当今新型消费电子产品发展迅猛,给人们生活、工作等各个领域带来了极大的便利,而今的电子产品越来越向着多功能集成,适应多种应用环境,舒适的使用体验等方向发展,如平板电脑、手机、GPS导航仪、便携式DVD、媒体播放器等,这些产品都可以在办公室、卧室、汽车内、旅行途中使用,这类带显示屏电子产品一般在背部有一个固定架,当需要将电子产品放在桌面使用时,用户将固定架展开就能将其支撑起来,这样可便于观看或使用,但目前这类电子产品的固定架一般只能保持在某个固定角度而不能随意改变,因此会影响用户使用时的舒适度;此外,这类电子产品固定架功能单一,往往只能适配特定的型号,用于固定的场所,而当需要将电子产品固定在诸如汽车内等环境时,往往还需要配套其他固定及调节装置,导致装置结构复杂,整体体积较大,影响了美观性能。
现今市面上有一种带显示屏电子产品的固定架,可以实现支撑板的多角度支撑,方便在不同角度,不同位置上固定电子产品,扩大了使用范围,有相对人性化的设置,但是不足之处是,在支撑板上纵向设置有若干弹子,弹簧,拨条和凸台,插装口内设置对应的固定凹槽,通过弹子来卡住固定架,通过弹簧来使卡接断开,内部结构复杂,加工及组装有一定难度,另外由于支撑板不是正反面对称结构,只能正面插入,使其适用性和用户体验大打折扣。
发明内容
为了克服现有带显示屏电子产品的固定结构加工及组装难度高,结构复杂,只能单向插入的缺点,本发明提供了一种改进的电子产品的固定架。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带显示屏电子产品的固定结构,包括固定座,插装在固定座中的支撑板,以及通过阻尼转轴与支撑板连接的固定板,固定座内部设置有可以上下移动的卡爪,卡爪上设置有能够卡住支撑板的凸台,所述的支撑板上设置有与凸台配合的凹槽,支撑板内设有可以推动凸台离开凹槽的滑块。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的固定座内部设置有上盖,以及和上盖配合的下盖,两者配合形成容纳支撑板的空腔。
为了使支撑板正向反向插入固定座都能被卡住,所述的卡爪设置为上下两个,分别安装在上盖和下盖上,所述的上盖和下盖上分别设置有安装和定位卡爪的竖轴。

为了使结构更加紧凑可靠,所述的固定座1内部设置有上盖12,以及和上盖12配合的下盖13,两者配合形成容纳支撑板2的空腔。
为了使支撑板2正向反向插入固定座1都能被卡住,所述的卡爪11设置为上下两个,分别安装在上盖12和下盖13上,所述的上盖12和下盖13上分别设置有安装和定位卡爪11的竖轴14。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种带显示屏电子产品的固定结构,其特征在于:所述的滑块(22)上设置有中空槽(224),弹簧(222)安装在中空槽(224)中,一端与滑块(22)相连,一端与支撑板(21)上设置的凸起(213)相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带显示屏电子产品的固定结构,其特征在于:所述的滑块(22)端部设置有拨块(223),支撑板(2)表面设有开口(212),拨块(223)在开口(212)内移动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带显示屏电子产品的固定结构,其特征在于:所述的阻尼转轴(3)为分段阻尼转轴。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带显示屏电子产品的固定结构,其特征在于:所述的支撑板(2)上设置有电接触传输单元(24),下盖(13)上安装有对应的电转换接口(15)。
