在本发明所述的电池组件中,所述滚花结构为从所述本体朝向所述连接部的一端起的与所述连接部的轴向成第一预设角度开设的若干个第一凹槽,若干个所述第一凹槽形成所述直纹滚花结构或者斜纹滚花结构。

在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述端盖包括本体以及沿远离所述本体的边缘轴向延伸的连接部,所述滚花结构为设置在所述连接部的周向侧壁外表面上的直纹滚花结构、斜纹滚花结构或网纹滚花结构。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述端盖为套设在靠近所述雾化组件一端的吸嘴盖,
所述本体设置有出烟孔,沿所述套管轴向设置有发热件,沿所述出烟孔周向侧缘朝向所述发热件方向轴向延伸有环形凸起,沿所述套管内部轴向设置有通气管,所述环形凸起内嵌至所述通气管并与所述通气管过盈配合,所述通气管与所述环形凸起内的中空孔以及所述出烟孔连通形成烟雾通道。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述端盖为套设在靠近所述电池组件一端的灯帽,所述本体的侧缘沿轴向贯穿所述连接部对称开设有用于通气或者安置电极片的缺口。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件和电池组件为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
实施本发明的雾化组件、电池组件以及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:本发明在端盖与套管相接触的表面凸设用于防滑落的滚花结构,滚花结构为设置在端盖的连接部的周向侧壁外表面上,如此即可有效的防止端盖轻易的滑落出套管,无论端盖是吸嘴盖还是灯帽,都可以采取上述滚花结构的防滑设计,如此可以有效的克服现有技术中端盖与套管之间由于光滑表面接触所导致的易脱落或者采用胶水工艺导致的胶水溢出产生的不干净及有害健康的问题。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
为了克服现有技术中端盖与套管之间由于光滑表面接触所导致的易脱落或者采用胶水工艺导致的胶水溢出产生的不干净及有害健康的问题,本发明在端盖与套管相接触的表面凸设有用于防滑落的滚花结构。其中,端盖可以为设置在靠近雾化器一端的吸嘴盖,也可以是靠近电池一端的用于模仿烟草燃烧的灯具一侧的灯帽。
本发明的雾化组件主要是针对端盖设置在靠近雾化器一端情况,参考图2是本发明雾化组件的结构示意图;
雾化组件用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,雾化组件包括雾化套管1以及插装在雾化套管1一端的端盖10,为了使端盖10与雾化套管1之间的连接更加牢固,本发明在端盖10与雾化套管1相接触的表面凸设有用于防滑落的滚花结构。
关于端盖10的具体结构,参见图3A是本发明雾化组件的第一实施例的结构示意图;
端盖10包括本体100以及沿远离所述本体100的边缘轴向延伸的连接部200,所述滚花结构设置在所述连接部200的周向侧壁外表面上。
所述滚花结构为从本体100朝向连接部200的一端起的与连接部200的轴向成第一预设角度开设的若干个第一凹槽11,若干个所述第一凹槽11形成直纹滚花结构或者斜纹滚花结构,第一预设角度为在包含连接部200中心轴的任何一个面上的第一凹槽11的投影与中心轴之间的夹角。
其中,第一凹槽11可以为弧形槽或者矩形槽,相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距可以是相等的或者不等的,且相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距与第一凹槽11的横截面的最大宽度可以根据实际情况设计,第一凹槽11的深度为0.2~0.4mm。由于端盖本身的尺寸限制,第一凹槽11不方便开设的过于密集,但是如果开设的过于疏松,那么防滑效果会降低,因此,结合端盖的尺寸,本发明中第一凹槽11的个数优选的20~100个。
第一实施例中,第一凹槽11为弧形槽,优选的直纹滚花结构,即第一预设角度为0度,第一凹槽11的深度优选为0.2mm,考虑到受力的均匀以及美观效果,相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距相等且相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距与第一凹槽11的横截面的最大宽度相等,第一凹槽11的个数优选的40个。
图3B是本发明雾化组件的第二实施例的结构示意图;
滚花结构还可以为从所述本体100朝向所述连接部200的一端起的与所述连接部200的轴向成第一预设角度开设的若干个第一凹槽11以及从所述本体100朝向所述连接部200的一端起的与所述第一凹槽11成第二预设角度开设的若干个第二凹槽12,若干个所述第一凹槽11和第二凹槽12交叉形成网纹滚花结构。第一预设角度为在包含连接部200中心轴的任何一个面上的第一凹槽11的投影与中心轴之间的夹角,第二预设角度为在相同的面上,第二凹槽12的投影与第一凹槽11的投影之间的夹角,且第一预设角度和第二预设角度必须大于0度。
其中,第一凹槽11的形状、深度、排列密度、宽度等尺寸的度量参考上面的描述,第二凹槽12的形状、深度、排列密度、宽度等尺寸可以与第一凹槽11完全相同、部分相同或完全不同,由于考虑到受力的均匀和美观效果、且根据端盖的实际尺寸结合滚花结构工艺,本发明优选的互相交叉的任一对第一凹槽11以及第二凹槽12关于连接部200的轴向对称,即在包含连接部200中心轴的任何一个面上的第一凹槽11和第二凹槽12的投影相对于中心轴对称,且相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距相等。
第二实施例中,第一凹槽11为矩形槽,优选的网纹滚花结构,第一预设角度和第二预设角度均为30度,第一凹槽11和第二凹槽12的深度相同,均为0.4mm,因为考虑到网纹滚花结构时凹槽的开设比直纹或者斜纹复杂,相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距为第一凹槽11的横截面的最大宽度的3倍,一方面可以节省工艺,另一方面保证网纹凹槽形成的凸起面积以提供足够的摩擦力,第一凹槽11的个数优选的80个。
连接部200远离所述本体100的一端的侧壁外表面设置有便于所述连接部200插入所述雾化套管1的倒角13。
本体100设置有出烟孔15。沿所述雾化套管1轴向设置有发热件2,沿所述出烟孔15周向侧缘朝向所述发热件2方向轴向延伸有环形凸起16,所述雾化套管1内部轴向设置有通气管17,所述环形凸起16可以是直接内嵌至所述通气管17并与所述通气管17过盈配合,所述通气管17与所述环形凸起16内的中空孔以及所述出烟孔15连通形成烟雾通道,环形凸起16也可以正对通气管17但不直接内嵌至所述通气管17,本发明中的环形凸起16仅仅是正对通气管17。
本发明的电池组件主要是针对端盖设置在靠近电池一端情况,参考图4是本发明电池组件的结构示意图;
电池组件包括电池套管3以及插装在所述电池套管3一端的端盖10,所述端盖10与所述电池套管3相接触的表面凸设有用于防滑落的滚花结构。
关于端盖10的具体结构,参见图5A是本发明电池组件的第一实施例的结构示意图;
所述端盖10包括本体100以及沿远离所述本体100的边缘轴向延伸的连接部200,所述滚花结构设置在所述连接部200的周向侧壁外表面上。
所述滚花结构为从本体100朝向连接部200的一端起的与连接部200的轴向成第一预设角度开设的若干个第一凹槽11,若干个所述第一凹槽11形成直纹滚花结构或者斜纹滚花结构,第一预设角度为在包含连接部200中心轴的任何一个面上的第一凹槽11的投影与中心轴之间的夹角。
其中,第一凹槽11可以为弧形槽或者矩形槽,相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距可以是相等的或者不等的,且相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距与第一凹槽11的横截面的最大宽度可以根据实际情况设计,第一凹槽11的深度为0.2~0.4mm。由于端盖本身的尺寸限制,第一凹槽11不方便开设的过于密集,但是如果开设的过于疏松,那么防滑效果会降低,因此,结合端盖的尺寸,本发明中第一凹槽11的个数优选的20~100个。
第一实施例中,第一凹槽11为弧形槽,优选的直纹滚花结构,即第一预设角度为0度,第一凹槽11的深度为0.2mm,考虑到受力的均匀以及美观效果,相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距相等且相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距与第一凹槽11的横截面的最大宽度相等,第一凹槽11的个数优选的40个。

滚花结构还可以为从所述本体100朝向所述连接部200的一端起的与所述连接部200的轴向成第一预设角度开设的若干个第一凹槽11以及从所述本体100朝向所述连接部200的一端起的与所述第一凹槽11成第二预设角度开设的若干个第二凹槽12,若干个所述第一凹槽11和第二凹槽12交叉形成网纹滚花结构,第一预设角度为在包含连接部200中心轴的任何一个面上的第一凹槽11的投影与中心轴之间的夹角,第二预设角度为在相同的面上,第二凹槽12的投影与第一凹槽11的投影之间的夹角,且第一预设角度和第二预设角度必须大于0度。
其中,第二凹槽12与第一凹槽11的开设的考量参见上述关于雾化组件的网纹滚花结构部分的描述。
第二实施例中,第一凹槽11为矩形槽,优选的网纹滚花结构,第一预设角度和第二预设角度均为30度,第一凹槽11和第二凹槽12的深度相同,均为0.4mm,考虑到受力的均匀以及美观效果,互相交叉的任一对第一凹槽11以及第二凹槽12关于连接部200的轴向对称,且相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距相等,因为考虑到网纹滚花结构时凹槽的开设比直纹或者斜纹复杂,相邻的两个第一凹槽11之间的间距为第一凹槽11的横截面的最大宽度的3倍,一方面可以节省工艺,另一方面保证网纹凹槽形成的凸起面积以提供足够的摩擦力,第一凹槽11的个数优选的50个。
连接部200远离所述本体100的一端的侧壁外表面设置有便于所述连接部200插入所述电池套管3的倒角13。
本体100的侧缘沿轴向贯穿所述连接部200对称开设有用于通气或者安置电极片的缺口14。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括外套管一体成型的电子烟以及可拆卸的电子烟,图6是本发明外套管一体成型的电子烟的结构示意图,对于可拆卸的电子烟参考上述的图2至图5C,将图2和图4组装即为可拆卸的电子烟。
电子烟包括套管,所述套管内依次设置有相互电连接的雾化组件和电池组件,所述套管的至少一端设置有端盖10,所述端盖10与所述套管相接触的表面凸设有用于防滑落的滚花结构。
对于电池组件与雾化组件可拆卸连接的电子烟,套管包括用于套置雾化组件的雾化套管1以及用于套置电池组件的电池套管3。沿所述雾化套管1轴向设置有发热件2,沿电池套管3内部轴向设置有电池4,电池4给发热件2供电,发热件2与雾化组件内的其他元器件配合实现雾化工作。对于外套管一体成型的电子烟,参见图6,套管5同时套设电池组件和雾化组件。
所述端盖10包括本体100以及沿远离所述本体100的边缘轴向延伸的连接部200,所述滚花结构设置在所述连接部200的周向侧壁外表面上。
关于滚花结构的具体结构,参见上述关于雾化组件部分的端盖的描述以及上述关于电池组件部分的端盖的描述。
对于套设在靠近所述雾化组件一端的端盖10:端盖10即为吸嘴盖101,所述本体100设置有出烟孔15,沿所述套管5轴向设置有发热件2,沿所述出烟孔15周向侧缘朝向所述发热件2方向轴向延伸有环形凸起16,所述套管5内部轴向设置有通气管17,所述环形凸起16正对通气管17,所述通气管17与所述环形凸起16内的中空孔以及所述出烟孔15连通形成烟雾通道。
对于套设在靠近所述电池组件一端的端盖10:端盖10为灯帽102,所述本体100的侧缘沿轴向贯穿所述连接部200对称开设有用于通气或者安置电极片的缺口14。
综上所述,本发明通过在端盖与套管相接触的表面凸设用于防滑落的滚花结构,所述滚花结构为设置在端盖的连接部的周向侧壁外表面上,实现有效的防止端盖轻易的滑落出套管,无论端盖是吸嘴盖还是灯帽,都可以采取上述滚花结构的防滑设计,如此可以有效的克服现有技术中端盖与套管之间由于光滑表面接触所导致的易脱落或者采用胶水工艺导致的胶水溢出产生的不干净及有害健康的问题。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括雾化套管(1)以及插装在所述雾化套管(1)一端的端盖(10),其特征在于,所述端盖(10)与所述雾化套管(1)相接触的表面凸设有用于防滑落的滚花结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述端盖(10)包括本体(100)以及沿远离所述本体(100)的边缘轴向延伸的连接部(200),所述滚花结构为设置在所述连接部(200)的周向侧壁外表面上的直纹滚花结构、斜纹滚花结构或网纹滚花结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述滚花结构为从所述本体(100)朝向所述连接部(200)的一端起的与所述连接部(200)的轴向成第一预设角度开设的若干个第一凹槽(11),若干个所述第一凹槽(11)形成所述直纹滚花结构或者斜纹滚花结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述滚花结构为从所述本体(100)朝向所述连接部(200)的一端起的与所述连接部(200)的轴向成第一预设角度开设的若干个第一凹槽(11)以及从所述本体(100)朝向所述连接部(200)的一端起的与所述第一凹槽(11)成第二预设角度开设的若干个第二凹槽(12),若干个所述第一凹槽(11)和第二凹槽(12)交叉形成所述网纹滚花结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽(11)深度为0.2~0.4mm。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽(11)和第二凹槽(12)深度为0.2~0.4mm。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述连接部(200)远离所述本体(100)的一端的侧壁外表面设置有便于所述连接部(200)插入所述雾化套管(1)的倒角(13)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述本体(100)设置有出烟孔(15)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,沿所述雾化套管(1)轴向设置有发热件(2),沿所述出烟孔(15)周向侧缘朝向所述发热件(2)方向轴向延伸有环形凸起(16),沿所述雾化套管(1)内部轴向设置有通气管(17),所述环形凸起(16)内嵌至所述通气管(17)并与所述通气管(17)过盈配合,所述通气管(17)与所述环形凸起(16)内的中空孔以及所述出烟孔(15)连通形成烟雾通道。
  10. 一种电池组件,包括电池套管(3)以及插装在所述电池套管(3)一端的端盖(10),其特征在于,所述端盖(10)与所述电池套管(3)相接触的表面凸设有用于防滑落的滚花结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述端盖(10)包括本体(100)以及沿远离所述本体(100)的边缘轴向延伸的连接部(200),所述滚花结构为设置在所述连接部(200)的周向侧壁外表面上的直纹滚花结构、斜纹滚花结构或网纹滚花结构。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述滚花结构为从所述本体(100)朝向所述连接部(200)的一端起的与所述连接部(200)的轴向成第一预设角度开设的若干个第一凹槽(11),若干个所述第一凹槽(11)形成所述直纹滚花结构或者斜纹滚花结构。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述滚花结构为从所述本体(100)朝向所述连接部(200)的一端起的与所述连接部(200)的轴向成第一预设角度开设的若干个第一凹槽(11)以及从所述本体(100)朝向所述连接部(200)的一端起的与所述第一凹槽(11)成第二预设角度开设的若干个第二凹槽(12),若干个所述第一凹槽(11)和第二凹槽(12)交叉形成所述网纹滚花结构。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述连接部(200)远离所述本体(100)的一端的侧壁外表面设置有便于所述连接部(200)插入所述电池套管(3)的倒角(13)。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述本体(100)的侧缘沿轴向贯穿所述连接部(200)对称开设有用于通气或者安置电极片的缺口(14)。
  16. 一种电子烟,包括套管,所述套管内依次设置有相互电连接的雾化组件和电池组件,其特征在于,所述套管的至少一端设置有端盖(10),所述端盖(10)与所述套管相接触的表面凸设有用于防滑落的滚花结构。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述端盖(10)包括本体(100)以及沿远离所述本体(100)的边缘轴向延伸的连接部(200),所述滚花结构为设置在所述连接部(200)的周向侧壁外表面上的直纹滚花结构、斜纹滚花结构或网纹滚花结构。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述端盖(10)为套设在靠近所述雾化组件一端的吸嘴盖(101),
    所述本体(100)设置有出烟孔(15),沿所述套管轴向设置有发热件(2),沿所述出烟孔(15)周向侧缘朝向所述发热件(2)方向轴向延伸有环形凸起(16),沿所述套管内部轴向设置有通气管(17),所述环形凸起(16)内嵌至所述通气管(17)并与所述通气管(17)过盈配合,所述通气管(17)与所述环形凸起(16)内的中空孔以及所述出烟孔(15)连通形成烟雾通道。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述端盖(10)为套设在靠近所述电池组件一端的灯帽(102),所述本体(100)的侧缘沿轴向贯穿所述连接部(200)对称开设有用于通气或者安置电极片的缺口(14)。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件和电池组件为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
