自行车连接管结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自行车连接管结构。 背景技术
如图 1和图 2所示, 现有的自行车连接管结构中, 连接管 10由一中空的 中管 11所构成, 该中管 11两端分别形成有一横向的管座 12与一直向的管座 13。 其中, 横向的管座 12可供组设横向延伸的把手管 20, 而直向的管座 13 则可供组设直向延伸的前叉立管 30。考虑到前述连接管 10的强度需求, 中管 11利用管座 12形成的凸块供螺栓锁接, 而使管座 12左右与上下的外缘仅能 直线延伸, 造成管座 12相对其凸块处形成凹陷。
因此, 把手管 20锁接后与管座 12的接合处以及中管 11与前叉立管 30 的接合处均呈直角状, 除不利控制缆线的穿设及拉牵外, 管座 12相对把手管 20 的夹束周面 C1 呈正圆状的周长, 不仅令夹束的长度有限, 而且使得包覆 面积也不足, 从而影响到其锁紧的强度, 同时其容易于把手管 20 与管座 12 锁接的两侧角落形成应力集中点, 造成强度不足的状况, 而容易发生松脱的 现象, 影响到使用的安全性。 再者, 把手管 20受骑乘者转向施力作用时, 由 于管座 12承受面积不足,且有强度不足的现象,间接影响到转向的施力传导, 故有待进一步的改良。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是: 提供一种自行车连接管结构, 其能实现 控制缆线的顺畅穿设及拉牵, 还使得连接管的中管与两端的把手管座及立管 管座间结构强度增加, 同时增加把手管座相对把手管的包覆面积, 进而提高 锁紧的强度, 进一步提升把手管相对前叉立管的转向传导效果。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种自行车连接管结 构, 其连接管由一中管所构成, 该中管两端分别形成有一用于锁接把手管的 横向把手管座与一用于锁接前叉立管的直向立管管座; 该中管的把手管座两 侧对应把手管的夹角外缘分设有一凸耳, 使该把手管座左右两侧呈向外扩张
状; 该中管的立管管座对应前叉立管的夹角外缘设有一凸肋, 使该立管管座 底缘呈扩张状; 所述把手管座的两侧凸耳相对内侧形成连通所述中管内部的 中空部; 所述立管管座的凸肋内侧并形成有连通所述中管内部的中空部。
本发明的有益效果是: 通过手管座左右两侧呈向外扩张状设计及立管管 座对应前叉立管的夹角外缘的凸肋设计, 使得控制缆线可以从把手管内顺畅 穿设到手管座内, 继而顺畅穿设到前叉立管内, 并方便拉牵, 同时还使得连 接管的中管与两端的把手管座及立管管座间结构强度增加, 并且增加把手管 座相对把手管的包覆面积, 进而提高锁紧的强度, 进一步提升了把手管相对 前叉立管的转向传导效果。

如图 3、 图 4和图 5所示, 本发明自行车连接管结构中连接管 50由一中 空的中管 51所构成, 该中管 51两端分别形成有轴线与中管 51呈垂直状的一 把手管座 52与一立管管座 55。 其中, 横向的把手管座 52供横向延伸的把手 管 60组接, 而直向的立管管座 55则可供直向延伸的前叉立管 70组设。 中管 51的把手管座 52形成有容置把手管 60的半圆型承槽、 盖片及螺锁的凸块, 并于把手管座 52两侧对应把手管 60的夹角外缘分设有一凸耳 53、 54, 使把 手管座 52左右两侧呈向外扩张状, 以增加承置把手管 60的周长及面积, 且 两凸耳 53、 54内侧分别形成有连通中管 51内部的中空部 530、 540, 以减少 凸耳 53、 54的重量, 避免增加连接管 50的重量, 尤其方便控制缆线可以从
把手管内顺畅穿设到手管座内, 同时也使得把手管座 52夹束把手管 60的夹 束周面 C2呈倾斜的椭圆状(如图 7所示), 从而增加把手管座 52的夹束周长 及包覆把手管 60的面积。
中管 51的立管管座 55形成有供前叉立管 70穿置的环型穿孔与锁部, 立 管管座 55对应前叉立管 70的夹角外缘设有一凸肋 56,使立管管座 55底缘呈 扩张状, 且凸肋 56 内侧形成有连通中管 51 内部的中空部 560, 以减少凸肋 56的重量, 避免增加连接管 50的整体重量, 尤其方便控制缆线从把手管内顺 畅穿设到手管座后, 继而顺畅穿设到前叉立管内, 同时也增强了立管管座 55 与中管 51间的结构强度。
由此可见, 本发明不但能便利控制缆线的穿设及拉牵, 而且能加大把手 管座 52相对把手管 60的包覆面积与夹束周长, 从而构成一锁紧强度佳、 能 够提升转向传导效果及增强立管管座与中管间的结构强度的自行车连接管结 再如图 6和图 7所示, 当连接管 50以把手管座 52与立管管座 55分别锁 接把手管 60及前叉立管 70后, 骑乘者可握持把手管 60, 通过连接管 50操控 前叉立管 70的枢转方向。 而该连接管 50的把手管座 52锁接把手管 60时, 由于把手管座 52两侧设有凸耳 53、 54, 除了能便于控制缆线的穿设及拉牵与 增加把手管座 52的强度外, 还可使把手管座 52与把手管 60的接合处呈向外 扩张状, 令把手管座 52相对把手管 60的夹束周面 C2呈倾斜的椭圆状, 相较 于现有技术可大幅增长其夹束的周长, 同时增加包覆的面积, 进而提高其锁 紧的强度, 而不致发生松脱的现象, 以确保行车的安全性; 并且, 把手管 60 受骑乘者转向施力作用时, 由于把手管座 52两侧的承受面积大, 故可提升转 向施力的传导, 增加骑乘自行车的操控感。 再者, 由于立管管座 55底缘设有 凸肋 56, 其亦可利于控制缆线的穿设及拉牵外, 进一步可提高连接管 50的强 度, 从而提升产品的竞争力, 增加其附加价值与经济效益。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并非用于限制本发明的专利保护范 围。 很明显, 根据以上描述可以对本发明做各种改变和修改。 因此, 可以理 解, 在所附权利要求的范围内, 本发明可以采用其他方式实施, 而不限于上 述说明书中所描述。
Claims
1、 一种自行车连接管结构, 其特征在于: 其连接管由一中管所构成, 该 中管两端分别形成有一用于锁接把手管的横向把手管座与一用于锁接前叉立 管的直向立管管座; 该中管的把手管座两侧对应把手管的夹角外缘分设有一 凸耳, 使该把手管座左右两侧呈向外扩张状; 该中管的立管管座对应前叉立 管的夹角外缘设有一凸肋, 使该立管管座底缘呈扩张状。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的自行车连接管结构, 其特征在于: 所述把手管座 的两侧凸耳相对内侧形成连通所述中管内部的中空部。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的自行车连接管结构, 其特征在于: 所述立管管座 的凸肋内侧并形成有连通所述中管内部的中空部。
