Abstract

 優れた低反発性、通気性、および熱成形性を有する軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法、および該軟質ポリウレタンフォームを用いた熱プレス成形品の製造方法を提供する。また、本発明では、低反発性、通気性を有する熱プレス成形品を提供する。  ウレタン化触媒、発泡剤、および整泡剤の存在下、特定のポリオールと特定のポリイソシアネートとを、イソシアネート指数90未満で反応させる軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。また、前記方法により得られた軟質ポリウレタンフォームを熱プレス成形する方法および該熱プレス成形品。
