Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un tapis à velours comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) aiguilleter un non-tissé/Malivlies posé sur une bande de brossage à l'aide d'une aiguilleteuse, un non-tissé support/poils étant amené dans la bande de brossage puis partiellement retiré, de sorte que les fibres du non-tissé support/poils se situent dans le plan de la bande de brossage, b) séparer le non-tissé de la bande de brossage au moyen de brosses circulaires, c) brosser la face poils avant que les boucles ne soient coupées. Pour augmenter la densité des fibres et augmenter la stabilité des poils, le procédé est caractérisé en ce que, entre les étapes a) et b), un autre non-tissé/malivlies, en particulier un non-tissé support/poils, soit posé sur la face arrière du non-tissé/malivlies, en particulier entre une première et une seconde unité d'aiguilles.
