Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para fabricar un producto lácteo fermentado tamizado que comprende los siguientes pasos sucesivos: (a) proveer un producto lácteo que contiene almidón, (b) fermentar el producto lácteo después de agregar bacterias de ácido láctico para obtener un producto lácteo fermentado, y (c) separar un suero líquido del producto lácteo fermentado para obtener un producto lácteo fermentado tamizado; la presente invención también se refiere al uso de almidón para prevenir la obstrucción del dispositivo separador usando en la preparación de un producto lácteo fermentado tamizado.
