件 20吋, 外壳 11上的螺孔用塞子塞紧。 另外, 如图 3 所示, 挂件 20还具有挂绳孔 228, 用于穿绳, 方便悬挂或手提等。
[0030] 如图 1所示, 勾挂部 24与挂板 23整体轮廓呈现 η形, 勾挂部 24具有向下弯折的下 挡部 242, 下挡部 242与挂板 23之间夹设移动通讯装置 10外壳 11。 如图 4所示, 接 插孔件 22由勾挂部 24凸伸出并贯穿勾挂部 24, 接插孔件 22为中空孔柱状, 外部 呈螺母形状。
[0031] 进一步地, 所述挂件主体 21幵设有音孔、 灯光孔及摄像头孔, 所述外壳 11具有 幵孔以露出相应的音孔、 灯光孔或摄像头孔, 所述外壳 11背面还具有指纹录入 的按压凹块 118, 所述移动通讯主板 12具有电连接的指纹处理器和指纹传感器, 所述指纹传感器位于按压凹 118块内侧。 当然, 所述移动通讯主板 12还可具有其 它传感器如温湿传感器等, 并不限于此, 外壳 11为防水壳体。
[0032] 上述移动通讯装置 10兼具对讲和移动通讯双功能, 而且天线 19的安装通过挂件 20来实现, 因此, 挂件 20既起到悬挂作用, 同吋直到固持安装天线 19的作用, 挂件 20不需要回避天线 19反而两者结合在一起的结构形式, 因而结构更加紧凑 , 拆装也相当方便。 由于天线 19可拆装, 当不用对讲功能吋与普通手机一样没 有凸出的天线 19, 更易于用户接受, 需要对讲吋, 接上天线 19即可, 携带和使 用都方便。
[0033] 需要说明的是, 本发明并不局限于上述实施方式, 根据本发明的创造精神, 本 领域技术人员还可以做出其他变化, 这些依据本发明的创造精神所做的变化, 都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

权利要求书
一种兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其包括外壳以及装于外壳内的移 动通讯主板, 其特征在于, 所述外壳顶端具有通孔并装设有一个用于 挂移动通讯装置的挂件, 所述挂件包括挂件主体和由挂件主体伸出的 用于接插天线的接插孔件, 所述接插孔件内置用于与天线接通的连接 件, 所述通孔内有信号传输触点, 所述移动通讯主板具有移动通讯模 块和对讲功能模块, 所述信号传输触点一端与连接件连接, 另一端连 接到对讲功能模块。
如权利要求 1所述的兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其特征在于, 所 述挂件主体包括挂板和由挂板一端延伸用于固持移动通讯装置的勾挂 部。
如权利要求 2所述的兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其特征在于, 所 述接插孔件由勾挂部凸伸出并贯穿勾挂部, 所述接插孔件顶端具有凸 起或凹槽, 用于与天线底端的凹槽或凸起对接, 所述外壳顶部设有卡 扣或插孔, 所述挂件主体内侧设有用于与插孔或卡扣对应配合的插扣 或扣孔。
如权利要求 2所述的兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其特征在于, 所 述挂板和 /或勾挂部设有螺孔, 所述外壳具有对应的螺丝孔, 通过紧 固件穿入螺孔和螺丝孔将挂件主体固定于外壳上, 所述挂板和 /或勾 挂部设有存放槽, 用于存放塞子。
如权利要求 2所述的兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其特征在于, 所 述挂板具有镂空窗口, 所述挂板的底部内侧具有扣入部, 所述扣入部 凸起于挂板内表面并位于镂空窗口下方, 所述扣入部具有导入斜面。 如权利要求 1所述的兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其特征在于, 所 述连接件包括螺母状接触件以及与接触件电连接的弹针, 所述弹针与 信号传输触点连接。
如权利要求 6所述的兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其特征在于, 所 述螺母状接触件的顶端边缘伸出用于与天线周边接触的凸缘, 所述螺
母状接触件的顶端中部凸伸有用于与天线中部接触的凸点, 所述凸点 与凸缘高度相当, 所述螺母状接触件的底端相对应于凸缘和凸点的位 置分别向下延伸有针脚, 每个针脚分别连接到对应的一个弹针。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 7所述的兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其特征在于, 所 述弹针嵌设于一个安装板中, 所述安装板装设于接插孔件的底部, 所 述弹针一端突出于所述安装板的底面用于与信号传输触点电连接, 另 一端与针脚相连。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 8所述的兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其特征在于, 所 述安装板设有穿孔, 所述弹针置于穿孔中, 每个弹针底端为弹性伸缩 结构, 每个弹针在靠近弹性伸缩结构的位置有凸环, 所述凸环卡于所 述穿孔中。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 1所述的兼具对讲功能的移动通讯装置, 其特征在于, 所 述挂件主体幵设有音孔、 灯光孔及摄像头孔, 所述外壳具有幵孔以露 出相应的音孔、 灯光孔或摄像头孔, 所述外壳背面还具有指纹录入的 按压凹块, 所述移动通讯主板具有电连接的指纹处理器和指纹传感器 , 所述指纹传感器位于按压凹块内侧。
