Description

电子烟雾化组件、电子烟雾化嘴以及电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟,尤其涉及一种电子烟雾化组件、电子烟雾化嘴以及电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟具有与香烟相近的外观,同时可以根据需要选择与香烟相近的味道,但是由于其没有香烟中的焦油以及悬浮物等有害物质,可以起到戒烟的作用。当前,电子烟主要包括电源组件、雾化器以及烟嘴三部分,雾化器内置有烟油,通过电源组件提供电能,雾化器使得烟油雾化可以由烟嘴吸出产生烟味,而在烟油雾化的过程中,在雾化器内会有少量的堆积物,或者受雾化组件的使用寿命所限,雾化器的雾化性能均会有所降低,在传统的电子烟中,雾化组件与雾化器外壳体之间为一整体结构,即雾化组件难以单独更换,造成使用者使用成本的增高。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电子烟雾化组件,旨在用于解决现有的电子烟中雾化组件不易拆卸的问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种电子烟雾化组件,包括用于雾化烟油且一端部为开口的雾化管,所述雾化管上设有用于连通外界与所述雾化管内部空间的至少一个第一通孔,还包括用于罩设所述雾化管的罩壳,所述罩壳与所述雾化管之间围设形成密封的第一腔体,所述第一通孔连通所述第一腔体与所述雾化管内部空间,于所述罩壳的其中一端部上设有用于外接的连接部,所述罩壳上设有用于向所述第一腔体内提供烟油的至少一个进油孔以及用于向所述第一腔体内进气的至少一个第一进气孔。
进一步地,所述第一进气孔靠近所述雾化管的所述开口,所述进油孔与所述第一通孔均远离所述雾化管的所述开口。
更进一步地,于所述罩壳远离所述雾化管的所述开口一侧的端部上设有沿所述雾化管长度方向延伸的挡油板,所述挡油板位于所述第一腔体内且绕所述雾化管设置,所述进油孔与所述第一通孔分别位于所述挡油板两侧。
进一步地,于每一所述进油孔内均填塞有海绵块。
具体地,所述连接部设于所述罩壳靠近所述雾化管的所述开口一侧端部上。
具体地,于所述雾化管内设有用于雾化烟油的发热丝,所述罩壳上设有用于外接电源且向所述发热丝提供电能的电接头,所述电接头与所述发热丝电连接。
本实用新型还提供了一种电子烟雾化嘴,包括开设有至少一个第二进气孔的雾化器外壳体以及设于所述雾化器外壳体上的烟嘴,还包括上述的电子烟雾化组件,所述第二进气孔与所述第一进气孔连通,所述烟嘴与所述雾化管连通,且所述罩壳与雾化器外壳体之间围设形成用于填充烟油的第二腔体,所述进油孔连通所述第二腔体与所述第一腔体,所述雾化器外壳体与所述罩壳的所述连接部可拆卸连接。
具体地,所述雾化器外壳体包括上端为开口的管体以及与所述管体可拆卸连接且罩设所述管体的所述开口的顶盖,所述管体的所述开口与所述第二腔体连通,所述烟嘴穿过所述顶盖与所述雾化管连通,所述第二进气孔位于所述顶盖上,且所述罩壳的所述连接部与所述顶盖可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述第二进气孔均设于所述顶盖的外缘面上,所述顶盖上设有可绕所述顶盖的外缘面旋转的旋钮,所述旋钮上开设有旋转后用于导通所述第二进气孔与外界的第二通孔。
本实用新型还提供一种电子烟,包括电源单元,还包括上述的电子烟雾化嘴,所述电源单元与所述雾化器外壳体可拆卸连接,且所述电源单元与所述雾化组件电连接。

本实用新型具有下列技术效果:
本实用新型的雾化组件,其主要应用于电子烟中,包括雾化管与罩设雾化管的罩壳,雾化管主要是用于将进入雾化管内的烟油进行雾化产生烟雾,雾化管与罩壳之间围设形成第一腔体,且相应地在雾化管上设有第一通孔,在罩壳上设有进油孔以及第一进气孔,第一通孔用于连通第一腔体与雾化管内部空间,进油孔与第一进气孔则是用于连通外界与第一腔体,另外在罩壳上还设有用于外接的连接部。在上述结构的雾化组件中,雾化组件为一个单独部件,即其通过设于罩壳上的连接部可以外接电子烟中的其它部件,对应地这种连接方式为可拆卸,即需要更换时,可以解除连接部与外接部件之间的连接状态,比较方便,另外在雾化管外罩设一罩壳,两者之间形成第一腔体,进油孔、第一腔体、第一通孔以及雾化管四者依次形成雾化组件的进油通道,同时第一进气孔、第一腔体、第一通孔以及雾化管四者依次形成雾化组件的进气通道,即通过第一腔体使得雾化组件形成独立的进油通道与进气通道,进一步使得雾化组件具有较强的独立性,方便更换;将该雾化组件应用于电子烟雾化嘴上,罩壳与雾化器外壳体之间形成第二腔体,用于填充烟油,罩壳的连接部与雾化器外壳体之间可拆卸连接,雾化组件与雾化器外壳体以及烟嘴配合从而形成完整的进油通道以及进气通道,从而使得雾化嘴不但具有较好的雾化功能,同时还方便对雾化组件的拆装;进一步地将上述的雾化嘴应用于电子烟上时,通过电源单元提供电能以实现雾化组件内雾化管的雾化功能,若雾化嘴部分的雾化功能降低,只需更换其中的雾化组件部分,从而大大降低电子烟使用者的使用成本。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参见图1-图4,本实用新型实施例提供了一种电子烟雾化组件11,其主要应用于电子烟中以实现对烟油的雾化功能,包括一端部为开口1112的雾化管111,当烟油进入雾化管111内后,雾化管111可以实现对烟油的雾化功能,在雾化管111上设有至少一个第一通孔1111,各第一通孔1111可连通雾化管111内部空间与其外部空间,雾化组件11还包括一个罩壳112,该罩壳112罩设雾化管111,两者形成固定,且两者之间还围设形成有密封的第一腔体14,当然该第一腔体14不包括雾化管111的内部空间,即罩壳112没有密封雾化管111的开口1112,第一通孔1111可以实现第一腔体14与雾化管111内部空间的连通,在罩壳112上设有一个连接部1122,通过该连接部1122可以外接电子烟的其它部件,在罩壳112上还开设有至少一个进油孔1121以及至少一个第一进气孔1123,通过进油孔1121可向第一腔体14内提供烟油,而通过第一进气孔1123则可向第一腔体14内进气。在本实用新型中,雾化组件11包括罩壳112与雾化管111,两者之间并形成第一腔体14,对此雾化组件11内具有进油通道以及进气通道,进油通道:进油孔1121-第一腔体14-第一通孔1111-雾化管111,进气通道:第一进气孔1123-第一腔体14-第一通孔1111-雾化管111,即本实施例的雾化组件11通过第一腔体14形成独立的进油通道以及进气通道,雾化组件11具有较强的独立性,进一步由于在罩壳112上设有连接部1122,通过该连接部1122可以与电子烟的其它部件之间形成连接关系,而且由此可表明这种连接关系为可拆卸连接,从而使得本实施例中的雾化组件11既具有较强的独立性,还可以与外接部件之间形成可拆卸连接关系,进而实现将雾化组件11应用于电子烟中的可更换特性。
具体参见图1以及图4,优化上述实施例,第一进气孔1123设于罩壳112靠近雾化管111的开口1112的一侧端部处,同时进油孔1121设于罩壳112远离雾化管111的开口1112的一侧端部处,第一通孔1111则设于雾化管111远离其开口1112的一侧端部处。在本实用新型中,雾化组件11应用于电子烟上时,当烟油进入雾化管111内后,雾化管111可以起到雾化烟油的作用,并且雾化后形成的烟雾全部由雾化管111的开口1112位置排出,本实施例中,将第一进气孔1123靠近雾化管111的烟雾出口位置,而进油孔1121与第一通孔1111则均远离雾化管111的开口 1112,对此雾化组件11的进油通道与进气通道具有较大的分离路线,进油通道不会对进气通道产生较大的干扰,进而保证雾化组件11的雾化质量,另外雾化组件11中的进气通道可近似看成U型结构,而在电子烟中,一般地烟雾的出口位置通常处于高位,对应地第一进气孔1123与雾化管111的开口1112均处于高位,进油孔1121与第一通孔1111均处于低位,从而使得第一进气孔1123位置处难以出现渗油的现象,保证雾化组件11的质量。
参见图3-图6,在罩壳112远离烟嘴2一侧的端部上设有挡油板141且该挡油板 141向烟嘴2的方向延伸,且挡油板141位于第一腔体14内并环绕雾化管111,进油孔1121与第一通孔1111分别位于挡油板141两侧。在本实施例中,挡油板141向烟嘴2的方向延伸一定长度,在挡油板141上也设置有进油孔(图中未示出),烟油由进油孔1121进入挡油板141与罩壳112围设的空间内,再由挡油板141上的进油孔进入挡油板141与雾化管111之间,最后经第一通孔1111进入雾化管111内,同时还可在罩壳112内壁上设有一圈凸板142,凸板142由罩壳112内壁向雾化管111的外表面延伸,且凸板142沿延伸方向的长度大于挡油板141外表面与罩壳112内壁之间的距离,同时凸板142与挡油板141的顶面连接,罩壳112、挡油板 141以及凸板142围设形成较密闭空间,对此在上述结构中通过挡油板141与凸板 142在第一腔体14内限定进油通道,挡油板141与凸板142将第一腔体14分割为两个空间,进油通道为:第二腔体13-进油孔1121-挡油板141外表面与罩壳112内壁之间-挡油板141上的油孔-挡油板141内表面与雾化管111外表面之间-第一通孔 1111-雾化管111,从而可以进一步防止过多的烟油进入挡油板141与雾化管111之间或者雾化管111内,烟油不会影响进气通道中气流的流动,而且还能够提高烟雾的使用率,而凸板142则可避免雾化嘴横放时,渗入第一腔体14内的烟油由进气孔121渗出。进一步地,在每一进油孔1121内均填塞有海绵块(图中未示出),海绵块可以起到堵塞进油孔1121的作用,烟油不会直接由进油孔1121流入第一腔体14内,同时海绵块还可以起到吸附烟油的作用,即烟油可以通过海绵块渗入第一腔体14内,可以有效保证雾化嘴工作时,雾化管111内存有烟油产生烟雾效果。
参见图1以及图2,进一步地,对于罩壳112上的连接部1122,将其也设于罩壳 112靠近雾化管111的开口1112一侧的端部上。具体地,对于连接部1122即为环设于罩壳112该端部位置上的若干圈外螺纹,即通过该外螺纹与外接部件进行螺纹连接,不但结构比较稳定,同时拆装也较方便,另外将连接部1122设于该位置处,其远离进油孔1121位置,即雾化组件11与外接部件的连接处远离进油孔 1121,当该连接部1122与外接部件之间进行拆装时,进油孔1121应处于低位,对应地连接部1122则处于高位,从而可避免出现烟油外泼的现象。当然罩壳112上的第一进气孔1123不应位于该外螺纹上,否则在外螺纹旋紧后容易形成对第一进气孔1123的封堵。
参见图1、图2以及图4,一般地,雾化管111对烟油的雾化作用,采用加热烟油的方式实现,通常在雾化管111内设有发热丝113,发热丝113加热后产生热量可以加速雾化管内烟油的挥发进而形成烟雾,对此在罩壳112上设有一电接头1124,该电接头1124与发热丝113之间为电连接,同时其可与外接电源进行电连接,从而由外接电源向发热丝113提供电能,由发热丝113将电能转换成热能加速烟雾挥发。电接头1124设于罩壳112远离雾化管111的开口1112一侧的端部位置处,并且伸入雾化管111内与发热丝113进行电连接,同时电接头1124与外接电源之间为插接的方式进行电连接,进而可以方便雾化组件11在进行拆装时,电接头1124与外接电源之间的电连接也比较容易形成断开与连接。对于发热丝113的设置位置,其可全部位于雾化管111内,即只在雾化管111内雾化烟油,当然还可以将发热丝113穿过雾化管111,其大部分结构位于雾化管111内,还具有部分结构位于第一腔体14内,即还可以在第一腔体14内雾化少量的烟油,在抽吸时第一腔体14内的产生的烟雾沿气流通道由雾化管111的第一通孔1111进入雾化管111内。
参见图3-图5,本实用新型实施例还提供了一种电子烟雾化嘴,其主要由雾化器1与烟嘴2组成,雾化器1包括内置有上述雾化组件11的雾化器外壳体12,一般地,雾化器外壳体12呈柱状结构,烟嘴2与雾化器外壳体12的一端部连接,同时烟嘴2与雾化管111的开口1112处进行连通,即雾化管111内产生的烟雾由该开口1112进入烟嘴2内,在雾化器外壳体12上开设有至少一个第二进气孔121,第二进气孔121与第一进气孔1123之间为连通状态,可以设置一腔体,第一进气孔 1123与第二进气孔121均与该腔体连通,即外界空气由各第二进气孔121进入该腔体内,再由该腔体进入各第一进气孔1123,进一步地,雾化器外壳体12与罩壳112之间围设形成第二腔体13,第二腔体13用于填充烟油,并通过设置于罩壳 112上的进油孔1121进入第一腔体14内,即通过进油孔1121连通第二腔体13与第一腔体14,雾化器外壳体12与罩壳112的连接部1122之间可拆卸连接。在本实施例中,进油孔1121连通第一腔体14与第二腔体13,第一进气孔1123与第二进气孔 121配合连通外界与第一腔体14,第一通孔1111连通第一腔体14与雾化管111,对此雾化嘴的进油通道为:第二腔体13-进油孔1121-第一腔体14-第一通孔1111-雾化管111,同理其进气通道为:外界-第二进气孔121-第一进气孔1123-第一腔体 14-第一通孔1111-雾化管111-烟嘴2-外界,这种结构在安装雾化组件11时,其不用担心出现安装角度等问题,进油孔1121始终保证第一腔体14与第二腔体13之间的连通,而进气通道中,第一进气孔1123与第二进气孔121也始终保持连通状态,不用担心两者间的对位问题,非常方便,利于雾化组件11的更换等。
具体参见图4以及图5,,优化上述雾化嘴结构,雾化器外壳体12包括管体122与顶盖123,管体122的上端也为开口,顶盖123用于罩设该开口且与管体122之间为可拆卸连接,开口与第二腔体13之间连通,烟嘴2穿过顶盖123与第一腔体14内的雾化管111连通,第二进气孔121位于顶盖123上,且罩壳112的连接部1122与顶盖123之间为可拆卸连接。在这种结构中,顶盖123与管体122之间可拆卸连接,当需要向第二腔体13内添加烟油时,则可将顶盖123取下,由管体122的开口向第二腔体13内加注烟油。一般地,当雾化嘴长时间使用后,雾化组件11对烟油的雾化作用降低,此时为保证雾化嘴的使用效果,需要对雾化组件11进行更换,而在传统的电子烟中,由于雾化管111与烟嘴2均固定于雾化器外壳体12上,即雾化管111难以单独更换,当电子烟的雾化作用降低时,则需要更换整个雾化嘴部分,而在本实施例中,雾化管111固定于罩壳112上,烟嘴2穿设于顶盖123上,且顶盖123与管体122之间为可拆卸连接,对此在拆卸顶盖123后,罩壳 112、雾化管111以及烟嘴2均由管体122上脱离,又罩壳112的连接部与顶盖123之间也为可拆卸连接,对此罩壳112以及雾化管111均可由顶盖123上拆卸,即当本实施例的雾化嘴对烟油的雾化作用降低时,即可直接更换罩壳112与雾化管 111等雾化组件11部分,可以大大降低使用者的使用成本。对于顶盖123与管体 122之间的可拆卸连接以及顶盖123与罩壳112之间的可拆卸连接均为螺纹连接,不但拆装方便,而且连接比较稳定。
参见图3、图4以及图7,继续优化雾化器外壳体12的结构,将第二进气孔121开设于顶盖123的外缘面上,在顶盖123上还设置旋钮124,该旋钮124可绕顶盖123的外缘面旋转,在旋钮124上开设有第二通孔1241,当旋转旋钮124后第二通孔 1241可与第二进气孔121连通,即通过第二通孔1241可以连通第二进气孔121与外界。旋钮124为调节件,通过旋钮124可以控制第二进气孔121的开启,当雾化嘴存放时,则可旋动旋钮124,以使第二通孔1241与第二进气孔121之间出现错位,旋钮124封闭第二进气孔121,同理在需要使用该雾化嘴时,则可控制第二通孔1241与第二进气孔121之间对应,第二通孔1241与第二进气孔121连通,气体可由第二通孔1241进入第二进气孔121,再由第二进气孔121进入第一腔体14内,当然还可以在使用雾化嘴时,通过旋钮124来控制第二进气孔121的进气量,即调节旋钮124以使第二通孔1241与第二进气孔121之间部分结构对应,旋钮 124闭合部分第二进气孔121,从而可以加强雾化嘴对使用者的使用需求。
参见图3以及图8,进一步地,在烟嘴2上环设有一圈凸缘部21,该凸缘部21由烟嘴2的外缘面向外侧延伸,当烟嘴2穿设顶盖123时,该凸缘部21刚好与顶盖 123的外表面贴合。在本实用新型中,烟嘴2由雾化器外壳体12的外侧穿过顶盖 123进入雾化器外壳体12内侧与雾化管111连通,在安装时,为使烟嘴2能够穿过顶盖123,两者之间为间隙配合,即烟嘴2穿过顶盖123部分的外缘面与顶盖 123之间存有较小的间隙,但是在使用雾化嘴时,雾化组件11产生的烟雾有可能会由上述间隙逸出,对此本实施例中在烟嘴2上设置凸缘部21,通过凸缘部21闭合烟嘴2与顶盖123之间的间隙,雾化组件11产生的烟雾可全部由烟嘴2抽出。一般地,在雾化器外壳体12上还应开设有观察口1221,具体地观察口1221设于管体 122上,通过观察口1221可用于方便观察第二腔体13内烟油的液位,进而方便对第二腔体13内烟油的实时添加,当然在观察口1221处还应设有透明罩1222,透明罩1222封盖观察口1221,避免烟油泄漏。
参见图2、图3、图4、图7以及图8,本实用新型实施例还提供一种电子烟,其包括电源单元(图中未示出)以及上述的雾化嘴,电源单元与雾化器外壳体12之间可拆卸连接,且电源单元与雾化组件11之间电连接,具体为电源单元与罩壳112上的电接头1124电连接,进而实现电源单元与雾化管111内的发热丝113之间的电连接。进一步地在雾化器外壳体12上设有电连接座15,具体地该电连接座15设于雾化器外壳体12远离烟嘴2一侧的端部上,即电连接座15与烟嘴2相对设置,电连接座15与电源单元电连接,同时电连接座15具有一连接端151,该连接端151由雾化器外壳体12穿过第二腔体13与罩壳112上的电接头1124插接并形成电连接,进而形成与发热丝113之间的电连接,一般地,在电源单元的外壳上还设置一控制按钮,当将电源单元与雾化嘴连接后,电连接座15与电源单元之间电连接,当需要使用该电子烟时,只需启动控制按钮,发热丝113发热雾化进入雾化管111内的烟油,在烟嘴2端进行抽吸,电子烟即可达到抽烟的效果,操作简单,效果明显,可以达到较好的控烟作用,另外本实施例的电子烟采用了上述的雾化嘴,对此在对其使用或放置时,电子烟均不会出现烟油外泄的现象。具体地,电源单元与雾化嘴连接时,主要与雾化器外壳体12连接,两者之间可采用螺纹连接的方式,连接方便且稳定,且在这种连接结构中,电源单元、电连接座15、电接头1124、发热丝113以及雾化器外壳体12之间依次电连接并形成回路,当控制按钮启动后,该回路为通路,从而使得发热丝113产生发热的效果。本实施例中,将雾化器外壳体12为作为电子烟电路系统中的导电线路,从而可以大大避免电子烟中电线的安设与分布,对此电源单元与雾化嘴之间、雾化组件11与雾化器外壳体12之间在拆卸时非常方便,只需解除两者之间的固定连接状态即可,对更换电源或更换雾化组件11均非常方便,当然由于电子烟中电源单元产生的电流较弱,采用雾化器外壳体12作为导电线路不会对使用者产生不利的影响。
以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳的实施例而已,其结构并不限于上述列举的形状,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种电子烟雾化组件,包括用于雾化烟油且一端部为开口的雾化管,所述雾化管上设有用于连通外界与所述雾化管内部空间的至少一个第一通孔,其特征在于:还包括用于罩设所述雾化管的罩壳,所述罩壳与所述雾化管之间围设形成密封的第一腔体,所述第一通孔连通所述第一腔体与所述雾化管内部空间,于所述罩壳的其中一端部上设有用于外接的连接部,所述罩壳上设有用于向所述第一腔体内提供烟油的至少一个进油孔以及用于向所述第一腔体内进气的至少一个第一进气孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第一进气孔靠近所述雾化管的所述开口,所述进油孔与所述第一通孔均远离所述雾化管的所述开口。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于:于所述罩壳远离所述雾化管的所述开口一侧的端部上设有沿所述雾化管长度方向延伸的挡油板,所述挡油板位于所述第一腔体内且绕所述雾化管设置,所述进油孔与所述第一通孔分别位于所述挡油板两侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于:于每一所述进油孔内均填塞有海绵块。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于:所述连接部设于所述罩壳靠近所述雾化管的所述开口一侧端部上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于:于所述雾化管内设有用于雾化烟油的发热丝,所述罩壳上设有用于外接电源且向所述发热丝提供电能的电接头,所述电接头与所述发热丝电连接。
  7. 一种电子烟雾化嘴,包括开设有至少一个第二进气孔的雾化器外壳体以及设于所述雾化器外壳体上的烟嘴,其特征在于:还包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的电子烟雾化组件,所述第二进气孔与所述第一进气孔连通,所述烟嘴与所述雾化管连通,且所述罩壳与雾化器外壳体之间围设形成用于填充烟油的第二腔体,所述进油孔连通所述第二腔体与所述第一腔体,所述雾化器外壳体与所述罩壳的所述连接部可拆卸连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化嘴,其特征在于:所述雾化器外壳体包括上端为开口的管体以及与所述管体可拆卸连接且罩设所述管体的所述开口的顶盖,所述管体的所述开口与所述第二腔体连通,所述烟嘴穿过所述顶盖与所述雾化管连通,所述第二进气孔位于所述顶盖上,且所述罩壳的所述连接部与所述顶盖可拆卸连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化嘴,其特征在于:所述第二进气孔均设于所述顶盖的外缘面上,所述顶盖上设有可绕所述顶盖的外缘面旋转的旋钮,所述旋钮上开设有旋转后用于导通所述第二进气孔与外界的第二通孔。
  10. 一种电子烟,包括电源单元,其特征在于:还包括权利要求7-9任一项所述的电子烟雾化嘴,所述电源单元与所述雾化器外壳体可拆卸连接,且所述电源单元与所述雾化组件电连接。
