Description
特に、ドライエッチングガスとして用いられてきた四フッ化炭素、オクタフルオロシクロブタンなどの飽和フルオロカーボン類は地球温暖化への悪影響から使用が制限されており、これらの代替物として、オクタフルオロシクロペンテン(C5F8)、ヘキサフルオロブタジエン(C4F6)、ヘキサフルオロシクロブテン(C4F6)などの分子内に炭素の不飽和結合を有するフッ化炭化水素化合物が開発されてきている。これらの炭素の不飽和結合を有するフッ化炭化水素化合物(以下、「不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物」という)は、選択比が高く微細加工のための高性能なマテリアルとして知られ、各半導体プロセスにおいて一部使用されている。これらは、地球温暖化係数は改善されているものの、元来その蒸気圧の高さや毒性の課題から管理基準濃度2ppmの規制が布かれている。さらには、現存する環境負荷の観点から、またプロセス現場において環境中のガスコンタミネーション源ともなり、高感度に検出する技術等が求められている。
前者の手法は、C5F8やC4F6と過マンガン酸塩との反応により、過マンガン酸塩の消色を利用した方法である(特許文献1)。しかしながら、以下のデメリットがある。
(1)反応が鈍く、測定できる濃度が50ppm以上の濃い条件でしか感知が難しい、(2)検出するまでの時間が50ppmで平均約19分以上と長くかかる、(3)無機物を使用しているため加工性に難点があり、検出のための形態が制限される、(4)強い酸化剤である過マンガン酸塩を使用するため、ボロン誘導体などの水素化物や錯化物などの試剤により消色が起こり誤報の原因となる。
(1)熱分解を行うため大きなエネルギーを消費する、(2)高温における熱分解を行うため、洗浄剤、絶縁体等で多用されるフッ素系液体などのガスからも同様の酸性ガスが発生し誤報の原因となる、(3)高温における熱分解を行うため、非常に危険な酸性ガスHFを発生させてしまう、(4)最終的にはその非常に危険な酸性ガスを検出しているので、他の類似の酸性ガスそのものが混入した場合、これも誤報の原因となる。
本発明は、上記の従来の技術における実状に鑑みてなされたものであって、高温熱分解や強い酸化剤を使用せずに室温付近で簡便に検出でき、さらにフッ素系液体等からの妨害ガスの干渉もうけず、敏速に高感度な、C5F8やC4F6等の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の検出方法を提供することを目的とするものである。

また、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物であるDBN、DBU、3,4,6,7,8,9-hexahydro-2H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine、HPP、tetramisoleの置換誘導体には、(3)、(4)、(5)、(8)などの環状部分に置換基を有する形態と、一般式(I)のR1-R2上、R3-R4上にメチレン鎖やその他のヘテロ原子が挿入された形態も、(1)~(9)の化合物群の中でお互い重ならない範囲で含まれる。
また、一般式(I)で表される、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物には、前述の置換基、或いは挿入されたオリゴマー又はポリマーを介して、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物が、ダイマー、トリマー、テトラマーなど2個以上結合した形態も含まれる。
例えば一例として、C2F4、C3F6、C4F6、c-C4F8、c-C5F8、CF3OCF=CF2、C2F5OCF=CF2(c-はcyclic:環状を表し、c-C5F8は、前述のC5F8と同じである、C4F6には前述の2種類がある;それぞれオクタフルオロシクロペンテン(C5F8)、ヘキサフルオロブタジエン(C4F6)、ヘキサフルオロシクロブテン(C4F6)と呼ばれる)等がある。またこれらの一部は、工業界において、冷媒、発泡剤、洗浄剤、エッチングガスとして使われることがある。これら一連の化合物は一部、環境問題にも取り上げられる不飽和結合を有するPFC(パーフルオロカーボン)と呼ばれる。これら一連の化合物の中には、酸素が結合したエーテル基を有する直鎖状のフッ素化合物もあり、環境負荷や人体への影響が懸念される。本発明はこれら検出対象の検出、例えば、漏れのチェック、警報、濃度測定などに応用される。
この化合物の一例として、CF3CHF2、CHF2CHF2、CF3CHFCF3、CF3CF2CHF2、CHF2CF2CHF2、CF3OCHFCF3、c-C5F8H2などがある。
すなわち前記(3)の、塩素及び/又は臭素のみを置換基として有する不飽和炭化水素とは、炭素-炭素二重及び/又は炭素-炭素三重結合を有する不飽和炭化水素の内、塩素のみを置換基として分子内に有する化合物、臭素のみを置換基として分子内に有する化合物、および、塩素と臭素のみを置換基として分子内に有する化合物を意味する。
これらの化合物は、例えば、工業的に使われる有機溶剤、有機合成に使われる原料、洗浄剤などに用いられる。
また、前記(4)の、塩素及び/又は臭素のみを置換基として有する炭素が2つ以上の飽和炭化水素とは、炭素が2つ以上の飽和炭化水素の内、少なくとも水素を有しかつ塩素のみを置換基として分子内に有する化合物、少なくとも水素を有しかつ臭素のみを置換基として分子内に有する化合物、および、少なくとも水素を有し塩素と臭素のみを置換基として分子内に有する化合物を意味する。
例えば、有機溶剤中毒予防規則に準ずる有機溶剤、クロロカーボン(モントリオール議定書では製造・消費禁止)が一部含まれる。
これらの化合物の一部は、有機溶媒や有機合成、溶かすための溶剤または、車等の空調機器や、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫の冷媒として使われることがある。これらの化合物の一部は、ハロン類縁体に似た化合物もあり、環境破壊や人体への影響が懸念されるため、除去、分解、回収や取扱いの際には、漏れや大気中への拡散において、その検出が重要である。本発明は、これらの塩化物及び/又は臭化物のガス状や液体状の検出対象を、同様に検出可能であり、これら検出対象の検出、例えば、漏れのチェック、警報、濃度測定などに応用される。
混合する有機物としては、一般的な有機溶媒(例えば、エタノールやエチレングリコールやグリセリンなどのアルコール類、ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)やN-メチル-ピロリドン(NMP)やヘキサメチルフォスフォルアミド(HMPA)などのアミド類、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)やジオキサンなどのエーテル類)、ジイソプロピルアミン(LDA用)やトリイソブチルアミンやジシクロヘキシルメチルアミンやペンタメチルピペリドンなどの有機液体、ウレア類などの有機固体、セルロースやポリエチレンやポリブタジエンやポリエチレンアクリレートやポリイミドポリ安息香酸などの有機ポリマー、ピリジニウムイオンやイミダゾールイオン、窒素化合物、リン化合物などからなるすべてのイオン液体、などが挙げられる。特に、イオン液体は蒸気圧が極めて低く、混合物における検出剤の濃度変化や、全体の質量変化を抑えることができ、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物、又は分子内に少なくとも水素-炭素部分を有し、かつその水素-炭素部分の炭素に結合している隣の炭素にアニオン性脱離基が結合しているガス状の炭化水素のフッ化物、もしくはそれらの塩化物誘導体、臭化物誘導体の検出を安定に、また正確に行うことができる。
(1)検出対象とするガスを、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物を含んだ液体へバブリングする態様、
(2)検出対象とするガスを、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物を含んだポリマー膜に吹き付ける態様、
(3)検出対象とするガスを、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物を含んだセルロースに通過させる態様、
(4)検出対象とするガスを、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物を含んだテープ上もしくはシート上に吹き付ける態様、
(5)検出対象とするガスを、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物を含んだ網目状のテープもしくはシートに通過もしくは吹き付ける態様、
(6)検出対象とするガスを、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物を含んだビーズもしくは粒子を内包した筒の内部に通過させる態様、
(7)検出対象とするガスを、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物を含んだビーズもしくは粒子を固定したテープに通過もしくは吹き付ける態様
などがあり、あらゆる態様を含む、
(8)上記(1)~(7)を含む、検出対象とするものが液体状になったあらゆる態様。
上記(1)~(7)に記載のポリマー膜やセルロースやテープやシートにはアミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環が含有されており、その形態は、オリゴマーやポリマーの形態、物理的もしくは化学的結合を有する形態など、前述のすべての形態を含む。以上説明したアミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物を含んだものは、本発明の検出剤となる。
例えば、吸光度の変化は、紫外可視光領域における波長の光の透過率の変化に起因するもので、本発明における紫外可視光領域とは、真空紫外線を含む紫外光領域から紫、青、緑、黄、橙、赤色を含む可視光領域の光の領域を意味し、波長では200~800nmの範囲が好ましい。光源の観点から特に300~700nmの範囲が最も好ましい。これらの色の変化においては、それを直接目視して、もしくは機械を用いて色の変化を観察し、比色によっても検出や検査ができる。
(実施例1)
DBU約30mgをヌジョール(流動パラフィン)約1mLに混合した。そこへ冷却した濃度10mMのC5F8のテトラヒドロフラン(THF)溶液0.1mLを加えると、紫外可視吸収波長帯である450nm前後±100nmにおいて色の変化が確認できた。紫外可視光の測定はOceanOptics SpectraSuiteを用いた。紫外可視光用の光源はHg-Xeランプを用いた。以下の実施例も同様である。
色が変化した物質の赤外吸収スペクトルからC-F振動特有の1100~1300cm-1のシグナルが観測できる。この変化は、X線光電子分光法の観測においても検出できる。F1sに特有の、C5F8とDBUとの反応による光電子運動エネルギーに対応する約690eVのピークが検出される。赤外吸収およびX線光電子分光の測定はそれぞれBioRadおよびESCA-KMを用いた。以下の実施例も同様である。
以上、光学的変化の各手法により、液体状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
DBU約40mgをヌジョール約1mLに溶解させKBr上に吸着させた。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度50ppmのC5F8を注射器でとり、該KBr表面に吹き付けると、紫外可視吸収波長帯である440nm前後±100nmにおいて色の変化が確認できた。
色が変化した物質の赤外吸収スペクトルからC-F振動特有の1100~1300cm-1のシグナルが観測できる。この変化は、X線光電子分光法の観測においても検出できる。F1sに特有の、C5F8とDBUとの反応による光電子運動エネルギーに対応する約690eVのピークが検出される。
以上、光学的変化の各手法により、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。

以上、光学的変化の各手法により、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8とC4F6の混合ガスを検出できた。
DBU約50mgを有機溶媒の1種であるN-メチル-2-ピロリドン(NMP)1mLに混合した。そこへ濃度20mMのC5F8のTHF溶液0.5mLを加えると、紫外可視吸収波長帯である420nm前後±100nmにおいて色の変化が確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを使うことにより、液体状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
DBN約10gmをアセトニトリル約1mLに溶解させた。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度5ppmのC5F810mLと濃度5ppmのC4F610mLを1:1で混合し注射器でとり、該DBN溶液にバブリングすると、紫外可視吸収変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8とC4F6の混合ガスを検出できた。
DBN約10mgをメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、流量800mL/分で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物であるセルロースが共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を2ppmのレベルで検出できた。
DBN約10mgをメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへ約30000ppm(3%)の過剰なガルデンHT70が存在する室内空気ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、流量800mL/分で該セルロースに1分吹き付けた後、検出を行うと紫外可視領域の反射率変化が同様に400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物であるセルロースが共存する態様を使うことにより、妨害ガスであるパーフルオロエーテルの存在下にもかかわらず、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を2ppmのレベルで検出できた。
DBN約10mgをメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへ約40000ppm(4%)の過剰なフロリナートFC-84が存在する室内空気ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、流量800mL/分で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が同様に400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物であるセルロースが共存する態様を使うことにより、妨害ガスであるパーフルオロカーボンの存在下にもかかわらず、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を2ppmのレベルで検出できた。
DBN約10mgをメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへ約35000ppm(3.5%)の過剰なノベック7100が存在する室内空気ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、流量800mL/分で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が同様に400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物であるセルロースが共存する態様を使うことにより、妨害ガスであるハイドロフルオロエーテルの存在下にもかかわらず、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を2ppmのレベルで検出できた。
DBN約500mgとトルエン10mLに溶解したポリブタジエン溶液800mgを混合した液を一部取り、ガラス表面に塗布してTHFを窒素雰囲気下、乾燥させた。混合の比率はあらゆる値をとることができ、本実施例に限定されるものではない。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度5ppmのC5F8のガスを、該表面に吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
DBN約60mgをトリイソブチルアミン約120mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。混合の比率はあらゆる値をとることができ、本実施例に限定されるものではない。そこへ室内空気ベースのガス状の濃度0.1ppmのC5F8のガスを、約800mL/分の流量で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
本実施例においては、一例として、基準となる波長を600nmとし、それに対する400nmの反射率の変化の絶対値を、時間に対してプロットした。すなわち、この場合、反射率スペクトルにおいて、400nmの反射率の値から、600nmの反射率の値を引いた差分の絶対値を測定し、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出している。なお、スペクトル変化を捉える際、本実施例の条件に限定されるものではなく、流量や測定する波長、ある波長域の積分値などあらゆる組み合わせが可能である。
図1は、その結果を示すグラフである。図1に示されるように、1分以内に有意な反射率の変化が捉えられており、また時間にほぼ比例して変化が観測できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を高感度(0.1ppm)に検出できた。
DBN約40mgと有機溶媒の一種であるNMP0.5mLの混合物を多孔質アルミナ板にしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、約800mL/分の流量で該アルミナ板に吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。混合の比率はあらゆる値をとることができ、本実施例に限定されるものではない。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、約600mL/分の流量で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
本実施例においては、一例として、基準となる波長を600nmとし、それに対する370nmの反射率の変化の絶対値を、時間に対してプロットした。すなわち、この場合、反射率スペクトルにおいて、370nmの反射率の値から、600nmの反射率の値を引いた差分の絶対値を測定し、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出している。なお、スペクトル変化を捉える際、本実施例の条件に限定されるものではなく、流量や測定する波長、ある波長域の積分値などあらゆる組み合わせが可能である。

以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBUを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC4F6を検出できた。

DBN約90mgをトリイソブチルアミン約90mgに混合し、メッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、そこへ室内空気ベースのガス状の濃度1ppmのC5F8と、濃度1ppmのC4F6と、濃度1ppmのC5F8H2を、約1:1:1で混合し、約600mL/分の流量で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状のフッ化物の混合ガスを検出できた。
4,4-dimethyl-DBN約50mgをNMP0.5mLに溶かし、メッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、約800mL/分の流量で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNの置換誘導体を含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
4,7-dimethyl-DBN約60mgをNMP0.5mLに溶かし、メッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。そこへドライ純空気ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、約800mL/分の流量で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNの置換誘導体を含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
4-phenyl-DBN約80mgをNMP0.5mLに溶かし、メッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、約800mL/分の流量で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNの置換誘導体を含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-2H-primido[1,2-a]pyrimidine(HPP)がポリマーの側鎖として共有結合している高分子JANDAJEL-1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-2H-primido[1,2-a]pyrimidine50mgをポリブタジエンのTHF溶液1mLに分散させ、その液をガラス表面に塗布しTHFを窒素雰囲気下、乾燥させる。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度50ppmのC5F8のガスを、該表面に吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともHPPの置換誘導体を含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
なお、本実施例に限らず、加工性に富む有機ポリマーやセルロース、さらにはアルミナ、ガラスなどの態様も可能で、あらゆる形態に本発明は応用される。
3,4,6,7,8,9-hexahydro-2H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine約60mgをメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度50ppmのC5F8のガスを、約800mL/分の流量で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物である3,4,6,7,8,9-hexahydro-2H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidineを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
7-imino-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrimido[2,1-a]isoquinoline30mgとNMP1mLの混合液をメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。なお本実施例で用いた7-imino-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrimido[2,1-a]isoquinolineは、一般式(I)におけるR3-R4が、一般的な炭化水素基、すなわち、有機化学におけるすべての官能基のうち、ヘテロ原子のひとつである窒素を有するイミノ基およびベンゼン環が置換されており、化合物として3環性の窒素化合物で、DBNの類縁体である。
そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度50ppmのC5F8のガスを、約800mL/分の流量で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、アミジン骨格を中心とした3環性の窒素化合物である7-imino-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrimido[2,1-a]isoquinolineを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。

tetramisole約90mgをジメチルホルムアミドDMF1mLに溶かし、メッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、ガス状のC5F8のガスを吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物であるtetramisoleを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。

なお、本発明における検出で、光学的な変化の種類になんら限定されることはなく、あらゆる光学的変化の各手法および組み合わせにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できる。
7-imino-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrimido[2,1-a]isoquinoline約40mgをNMP1mLに溶かし、そこへドライ窒素ベースのガス状の濃度50ppmのC5F8のガスをバブリングすると、紫外可視領域の400nm前後±100nmにおいて吸光度の変化が確認できると伴に、254nm励起によるUV発光が観測された。
なお、本発明における検出で、光学的な変化の種類になんら限定されることはなく、あらゆる光学的変化の各手法および組み合わせにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できる。
金を蒸着してあるQCM(Quarts Crystal Microbalance:水晶天秤)の表面を6-hydroxyhexanethiolのエタノール溶液に浸漬した。得られた表面にDBUエタノール溶液をキャストし、窒素雰囲気下、乾燥させた。その膜表面をチャンバー内のQCM装置にセットし、2ppmのC5F8のガスを流入すると、QCM上に形成した該膜表面の質量変化に伴い、QCMの共振周波数(この場合、約6MHz)の変化が確認できた。
本実施例では、共振周波数の変化を質量変化に換算したものを縦軸にして、その時間変化をプロットした。その結果を、図3のグラフの破線で示す。
図3(破線)から明らかなように、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物との反応による質量変化を用いて、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種である、2ppmのC5F8を検出できた。

DBNとジシクロヘキシルメチルアミンとをモル比約1:1.6で混合した液をメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースに約2μLしみこませた。そこへ約28%(28万ppm)の過剰なフロリナート72が存在する乾燥空気ベースに含まれるガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、流量800mL/分で該セルロースに1分吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が同様に400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物であるセルロースとジシクロヘキシルメチルアミンが共存する態様を使うことにより、妨害ガスであるパーフルオロカーボンの存在下にもかかわらず、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を2ppmのレベルで検出できた。
DBNとジシクロヘキシルメチルアミンとをモル比約1:1.6で混合した液をメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースに約2μLしみこませた。そこへ約26%の過剰なノベック7100が存在する乾燥空気ベースに含まれるガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、流量800mL/分で該セルロースに1分吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が同様に400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物であるセルロースとジシクロヘキシルメチルアミンが共存する態様を使うことにより、大過剰の妨害ガスの存在下にもかかわらず、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を2ppmのレベルで検出できた。
DBNとジシクロヘキシルメチルアミンとをモル比約1:1.6で混合した液をメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースに約2μLしみこませた。そこへ濃度約13ppmの過剰な塩酸ガスが存在する乾燥空気ベースに含まれるガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、流量800mL/分で該セルロースに1分吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が同様に400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。尚、塩酸ガスのみでは、同様の反射率変化は観測されない。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物であるセルロースとジシクロヘキシルメチルアミンが共存する態様を使うことにより、大過剰の酸ガスの存在下にもかかわらず、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を2ppmのレベルで検出できた。
DBNとジシクロヘキシルメチルアミンとをモル比約1:1.6で混合した液をメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースに約2μLしみこませた。そこへ濃度約48ppmの過剰なアンモニアガスが存在する乾燥空気ベースに含まれるガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、流量800mL/分で該セルロースに1分吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が同様に400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。尚、アンモニアガスのみでは、同様の反射率変化は観測されない。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物であるセルロースとジシクロヘキシルメチルアミンが共存する態様を使うことにより、大過剰の妨害ガス(アルカリガス)の存在下にもかかわらず、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を2ppmのレベルで検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。そこへ乾燥空気ベースのガス状の濃度約50%の1,1,1,3,3,3-ヘキサフルオロプロパン(C3F6H2)のガスを約900mL/分の流量で、該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の分子内に少なくとも水素-炭素部分を有し、かつその水素-炭素部分の炭素に結合している隣の炭素にアニオン性脱離基が結合している炭化水素のフッ化物であり、HFC(ハイドロフルオロカーボン)の一種でもあるC3F6H2を検出できた。

以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の分子内に少なくとも水素-炭素部分を有し、かつその水素-炭素部分の炭素に結合している隣の炭素にアニオン性脱離基が結合している炭化水素のフッ化物であり、HFC(ハイドロフルオロカーボン)の一種でもあるC2F5Hを検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへエタノールに溶かした濃度約40%のβ-(n-ヘプタフルオロプロピル)プロピオン酸を約40℃に加熱した該セルロースに垂らすと、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、液体状の分子内に少なくとも水素-炭素部分を有し、かつその水素-炭素部分の炭素に結合している隣の炭素にアニオン性脱離基が結合している炭化水素のフッ化物であり、アニオン性脱離基以外の一般的な官能基が置換されているカルボキシル基を有するβ-(n-ヘプタフルオロプロピル)プロピオン酸を検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。そこへ乾燥空気ベースのガス状の濃度約30%の1,1-ジクロロ-2,2,2-トリフルオロエタン(C2Cl2F3H)のガスを約900mL/分の流量で、該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の分子内に少なくとも水素-炭素部分を有し、かつその水素-炭素部分の炭素に結合している隣の炭素にアニオン性脱離基が結合している炭化水素のフッ化物であり、HCFC(ハイドロクロロフルオロカーボン)の一種でもあるC2Cl2F3Hを検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへ1,1,1,4,4,4-ヘキサフルオロ-2-ブチンの飽和ガスをドラフト中注意深く約40℃に加熱した該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の炭素‐炭素3重結合を有する不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種である1,1,1,4,4,4-ヘキサフルオロ-2-ブチンを検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへトルエンに溶かした濃度約10%のテトラクロルエチレンを約50℃に加熱した該セルロースに垂らすと、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、液体状の塩素のみを置換基として有する不飽和炭化水素で、第2種有機溶剤であり、クロロカーボンの一種でもあるテトラクロルエチレンを検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへトリクロルエチレンの飽和ガスを約50℃に加熱した該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の塩素のみを置換基として有する不飽和炭化水素で、クロロカーボンの一種でもあるトリクロルエチレンガスを検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへTHFに溶かした濃度約20%のオクタクロロシクロペンテンを約50℃に加熱した該セルロースに垂らすと、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、液体状の塩素のみを置換基として有する不飽和炭化水素であるオクタクロロシクロペンテンを検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへトルエンに溶かした濃度約10%の1,1,2,2-テトラクロロエタン(C2Cl4H2)を約50℃に加熱した該セルロースに垂らすと、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、液体状の塩素のみを置換基として有する炭素が2個以上の飽和炭化水素であるC2Cl4H2を検出できた。

以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、液体状の塩素及び臭素のみを置換基として有する炭素が2個以上の飽和炭化水素であるC2Br2Cl2H2を検出できた。

以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の臭素のみを置換基として有する不飽和炭化水素である1,2-ジブロモエチレンガスを検出できた。
DBN約60mgをジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン約100mgに混合しメッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませた。そこへトルエンに溶かした濃度約20%の1,2-ジブロモシクロ-1-ペンテンを約70℃に加熱した該セルロースに垂らすと、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物が共存する態様を使うことにより、液体状の臭素のみを置換基として有する炭素が2個以上の不飽和炭化水素である1,2-ジブロモシクロ-1-ペンテンを検出できた。
DBN約40mgを、モレキュラーシーブ4Aにより乾燥させた1-メチル-3-n-オクチルイミダゾリウムブロミド約60mgに混合し、メッシュ径約3μmのセルロースにしみこませ、流量制御が可能なガスラインの途中に設置した。混合の比率はあらゆる値をとることができ、本実施例に限定されるものではない。そこへ室内空気ベースのガス状の濃度2ppmのC5F8のガスを、約800mL/分の流量で該セルロースに吹き付けると、紫外可視領域の反射率変化が400nm前後±100nmにおいて確認できた。
以上、光学的変化の手法の一つを用い、少なくともDBNを含み、かつそれ以外の有機物、この場合イオン液体が共存する態様を使うことにより、ガス状の不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物の一種であるC5F8を検出できた。
Claims (25)
- (1)不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物、(2)分子内に少なくとも水素-炭素部分を有しかつその水素-炭素部分の炭素に結合している隣の炭素にアニオン性脱離基が結合している炭化水素のフッ化物、(3)塩素及び/又は臭素のみを置換基として有する不飽和炭化水素、及び(4)塩素及び/又は臭素のみを置換基として有する炭素が2つ以上の飽和炭化水素から選ばれるいずれかのハロゲン化物を検出する検出剤であって、下記の一般式(I)で表される、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物を有効成分とすることを特徴とする検出剤。
- 前記(1)の、不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物、又は前記(2)の、分子内に少なくとも水素-炭素部分を有しかつその水素-炭素部分の炭素に結合している隣の炭素にアニオン性脱離基が結合している炭化水素のフッ化物が、ガス状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出剤。
- 前記の一般式(I)で表される、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物が、1,5-diazabicyclo[4,3,0]non-5-ene(DBN)及び/又はその置換誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の検出剤。
- 前記の一般式(I)で表される、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物が、1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec-7-ene(DBU)及び/又はその置換誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の検出剤。
- 前記の一般式(I)で表される、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物が、1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-2H-primido[1,2-a]pyrimidine(HPP)(別名1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4,4,0]dec-5-en)及び/又はその置換誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の検出剤。
- 前記の一般式(I)で表される、アミジン骨格を中心とした少なくとも2つの環を有する窒素化合物が、tetramisole(別名Levamisole)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の検出剤。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載された検出剤を用いたハロゲン化物の検出方法であって、該検出剤と、(1)不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物、(2)分子内に少なくとも水素-炭素部分を有し、かつその水素-炭素部分の炭素に結合している隣の炭素にアニオン性脱離基が結合している炭化水素のフッ化物、(3)塩素及び/又は臭素のみを置換基として有する不飽和炭化水素、及び(4)塩素及び/又は臭素のみを置換基として有する炭素が2つ以上の飽和炭化水素から選ばれるいずれかのハロゲン化物との反応を用いて、前記ハロゲン化物を検出することを特徴とするハロゲン化物の検出方法。
- 前記(1)の、不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物、又は前記(2)の、分子内に少なくとも水素-炭素部分を有しかつその水素-炭素部分の炭素に結合している隣の炭素にアニオン性脱離基が結合している炭化水素のフッ化物が、ガス状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出方法。
- 前記反応が、前記検出剤以外の有機物が共存する条件下で行われることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の検出方法。
- 前記反応による光学的変化を検出することを特徴とする請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載の検出方法。
- 前記の光学的変化として、吸光度、反射率、赤外振動、発光、燐光、屈折率、液晶状態、及びX線による光電子運動エネルギーの変化から選ばれる1つ又は2つ以上を検出することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の検出方法。
- 前記光学的変化として、紫外可視光領域の吸光度変化又は反射率変化を用いることにより、濃度が50ppm以下のハロゲン化物を検出することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の検出方法。
- 前記光学的変化として、紫外可視光領域の吸光度変化又は反射率変化を用いることにより、濃度が5ppm以下のハロゲン化物を検出することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の検出方法。
- 前記反応による質量変化を検出することを特徴とする請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載の検出方法。
- 前記検出剤を、振動体表面上もしくはQCM基板上に少なくとも吸着させ、その膜表面と前記ハロゲン化物との反応による質量変化を振動体表面の振動数変化もしくは前記QCM基板の共振周波数変化でとらえることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の検出方法。
- 前記(1)の、不飽和炭化水素のフッ化物が、C5F8又はC4F6或いはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項7~15のいずれか1項に記載の検出方法。
