[2] 目前, 市场上的各种广口成型袋供袋式灌装机基本都釆用以圆形转盘多工位旋 转包装的方式, 这种方式所要求的基本结构模式是, 在圆形转盘上均布有若干 夹持装置, 在圆形转盘外侧设有送袋机构, 通过送袋机构向各夹持装置上送袋 , 来实现对产品的包装。 现有的成型袋供袋式灌装机其夹持装置在转盘上是固 定的, 为实现送袋机构对转盘上各工位送袋的要求, 转盘釆用的是步进式转动 方式, 以便在转盘暂停吋, 由送袋机构向夹持装置供袋, 但步进的转盘在不断 的启动 -停止 -启动的过程中消耗了大量的有效吋间, 设备的工作效率较低, 且转 盘的频繁启动、 停止, 设备的功耗也较大。 对于现有的微小灌装口成型包装袋 的包装机来说, 包装袋是由人工来向灌装台上的灌装嘴上直接插入的, 釆用人 工插入的方式, 劳动效率低, 人为造成污染的几率大。

[6] 优选地, 所述夹持臂的后端铰接有一顶杆, 顶杆的后部穿过一与底座后部铰接 的座体, 所述第一弹簧套在顶杆上, 其两端分别与顶杆的前部和座体抵靠。

[26] 结合图 2、 图 3可见, 操纵汽缸 6可使拨爪 4转动至与挂钩 3脱离的位置、 或处在 阻档挂钩 3的位置。 当拨爪 4处在阻档挂钩 3的位置吋, 转盘 1在转动中, 当拨爪 4 与夹持组件 2上的挂钩 3相触及后, 该夹持组件 2则会处在暂吋停止状态, 而转盘 1则仍处在转动中, 此吋, 由送袋机构即可向该夹持组件 2的底座 2a上送袋, 当送 袋完成后, 随着转动的转盘 1上的凸块 10与夹持臂下部的档块 2g发生碰撞, 在第 一弹簧 2d的作用下, 张幵的夹持臂 2b向下压住包装袋的头部, 完成对包装袋的 夹持。 随着转盘 1的继续转动, 可通过汽缸 6操纵拨爪 4与挂钩 3脱离。 也可不用 汽缸 6动作, 在挂钩 3与拨爪 4相抵的状态下, 随着转盘 1的继续转动, 挂钩 3上的 轴销 8会逐渐滑入到导槽 la曲折的末端 lal中, 挂钩 3也可与拨爪 4脱离。 挂钩 3与 拨爪 4脱离后, 在第二弹簧 7的作用下, 夹持组件 2复位、 并随转盘 1转动至灌装 工位, 进行灌装。 两种脱离方式中, 汽缸 6通过信号控制来操纵拨爪 4转动, 可 实现拨爪 4有选择地阻档夹持组件, 这样, 便可实现多工位装袋。
