Abstract
Изобретение относится к нетвердому ферментированному пищевому продукту, содержащему закваски, содержащие молочнокислые бактерии, включающие одну или более бактерий родакоторые выбраны изи/или,и/или,и/или,и/или,и/или бактерию типаи/или,и/илии/или одну или более бактерий рода, включающих более чем около 5·10бифидобактерий на грамм ферментированного пищевого продукта в течение периода хранения по крайней мере 30 суток, в течение которого отношение количества бифидобактерий, содержащихся в ферментированном пищевом продукте в конце периода хранения, к количеству бифидобактерий, содержащихся в ферментированном пищевом продукте в начале периода хранения по крайней мере 30 суток, составляет от приблизительно 0,2 до приблизительно 0,8. Также изобретение относится к способу получения заявленного ферментированного пищевого проду
