技术领域
本发明涉及净水技术领域,尤其涉及一种直插式过滤装置及净水设备。
背景技术
随着生活质量的不断提高,人们对净水设备的要求也逐渐提高,净水设备得到快速的发展。随着净水设备的发展,其内部结构发生了变化,原有的滤芯的连接方式已不能满足新结构的需求,为了满足净水设备进一步发展的需求,需为滤芯提供一种新的安装结构。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种便于安装的直插式过滤装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种直插式过滤装置,所述直插式过滤装置包括主体、用于安装所述主体的集成水路板及安装于所述主体上的进水管路与出水管路;所述主体包括管壳及设于所述管壳内的滤芯;所述集成安装板上形成有用于安装所述主体的安装面,所述进水管路与所述出水管路与所述安装面插接;
所述安装面上设置有用于安装所述管壳的安装结构。
优选地,所述安装结构包括固定部及分别与该固定部两端固定连接且呈相对设置的第一夹持部和第二夹持部;
所述第一夹持部、固定部以及所述第二夹持部围成与所述管壳的外形适配的安装槽。
优选地,所述管壳上对应所述安装结构的位置设置有限位件,所述限位件用以限制所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部的位置。
优选地,所述滤芯将所述管壳的内腔分割成间隔设置的第一腔体与第二腔体,所述出水管路与所述进水管路均安装于所述第一腔体的一端,且所述出水管路贯穿所述滤芯而延伸至所述第二腔体内,所述进水管路延伸于所述第一腔体内。
优选地,所述滤芯将所述管壳的内腔分割成间隔设置的第一腔体与第二腔体,所述出水管路与所述进水管路均安装于所述第一腔体的一端,且所述进水管路贯穿所述滤芯而延伸至所述第二腔体内,所述出水管路延伸于所述第一腔体内。
优选地,所述进水管路包括第一连接管段及垂直连接于所述第一连接管段的第一延伸管段,所述第一连接管段的远离所述第一延伸管段的一端与所述管壳固定连接;所述集成水路板的远离所述安装结构一端的板面上设置有与所述第一延伸管段对应的第一管接头,所述第一延伸管段远离所述第一连接管段的一端与所述第一管头插接。
优选地,所述第一延伸管段上设有第一凹槽,一第一密封圈安装于所述第一凹槽内。
优选地,所述出水管路包括第二连接管段及垂直连接于所述第二连接管段的第二延伸管段,所述第二连接管段远离所述第二延伸管段的一端与所述管壳固定连接;所述集成水路板远离所述安装结构一端的板面上设置有与所述第二延伸管段对应的第二管头,所述第二延伸管段远离所述第二连接管段的一端与所述第二管头插接。
优选地,所述第二延伸管段上设有第二凹槽,一第二密封圈安装于所述第二凹槽内。

一种净水设备,包括直插式过滤装置,该直插式过滤装置包括主体、用于安装所述主体的集成水路板及安装于所述主体上的进水管路与出水管路;所述主体包括管壳及设于所述管壳内的滤芯;所述集成安装板上形成有用于安装所述主体的安装面,所述进水管路与所述出水管路与所述安装面插接;
所述安装面上设置有用于安装所述管壳的安装结构。
本发明,通过将进水管路与出水管路设置于管壳的同一端,组装时,只需要将进水管路与出水管路插入集成水路板上对应的进水口与出水口即可,操作简单方便;同时,通过集成水路板和安装结构的设置,使得管壳与集成水路板可稳定可靠的连接。

参照图1至图3,在一实施例中,所述直插式过滤装置1包括主体100、用于安装所述主体100的集成水路板600及安装于所述主体100上的进水管路200与出水管路300;所述主体100包括管壳120及设于所述管壳120内的滤芯140;所述进水管路200与所述出水管路300安装于所述管壳120的同一端,以实现与集成水路板600的插接;所述集成水路板600朝向所述主体100的板面上设置有用于安装所述管壳120的安装结构620,即在安装面上设置有安装结构。其中,集成水路板600可以为净水设备的集成水路板。本发明的直插式过滤装置1,通过将进水管路200与出水管路300设置于管壳120的同一端,组装时,只需要将进水管路200与出水管路300插入集成水路板上对应的进水口与出水口即可,操作简单方便;同时,通过安装结构620的设置,使得管壳120与集成水路板可稳定可靠的连接。
进一步地,所述安装结构620包括固定部621以及分别与该固定部621两端固定连接的第一夹持部622和第二夹持部623。所述第一夹持部622、固定部621以及所述第二夹持部623所围成的安装槽与所述管壳120的外形适配。其中,第一夹持部622和第二夹持部623均呈弧形设置,且第一夹持部622和第二夹持部623的材质以弹性塑胶为优。当然,在一些实施例中,第一夹持部622、固定部621以及第二夹持部623可一体设置。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述管壳120上对应所述安装结构600的位置设置有限位件121,所述限位件121用以限制所述第一夹持部622和所述第二夹持部623的位置。当所述进水管路200与出水管路300插入对应的进水口与出水口时,所述管壳120通过限位件121限制第一夹持部622和所述第二夹持部623沿管壳120长度方向的移动,使得安装结构600与管壳120的连接更加稳定可靠。

综上所述,本发明的直插式过滤装置1及净水设备,通过将进水管路与出水管路设置于管壳的同一端,组装时,只需要将进水管路与出水管路插入集成水路板上对应的进水口与出水口即可,操作简单方便。
