- a self-ventilated brake disc according to the invention, generally referenced with 1, comprises a one-piece body obtained by a casting process that is essentially formed by a circular crown of friction 2 and a hub 3 that transmits the torque to the entire disk assembly 1 intended to be fixed on the axis of the wheel of the vehicle, in which the circular crown 2 includes a plurality of grooves 4 arranged radially with respect to the disc center
- each of the grooves 4 is provided with a pair of portions 5, 6 which they have a predetermined width, as a "bridge" (see Figure 4), which are separated by a predetermined distance defining two circumferential paths so as to reduce the wear of the tablet (not shown), such portions being 5, 6 located on both opposite sides of the brake disc 1.
