Description
Claims (4)
- 燃料タンクに連通するフィラーパイプの一端に設けられる給油口開閉装置であって、
内部に通路が形成され、軸線が鉛直方向に対して角度を有するように前記フィラーパイプの一端に接続された筒部材と、
前記通路内に回転可能に設けられ、付勢部材に前記通路の外端側へと常時付勢されて前記通路を閉塞する一方、前記通路に外端側から挿入される給油ノズルに押圧され、前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記通路の内端側へと回転した際に前記通路を開く弁体と
を有し、
前記筒部材は、その側周部の外面が下方を向く部分であって、当該筒部材の軸線方向において前記弁体の閉位置における前記外端側の部分に対応する部分に、当該筒部材の外面と内面とを連通する排出孔を有し、
前記弁体は、前記外端側の部分に前記排出孔へと向かって延在する複数の排出溝を有することを特徴とする給油口開閉装置。 - 前記筒部材は、前記フィラーパイプと一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給油口開閉装置。
- 前記筒部材の軸線方向から見て、前記弁体の回転軸が、前記排出溝の延在方向と概ね直交することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の給油口開閉装置。
- 前記通路内の前記弁体よりも外端側に回転可能に設けられ、通常時においては付勢部材に前記通路の外端側へと付勢されて前記通路を閉塞する一方、前記通路に外端側から挿入される給油ノズルに押圧され、前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記通路の内端側へと回転して前記通路を開く補助弁体を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つの項に記載の給油口開閉装置。
