Claims (7)

  1. Un dispositif de réception et de verrouillage pour un sachet de conditionnement dans une machine de remplissage comprenant une table rotative (1) et un certain nombre d'éléments de verrouillage (2) uniformément répartis le long de la périphérie de la table rotative (1), caractérisé en ce que, chaque élément de verrouillage (2) est arrangé de façon glissant sur la table rotative (1) et comprend une base (2a) et un bras de verrouillage (2b) articulé sur la face d'extrémité supérieure de la base (2a); un premier ressort (2d) est précontraint entre l'extrémité arrière du bras de verrouillage (2b) et la partie arrière de la base (2a) ; un bloc d'arrêt (2 g) est fixé à la partie inférieure du bras de verrouillage (2b); une bosse (10) s'alignant avec le bloc d'arrêt (2 g) est fixé à la partie supérieure de la table rotative (1), des rainures de guidage en forme d'arc (1a) réparties uniformément le long de la direction circonférentielle de la table rotative (1) sont disposées à la partie inférieure de la table rotative (1) en proximité de la périphérie de celle-ci, un crochet (3) est articulé sur la base (2a); une tige d'axe (8) fixé sur le crochet (3) est en saillie dans la rainure de guidage (1a); un cylindre (6) et un taquet-poussoir (4) articulé sur la tige de piston du cylindre (6) sont disposés à l'extérieur de la table rotative (1); et le taquet-poussoir (4) peut être montée avec le crochet (3) de façon que le taquet-poussoir (4) peut être pivoté à une position où il est séparé du crochet (3) ou à une position où il ferme le crochet (3) par exploitation du cylindre (6); quand le taquet-poussoir (4) est à la position de fermeture du crochet (3) et la table rotative (1) est en train de pivoter, le taquet-poussoir (4) ira en contact avec le crochet (3), et le correspondant élément de verrouillage (2) sera à la position de repos, pendant que la table rotative (1) est encore en train de pivoter.
  2. Le dispositif de réception et de verrouillage pour sachet de conditionnement dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que une tige d'éjection (2f) est articulée à l'extrémité arrière du bras de verrouillage (2b); la partie arrière de la tige d'éjection (2f) passe à travers un corps de base (2e) articulé à la partie arrière de la base (2a); et le premier ressort (2d) est enroulé autour de la tige d'éjection (2f), avec les deux extrémités du premier ressort (2d) reposant contre la partie avant de la tige d'éjection (2f) et le corps de base (2e), respectivement.
  3. Le dispositif de réception et de verrouillage pour sachet de conditionnement dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, un deuxième ressort (7) est connecté entre la base (2a) et la table rotative (1).
  4. Le dispositif de réception et de verrouillage pour sachet de conditionnement dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le crochet est articulé à le partie inférieure de la base (2a), et les deux extrémités du second ressort (7) sont reliés à la partie inférieure de la base (2a) et la surface inférieure de la table rotative (1), respectivement.
  5. Le dispositif de réception et de verrouillage pour sachet de conditionnement dans une machine de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le centre du cercle de la rainure de guidage (1a) coïncide avec le centre de giration de la table rotative (1).
  6. Le dispositif de réception et de verrouillage pour sachet de conditionnement dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de queue de la rainure de guidage (1a) est flexible vers le côté intérieur de la table rotative (1).
  7. Le dispositif de réception et de verrouillage pour sachet de conditionnement dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que un support (5) est disposé à l'extérieur de la table rotative (1); le cylindre (6) est fixé au support (5); et le taquet-poussoir (4) est articulé au support (5).
