  • the seal heads 7 of respective sealing components and the pusher dog 9 of the positioning component are retracted after the sealing is completed; the sliding seat 5 may return to its original position under the effect of the first spring 10, so as to seal the filled packing bags clamped on the next group of clamping components.

Claims (10)

  1. Un équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisé dans une machine de remplissage comprenant une table rotative (1) et des composants de serrage (2) uniformément répartis à la périphérie de la table rotative (1), dans lequel une piste (3) est disposée à l'extérieur de la table rotative (1), une coulisse (5) est installée à coulissement sur la piste (3), plusieurs composants de scellage et plusieurs composants de positionnement disposés à côté des composants de scellage sont disposés sur la coulisse (5) et les composants de scellage correspondent respectivement aux composants de serrage,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'un premier ressort (10) est raccordé entre la piste (3) et la coulisse (5),
    dans lequel, pendant la rotation de la table rotative (1), les composants de scellage respectifs de la coulisse (5) sont disposés pour être alignés, un à un, avec les composants de serrage respectifs d'un groupe de composants de serrage et dans lequel,
    après scellage, la coulisse (5) est destinée à revenir dans sa position d'origine sous l'effet du premier ressort (10).
  2. L'équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisé dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le composant de scellage comprend un premier cylindre (6) et une tête de scellage (7), que le premier cylindre (6) est fixé sur la coulisse (5) et que la tête de scellage (7) est raccordée à l'extrémité avant de la tige de piston (6a) du premier cylindre (6).
  3. L'équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisé dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de positionnement comprend un deuxième cylindre (8) et un poussoir (9) ; que le deuxième cylindre (8) est fixé sur la coulisse (5) ; et que le poussoir (9) est articulé sur la coulisse (5) et l'extrémité avant de la tige de piston (8a) du premier cylindre (8).
  4. L'équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisé dans une machine de remplissage selon l'une des revendications 1-3, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs des premières roues mobiles (13) situées de part et d'autre de la piste (3) sont respectivement installées au fond de la coulisse (5) ; et la coulisse (5) est appariée avec la piste (3) par la première roue mobile (13) de manière roulante.
  5. L'équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisé dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un amortisseur (4) est fixé au bord de la coulisse (5) ; un manchon de guidage (16) est fixé au fond de la piste (3) ;
    une tige de guidage (15) est installée dans le manchon de guidage (16) et déborde de son extrémité supérieure et une tige.filetée (19) déborde dans le manchon de guidage (16) à partir du fond de celui-ci.
  6. L'équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisé dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième ressort (18) est installé entre la tige de guidage (15) et la tige filetée (19).
  7. L'équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisé dans une machine de remplissage selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la tige filetée (19) est raccordée au manchon de guidage (16) par un filet.
  8. L'équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisés dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une deuxième roue mobile (14) est installée à l'extrémité supérieure de la tige de guidage (15) et la deuxième roue mobile (14) repose contre la face inférieure de l'amortisseur (4), dans lequel la face inférieure de l'amortisseur (4) est un plan incliné.
  9. L'équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisés dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un contacteur de proximité (11) adjacent à l'extrémité avant de la coulisse (5) est fixé sur la piste (3).
  10. L'équipement de scellage séquentiel pour sachets d'emballages utilisé dans une machine de remplissage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le premier ressort (10) est relié entre la piste (3) et la coulisse (5) de telle manière qu'un support (12) soit fixé à l'extrémité avant de la piste (3) et que les deux extrémités du premier ressort (10) soient respectivement reliées au support (12) et à la coulisse (5).
