Definitions
- the present invention is provided in a fuel flow path between a fuel supply port and a fuel tank, and when a fuel supply nozzle having a diameter less than a predetermined diameter is inserted into the fuel flow path, the fuel supply by the fuel flow nozzle is prevented.
- the present invention relates to an improvement in an erroneous fueling prevention device that allows fueling when a fueling nozzle having a predetermined diameter is inserted into a flow path.
- Patent Document 1 There is a device disclosed in Patent Document 1 as a device for preventing unscheduled fuel supply by a fuel supply nozzle that does not reach a predetermined diameter, that is, erroneous fueling with a mechanical structure.
- a flap serving as a valve body is rotatably attached to one of a pair of receiving means that can be spread outward, and in a state before the pair of receiving means are spread, the free ends of the flaps are paired. It is engaged with the other of the receiving means to prevent the flap from rotating to the valve opening position.
- the flap is allowed to rotate to the valve-opening position when a refueling nozzle of a thickness that allows the pair of receiving means to disengage between the dimensions to be disengaged, that is, a thickness that pushes and spreads, is inserted. It has come to be.
- a refueling nozzle of a thickness that allows the pair of receiving means to disengage between the dimensions to be disengaged that is, a thickness that pushes and spreads
- the main problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an apparatus that can prevent erroneous lubrication more reliably with a mechanical structure.
- an erroneous fueling prevention device is provided in a fuel flow path between a fueling port and a fuel tank.
- a flap valve is provided on one of the first and second sliders facing each other with the fuel flow path in between, and the fuel nozzle is brought into contact with one of the sliders when the fuel nozzle of a predetermined diameter is inserted. Movement of one slider in the separation direction allows movement of both sliders in the other separation direction, and movement of the other slider in the separation direction by contact of the oiling nozzle permits opening of the flap valve. It was supposed to be.
- the erroneous fueling prevention device is an erroneous fueling prevention device provided in the fuel flow path between the fueling port and the fuel tank.
- a flap valve positioned at a valve closing position for closing the fuel flow path by urging to prevent entry of a fuel nozzle;
- a first slider that supports the flap valve so as to be openable and closable and is slidably supported in a direction crossing the axis of the fuel flow path;
- a second slider having an engagement portion for the flap valve in the valve closing position and supported so as to be slidable in a direction crossing the axis of the fuel flow path;
- Biasing means for biasing the first slider and the second slider in the proximity direction;
- a locking member that prevents the movement of either the first slider or the second slider against the biasing of the biasing means in the separating direction; The blocking of the movement by the lock member is caused by the other of the first slider and the second slider being moved against the urging force of the
- the movement of the first slider and the second slider against the urging of the urging means is allowed by the abutment of one of the oil supply nozzles, and the movement of the one slider causes the second to move.
- the slider is assumed to be disengaged from the flap valve.
- the lock member is further supported so as to be slidable between a lock position and a non-lock position that prevent movement of either the first slider or the second slider in the separation direction. It is one of the preferred embodiments that the bullet is energized toward the direction. Further, in this case, the lock member further has a contact portion with respect to the back portion of one of the first slider and the second slider, and follows the axis of the fuel flow path against the bias. It is preferable to move in the direction to the unlocked position so as to release the contact of the contact portion with the back portion.
- the flap valve Since the movement of the flap valve that opens the fuel flow path to the open position is permitted only by the movement of one of the first and second sliders as a trigger, the movement is allowed for the first time.
- the flap valve In addition to the movement of the other of the first and second sliders, the flap valve is moved to the valve open position unless a fuel oil nozzle of a thickness that moves one of them for a predetermined distance, that is, a fuel nozzle of a predetermined diameter is inserted into the fuel flow path. Will not be generated. For example, even if a refueling nozzle that does not reach a predetermined diameter is inserted into the fuel flow path and is operated so as to be swung within the fuel flow path, the flap is only generated by causing the other movement of the first and second sliders. The valve is never opened.
- the present invention it is possible to reliably prevent unscheduled fuel supply by the fuel supply nozzle that does not reach the predetermined diameter, that is, erroneous fuel supply.
