Definitions
- the present invention relates to a clip composed of a male member and a female member among the clips.
- FIG. 6A shows conventional clips listed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 below.
- the male member 109 is provided at the upper end portion of the shaft portion 115 that can be locked to the locking portion 112 provided on the panel 111 and protrudes in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the shaft portion 115.
- Part 113, hook-like part 114 provided below shaft part 115 from head part 113 and projecting in parallel with head part 113, engagement bulging part 115a provided at the lower end part of shaft part 115,
- This clip is attached to the panel 111 by sandwiching a locking portion 112 provided on the panel 111 between the head portion 113 and the hook-shaped portion 114.
- the female member 110 includes a cylindrical trunk portion 117 that is inserted into the mounting hole 102 of the panel 101, and a flange that is provided at the upper end portion of the trunk portion 117 and extends in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the trunk portion 117. Part 118 and a plurality of slits 119 cut from the lower end part of body part 117 to the upper end side.
- the female member 110 is attached by inserting the body portion 117 from the attachment hole 102 of the panel 101 and pushing the body portion 117 until the flange portion 118 contacts the panel 101.
- the male bulge portion 115 a of the male member 109 is inserted from the insertion opening at the center of the trunk portion 117 of the female member 110 and protrudes from the lower end of the trunk portion 117, so that the male member 109 does not come out of the female member 110.
- the panel 111 is fixed to the panel 101.
- the engaging force of the female member 110 with respect to the panel 101 becomes strong, but there is a possibility that liquid such as water may enter the panel 111 side (upper surface side) from the body portion 117 of the female member 110. This is partly due to insufficient pressure contact force of the flange portion 118 with respect to the panel 101, and when the male member 109 attached to the panel 111 is inserted into the female member 110 attached to the panel 101 in an inclined state. Another reason is that the male member 109 and the female member 110 are engaged with each other in a state in which the flange portion 114 is partially floated with respect to the flange portion 118, so that a gap is easily formed.
- FIG. 6B shows an example of the countermeasure.
- liquid leakage prevention packings 105 and 106 are used.
- the packing 105 serves to maintain the watertightness between the panel 101 and the flange portion 118

- Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 disclose structures that improve water tightness without using such packing.
- the diameter of the hook-shaped part provided in the shaft part of the male member is larger than the opening at the upper end of the body part of the female member, as compared with the structure shown in FIG.
- the male member is removed from the female member by making it smaller than the diameter of the mounting hole provided in the other panel and engaging the hooked portion of the shaft portion of the male member protruding from the body portion of the female member. It has been stopped.
- the flange portion of the shaft portion of the male member is in pressure contact with the edge of the opening formed at the upper end of the body portion of the female member.
- the shape of the hook-shaped portion of the male member is an umbrella shape that can cover the entire flange portion of the female member from the outside as compared with FIG. ing. Then, in a state where the shaft portion of the male member protrudes from the body portion of the female member and is locked to each other, the umbrella-shaped hook-shaped portion presses against the other panel.
- the male member side hook-shaped portion is the upper edge of the opening portion of the trunk portion on the female member side in a state where the panels are fixed by engaging the male member and the female member. Therefore, the internal space of the body portion of the female member and the space between the two panels are sealed from the outside.
- Patent Document 2 when the male member and the female member are engaged, the flange portion on the male member side covers the flange portion of the female member from the outside, and the flange portion is attached to the panel to which the female member is attached. Is pressed with a predetermined pressure, so that the internal space of the body portion of the female member is sealed from the space between the two panels. Further, in the structure shown in each document, for example, even when the female member and the male member attached to each panel are relatively displaced along the panel, the sealed state is difficult to be damaged, and Can maintain a stable bonding state.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a clip that can provide water tightness that is similar to or higher than that in the case of using packing without using packing as in the above-mentioned patent document.
