套合体的轴向长度为20~33mm,本实施例中优选的 27mm,这种长度一方面可以很好的仿真真实香烟的外形,另一方便便于更好的夹住电子烟。
端盖具有沿轴向开设的出烟孔20,出烟孔20的中轴线可以与外套管1的中轴线对齐或偏离设置,本实施例中优选的对齐设置。出烟孔20用于供烟雾排出到人口中。
端盖的内侧壁与外套管1开口处可以保留一预留空间,更可以在端盖的包覆上述预留空间的周向内壁面开设有至少一通孔,用于替代上述出烟孔20,供烟雾排出到人口中。此时可以在端盖相对于套合体缩径的相邻接处形成用于抵持外套管1开口处端面侧缘的凸缘。本实施例中,没有设置上述预留空间,因此端盖的内侧壁边缘直接抵持外套管1开口处端面侧缘上。
套合体的内壁面沿套合方向套设在相对应外套管1的外壁面上。套合体的内壁面与外套管1的外壁面可以通过过盈,扣合或螺纹连接等进行套合。采用这种结构的设计,使得吸嘴盖的材料选择可以更加多样化,可以选用金属(比如铜)、塑料(比如POM)、软胶(比如硅胶)、陶瓷、纸质、木质等等,比如在采用过盈或者扣合连接时,吸嘴盖的材料可以选用塑料、软胶、纸质、木质;螺纹连接时,吸嘴盖的材料可以选用金属、陶瓷、木质。
如果套合体的内壁面与外套管1的外壁面采用扣合连接,有两种实现方案方法,第一种方案是外套管1的外壁面与套合体的内壁面相接触区的周缘面径向形成有至少一道凸肋或凹槽, 套合体的内壁面径向对应设置有凹槽或凸肋,使套合体与外套管1相互扣合。第二种方案是外套管1的外壁面与套合体的内壁面相接触区的周缘面轴向形成有至少一道凸肋或凹槽, 套合体的内壁面径向对应设置有凹槽或凸肋,使套合体与外套管1相互扣合。
如果套合体的内壁面与外套管1的外壁面采用螺纹连接,外套管1的外壁面与套合体的内壁面相接触区的周缘面径向形成有外螺纹或内螺纹,套合体的内壁面径向对应设置有内螺纹或外螺纹,使套合体与外套管1形成螺纹连接。
如果套合体的内壁面与外套管1的外壁面采用过盈连接,套合体可以设置为具有弹性,通过套合体和外套管1的相对韧性嵌合实现过盈配合。
本实施例中,优选的套合体的内壁面与外套管1的外壁面采用过盈连接。吸嘴盖的材料优选的塑料,为了便于外套管1插入套合体,在套合体沿远离端盖的一端的内侧缘设置有一第一倒角28。
为进一步便于外套管1插入套合体,套合体还可以包括一与第一倒角28远离端盖一侧邻接的外腔21,且在外腔21的开口处形成有第二倒角23。
外套管1朝向吸嘴盖2一端套合有一密封圈3,密封圈3靠近吸嘴盖2的一端与外套管1开口处具有第二预留空间32,密封圈3远离吸嘴盖2的一端与外套管1内容纳的雾化器件11之间具有第三预留空间33,第二预留空间32用于提供烟雾在密封圈3处停留的空间,以便于进行冷凝,第三预留空间33用于烟雾缓冲。
密封圈3包括一用于冷凝烟油的沿密封圈3边缘以缩径的方式形成的圆台形的第一容纳腔31以及与第一容纳腔31相贯通的与出烟孔20正对或偏离设置的通孔30,本实施例中优选的出烟孔20正对通孔30。
密封圈3远离出烟孔20的一端的周向侧缘设有便于密封圈3插入外套管1的第三导角24。
使用这种吸嘴盖2套合外套管1的结构,在拆卸吸嘴盖2的时候比较方便方便,且因为吸嘴盖2是套合在外套管1的外面,所以可以设计吸嘴盖的结构更加多样化,例如,可以设计上述套合体包括第一套合部和第二套合部,第一套合部和第二套合部之间具有折痕线,第一套合部与端盖固定连接,第二套合部外表面具有标识区,标识区上具有凹凸图案和文字。设置两个套合部的目的是:第一套合部和第二套合部之间具有折痕线,当第一次使用时转动或施力于两者之间的任一个、使折痕线断开,断开后表面电子烟被打开过,而且第二套合部套合在套管上,可沿套管移动,上面有标识,可以显示电子烟的一些信息等。
实施例二
作为本发明第二优选实施方式,参照图4-图5D的电子烟,其包括外套管1和设置在外套管1一端的吸嘴盖2,其中,吸嘴盖2套设在外套管1上,吸嘴盖2的内壁面位于外套管1的外壁面的外侧。外套管1内容纳有雾化器件11,电子烟还包括电池套4,电池套4内容纳有给雾化器件11供电的电池41。
吸嘴盖2包括与外套管开口处端面位置相对的端盖和套合在外套管1上的套合体。端盖和套合体为一体成型结构。
本实施例中套合体的横截面为圆形,套合体的轴向长度优选的 27mm,因而可以用于逼真地模仿香烟的过滤嘴。
端盖具有沿轴向开设的出烟孔20,出烟孔20的中轴线与外套管1的中轴线对齐设置。
端盖的内侧壁与外套管1开口处保留一第一预留空间25,此时可以在端盖相对于套合体缩径并在相邻接处形成用于抵持外套管1开口处端面侧缘的凸缘22。第一预留空间25一方面可以用于二次冷凝烟油,另一方面可以在端盖的包覆第一预留空间25的周向内壁面开设有一通孔,用于替代上述出烟孔20,供烟雾排出到人口中。本实施例中,还是优选的通过出烟孔20排出烟雾,并未再开设其他通孔,并且沿出烟孔20周向侧缘朝向外套管1开口处方向轴向延伸有环形凸起26。环形凸起26与上述第一预留空间25配合,实现对烟油的二次冷凝回收。
套合体的内壁面沿套合方向套设在相对应外套管1的外壁面上。套合体的内壁面与外套管1的外壁面形成过盈连接,套合体可以设置为具有弹性,本实施例中吸嘴盖的材料优选的塑料,通过套合体和外套管1的相对韧性嵌合实现过盈配合。
为了便于外套管1插入套合体,在套合体沿远离端盖的一端的内侧缘设置有一第一倒角28。
为进一步便于外套管1插入套合体,套合体还包括一与第一倒角28远离端盖一侧邻接的外腔21,且在外腔21的开口处形成有第二倒角23。
外套管1朝向吸嘴盖2一端套合有一密封圈3,密封圈3靠近吸嘴盖2的一端与外套管1开口处具有第二预留空间32,密封圈3远离吸嘴盖2的一端与外套管1内容纳的雾化器件11之间具有第三预留空间33。
密封圈3包括一用于冷凝烟油的沿密封圈3边缘以缩径的方式形成的圆台形的第一容纳腔31以及与第一容纳腔31相贯通的与出烟孔20正对设置的通孔30。
密封圈3远离出烟孔20的一端的周向侧缘设有便于密封圈3插入外套管1的第三导角24。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括外套管(1)和设置在外套管(1)一端的吸嘴盖(2),其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖(2)套设在所述外套管(1)上,所述吸嘴盖(2)的内壁面位于所述外套管(1)的外壁面的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖(2)包括与所述外套管(1)开口处端面位置相对的端盖和套合在所述外套管(1)上的套合体,所述端盖设置有出烟孔(20)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套合体的横截面呈圆形、椭圆形或多边形。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套合体的轴向长度为20~33mm。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述端盖和套合体为一体成型结构。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述端盖的内侧壁边缘抵持所述外套管(1)开口处端面上,所述出烟孔(20)的中轴线与所述外套管(1)的中轴线对齐或偏离设置。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述端盖的内侧壁与所述外套管(1)开口处具有第一预留空间(25)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述出烟孔(20)的中轴线与所述外套管(1)的中轴线对齐或偏离设置,沿所述出烟孔(20)周向侧缘朝向所述外套管(1)开口处方向轴向延伸有环形凸起(26),所述端盖相对于所述套合体缩径的相邻接处形成用于抵持所述外套管(1)开口处端面的凸缘(22)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述出烟孔(20)的中轴线与所述外套管(1)的中轴线垂直设置。
  10. 根据权利要求2-9任一所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套合体的内壁面与所述外套管(1)的外壁面形成过盈、扣合或螺纹连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)的外壁面与所述套合体的内壁面相接触区的周缘面径向形成有至少一道凸肋或凹槽, 所述套合体的内壁面径向对应设置有凹槽或凸肋,使所述套合体与外套管(1)相互扣合。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)的外壁面与所述套合体的内壁面相接触区的周缘面径向形成有外螺纹或内螺纹,所述套合体的内壁面径向对应设置有内螺纹或外螺纹,使所述套合体与外套管(1)形成螺纹连接。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套合体具有弹性,通过所述套合体和外套管(1)的相对韧性嵌合实现过盈配合。
  14. 根据权利要求6或8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套合体沿远离所述端盖的一端的内侧缘形成一便于所述外套管(1)插入所述套合体的第一倒角(28)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)朝向所述吸嘴盖(2)一端套合有一密封圈(3),所述密封圈(3)靠近所述吸嘴盖(2)的一端与所述外套管(1)开口处具有第二预留空间(32),所述密封圈(3)远离所述吸嘴盖(2)的一端与外套管(1)内容纳的雾化器件(11)之间具有第三预留空间(33)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封圈(3)包括一用于冷凝烟油的沿所述密封圈(3)边缘以缩径的方式形成的圆台形的第一容纳腔(31)以及与所述第一容纳腔(31)相贯通的与所述出烟孔(20)正对或偏离设置的通孔(30)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封圈(3)远离所述出烟孔(20)的一端的外侧缘设有便于所述密封圈(3)插入所述外套管(1)的第三导角(24)。
  18. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套合体包括第一套合部和第二套合部,所述第一套合部和第二套合部之间具有折痕线,所述第一套合部与所述端盖固定连接,所述第二套合部外表面具有标识区。
