Abstract

一种腕表充电组件,包括充电线(10)、电连接于该充电线两端的外接充电口(11)和充电头(12)、与表壳(1)内的电路板(2)电连接的活动顶针(13),充电线与表带(3)相对固定,充电头通过磁吸附的方式吸附于表盖(4)上而与活动顶针导通。还公开了一种具有该腕表充电组件的腕表。通过将腕表充电组件集成于腕表的表带中,使用者通过将外接充电口插在外接电源上即可方便地进行充电,使得腕表并不依赖于外接数据线,使用非常方便。同时,用于连接活动顶针的充电头一端可选择性地卡合于表带上的容纳槽(3a)内,外接充电口可选择性地卡合于表带上的充电口盖(3b)内,使得腕表结构更加紧凑。

Description

一种腕表充电组件及腕表 技术领域
本发明涉及腕表类产品及其零部件,尤其涉及一种腕表充电组件及腕表。
背景技术
随着移动技术的发展,许多传统的电子产品也开始增加移动方面的功能,比如过去只能用来看时间的手表,现今也可以通过内置智能化系统、搭载智能手机系统而连接于网络而实现多功能,能同步手机中的电话、短信、邮件、照片、音乐等。
目前市场上的大部分智能手表的充电方式与智能手机并无太大差别,都是通过USB数据线连接电脑或充电器进行充电,没有太大的改进,而且过分依赖于数据线,很不方便。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种充电方便、结构新颖的腕表充电组件及腕表。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种腕表充电组件,包括充电线、电连接于所述充电线两端的外接充电口和充电头、与表壳内的电路板电连接的活动顶针,所述充电线与表带相对固定,所述充电头通过磁吸附的方式吸附于表盖上而与所述活动顶针导通。
其中,所述充电线与所述表带一体注塑成型,并在所述充电头的一端设有伸出于所述表带的延伸部。
其中,所述表带的内侧面在靠近所述充电头的一端开设有容纳槽,所述充电头可选择性地卡合于所述容纳槽内。
其中,所述表带的自由端一体连接有用于容纳所述外接充电口的充电口盖,所述充电口盖相对于所述表带的主体部分可旋转设置。
或者,所述表带的自由端铰接有用于容纳所述外接充电口的充电口盖。
其中,所述表盖上靠近所述表带处设有磁铁,所述充电头包括与所述磁铁配合的金属部分和与所述活动顶针接触的触点。
其中,所述磁铁为两个,所述活动顶针设于两个所述磁铁之间。
本发明还提供了一种腕表,包括表壳、电路板、表带、表盖和上述腕表充电组件。
其中,所述表带可转动连接于所述表壳上。
本发明将腕表充电组件集成于腕表的表带中,使用者通过将外接充电口插在外接电源上即可方便地进行充电,使用非常方便,使得本发明的腕表并不依赖于外接数据线,此种充电方式设计新颖,实用性强。同时,用于连接活动顶针的充电头一端可选择性地卡合于表带上的容纳槽内,外接充电口可选择性地卡合于表带上的充电口盖内,使得本发明的腕表结构更加紧凑。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参阅图1,本发明的腕表包括表壳1、电路板2、表带3和表盖4,表带3通过生耳S可转动连接于表壳1上。其中,本发明实施例的腕表主要通过腕表充电组件完成充电,腕表充电组件包括充电线10、电连接于充电线10两端的外接充电口11和充电头12、与表壳1内的电路板2电连接的活动顶针13,活动顶针13穿设于表盖4上靠近生耳S的一侧,充电线10通过注塑的方式形成于表带3内,充电头12则通过磁吸附的方式吸附于表盖4上而与活动顶针13导通。
具体是在表盖4上靠近表带3处设有磁铁14,充电头12包括与磁铁14配合的金属部分和与活动顶针13接触的触点。本实施例的磁铁14为两个,活动顶针13设于两个磁铁14之间,用于与充电头12上的金属触点导通。该顶针13为常用的金属弹性导电针,磁铁14与该顶针13的配合可靠地实现了充电电路的导通。
结合图2和图3,充电线10被包裹于表带3内,并在充电头12的一端设有伸出于表带3的延伸部10a,表带3最好是采用TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)等软胶材料制成,延伸部10a的表面也被表带材料包裹,具有较好的柔韧性能。
在表带3的内侧面靠近充电头12的一端开设有容纳槽3a,充电头12和延伸部10a可选择性地卡合于容纳槽3a内。同时,表带3的自由端一体连接有用于容纳外接充电口11的充电口盖3b,充电口盖3b相对于表带3的主体部分可旋转设置。
如图3,当需要充电时,将延伸部10a从容纳槽3a里取出,然后朝表盖4一侧翻折延伸部10a,通过充电头12与表盖4上的两个磁铁14吸附实现触点的精确可靠定位;同时,翻转充电口盖3b,使USB型的外接充电口11暴露,即可插接于电脑、充电座、移动电源等接口上进行充电。如图4,当充电完成或不需要充电时,翻折延伸部10a使之收纳并卡合于容纳槽3a内,翻转充电口盖3b使外接充电口11卡合并容纳于其中,充电口盖3b即与表带3共线。
在其他实施方式中,充电口盖3b也可不与表带3一体成型,可以为单独设置的结构,通过铰接的方式连接于表带3的自由端,也可以起到同样效果。
为提高延伸部10a、充电头12、外接充电口11与表带3的卡合效果,表带3的容纳槽3a、充电口盖3b的相应内壁设有若干凸起30、31,这样,当不需要充电时,延伸部10a、充电头12、外接充电口11可以更好地卡合于表带3上。
通过将腕表充电组件集成于腕表的表带中,使用者通过将外接充电口插在外接电源上即可方便地进行充电,使用非常方便,使得本发明的腕表并不依赖于外接数据线,此种充电方式设计新颖,实用性强。同时,用于连接活动顶针的充电头一端可选择性地卡合于表带上的容纳槽内,外接充电口可选择性地卡合于表带上的充电口盖内,使得本发明的腕表结构更加紧凑。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种腕表充电组件,其中,包括充电线、电连接于所述充电线两端的外接充电口和充电头、与表壳内的电路板电连接的活动顶针,所述充电线与表带相对固定,所述充电头通过磁吸附的方式吸附于表盖上而与所述活动顶针导通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述充电线与所述表带一体注塑成型,并在所述充电头的一端设有伸出于所述表带的延伸部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表带的内侧面在靠近所述充电头的一端开设有容纳槽,所述充电头可选择性地卡合于所述容纳槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表带的自由端一体连接有用于容纳所述外接充电口的充电口盖,所述充电口盖相对于所述表带的主体部分可旋转设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表带的自由端铰接有用于容纳所述外接充电口的充电口盖。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表盖上靠近所述表带处设有磁铁,所述充电头包括与所述磁铁配合的金属部分和与所述活动顶针接触的触点。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述磁铁为两个,所述活动顶针设于两个所述磁铁之间。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表盖上靠近所述表带处设有磁铁,所述充电头包括与所述磁铁配合的金属部分和与所述活动顶针接触的触点。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表盖上靠近所述表带处设有磁铁,所述充电头包括与所述磁铁配合的金属部分和与所述活动顶针接触的触点。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表盖上靠近所述表带处设有磁铁,所述充电头包括与所述磁铁配合的金属部分和与所述活动顶针接触的触点。
  11. 一种腕表,其中,包括表壳、电路板、表带、表盖和腕表充电组件, 所述腕表充电组件包括充电线、电连接于所述充电线两端的外接充电口和充电头、与表壳内的电路板电连接的活动顶针,所述充电线与表带相对固定,所述充电头通过磁吸附的方式吸附于表盖上而与所述活动顶针导通。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的腕表,其中,所述表带可转动连接于所述表壳上。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述充电线与所述表带一体注塑成型,并在所述充电头的一端设有伸出于所述表带的延伸部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表带的内侧面在靠近所述充电头的一端开设有容纳槽,所述充电头可选择性地卡合于所述容纳槽内。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表带的自由端一体连接有用于容纳所述外接充电口的充电口盖,所述充电口盖相对于所述表带的主体部分可旋转设置。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表带的自由端铰接有用于容纳所述外接充电口的充电口盖。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表盖上靠近所述表带处设有磁铁,所述充电头包括与所述磁铁配合的金属部分和与所述活动顶针接触的触点。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述磁铁为两个,所述活动顶针设于两个所述磁铁之间。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的腕表充电组件,其中,所述表盖上靠近所述表带处设有磁铁,所述充电头包括与所述磁铁配合的金属部分和与所述活动顶针接触的触点。
  20. 一种腕表,其中,包括表壳、电路板、表带、表盖和腕表充电组件,所述腕表充电组件包括充电线、电连接于所述充电线两端的外接充电口和充电头、与表壳内的电路板电连接的活动顶针,所述充电线与表带相对固定,所述充电头通过磁吸附的方式吸附于表盖上而与所述活动顶针导通;在所述表带的内侧面靠近所述充电头的一端开设有容纳槽,所述充电头可选择性地卡合于所述容纳槽内,且所述容纳槽内壁设有若干凸起。
