Abstract

【課題】  ヨーグルトなどが含有するプロバイオティクス菌などの乳酸菌株の生残性を向上させる。 【解決手段】  プロピオン酸菌発酵物を含んでなる乳酸菌の生残性を向上させる乳酸菌の生残性向上剤。前記プロピオン酸菌がプロピオニバクテリウム(Propionibacterium)属に属する菌である。前記プロピオニバクテリウム(Propionibacterium)属に属する菌がプロピオニバクテリウム・フロイデンライヒ(Propionibacterium freudenreichii)である。前記プロピオニバクテリウム・フロイデンライヒ(Propionibacterium freudenreichii)が、Propionibacterium freudenreichii ET-3 (FERM BP-8115) である。
