Abstract

La présente invention concerne un matériau de transfert en film métallique mince comportant un film métallique isolant qui, d'une part présente des caractéristiques suffisantes concernant la transmission des ondes électromagnétiques et l'isolation, et d'autre part fait preuve d'une résistance élevée à la corrosion, notamment par oxydation ou hydroxylation, tout en conservant un bon aspect du métal. Selon un premier mode de réalisation, ce matériau de transfert en film métallique mince est obtenu en empilant, dans l'ordre suivant, une couche de décollement en résine, une couche de protection en résine, une couche isolante en film de métallique mince, et une couche adhésive sur au moins une surface d'un film de base transparent. L'épaisseur (X) de la couche isolante en film de métallique mince est alors de 5 à 100 nm, le coefficient de transmission totale de la lumière (Tr) exprimé en % respecte l'équation Tr ≥ 87,522 x Exp (-0,0422 x X). Selon un second mode de réalisation, ce matériau de transfert en film métallique mince est obtenu en empilant, dans l'ordre suivant, une couche de décollement en résine, une couche de protection en résine, une couche en film de métallique mince, une couche isolante en film de métallique mince, et une couche adhésive sur au moins une surface d'un film de base transparent, auquel cas la couche en film de métallique mince présente une masse de dépôt par unité de surface de 15-700 ng/cm2. L'épaisseur de la couche isolante en film de métallique mince est alors de 5 à 100 nm, le coefficient de transmission totale de la lumière (Tr) exprimé en % respectant l'équation Tr ≥ 87,522 x Exp (-0,0422 x X).
