また、ポリエーテルエステルポリオールとしては、前記ポリエーテルポリオールと多塩基酸を反応させてポリエステル化したもの、あるいは1分子内にポリーエーテルとポリエステルの両セグメントを有するものを挙げることができる。
グリシジルエーテルの配合量は、ポリオール100重量部に対して0.2~1.0重量部が好ましく、より好ましくは0.5~1.0重量部であり、軟質ポリウレタンフォームとしての物性をより維持する観点からは、0.2~0.9重量部が好ましい。グリシジルエーテルが少なすぎると効果が小さくなり、多すぎると物性が大きく変わってしまう傾向がある。

- 常温での圧縮歪が1~5%であり、
140℃で540秒間、70%圧縮した後の、圧縮前の厚みに対する24時間後の復元率が20%未満であることを特徴とする軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。 - 常温での圧縮歪が1~5%であり、
150℃で180秒間、70%圧縮した後の、圧縮前の厚みに対する24時間後の復元率が20%未満であることを特徴とする軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。 - 130℃で540秒間、70%圧縮した後の、圧縮前の厚みに対する24時間後の復元率が50%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 以下の(1)~(6)の少なくとも1つを満足することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
(1)密度(JIS K7222)が26.6~28.4kg/m 3
(2)硬さ(JIS K6400-2 6.7 D法))が153~172N
(3)引張強度(JIS K6400-5 5)が88~99.1kPa
(4)伸び(JIS K6400-5 5)が110~130%
(5)引裂強度(JIS K6400-5 6 B法)が4.3~4.9N/cm
(6)70℃の圧縮歪(JIS K6400-4 4.5.2 A法)が8.4~35.6% - 原料として複数のグリシジル基を有するグリシジルエーテルを用いることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記軟質ポリウレタンフォームはグリシジルエーテルが配合されたポリウレタンフォーム原料から得られ、
(A)前記グリシジルエーテルが、脂肪族エポキシ化合物の2官能タイプ又は多官能タイプ、あるいはそれらの混合物の何れかである、
又は、
(B)前記ポリウレタンフォーム原料にグリシジルエーテル(ただし、グリシジルエーテルを有するシリコーン共重合体及び臭素化フェニルグリシジルエーテルを除く)が配合されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
