Description

    Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to product-packing machine fields, and more particularly, to a receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine.
  • Background of the Invention
  • At present, various bag-supplying type filling machines for wide-mouthed shaping bags on the market are all in the form of multi-station rotary packing by use of a round rotary table; the basic structure mode required for this form is that there are a number of clamping devices uniformly distributed on the round rotary table, and that a bag-supplying structure is arranged outside the round rotary table; bags are supplied to respective clamping device via the bag-supplying structure, so as to implement the product packing. For example, JP2001088810 discloses a packaging bag lateral move preventive device of continuous high speed filling and packaging machine, wherein a pair of right and left lateral move preventing disk panels which coaxially rotate at the bottom of many clamps provided on the periphery of a round table rotating intermittently are provided for clamping the bottom of a packaging bag held hanging down by the clamps and for preventing the lateral move of the bag. The clamping device of an existing bag-supplying type filling machine for shaping bags is fixed on the rotary table in order to meet the requirements for the bag-supplying structure to supply bags to respective stations on the rotary table; the rotary table is operated in a stepping rotation mode, so that the bag-supplying structure may supply bags to the clamping device when the rotary table pauses; however, the stepping rotary table consumes a large number of effective time in the ceaseless start-stop-start process and results in a low work efficiency of the filling machine, meanwhile the power consumption of the filling machine is large because of the frequent start and stop of the rotary table. For the existing filling machine with small filling port for shaping packing bags, a packing bag is directly protruding into the filling port at the filling station manually; the above manual inserting mode leads to a low labor productivity and high probability of anthropogenic pollution.
  • Summary of the Invention
  • The objective of the present invention is to provide a receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine, which may precisely receive and clamp packing bags delivered by a bag-supplying device during continuous rotation of a rotary table.
  • To achieve the above objectives, a receiving and clamping device for a packing bag in a filling machine according to claim 1 is provided.
  • Preferably, an ejector rod is hinged to the rear end of the clamping arm; the rear portion of the ejector rod is passing through a base body hinged to the rear portion of the base; the first spring is wrapped around the ejector rod with two ends of the first spring resting against the front part of the ejector rod and the base body respectively.
  • Preferably, a second spring is connected between the base and the rotary table.
  • Preferably, the hook is hinged to the bottom of the base; both ends of the second spring are respectively connected to the bottom of the base and the bottom surface of the rotary table.
  • Preferably, the circle center of the guide groove is coincident with the gyration center of the rotary table.
  • Preferably, the tail-end of the guide groove is flexural towards the inner side of the rotary table.
  • Preferably, a bracket is arranged outside the rotary table; the cylinder is fixed to the bracket; the pusher dog is hinged to the bracket.
  • According to the present invention, the receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine has reasonable structure and reliable performance; the device can avoid the work process of frequent start-stop-start of the rotary table and ensure that the rotary table may run in a uniform speed stably throughout, so as to greatly improve the productivity of the filling machine; moreover, since the clamping component is fixed when it is in a halted position, the uncertainty of packing bag's handover position caused by the rotary interval or rotary inertia of the rotary table will be prevented; Thus, the packing bag's handover with the bag-supplying structure is reliable and precise.
  • Mode of Carrying Out the Invention
  • Particular modes for carrying out the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following embodiments are used for explaining the present invention but not limiting the scope thereof.
    • Fig.1 is a structure diagram illustrating a receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine according to an embodiment of the present invention;
    • Fig.2 is an upward view illustrating the receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine of fig. 1;
    • Fig.3 is an A-A sectional view of fig. 1.
  • Referring to fig. 1, a receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, the receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine comprises a rotary table 1 and a number of clamping components 2; the clamping components 2 are uniformly distributed at the periphery of the rotary table 1.
  • Referring to fig.2, a number of segments of arc-shaped guide groove 1a are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction on the rotary table 1 in adjacency to the periphery thereof; the circle center of the guide groove 1a is coincident with the gyration center of the rotary table 1; the tail-end 1a1 of the guide groove 1a is flexural towards the inner side of the rotary table 1.
  • Referring to fig.3, the clamping component 2 comprises a base 2a; a guide block 11 embedded in the base 2a is protruding into the guide groove 1a.
  • Referring to fig.2, a hook 3 is hinged to the base 2a by an axle pin 9; an axle pin 8 fixed to the hook 3 is protruding into the guide groove 1a; a second spring 7 is connected between the base 2a and the rotary table 1. The guide groove 1a is located at the bottom surface of the rotary table 1; the hook 3 is hinged to the bottom of the base 2a; both ends of the second spring 7 are connected to the bottom of the base 2a and the bottom surface of the rotary table 1 respectively.
  • Referring to fig.1 and fig.3, a clamping arm 2b is hinged to the upper end surface of the base 2a; a first spring 2d is biased between the rear-end of the clamping arm 2b and the rear portion of the base 2a in such a manner that an ejector rod 2f is hinged to the rear-end of the clamping arm 2b through an axle pin 2c with the rear portion of the ejector rod 2f passing through a base body 2e and that the first spring 2d is wrapped around the ejector rod 2f with both ends resting against the front part of the ejector rod 2f and the base body 2e respectively. The base body 2e is hinged to the rear portion of the base 2a.
  • Referring to fig.3, a stop block 2g is fixed at the bottom of the clamping arm 2b and a bump 10 aligning with the stop block 2g in the circumferential direction is fixed at the rotary table 1; the number of the stop block 2g corresponds to that of the clamping component 2.
  • Referring to fig.1, fig.2 and fig.3, a pusher dog 4 fitted with the hook 3 and a cylinder 6 fixed to a bracket 5 are both arranged outside the rotary table 1 with the pusher dog 4 hinged to both the bracket 5 and a piston rod 6a of the cylinder 6.
  • It can be seen in conjunction with fig.2 and fig.3 that, the pusher dog 4 may be rotated to a position where it is separated from the hook 3 or to a position where it blocks the hook 3 by operating the cylinder 6. When the pusher dog 4 is in the position where it blocks the hook 3, the rotary table 1 is rotating, and when the pusher dog 4 is in contact with the hook 3 of the clamping component 2, the clamping component 2 will be in the pause state while the rotary table 1 will still be rotating ; at this moment, a bag may be supplied to the base 2a of the clamping component 2 by a bag-supplying structure; when a bag-supplying operation is completed, the stretched clamping component 2b presses down the head of the packing bag to clamp the packing bag under the effect of the first spring 2d, while the bump 10 on the rotating rotary table 1 collides with the stop block 2g at the bottom of the clamping arm. Along with the continuous rotation of the rotary table 1, the pusher dog 4 is separated from the hook 3 by operating the cylinder 6. The hook 3 may also be separated from the pusher dog 4 without operating the cylinder 6 but through the axle pin 8 of the hook 3 sliding into the flexural tail-end 1a1 of the guide groove 1a gradually along with the continuous rotation of the rotary table 1, under the condition that the hook 3 is resting against the pusher dog 4. When the hook 3 is separated from the pusher dog 4, the clamping component 2 is repositioned and rotated to a filling station for filling along with the rotating rotary table 1 under the effect of the second spring 7. In the two separation methods, the cylinder 6 operates the pusher dog 4 for rotation through a signal control, so that it is possible for the pusher dog 4 to stop the clamping component selectively; in this way, it is possible to implement multi-station bag-filling.
  • The foregoing descriptions are only preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that it's possible for the person skilled in the art to acquire several modifications and improvements thereof without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and all of such modifications and improvements shall be deemed as being included in the protection scope of the present invention.
  • Industrial applicability
  • In a receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine according to the present invention, when a pusher dog is in contact with a hook of a clamping component while a rotary table is rotating, the clamping component will be in the pause state while the rotary table 1 will be still rotating; at this moment, a bag may be supplied to the clamping component by a bag-supplying structure; when a bag-supplying operation is completed, the stretched clamping component presses down the head of the packing bag to clamp the packing bag, while the bump on the rotational rotary table collides with the stop block at the bottom of the clamping arm ; When the hook is separated from the pusher dog by operating a cylinder along with the continuous rotation of the rotary table, the clamping component clamping a packing bag is rotated to a filling station for filling along with the rotary table.
  • According to the present invention, the receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine has reasonable structure and reliable performance; it is possible for the device to avoid the work process of frequent start-stop-start of the rotary table and ensure that the rotary table may run in a uniform speed stably throughout, so as to greatly improve the productivity of the filling machine; moreover, since the clamping component is fixed when it is in a halted position, the uncertainty of packing bag's handover position caused by the rotary interval or rotary inertia of the rotary table will be prevented; Thus, the packing bag's handover with the bag-supplying structure is reliable and precise.

Claims (7)

  1. A receiving and clamping device for a packing bag in a filling machine comprising a rotary table (1) and a number of clamping components (2) uniformly distributed along the periphery of the rotary table (1), characterized in that, each clamping component (2) is slidably arranged on the rotary table (1) and comprises a base (2a) and a clamping arm (2b) hinged on the upper end face of the base (2a); a first spring (2d) is biased between the rear-end of the clamping arm (2b) and the rear portion of the base (2a); a stop block (2g) is fixed at the bottom of the clamping arm (2b); a bump (10) aligning with the stop block (2g) is fixed at the top of the rotary table (1); arc-shaped guide grooves (1a) uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotary table (1) are arranged at the bottom of the rotary table (1) in adjacency to the periphery thereof; a hook (3) is hinged on the base (2a); an axle pin (8) fixed to the hook (3) is protruding into the guide groove (1a); a cylinder (6) and a pusher dog (4) hinged to the piston rod of the cylinder (6) are arranged outside the rotary table (1); and the pusher dog (4) may cooperate with the hook (3) such that the pusher dog (4) may be rotated to a position where it is separated from the hook (3) or to a position where it blocks the hook (3) by operating the cylinder (6); when the pusher dog (4) is in the position where it blocks the hook (3) and the rotary table (1) is rotating, the pusher dog (4) will come into contact with the hook (3) and the corresponding clamping component (2) will be in the pause state while the rotary table (1) will still be rotating.
  2. The receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine of claim 1, characterized in that, an ejector rod (2f) is hinged to the rear-end of the clamping arm (2b); the rear portion of the ejector rod (2f) is passing through a base body (2e) hinged to the rear portion of the base (2a); and the first spring (2d) is wrapped around the ejector rod (2f) with both ends of the first spring (2d) resting against the front portion of the ejector rod (2f) and the base body (2e) respectively.
  3. The receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine of claim 2, characterized in that, a second spring (7) is connected between the base (2a) and the rotary table (1).
  4. The receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine of claim 3, characterized in that, the hook is hinged to the bottom of the base (2a); and both ends of the second spring (7) are connected to the bottom of the base (2a) and the bottom surface of the rotary table (1) respectively.
  5. The receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine of any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that, the circle center of the guide groove (1a) is coincident with the gyration center of the rotary table (1).
  6. The receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine of claim 5, characterized in that, the tail-end of the guide groove (1a) is flexural towards the inner side of the rotary table (1).
  7. The receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine of claim 1, characterized in that, a bracket (5) is arranged outside the rotary table (1); the cylinder (6) is fixed to the bracket (5); and the pusher dog (4) is hinged to the bracket (5).
