Abstract

本发明涉及平板电脑配件领域，尤指一种具有电子功能的保护壳。本发明具有电子功能的保护壳使得平板具有更多的扩展功能，不仅能够保护平板电脑，还能增加平板电脑的功能，如数据传输、功能转换和充电等，更加功能多样，为用户带来更好的使用体验；把扩展模块与壳体结为一体，无电线外露，不但美观，携带方便，而且使用起来更加简易快捷，实用性强。扩展模块与壳体为可拆卸连接，在不需要使用外置键盘和扩展功能时，能够把扩展模块拆卸下来，使用更加灵活便捷；并且本保护壳还通过磁吸与对应的外置键盘电连接，使用方便，还使得平板变成一个便携式的微型笔记本电脑，特别适用于移动办公。

一种具有电子功能的保护壳
技术领域
本发明涉及平板电脑配件领域，尤指一种具有电子功能的保护壳。
背景技术
平板电脑已经越来越多的走进人们的生活，给人们带来许多生活便利。例如，人们可以使用移动终端随时随地听音乐、观看视频或进行简便办公等。为了避免平板式电脑在携带或使用时不慎摔落或与其他物品碰撞、摩擦而造成损伤，许多人会在平板式电脑外加装保护套以达到保护的效果。
但是现有的平板电脑只有一个接口完成数据传输和充电，无法同时进行充电和接收音频数据或其他数据传输，而且现有的平板电脑接口有限，而是直接采用数据线连接和转换造成使用的不方便，容易发生缠绕，不但影响美观，也不便于存放和携带，为用户带来不好的使用体验。此外，现有的平板保护壳只有单一的保护平板的作用，并没有其他电子功能作用，功能单一。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种具有电子功能的保护壳，不但能够保护平板，还具有扩展平板电子功能的作用。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种具有电子功能的保护壳，包括壳体、IPAD连接端口和扩展模块，所述壳体包括容置平板电脑的凹槽，所述IPAD连接端口设置在凹槽内，并且与平板电脑的接口位置相对应，所述扩展模块设有容置腔，所述容置腔内设有PCB板和分别用于与壳体、键盘吸附固定的磁铁，所述扩展模块分别与壳体和键盘通过磁铁吸附固定，所述壳体下侧设有连接口，并且与IPAD连接端口电连接，所述PCB板包括第一MCU芯片、第二 MCU芯片、IPAD接口、充电接口、HDMI接口、USB接口和键盘接口，所述充电接口与第一MCU芯片输入端电连接，所述HDMI接口与第一MCU芯片输出端电连接，所述IPAD连接端口通过连接口与IPAD接口电连接，所述IPAD接口与第一 MCU芯片双向传输电连接，所述第一MCU芯片通过USB接口与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接，所述键盘接口与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接。
进一步地，所述磁铁分别设于壳体下侧、扩展模块上侧和下侧，所述扩展模块上侧与壳体下侧吸附固定，所述扩展模块下侧通过磁铁与外置键盘吸附固定，所述IPAD接口设于扩展模块上侧。
进一步地，所述PCB板还包括USB音频接口、SD卡控制电路、SD卡读取接口、TF卡控制电路和TF卡读取接口，所述USB音频接口与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接，所述SD卡读取接口通过SD卡控制电路与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接，所述TF卡读取接口通过TF卡控制电路与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接。
其中，所述USB音频接口、SD卡读取接口和TF卡读取接口分别设于扩展模块侧边，所述SD卡读取接口和TF卡读取接口表面还卡接有可拆卸的塑料盖。
进一步地，所述第一MCU芯片型号为EP9631G，所述第二MCU芯片型号为 GL3510。
进一步地，所述IPAD连接端口为Lightning接口、Type-C接口或智能触点接口，所述键盘接口为pogo pin接口。
其中，所述充电接口、HDMI接口和USB接口设于扩展模块侧边，所述磁铁与键盘接口位置设于扩展模块底侧。
进一步地，所述壳体为塑料保护壳，所述保护壳侧边还设有与平板电脑按键相对应的通孔。
进一步地，所述壳体背面还设有支撑架，并且支撑架上端与壳体铰接。
其中，所述壳体背面还设有用于收纳支撑架的槽位，所述槽位形状与支撑架形状相对应。
本发明的有益效果在于：
1.本发明具有电子功能的保护壳使得平板具有更多的扩展功能，不仅能够保护平板电脑，还能增加平板电脑的功能，如数据传输、功能转换和充电等，更加功能多样，为用户带来更好的使用体验；
2.把扩展模块与壳体磁吸固定为一体，无电线外露，不但美观，携带方便，而且使用起来更加简易快捷，实用性强。
3.扩展模块与壳体为可拆卸连接，在不需要使用外置键盘和扩展功能时，能够把扩展模块拆卸下来，使用更加灵活便捷；
4.用户通过把平板电脑安装在本发明保护壳内，即可使得平板电脑与IPAD 接口电连接，用户便可以使用扩展模块的各个接口；并且本保护壳还通过磁吸与对应的外置键盘电连接，使用方便，还使得平板变成一个便携式的微型笔记本电脑，特别适用于移动办公。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。本申请可以以多种不同的形式来实现，并不限于本实施例所描述的实施方式。提供以下具体实施方式的目的是便于对本申请公开内容更清楚透彻的理解，其中上、下、左、右等指示方位的字词仅是针对所示结构在对应附图中位置而言。
请参阅图1-5所示，本发明关于一种具有电子功能的保护壳，包括壳体1、 IPAD连接端口2和扩展模块3，所述壳体1包括容置平板电脑的凹槽11，所述 IPAD连接端口2设置在凹槽11内，并且与平板电脑的接口位置相对应，所述扩展模块3设有容置腔30，所述容置腔30内设有PCB板和分别用于与壳体1、键盘吸附固定的磁铁4，所述扩展模块3分别与壳体1和键盘通过磁铁4吸附固定，所述PCB板包括第一MCU芯片31、第二MCU芯片32、IPAD接口33、充电接口 34、HDMI接口35、USB接口36和键盘接口37，所述充电接口34与第一MCU芯片31输入端电连接，所述HDMI接口35与第一MCU芯片31输出端电连接，所述IPAD连接端口2与IPAD接口33电连接，所述IPAD接口33与第一MCU芯片 31双向传输电连接，所述第一MCU芯片31通过USB接口36与第二MCU芯片32 双向传输电连接，所述键盘接口37与第二MCU芯片32双向传输电连接。其中，本实施例第一MCU芯片31型号为EP9631G，所述第二MCU芯片32型号为GL3510。
请参阅图2所示，所述磁铁4分别设于壳体1下侧、扩展模块3上侧和下侧，所述扩展模块3上侧与壳体1下侧吸附固定，所述扩展模块3下侧通过磁铁4与外置键盘吸附固定，所述壳体1下侧设有连接口12，并且与IPAD连接端口2电连接，所述IPAD接口33设于扩展模块3上侧，所述IPAD接口33通过连接口12与IPAD连接端口2电连接。扩展模块3与壳体1为可拆卸连接，在不需要使用外置键盘和扩展功能时，能够把扩展模块3拆卸下来，使用更加灵活便捷。
在本实施例中，所述PCB板还可以包括USB音频接口38、SD卡控制电路39、 SD卡读取接口310、TF卡控制电路311和TF卡读取接口312，所述USB音频接口38与第二MCU芯片32双向传输电连接，所述SD卡读取接口310通过SD卡控制电路39与第二MCU芯片32双向传输电连接，所述TF卡读取接口312通过 TF卡控制电路311与第二MCU芯片32双向传输电连接。
其中，所述USB音频接口38、SD卡读取接口310和TF卡读取接口312分别设于扩展模块3侧边，所述SD卡读取接口310和TF卡读取接口312表面还卡接有可拆卸的塑料盖，能够更好的保护接口堆积灰尘，需要使用时再拔出塑料盖；PD充电接口34、HDMI接口35和USB接口36设于扩展模块3侧边，所述磁铁4与键盘接口37位置设于扩展模块3底侧，使其与对应的外置键盘磁吸固定，更加方便快捷，本实施例磁铁4分别可以设有两个、四个或多个，在此不作限制。
为了更好的匹配不同型号的平板电脑，IPAD连接端口2可以采用Lightning 接口、Type-C接口或智能触点接口，根据对应型号的平板电脑设计其IPAD连接端口2位置和类型，比如苹果平板的触点式智能接口，使其应用更加广泛，并且其连接导线均内嵌在壳体1内部，不会外露。本实施例键盘接口37为pogo pin 接口，还可以为其他与键盘匹配的接口，在此不作限制。
本实施例中的壳体1为塑料保护壳，所述壳体1侧边还设有与平板电脑按键相对应的通孔与摄像孔，当平板电脑卡接在壳体1内时，能够露出平板电脑侧面的音量按键和控制按键，便于用户的控制。
在本实施例中，所述壳体1背面还设有支撑架3，并且支撑架3上端与壳体 1铰接，通过支撑架5对平板电脑背面进行支撑，并且能够通过调节支撑架5的支撑角度，从而改变平板电脑的倾斜角度，更加便于用于直视平板电脑的屏幕。其中，支撑架5为本领域技术中的常规支撑架5，在此不再赘述；此外，所述壳体1背面还设有用于收纳支撑架5的槽位13，所述槽位13形状与支撑架5形状相对应，采用槽位13更加便于收纳支撑架5，同时也使得整个保护壳更加美观实用。
需要进一步说明的是,扩展模块3设置在壳体1的上侧、左侧或右侧均在本发发明设计精神的前提下。除非另有明确的规定和限定，术语“连接”“固定”“设置”等术语应做广义理解，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有电子功能的保护壳，其特征在于：包括壳体、IPAD连接端口和扩展模块，所述壳体包括容置平板电脑的凹槽，所述IPAD连接端口设置在凹槽内，并且与平板电脑的接口位置相对应，所述扩展模块设有容置腔，所述容置腔内设有PCB板和分别用于与壳体、键盘吸附固定的磁铁，所述扩展模块分别与壳体和键盘通过磁铁吸附固定，所述壳体下侧设有连接口，并且与IPAD连接端口电连接，所述PCB板包括第一MCU芯片、第二MCU芯片、IPAD接口、充电接口、HDMI接口、USB接口和键盘接口，所述充电接口与第一MCU芯片输入端电连接，所述HDMI接口与第一MCU芯片输出端电连接，所述IPAD连接端口通过连接口与IPAD接口电连接，所述IPAD接口与第一MCU芯片双向传输电连接，所述第一MCU芯片通过USB接口与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接，所述键盘接口与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有电子功能的保护壳，其特征在于：所述磁铁分别设于壳体下侧、扩展模块上侧和下侧，所述扩展模块上侧与壳体下侧吸附固定，所述扩展模块下侧通过磁铁与外置键盘吸附固定，所述IPAD接口设于扩展模块上侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有电子功能的保护壳，其特征在于：所述PCB板还包括USB音频接口、SD卡控制电路、SD卡读取接口、TF卡控制电路和TF卡读取接口，所述USB音频接口与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接，所述SD卡读取接口通过SD卡控制电路与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接，所述TF卡读取接口通过TF卡控制电路与第二MCU芯片双向传输电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有电子功能的保护壳，其特征在于：所述USB音频接口、SD卡读取接口和TF卡读取接口分别设于扩展模块侧边，所述SD卡读取接口和TF卡读取接口表面还卡接有可拆卸的塑料盖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有电子功能的保护壳，其特征在于：所述第一MCU芯片型号为EP9631G，所述第二MCU芯片型号为GL3510。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有电子功能的保护壳，其特征在于：所述IPAD连接端口为Lightning接口、Type-C接口或智能触点接口，所述键盘接口为pogo pin接口。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有电子功能的保护壳，其特征在于：所述充电接口、HDMI接口和USB接口设于扩展模块侧边，所述磁铁与键盘接口位置设于扩展模块底侧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有电子功能的保护壳，其特征在于：所述壳体为塑料保护壳，所述保护壳侧边还设有与平板电脑按键相对应的通孔。
