- the relative distance of the buttocks relative to can be adjusted, and the angle of the foot relative to the foot pedal can be adjusted.
- the eaves pressing portion is connected to the first tread surface portion that is inclined upward from the rear to the front of the cab and the front of the first tread surface portion, and is more than the first tread surface portion.
- the heel portion is received mainly by the first tread portion in the neutral position where the step pedal is not depressed at all.
- the tread portion that receives the buttocks as the pedal is depressed is shifted from the first tread portion to the second tread portion, and the tread portion is mainly received by the second tread portion at the most depressed position of the foot pedal. It is possible to stably support the buttocks in the entire movable range, and to perform pedal operation more stably.
- the part from the heel of the foot to the arch is generically expressed as “buttock”.
- ⁇ is pressed against the heel pressing part of the heel position adjusting plate, but depending on the physique (foot size) of the driver, the arch is pressed against the heel pressing part of the heel position adjusting plate.
- ⁇ is pressed against the heel pressing part of the heel position adjusting plate, but depending on the physique (foot size) of the driver, the arch is pressed against the heel pressing part of the heel position adjusting plate.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the overall appearance of a deceleration pedal device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- Right side view of the deceleration pedal device of the present embodiment The left side view of the decel pedal device of this embodiment, the figure which cuts and expressed the left side of a step stand, and A arrow view of (a) (b)
- Step 4 Decel pedal (foot pedal) DESCRIPTION OF SYMBOLS 11 Rear surface part 12 Upper surface part 20 ⁇ Position adjustment plate 21 ⁇ Pushing part 21a 1st tread part 21b 2nd tread part
- the present invention is applied to a floor pedal device mounted in a cab of a bulldozer, in particular, to a decel pedal device provided for performing an operation for reducing the engine speed.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention can be applied to any type in which a foot pedal is rotatably provided on a floor surface of a vehicle cab via a footrest.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the overall appearance of a decel pedal device according to an embodiment of the present invention
- FIG. 2 is a right side view of the decel pedal device
- FIG. 3 is a left side view of the decel pedal device, and shows a diagram (a) in which the left side of the platform is broken and a view (b) taken along the arrow A in FIG.
- a decel pedal device 1 shown in FIG. 1 is installed on a floor panel 2 constituting a floor surface portion of a cab of a bulldozer and supports a driver's buttocks, and is rotatable with respect to the platform 3. And a foot pedal (hereinafter referred to as “decel pedal”) 4 provided.
- the pedal 4 is provided integrally with a pedal lever 5 that extends obliquely upward from the rear to the front of the driver's cab, and a tip of the pedal lever 5 to press the foot of the driver. It is comprised from the part 6.
- FIG. A pedal rotation shaft 7 extending to the left at right angles to the pedal lever 5 is fixed to the base end portion of the pedal lever 5.
- the step 3 is arranged so as to cover other than the right side surface of the shaft support member 8 that rotatably supports the pedal rotation shaft 7.
- the step platform 3 includes a rear surface portion 11 that is inclined upward from the rear to the front of the cab, and an upper surface portion 12 that is connected to the front of the rear surface portion 11 and is inclined downward from the rear to the front of the cab. And have.
- the step 3 having such a configuration is such that the shaft support member 8 is fixed on the floor panel 2 and the step 3 is covered on the shaft support member 8 via the seal member 10 (see FIG. 2). Assembled by fixing.
- a link lever 13 is fixed to an intermediate portion in the axial direction of the pedal rotation shaft 7.
- a tension coil spring 15 is bridged between the free end portion of the link lever 13 and a fixing member 14 provided below the floor panel 2. By this tension coil spring 15, the decel pedal 4 is urged in the direction opposite to the depression direction.
- a first stopper 16 that serves to adjust the non-depressed position (neutral position) of the decel pedal 4 shown by a solid line in FIG. 2 and to serve to stop the decel pedal 4 at the neutral position.
- a second stopper 17 serving both as a function for adjusting the most depressed position of the decel pedal 4 indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2 and a function for stopping the decel pedal 4 at the most depressed position. It has been.
- a potentiometer 18 for detecting the rotation angle of the pedal rotation shaft 7 is attached to the left side surface of the shaft support member 8. As shown in FIG. The rotation angle detection signal from the potentiometer 18 is transmitted to a controller (not shown), and the controller performs fuel injection control to the engine so as to reduce the engine speed in accordance with the rotation angle detection signal. Thus, the engine speed can be lowered in accordance with the operation of the decel pedal 4.
- a saddle position adjusting plate 20 is attached to the step 3.
- the heel position adjusting plate 20 includes a heel pressing portion 21 to which the driver's heel portion is pressed, and a plate mounting portion 22 that engages with the upper surface portion 12 of the platform 3.
- a first tread surface portion 21a which is inclined so as to be substantially parallel to the rear surface portion 11 of the step platform 3 from the rear to the front of the cab by performing a required bending process on the eaves pressing portion 21.
- a second tread portion 21b that is provided in front of the first tread portion 21a and has a smaller inclination angle with respect to the floor panel 2 than the first tread portion 21a is formed.
- the plate attachment portion 22 is provided with a pair of long holes 22a extending in the front-rear direction with a predetermined interval in the left-right direction.
- the heel position adjusting plate 20 when the heel position adjusting plate 20 is in the foremost position shown by the solid line in FIG. ⁇ 1 is formed. Further, when the heel position adjusting plate 20 is set to the rearmost position indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3A, the driver's foot forms a predetermined angle ⁇ 2 with respect to the floor panel 2.
